Being in Georgia and just a little under a 3 hours drive away, anytime we come to The Smokies with plans to stay in a cabin; we use Parkside cabin rentals. It is the ONLY one we use. Twin pines was more out of the way than the cabins we’ve stayed in before with them, but it grew on us! We actually enjoyed the privacy, and the amenities the cabin included in itself. This is the first and only time cleanliness has been questionable, which is why I did not give a full 5 stars but they were things we chose to overlook, and they also offered very kindly to take care of these issues if we were okay with it. We loved that we had just arrived and had lunch when we received an email with cabin check in instructions! That was AWESOME. Completely contactless check in so there was no stopping at the office as we’ve done before (which was always okay too) but via email handling everything and getting in early was the way to go! Any and everyone we’ve communicated with in the office is wonderful, polite, and extremely professional. I cannot say enough amazing things about Parkside cabin rentals as a whole and overall would even choose to stay at twin pines cabin again! BEST CABIN RENTALS IN THE SMOKIES!!!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and in a really sweet location. Our family had a really special time at Twin Pines.

The cabin was clean and was well stocked. It was a little difficult to find in the dark; I wish the signage had been a little more clear as to where the drive was at the top of the hill. Everything worked well in the cabin but we did notice some flickering lights in the kitchen and one of the switches in the living room actually threw a spark when we turned it on, so that should be addressed. We also noticed that there were many knives in a lower drawer; due to us having a small child we relocated them and would suggest that you consider leaving them in a more elevated spot for future families with littles. But overall this was our second stay with you and we are very happy with the accommodations and will be a return customer in the future.

Cabin was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The pictures on the web site did not do it justice. Enjoyed our stay and the view looking outside. The hot tub was also a refreshing treat during the evening and relaxing. Would recommend your site to anyone that asked on where to stay when visiting your area.

Loved the house we stayed in. I wish you could just check in at the cabin instead of driving to Gatlinburg to do this. BUT this helped us find our house. Everyone was very nice. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed. The showers could use a good scrubbing as they looked like they had mold, but they were clean otherwise. Thank you for the great experience.

Very nice and clean cabin. GPS needs a little re aligning to find the entrace but if you pay attention to the signs they help a lot.

This was a great experience compared to a previous one with a different company. We will definitely use your cabins again! A few suggestions for the Twin Pines cabin; -dressers in each room -a good vaccum and mopping overall between each stay would be good. Our feet/socks were black! -taking a duster wand along the ceilings and in corners to get the cob webs would be super simple as well. -a few more wash rags and towels for the kitchen would be helpful as well as a few extra for the bathrooms Again tho a super beautiful place and would definitely stay again! Thank you

Everything was awesome except that the Wi-Fi was really spotty.

Check-in was clear, quick, and easy. Everyone has been very professional. The cabin was clean and everything was up to par.

Only thing I wish I could have enjoyed was the hot tub. When we turned it on water was spraying everywhere. Not enough water inside of it. Other than that the house was amazing.

Everything was great. Just want to let you know that I believe the hot tub outside is leaking water and looks like it is doing damage underneath the deck paneling. The main bathroom right sink lower cabinet right door is broken at the hinge.

Everything was really nice. My only suggestions for future guests would be to fix some of the blinds and curtains. Even though you’re out in the woods, with so many people staying together, fully functioning blinds and curtains would be good when people are changing and whatnot in the bedrooms and dining area. I was also very surprised that there were no screens or locks on the windows in the living room. We had young kids that were going to use the pull outs, but we ended up having to buy an air mattress to put in the bedroom because of that. Other than that, everything was really nice.

Love our Twin pines cabin but each year kitchen items seem to be less and less. Last year we bought a coffee pot to leave this year I had to buy a pan to use for frying. Also only like 3 spoons and no pan to use to bake in oven. Other than that no issues

Reserving online went smooth, check in was also pretty easy. I think a bit more detail about the path up to the cabin would have been nice, such as that some of the road was mud/gravel and might require 4wheel drive, but other than that, seemed pretty easy to get to, etc.

We loved our stay at Paekside Cabins. This was our 3rd stay with Parkside. It was furnished nicely and had all the comforts of home and then some. We definitely will come back.

