1. Great Smoky Mountains National Park

There are thousands of gorgeous wildflowers sprinkled around the park, along with stunning views of mountains and waterfalls. You might even see some wildlife while you’re there! There are more than 850 miles of hiking trails to explore that offer great opportunities to see the incredible views, and you can also go fishing or enjoy a delicious picnic in the park.

2. Gatlinburg Sky Lift

The Gatlinburg Sky Lift is one of the best Gatlinburg attractions to see panoramic views of the Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg. On the sky lift, you’ll ride 1,800 feet in the air to see the breathtaking scenery of the Smoky Mountains. On the way back down, you’ll be surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on three sides and will see views of lush forests and the mountains. It’s a magical experience when the sun is shining and flowers have bloomed!

The Moonshine Mountain Coaster is open during all seasons, but the weather during the spring makes it the best time to visit. You won’t have to worry about being too cold or too hot on the ride and can just focus on having fun! On this coaster, you’ll have the chance to experience what it’s like in the driver’s seat as you control your own speed down the mountain! The coaster goes up to 30+ miles per hour, so you can go for a thrilling ride down the mountain or slow your speed to take in the incredible views. There are both single and double cars so you can ride by yourself or with someone else!

4. Anakeesta

Anakeesta is a special kind of theme park that is great for families and guests of all ages. During the spring, Anakeesta is open daily beginning at 10 a.m., so you’ll be able to enjoy a full day at this outdoor Gatlinburg attraction. You can take a scenic ride on the Chondola to Anakeesta Mountain and visit Firefly Village, and see beautiful views of Mt. Leconte when you reach the top. There’s a 16-bridge Tree Canopy Walk, a Tree House Village Playground for the kids, a Dueling Zipline Adventure and plenty of shops and delicious dining options!
