Twin Pines

Pros Very friendly and helpful staff over phone Cabin was generally clean Service was quick (trash, clearing tree out of our way, etc) Overall nice cabin, amenities, hot tub, etc Great experience overall Cons Toilet never for fixed after being reported, could never use Three seasons room outside was filthy beyond usability Cornhole setup was pretty poor condition

Our experience with Parkside is always great, however this time it was disappointed in the toilet situation. They did send someone out immediately to look at it but basically told us we just needed to plunge it everytime. That was not fun with 8 girls in a cabin woth only 2 toilets. Other than that the cabin is so nice and the setting is so peaceful.

Everything was great, we always have a good time. This was a short stay, but we're coming back in October for a longer stay (8 nights)!

Very spacious cabin. Two large bedrooms, large kitchen with updated appliances, huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, and a hot tub on the deck!! Very peaceful and quiet getaway for our family.

They are clean to my standards and that means clean. Very very high up the mountain. You can swim baked in you hot tub. Any problems maintenance is there. The jacuzzi astride is the best. I had the best trip considering that in my past I booked 16 times to another company that didn't care about their guests, only money. This is my 2nd satay with parkway and will use them from now on.

We LOVE this cabin. BUT, our last night there we had 2 people come up to dig a trench for the cable line. We definitely felt like that should have been handled before or after our stay when the cabin was empty.

Excellent!! I absolutely LOVE the house everything was clean and nice! I will definitely be back next year ❤️

Your service team was great. When we couldn’t figure out the streaming tv problem. The service man came out immediately and found the problem and fixed it.

Nice cabin. We enjoyed our stay very much. We have used Parkside cabin rentals many time. Great company to work with.

We loved the cabin, it was clean and as advertised, thank you very much

The cabin was breathtaking, clean and had everything you could think of regarding kitchenware and towels. We would definitely come back. #vibes

We had a great stay at Twin Pines everything was awesome. This was our fourth year there and we will be there again next year. Thanks again for a great vacation!

Great stay!! Other than no extra toilet paper! Which im sure was just an oversight lol

The cabin was great everything over all was great. Looking to book another cabin in march

Great, easy check in beautiful cabin next to our TN family.

We have always loved your cabins. We have been staying with you all since 2012 and look forward to our future stays.

Excellent! Everything was clean, spacious, and lots to do. The sounds from the river were so relaxing.

Excellent!! It was just the get away that I was looking for. So much solitude & serenity

Being in Georgia and just a little under a 3 hours drive away, anytime we come to The Smokies with plans to stay in a cabin; we use Parkside cabin rentals. It is the ONLY one we use. Twin pines was more out of the way than the cabins we’ve stayed in before with them, but it grew on us! We actually enjoyed the privacy, and the amenities the cabin included in itself. This is the first and only time cleanliness has been questionable, which is why I did not give a full 5 stars but they were things we chose to overlook, and they also offered very kindly to take care of these issues if we were okay with it. We loved that we had just arrived and had lunch when we received an email with cabin check in instructions! That was AWESOME. Completely contactless check in so there was no stopping at the office as we’ve done before (which was always okay too) but via email handling everything and getting in early was the way to go! Any and everyone we’ve communicated with in the office is wonderful, polite, and extremely professional. I cannot say enough amazing things about Parkside cabin rentals as a whole and overall would even choose to stay at twin pines cabin again! BEST CABIN RENTALS IN THE SMOKIES!!!

Always have a great time with Parkside!!! Repeat customer for years!!

Loved the instant hot water! The cabin was awesome and the great room was beautiful.

It was a pleasure. Not sure but the gas logs weren't working. Otherwise the stay was great!

The cabin was very clean and comfortable, and in a really sweet location. Our family had a really special time at Twin Pines.

The cabin was clean and was well stocked. It was a little difficult to find in the dark; I wish the signage had been a little more clear as to where the drive was at the top of the hill. Everything worked well in the cabin but we did notice some flickering lights in the kitchen and one of the switches in the living room actually threw a spark when we turned it on, so that should be addressed. We also noticed that there were many knives in a lower drawer; due to us having a small child we relocated them and would suggest that you consider leaving them in a more elevated spot for future families with littles. But overall this was our second stay with you and we are very happy with the accommodations and will be a return customer in the future.

