The Bunk House is a unique 3-bedroom cabin, formerly a rustic barn, now thoughtfully updated with modern comforts while maintaining its open, airy feel. High ceilings and large windows bring in natural light, creating a bright and inviting space for your stay.
Inside, the cabin features a full kitchen, a large living area with a big-screen TV, a sleeper sofa, and a pool table. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and four queen beds, with two of the queens located in a loft area overlooking the living room. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.
Step outside to enjoy the covered porch, relax in the private hot tub, or gather around the outdoor gas fireplace. A separate pavilion offers even more space to unwind, featuring a fire pit, pool table, and cornhole setup - ideal for groups and families.
Located within about 20 minutes of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, downtown Gatlinburg, and Rocky Top Sports World, this cabin offers a peaceful setting with easy access to nearby attractions.

The cabin was nice. It is in the woods and has a nice creek. We enjoyed the hot tub pool table and corn hole while we were there. It is a bit of a drive to pigeon forge and gatlinburg just so you are aware it doesn't take away from the cabin.

The Bunk House cabin in Gatlinburg was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how cozy, clean, and well-maintained everything was. The cabin had that perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort — we instantly felt right at home. The location was peaceful and private, yet close enough to downtown Gatlinburg. We loved spending time together by the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the spacious layout that gave everyone plenty of room to unwind. The only downside was the water system — the shower had very low water pressure, which made it a bit difficult at times. Hopefully this is something that can be improved for future guests, because everything else about the cabin was fantastic.

Almost everything was perfect EXCEPT….the water pressure in the shower was horrible. If you turned the sink I. The kitchen in, it got worse. But we managed. Great cabin and location. We will stay again next year if available. Just please work on that water!!

Great customer experience. Would love to be able to go directly to the cabin instead of going by the office first. This cabin the bunkhouse was okay, not one of the best that we've had. Both bathrooms are outside of the bedrooms.

The cabin and location was great. Checking is was great as well. The gentleman, I believe his name was Jeff, took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I didn’t have any questions. Told me how to get help if needed. When I did call because the one shower was not working they sent someone right away and fixed it. Even if it was a temp fix to get us through our stay it worked and gave them time to be able to fix it correctly after we left. The only thing I would recommend is that before a renter comes in maybe get a garden hose and spray all the cobwebs out of the outside windows. Yes I know it was in the woods but the cabin and the view is so beautiful it would have been even better without the cobwebs to distract. Same with inside. In the day of check in have some one do a sweep in the inside and knock down the cobwebs. Those spiders can be huge! All and all I loved the cabin. It fit all of us comfortably and we had a great time!

I am a hard person to please when I spent good money on something. My family absolutely loved "The Bunkhouse". The Jacuzzi was an extra touch even though we never used. The only negative thing to say is we didn't do much of the planned activities because all anyone wanted to do was sleep because it was so relaxing. We will do it again.

The cabin looked nice when we came in, and very peaceful. There was a problem that we had but maintenence came out within minutes and fixed it. I was very pleased with the stay. I would 100% recommend this cabin. The staff was friendly when we came in also.

We love the bunkhouse in Rocky flats in Cosby we always rent from Parkside cabin rentals this was our 4 the time in the bunkhouse but we have booked through you guys I have lost count we will remain loyal customers to you guys always friendly service we thank you guys for everything and we will see you on the next trip thank you Parkside cabin rentals and employees can't wait till we are back

Great customer service and cabin. Very positive experience and we’ll stay again. The Bunk House kitchen does need a restock. There’s only a couple of forks and spoons, no oven mitts, and the manual can opener is so bent it does not work.

We had a great time at the Bunk House cabin. We brought a small Scout Troop (8 Scouts, 4 adults) and has plenty of room to sleep, have our daily activities, and just hang out. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and was well stocked. We had everything we needed to cook meals for 12, and plenty of entertainment. The cabin was very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg, and the free parking vouchers were a great perk! The guys are already planning their next visit. See you soon!

We loved the bunkhouse! It was secluded which we are used to. The sound of the babbling creek was relaxing. The children loved sleeping in the loft and didn’t want to leave. We loved the hot tub and the fireplace on the porch. Oh, and the parking passes were icing on the cake! Your staff was prompt and courteous whenever I called. Thank you SO much. We will use your services again.

The bunk house was amazing. While my family had. Planned to do so much we only left the cabin one time because it was a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere which is what we were looking for. We had an issue with the tv in the main living room area it wasn’t turning on we called and it was fixed with in 2hours y’all are great and we will definitely be staying again

The cabin and property were absolutely beautiful. The surrounding area and the drive to the cabin itself were stunning. I had a wonderful time on my stay as well as my family did too. There’s a few things I did have a problem with on my stay though and that’s the reason I give it 4 stars. The cabin was not cleaned very well before my arrival. I noticed on the last 3 days or so of my stay that there was a mouse problem as well as a roach problem too.

The cabin was really neat, but I was a bit surprised that only one of the bedrooms had a door on it. It ended up being ok, but would have liked that info from the start, not sure if it was mentioned in the room description or not. Other than that, it was a great rustic experience and the pool table and cornhole entertainment was a bonus! Thanks!

