Enchanted View is a spacious 2-bedroom cabin designed for comfort and scenic relaxation, offering beautiful mountain views in a peaceful setting. The main level features an open living and dining area with a sleeper sofa, a fully equipped galley kitchen, and a king bedroom with an adjoining bathroom that includes a jacuzzi tub/shower combo. A convenient half bath is also located on this level.
Upstairs, the loft provides additional space to unwind with a sleeper sofa and an electronic game table. The second king suite includes a sitting area and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower combination.
Step outside to the large deck to take in the views while relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying a game on the outdoor pool table. Out front, a wood-burning fire pit and charcoal grill create a great space for gathering in the evenings.

There were many many hornets and carpenter bees (not harmful, just a bit frightening) on the deck and the hornets kept getting inside

Loved that firewood was delivered to the cabin. We used a ton of it. The cabin overall was nice. Only a few issues, no baking pan at all, only 1 very small skillet that had some type of sticky substance on the bottom. The only can opener didn't work, had to go buy one to cook food we had brought. At some point during the rain the upstairs bedroom had debris fall on it from the ceiling. No water damage we could find but a lot of debris on the bed. We will definitely use your company to rent from again.

It was really good. I had some suggestions that may be helpful. There were no hot pads for removing pans from oven. There was only one dish towel and one dish rag. Only four spoons and 6 forks. The broom handle falls off. The down stairs bath tub drain stopper is broken. The upstairs closet door only opens on one side and the ceilings up there have spider webbs and eggs that need cleaned off. The fridge or freezer leaks water and lastly the smoke detector in kitchen goes off each time you use the oven. We really had a great time I just thought you may want to know what was needed to make it perfect.

Check-in was easy, we received everything we needed for our stay which included parking vouchers which was very helpful. The cabin was for the most part clean, it’s a log cabin not expecting perfection at all. A few spots like the upstairs shower needed cobwebs swept out. That was my only “ick”. Easy fix though. Maybe a couple skillets in the kitchen would be a good thing to add. Great interior condition and decor. The view off the back deck was beautiful, hot tub was clean and easy to use. We were able to maneuver our SUV easily in the driveway so it was nice to have good parking space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the cabin suited our needs and was close to town which was great. We plan to stay at this cabin again for future visits. Thank you!

Was pleased with our stay, but disappointed to see shingles in the front landscape when we arrived. Then later the next day the roof was leaking during the tain. Hope you get that taken care of soon.

the cabin was lovely (enchanted view). It could use more kitchen items, such as knives a big pot for pasta and enough coffee cups for the occupancy. also, we had lots of lady bugs... i guess they were there due to the cold. the beds were nice and other amenities. also an explanation that the cabin in on that one way road that does not have lights would be helpful for others

We loved the cabin’s size and amenities. The only thing that I’d suggest is fair warning of the path to get to the cabin. It was a little scary driving to and from activities in such a narrow dark road. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed at the Enchanted View cabin and enjoyed our visit. Could use a bit more dusting and cleaning floors. More lighting would also be helpful. Cabin is in a great location and loved the views from the porch. Saw a fox on our visit! Will use Parkside again, very friendly at check-in. Thank you!

We were very pleased with the level of professionalism we received. The furnace was not functioning on our first night of four nights. When I called the emergency number at 11pm I was pleasantly surprised when a gentleman answered the phone. He apologized for the issue and offered to relocate us or have it repaired first thing in the morning. We decided to endure the one night and Stephen kept his word and texted me 1st thing in the morning with an eta for the repairman. We had heat in the cabin by noon and fully enjoyed the remainder of our time in the Enchanted View cabin.

We have been coming to Gatlinburg for 30 plus years. We have dealt with several rental companies and stayed at many cabins. Parkside was wonderful to deal with and we have found our new cabin rental place! Jeff is awesome! Our cabin was beautiful and the views were stunning! It was clean and everything was as promised. I love that you guys leave firewood for the guests! The prices can’t be beat when compared to your competitors and you don’t charge all the unnecessary fees! Our cabin was clean, had plenty of room and two huge jacuzzi tubs. We seen a bear on the last day there and loved it. The only think I’d change it recommend is you definitely need more skillets and baking pans. We only had one small skillet and baking pan. We cook a lot when vacationing. Will be booking this same cabin for next year! Thanks for making our 32nd anniversary amazing!! We stayed at Enchanted View. Private, awesome view but still close to grocery store and downtown Gatlinburg.

My only concern would be cleanliness: thick cobwebs were visible on surfaces at eye level, not just the high ceilings, sticky substances on the wall behind the trash can and a floors were fairly dusty.