Cabin was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The pictures on the web site did not do it justice. Enjoyed our stay and the view looking outside. The hot tub was also a refreshing treat during the evening and relaxing. Would recommend your site to anyone that asked on where to stay when visiting your area.

Loved the house we stayed in. I wish you could just check in at the cabin instead of driving to Gatlinburg to do this. BUT this helped us find our house. Everyone was very nice. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed. The showers could use a good scrubbing as they looked like they had mold, but they were clean otherwise. Thank you for the great experience.

Excellent booking, stay and service. Would highly recommend Parkside Cabin Rentals!

Very nice and clean cabin. GPS needs a little re aligning to find the entrace but if you pay attention to the signs they help a lot.

Excellent work the location is great and everything works well

Always great service and the cabin setting is so peaceful!

This was a great experience compared to a previous one with a different company. We will definitely use your cabins again! A few suggestions for the Twin Pines cabin; -dressers in each room -a good vaccum and mopping overall between each stay would be good. Our feet/socks were black! -taking a duster wand along the ceilings and in corners to get the cob webs would be super simple as well. -a few more wash rags and towels for the kitchen would be helpful as well as a few extra for the bathrooms Again tho a super beautiful place and would definitely stay again! Thank you

We had a wonderfull trip!Everything was great! 'Will stay again.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The cabin was beautiful and a fantastic location

We stayed at Twin Pines. The cabin is beautiful!! The staff were helpful and very attentive!! This will now be our go-to cabin when visiting the area!!

Everything was awesome except that the Wi-Fi was really spotty.

Check-in was clear, quick, and easy. Everyone has been very professional. The cabin was clean and everything was up to par.

The cabin was very impressive, very clean, stocked with supplies very well,it was a awesome experience, and I will be a repeat customer

Only thing I wish I could have enjoyed was the hot tub. When we turned it on water was spraying everywhere. Not enough water inside of it. Other than that the house was amazing.

Cabin clean and inviting, although the driveway was a bit wicked

Great cabin! Nice and clean! We loved the hot tub and game table as well! Well priced

Everything was great. Just want to let you know that I believe the hot tub outside is leaking water and looks like it is doing damage underneath the deck paneling. The main bathroom right sink lower cabinet right door is broken at the hinge.

The cabin was exceptional. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved the place and would definitely stay there again

We Always Love To Stay In Your Cabins and will be back real soon!!!

Everything was really nice. My only suggestions for future guests would be to fix some of the blinds and curtains. Even though you’re out in the woods, with so many people staying together, fully functioning blinds and curtains would be good when people are changing and whatnot in the bedrooms and dining area. I was also very surprised that there were no screens or locks on the windows in the living room. We had young kids that were going to use the pull outs, but we ended up having to buy an air mattress to put in the bedroom because of that. Other than that, everything was really nice.

Great Experience wish I could work with them at every location I wanted to travel to. Highly recommend!

Have stayed with you several times and always a wonderful experience.

Answered all my questions. When we got locked out of our I was able to call and get someone on the phone right away.

Was Great stay great experience would stay with you again

Great! Very nice and helpful. Nice cabin! Would stay with Parkside again.

We loved our cabin!! We loved the food recommendations! Awesome experience- definitely coming back!!

The house was amazing!!! Settled remotely in the mountains away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to it for a quick fix.

Great clean looks exactly like picture beautiful very nice cabin loved it

Easy and comfortable. The reservation, checkin and communication were all convenient.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Was our first time staying in TN and we look forward to coming back very soon. Twin pines will be our vacation spot for now on!

Jeff was awesome! Saved us when another broker dropped the ball.

Love our Twin pines cabin but each year kitchen items seem to be less and less. Last year we bought a coffee pot to leave this year I had to buy a pan to use for frying. Also only like 3 spoons and no pan to use to bake in oven. Other than that no issues

We enjoyed the cabin overall. We did not appreciate the dead animals on display.

Cleanliness, arrangement of furniture, all things working as we expected. The living area has always provided great ambiance.

The entire experience was first rate. We had a great time.

Reserving online went smooth, check in was also pretty easy. I think a bit more detail about the path up to the cabin would have been nice, such as that some of the road was mud/gravel and might require 4wheel drive, but other than that, seemed pretty easy to get to, etc.