Parkside cabin rentals was great. The cabins we saw were spread out well for privacy and comfort. The cabin was clean, had updated appliances and basic amenities.

Cabin was amazing. Only thing maintenance never came back to fix the pack man game for the kids to play.

Everything was great check in was fast as always , the cabin was beautiful , there was a few things wrong but overall the cabin was as pictured . Will continue to stay at parkside cabins when I visit .

Everything was great. It was clean and very accommodating. We loved being remote enough that we were away from all of the hustle and bustle. The only thing I would recommend is some sort of safety mirror or something when making a left into the driveway. One evening we were almost sideswiped by a Jeep that was obviously going too fast for the curve.

We loved it! We loved the location of Twin Pines, it felt secluded, private and peaceful. The reservation of the cabin, staff at the office and everything was really good. The only thing that was an issue for us was the pull out beds in the couches, they seemed worn out and uncomfortable, so we took turns with our sleeping arrangements. The jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, there was some trash around the outside of the cabin and broken glass on the steps that lead to the screened in porch that I assume was from previous guests and the remote to the tv in the porch didn’t work. Those weren’t major issues or a problem for us but just wanted to make aware of them. Overall we loved it and miss being there already!!

Cabin was very nice and spacious! We enjoyed the fire pit every night! We have rented many many times from yall and are always satisfied,will definitely be back soon!

Checking in and out was very simple and easy. The cabin was beautiful, and it was overall a great stay.

The cabin was a perfect place to "quarantine" a few days. Between the hot tub, the grill, the firepit and listening to the river flow below the screened in porch, we could have remained there for weeks! The hiking and horse back riding through the park were a welcome getaway from the crowds of the city. We are so happy you had something available when our other plans fell through!

this was our second time staying in one of your cabins. we absolutely love them and enjoy the whole experience. the only hiccup this time was our coupon for the aquarium was not in our folder. not sure what happened there and I called but was told there's nothing they could do. besides that we were very pleased.

Very prompt with inquiries. We had a wonderful time and plan on coming back very soon. We did notice a couple things that we were not sure anyone was aware of though. The left sink in master bath was slow to drain. The washing machine had mold on the inside rim giving the machine a musty mildew odor. The sulfur smell was pretty strong, especially when we tried using the jacuzzi tub in the master. None of these things affected our stay, as we loved the house and had a great time. We just wanted to bring these to your attention as they may be an issue to someone else.

Everything was wonderful. The location was great and the accommodations were family friendly. Our kids loved it.

House was extremely clean and up to date. The only thing that wasn’t working was the arcade gaming machine, but that’s not a deal breaker. Hot tub was nice and clean, fireplace was warm and inviting and kitchen had all of the essentials. Would definitely stay there again!

Our experience was wonderful! The cabin was super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing evening weekend!

The cabin was beautiful. It was fairly clean but the Jets on the tub were filthy. (Mold and bacteria will grow in tub jets). Also there were a pair of underwear left in the washing machine and the soap dispenser was dirty- so obviously the maid didn't check there either. Beds are super comfy! There needs to be blinds because there is a house directly in front of the cabin and with the windows in the cabin you can see EVERYTHING inside. So it was a little uncomfortable. A light outside would also have been nice because driving up to the cabin is pretty rough- the turn is sharp to get into the driveway. Overall a four! Thanks!

Twin Pines Cabin was the perfect cabin for our retreat this past weekend! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Booking/Check-in/ Check-out was a breeze and I would definitely stay in this cabin again. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!!

I would definitely consider staying again. The only problem I had was that the beds were a little too hard but other than that it was perfect.

Loved our cabin! Clean and comfortable! Our Twin Pines cabin was beautiful, about 20 mins from busy Gatlinburg center, very private! Loved the jacuzzi in the back with beautiful views of the trees. Kitchen was fully stocked, washer and dryer was a plus, and loved the convenience of 2 bathrooms. Only downfall was the steep gravel hill to get to the cabin. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

I think the company provided what we needed and allowed us the space to enjoy our trip, however left us plenty of tool to get support if we needed them! Excellent provider!!