The cabin was just as it was pictured when reserving. Check-in was simple and was given a lot of information regarding attractions and places to eat. Cabin was neat and clean. The only reason it was not five stars was Thursday evening during a storm, the roof leaked pretty good, having to use multiple pots, pans and bowls to catch the water. Notified the office that evening, and no leak the remaining of the trip.

We are extremely happy with the services and the cabin. Prior to arriving the Guest services were very helpful and answered all of my questions. At check-in Jeffrey and I don’t remember the other persons name were so friendly and helpful as well. The cabin was gorgeous and had amazing views. The deck with hot tub was clean and wonderful. Our family of four felt perfectly at home. It was nice to have pull out sofa watching movies on the big TV in living room. We couldn’t find extra linen but we brought an extra blanket. Kitchen had everything we needed except a baking pan or cookie sheet. With dollar store up the road not a big deal. The kids loved the video game upstairs. When we come back to visit you will be hearing from us. Thank you.

From booking to checkout, everything was super easy. Even the directions to the cabin were very simple to follow. The location to the cabin was so convenient to Gatlinburg. Far enough to have some peace and quiet, yet close enough to take advantage of the downtown atmosphere. The cabin itself was so nice and the view was amazing. We will definately be booking this one again in the future.

The view was amazing. The cabin was clean. The hot tub was filled back up when we needed it. The full kitchen saved us money on eating out every night. All of that for cheaper than staying in a small room in Gatlinburg. I would recommend this place to anyone as long as they weren't trying to stay at the same time as me! We will be back.

It took quite a while to cool down the cabin. Fortunately, I brought along a fan. The cabin was very nice; the view was amazing! The drive up to the cabin and down was frightening - fortunately, we never met an oncoming car. The cabin is dusty with many cobwebs. It aggravated my allergies. We did enjoy our trip, but maybe another cabin next time.

We would definitely choose to stay in a Parkside managed cabin again in the future should we travel to the area again. We also greatly appreciated the parking pass to the local parking garage along with the discounted coupon for the Aquarium that Parkside provided us at check-in.

Loved the cabin Enchanted View had everything one ever needs and good view of the mountains. We even had a black bear come all the way to the front door. We will be back next year.

We loved our stay in Enchanted View. Everything was in great condition, nice and clean. But . . . nothing compares to the view! Check in and Check out were painless. Would definitely recommend.

The cabin was beautiful. This was our second stay with parkside. The first time was smoky view. The only suggestions I have are keep some wood inside to dry it out. Wood was green both years and wouldn't burn. Also, some throw blankets would be a nice touch.

Like the service, the cabin was good but it was dirty, very dirty and there were some sort of animals between the ceiling and roof that kept us up most of the night and would wake us up at 3:00am each morning, I would say it was squirrels. I wold like ot come back to Enchanted View if you can clear the critters out and get it cleaned up

Loved the cabin. The only complaint is there were bugs that were not lady bugs but the ones that are swarming. The cabin was full of them I had to sweep three times a day so my grandson could get on the floor. And had several wasp in the cabin. The weather was unseasonably warm so that could have been part of the reason. But we defiantly would stay again.

Customer Servie was amazing, ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and friendly and helped with any questions we had. Cabin was amazing also, however cabin was infested with Bugs clearly the cleaning service needs to pay a little more attention as there was 1000s of dead bugs through out the cabin.

The cabin was beautiful! ! The only thing was the bugs. I called and ya said you would send someone would come and vacuum and they didn't. We had to watch our food while eating and in our beds and everything.

Check in and using the cabin was great! Overall the important parts we very clean. It would have been nice if some of the cobwebs were cleaned out and the blinds were dusted. And there were definitely some mice in the cabin as we saw some poop on the bed one night. We realize when the cabin is in the woods it's hard to control some of that though. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the amenities in the cabin!!

The cabin was wonderful with great views. The only issue I had was with the cleanliness in some areas. The floors were dusty especially behind the doors which you noticed when closing the door to a room. I found a broom and swept the floors and over the rugs also. The rugs had not been vacuumed in some time. Huge plumes of dust came up when I dusted them. When I opened the blinds there was a thick layer of dust on them There were also dead bugs in the bear lamp base that appeared to have been there a while. My impression is the cleaners focus on the bathrooms and kitchen (which is important) but just barely hit the rest of the cabin. We hope to stay at this cabin again in spite of the issues because of the views and location. I just thought you should know why I gave you 4 stars and not 5. Thank you.

We had an amazing time and loved the view. Our jacuzzi didnt work for 2 days, I called about it on the 3rd and they came and fixed it right away. Besides that everything was fantastic.