We loved our stay at Paekside Cabins. This was our 3rd stay with Parkside. It was furnished nicely and had all the comforts of home and then some. We definitely will come back.

It was amazing. Everything was great. The cabin “Twin Pines” was nice and clean and in a perfect location. Thanks for an awesome vacation. We WILL be back next year! 😊

Awesome people to deal with! Enjoyed our stay keep an eye out for it reservations next year!

Parkside cabin rentals was great. The cabins we saw were spread out well for privacy and comfort. The cabin was clean, had updated appliances and basic amenities.

Cabin was amazing. Only thing maintenance never came back to fix the pack man game for the kids to play.

Everything was great check in was fast as always , the cabin was beautiful , there was a few things wrong but overall the cabin was as pictured . Will continue to stay at parkside cabins when I visit .

Amazing price for an amazing place, will be returning customer

Cabin was clean, beds comfy in a nice semi secluded area. Neighborhood dogs were very sweet as well. It was an excellent stay overall.

very beautiful and comfortable the cabin, very clean and with everything you need to spend a good vacation and very satisfied and 100 percent that we will return and in the office they are very kind people

Everything was great. It was clean and very accommodating. We loved being remote enough that we were away from all of the hustle and bustle. The only thing I would recommend is some sort of safety mirror or something when making a left into the driveway. One evening we were almost sideswiped by a Jeep that was obviously going too fast for the curve.

Everything was perfect , it was a first time vacation for my mother and grandkids of whom absolutely loved it

Everything was clean and the cabin was in a nice area.

The cabin was gorgeous, & very spacious. The setting was out of the way & quiet. The customer service was speedy & very kind.

Our stay here was a very wonderful experience! Our cabin was very nice and clean and we loved being secluded!! We can’t wait to do it again!!

Always great to stay in one if your cabins. Thanks!

Excellent. Customer service was everything! The cabin stay was amazing!

We will definitely stay here again! We loved everything about this property!

The cabin was beautiful. It had everything we could need for our stay.

Great, clean, updated, and spacious. We will be coming back. Check in and out was very easy.

We loved it! We loved the location of Twin Pines, it felt secluded, private and peaceful. The reservation of the cabin, staff at the office and everything was really good. The only thing that was an issue for us was the pull out beds in the couches, they seemed worn out and uncomfortable, so we took turns with our sleeping arrangements. The jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, there was some trash around the outside of the cabin and broken glass on the steps that lead to the screened in porch that I assume was from previous guests and the remote to the tv in the porch didn’t work. Those weren’t major issues or a problem for us but just wanted to make aware of them. Overall we loved it and miss being there already!!

Cabin was very nice and spacious! We enjoyed the fire pit every night! We have rented many many times from yall and are always satisfied, will definitely be back soon!

This is our 2nd time booking with yall this year and will continue to do so.. our experience is always top notch. Homes are always clean and they prices are very reasonable. We look forward to seeing yall soon.

Checking in and out was very simple and easy. The cabin was beautiful, and it was overall a great stay.

The cabin was a perfect place to "quarantine" a few days. Between the hot tub, the grill, the firepit and listening to the river flow below the screened in porch, we could have remained there for weeks! The hiking and horse back riding through the park were a welcome getaway from the crowds of the city. We are so happy you had something available when our other plans fell through!

Awesome Job! The cabin was so beautiful and relaxing couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

this was our second time staying in one of your cabins. we absolutely love them and enjoy the whole experience. the only hiccup this time was our coupon for the aquarium was not in our folder. not sure what happened there and I called but was told there's nothing they could do. besides that we were very pleased.

Very prompt with inquiries. We had a wonderful time and plan on coming back very soon. We did notice a couple things that we were not sure anyone was aware of though. The left sink in master bath was slow to drain. The washing machine had mold on the inside rim giving the machine a musty mildew odor. The sulfur smell was pretty strong, especially when we tried using the jacuzzi tub in the master. None of these things affected our stay, as we loved the house and had a great time. We just wanted to bring these to your attention as they may be an issue to someone else.

Everything was wonderful. The location was great and the accommodations were family friendly. Our kids loved it.

Our cabin was amazing and we simply loved it! A truly beautiful setting!!

Loved the cabin, very clean. Office staff very polite. Only thing we did not like was the arcade game did not work and only one jet in the tub worked.

