The River Lodge

The staff at Parkside goes "above and beyond" in making everything convenient and comfortable for their guests. Greg, Kristi, Jeff, Dustin, Corey and others are always friendly, patient and reliable. I'm amazed at their high standards of customer service. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful! We had 11 ppl and an infant and everyone had plenty of space. We did t use the bunk house only to store some other food. Having coffee on the porch in the .morning and hearing the river was great. Kitchen fully stocked the only item was the grill on the back porch. Needed some TLC. Also, bring bbq tools and some mitts. We all totally loved the cabin Thank you

Loved the house we stayed in, it was beautiful! The only recommendation would be to clean up the grill some and provide some utensils for it and there wasn't enough corn hole bags. People need to store them inside so they don't get wet and rot. It was very kid friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The older kids loved the bunkhouse. We would stay here again.

Clean, well stocked cabin, just as described. Great location. Easy check in and out.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean, they also had almost any cooking supplies needed. We hosted our wedding ceremony in the yard and had tons of compliments on the property!

A bit of a hiccup with our booked cabin was quickly rectified. The home was beautiful and nicely appointed. The horses greeting us in the morning, was an amazing touch!

The house we stayed in was excellent and in a convenient area. The staff at check-in were very pleasant and had good tips. The only suggestion would be to have more cooking utensils provided.

Great house! Plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful views, very quiet and peaceful. Kitchen needs a few utensils - spatulas, cutting boards, kitchen chefs-type knives. A few board games would be nice to have.

Great! A few minor deficiencies such as the stove not properly working due to burner being out and a few locks being broken on doors. However, these were not biggies, the cabin was nice overall and we had plenty of room.

Best company we have EVER rented from!! We were greeted at check in by the nicest, friendliest, most informative people (Jeff and Shelly)!! Never felt more welcomed by any other rental company than this one! All of the extras (from parking passes to plenty of toiletries at the house) were very appreciated! We had one little issue with the lock on the door and they had someone out within 30 mins. Customer service is top notch!! We can’t wait to rent from this company again!!

The stay was very good. We enjoyed the house. Plenty of room especially the guest house. The kids had a lot of fun there. The bed sheets/comforters were a bit dusty in the guest house, most likely, because no one had used it prior to us for a while and was collecting some dusts. But it did not stop us from enjoying the rooms. a bit of dusting took care of the dust. We will also suggest to have a few big pots and pans, a kettle, some table spoons (there were none). It will also be good to have a few more paper towels. A lot of plates, steak knives, tea spoons, etc. were available. One major improvement that we would suggest is have locks for the bathrooms. This was a big drawback as we had to lock the bed room door to get around the problem. The office staff was very helpful. The parking passes were very helpful.

The cabin was amazing! This property is HUGE! The yard alone makes this property more appealing than anyplace we have stayed in Gatlinburg, close to downtown yet so secluded and private, we had an amazing time. This home is beautiful and the screened in patio was such a bonus! We ate every meal on the patio. We will be booking this for next year’s vacation!

We should have been made aware of the exact location before booking. It was further away from the action than we wanted. Also, we were evacuated by police because of a flash flood that scared us all. No one even called to check on us. That was not right

Beautiful cabin in Gatlinburg! The staff was very helpful and any issues we had they were quickly addressed. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. The only con were the bugs in the outside guesthouse that were addressed by the team.

Our family have a wonderful experience staying at the RiverLodge. The only down fault. That’s out of your control is at the dryer wasn’t working there was a note attached indicating that the parts are on order. And the outdoor fireplace wasn’t working. But overall it’s a fantastic experience. Thank you

We come to Gatlinburg at least once a year. This is our 3rd different cabin we have stayed in and I have to say, IT WAS MY FAVORITE!!! The owner's of the cabin that we booked about 8 months in advance decided to sell their property. Parkside called us about 2 weeks before our trip and upgraded us to the RIVER LODGE CABIN. There is a volleyball net, soooo much room in the fenced in yard to play kickball, football-there are the most adorable, sweet horses next door that you can feed some snacks to. walk across the street and there is an entrance to the river and swimming hole-up the street, maybe 3/4 mile and they have all the hiking trails you could dream of...with waterfalls. We didnt even have to leave the cabin-This was my favorite by far and I am so grateful to Parkside for the upgrade and making it a beautiful vacation for my family. They are the sweetest to deal with as well- We had trouble getting the fireplaces lit (we really just didn't know how to work them:) and they sent maintenance out immediately-We had no issues and absolutely will be back

As always all office personal and friendly. We have a large group so we needed extra parking passes, after explaining this they provided them. Thank you. As always our unit was clean and well supplied. Service man came and explained the fireplaces to us which we enjoyed very much. Also had a fire in fire pit, roasted marshmallows and even belted out some favorite tunes. Our neighbors were not very close to us. Lol

Perfect. Your employees were amazing. We were snowed in for one day. And they made things right by the next morning

Our trip was absolutely amazing. There were a few issues that we had...one of which was mice...I called and made the staff aware they said they would send someone out to set traps but no one ever showed up....also the fire place the pilot light would not stay light and would continuously go out...also the hot tub did not work the jets did not work at all while we were there which was very disappointing....othere than these few thing we enjoyed our stay the place is beautiful