I would rate customer service from Jeff -10 - stars- if it were an option. We did have some hiccups but issues were resolved. Rainbow Falls cabin has a Moma Bear and two cubs that frequent the deck , which was the highlight of our stay .

For having a mix up and our cabin sold it turned out amazing. All of the staff was very nice and accommodating! They ensured our stay was comfortable and went out of their way. It’s appreciated and the cabin and location was absolutely beautiful and perfect.There was only thing I would change is having pole sticks that are not broken, but we accommodated for it. We will definitely be back and use their beautiful cabins again! Kudos to the amazing owner and staff for taking time to accommodate our big family! We thank you for a great experience and memories that will last forever!!! Even the maintenance men was wonderful!!!!

The cabin is in a wonderful area. We loved it so much, we’re looking to build something very similar. The floor plan is wonderful. I do wish it had more/better kitchen supplies, but that won’t keep me from staying there in the future. The toaster doesn’t work either. We loved the Pavillion sooo much. Great addition and the constant sound of the stream in the background was wonderful. I think the cabin is also due for a good deep clean. I know it can get dirty getting rented out so much, but I had to clean several things when I was there. Again, nothing that will keep me from staying again. It’s easily our new favorite cabin in the area.

Really a 4 star, but I'm not sure they can help the wifi and internet problem or lack of. You could not do work online from the Bunkhouse cabin we stayed in. Or watch anything on tv. But, I'm not sure they can get high speed internet out there. Other than that, it's all a FIVE star cabin. My family really enjoyed it

The cabin with the guest room was so awesome. Some many rooms you couldn't decide where to sleep. The view was breath taking. They only problem is your water doesn't stay hot long enough for the jacuzzi. And with so many bathrooms you can't take a shower at the same time or the water gets cold quick.

Cabin was great very large very spacious. However we had no access to any of the streams or view of the stream. The hot tub was probably the worst I’ve ever seen water very stagnant and smelled really bad. We enjoyed it we turned it down and the two children played in it. Also your gate lock was missing. Overall what are the best times we had. Thank you Parkside and Christy for your help.

We have rented from Parkside for 7 or 8 years in a row now and always have a positive customer experience. From front desk to maintenance staff, everyone is always very helpful. We aren't necessarily complaining but this year our cabin (The Bunk House) was usually dirty (example: our socks were black from walking on the floor). We've stayed in that cabin 4 or 5 times in the past and it's never been like that. It seems to need a deep clean. Also, the dishes available in the kitchen seemed limited this year, like things were missing. A few times we had trouble cooking meals because of the lack of dishes or utensils. We'll be back again next year, I'm just providing some honest feedback for you.

The cabin was terrific, as was the price for a 7 day stay. There were only a few small hiccups with the cabin which would be the third drawer down in one of the bathrooms were broken, there was not much of a water pressure but I had assumed it was because of how far we were out and there were quite a few millipedes running around in the foyer room that features the game system regardless if the door was closed all day. A few of the creepy crawlers found the way to my bed, but overall it was a great experience and we will be sure to book with you again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Bunk House! It was private, clean, and very cozy. And the customer service was excellent. The TV in the living room stopped working and they sent someone to set up a new TV. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely recommend Park Side to others!

I would highly recommend Park Side Cabin Rentals to everyone. Check-in/check-out was so fast and easy without all the hassle. The employees were very informative and friendly. We stayed in one of their cabin's for a week and wasn't bothered by anyone. If housekeeping was needed, we had the option to call them instead of housekeeping coming out to the cabin everyday. We loved the cabin so much and will definitely be back.

The staff was very nice. The prices were fair. The beds are comfortable. We will be back next year. We stayed in 2 cabins. The transition from 1 cabin to the next was not very well executed. When we booked we were assured the time between the cabins being ready would be minimal. (they would ensure our 2nd cabin was cleaned first) 5 hours later it is now the actual check in time and it still wasn't ready. Speaking of cleaning, the basic cleaning was terrific. The deep cleaning (cob webs, wasp nests) didn't appear to have been done at all this year.

We absolutely loved our stay in The Bunk House! We loved the seclusion; it was perfect for the kids & dog. The office staff was very friendly. Everything we needed was provided with the cabin. One note, not sure if you are aware; the crockpot was broken. When we pulled it out to use it, the bottom of the bowl was missing. The arcade game and dartboard were nice surprises when we arrived. We will definitely use your rental agency again.

The cabin was amazing and very much what we were hoping for. The staff were phenomenal and very friendly. The distance to town from the cabin was ok but at times irritating...if we return will be checking into something closer.

Very Good, not many rules, house was clean, folks at check in and check out made it quick and easy. Check out at 11:00 and not a lot of rules or procedures. The Bunk house was great and with our large family the huge dinner table accommodated us all. A huge flock of Turkey came to visit every evening. Hot tub, Fireplace, and Football on the screened in porch with a cold one. That is hard to beat!

The cabin was very nice, we all loved our stay there. A suggestion would be to provide Internet at this locale, as it is so remote there was no cell phone reception and it made it difficult to stay in touch with family members.

Very nice place will be back.just one think the couch bed did not have sheets or blankets and pillows so we had use some off the other beds and on the information that is considered as a bed.