Great cabin, just as described. Love the lock on the door so we didnt have to drop off keys at check out. This is the 3rd cabin I've booked with you guys and you never disappoint!

wonderful, was happy with everything. The staff were all super nice and the cabin was perfect.

This was our second time renting from Parkside Cabin rentals and once again it will not be our last! From check in to check out ...so easy! Our cabin , Twin Pines, was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and very roomy! Kids loved it as much as we did! We just got home today and are already getting ready to book our trip with y’all again for next year!

It was an awesome experience! Will definitely book with Park Side again.

House was extremely clean and up to date. The only thing that wasn’t working was the arcade gaming machine, but that’s not a deal breaker. Hot tub was nice and clean, fireplace was warm and inviting and kitchen had all of the essentials. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved our cabin!!! Loved that we could be accommodated for an extra night! Did not want to leave!!!

Our experience was wonderful! The cabin was super clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing evening weekend!

The cabin was beautiful. It was fairly clean but the Jets on the tub were filthy. (Mold and bacteria will grow in tub jets). Also there were a pair of underwear left in the washing machine and the soap dispenser was dirty- so obviously the maid didn't check there either. Beds are super comfy! There needs to be blinds because there is a house directly in front of the cabin and with the windows in the cabin you can see EVERYTHING inside. So it was a little uncomfortable. A light outside would also have been nice because driving up to the cabin is pretty rough- the turn is sharp to get into the driveway. Overall a four! Thanks!

Twin Pines Cabin was the perfect cabin for our retreat this past weekend! The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Booking/Check-in/ Check-out was a breeze and I would definitely stay in this cabin again. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience!!

Wonderful cabin and support staff great. Responsive to our needs. Gas fireplace however did not work consistently

I would definitely consider staying again. The only problem I had was that the beds were a little too hard but other than that it was perfect.

Loved our cabin! Clean and comfortable! Our Twin Pines cabin was beautiful, about 20 mins from busy Gatlinburg center, very private! Loved the jacuzzi in the back with beautiful views of the trees. Kitchen was fully stocked, washer and dryer was a plus, and loved the convenience of 2 bathrooms. Only downfall was the steep gravel hill to get to the cabin. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

I think the company provided what we needed and allowed us the space to enjoy our trip, however left us plenty of tool to get support if we needed them! Excellent provider!!

Top notch. We were very happy with our stay. Definitely will come back it was a beautiful place.

House was beautiful and clean. Customer service was prompt when we requested something. All around we had a wonderful time during our very first visit to Gatlinburg!

We had a wonderful stay and plan to come back. I few changes?1) Better grill. If my family was with us it would be to small. 2)landscaping and spider removal. Thank you for a great vacation.

cabin was exceptional, very clean and well stocked, have already recommended to all my friends and will come back again, beautiful cabin and everything you could k for to keep occupied at the cabin and what i wanted was some seclusion without other cabins on top of us and it was exactly that, thank you guys for a wonderful vacation

It was awesome I can't wait to come again the cabin was very nice and clean

Excellent customer service from Park Side Cabin Rentals and the Twin Pines cabin was wonderful and well stocked with everything we needed; beautiful setting and very peaceful, yet close enough to all the attractions, grocery, and restaurants.

We had a great Experience. The only thing I would change is to stay longer!

The cabin was beautiful, our stay was great. We will be renting from you next year !

Our family really enjoyed this cabin. We would recommend this cabin to our family and friends. Our family experienced one issue; the fire place in the living room would not stay lit. Other than that; this cabin was up to our standards. We will visit soon!

The twin pines was more beautiful than I expected. Enjoyed my stay!

I loved everything about our cabins. It was actually more beautiful than the pictures. And the pictures were amazing. So that alone tells you how impressed I was. I will be coming back. I am still thrilled and i am back home. I miss it already.

Everything was great! This was a very comfortable home and we will definitely book again!

You did amazing!! Cabin was beautiful and clean!!! Fast fixing our pilot light malfunction lol

Love the solitude and privacy for my family. Alotta great space. Pefect for a getaway vacation. Looked exactly like it did in the pictures.

Everything was great. Cabin was beautiful and everything we hoped for.

We loved the place just wished it had more lighting at the pool table... Everything was beautiful and very clean...
