I've stayed with a lot of cabin places over the years and parkside was the best. easiest checking and the most beautiful cabin. Sunset Memories was one of the most beautiful cabins I've ever stayed in. and one of the cleanest. thank you for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed the whole stay, thank you for providing a perfect cabin. I will be returning in April for another stay.

The cabin was very clean and roomy and the view was absolutely breathtaking! We saw a momma and three cubs almost everyday we were there. We most definitely stay here again !

It was a beautiful cabin, we had a great time. I would suggest supplying a broom in the closet for the kitchen floor. Also some extra trash bags in the cans would be helpful for the guest.

The cabin was beautiful, my only complaint was we had donuts on the counter overnight in a box and ants got in them

From the moment I discovered the Sunset Memories cabin and decided to book it for a week, the entire process was surprisingly easy and effortless, the staff were always available and friendly, the cabin itself was better than expected and the view was sublime. The cabin rental process was smooth and lived the free downtown parking passes! The cabin was very clean and everything was provided that we needed. The pool we had access to was very clean as well and a great bonus!!! Can’t wait to come back!

Love the cabin. We have stayed before and returned. I would recommend a couple other items to be in cabin. Extra Toilet Paper, strainer, shredder, pot holders.

Was blown away .. cabin veuw was better then photos.. and check in was easy. Cabin was super clean. Mana bears and 3 cubs love pkaying on front deck chairs in afternoons.

Wonderful. I would definitely choose you all again in the fall. I thought the cabin had a pool table but we made due with tv. The generator was a plus.

The cabin was exactly as seen on the listing! Everything was clean, neat, and beautiful. The fireplace was sooo nice to have.

The only issue we had was the construction of another house close by! Everything else was extremely nice! We loved our stay!

Everything was great. Not anything I would change other than letting people know the vicinity of where they are staying. It was a little far than expected.

We loved the house and our stay. The hot tub should have been larger with a house that size. Wasn't enough room in the hot tub for everyone who went. It would have been nice to have a light at the end of the house for grilling at night. Those are the only things I would like to see changed. But loved our stay!

Very clean, had everything we needed. One of the tv’s in the bedroom would only stay on one channel but we really didn’t watch much television so it was okay. The jacuzzi was great!

Cabin was excellent just like website said beautiful view check in was easy and check out is even better not having to drop off a key..

I truly liked their staff! Very pleasant and has a sense of humor! Our cabin was clean and the views were perfect! Very comfortable, from the beds to the sofas and out door furniture. I loved the fact that they have outdoor security lightning as we had a bear to walk up to the cabin. Took many great photos of Mr.bear. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely be booking more dates to come.

Booking was easy. However I did get asked to come a day early and that was a little mix up where I was almost shorted a day then and cabin was over booked but it was worked out where I stayed and whom ever was coming in got another cabin.

We absolutely loved the cabin and views. We wish the hot tub would have been bigger and the grill. Overall very clean, relaxing and beautiful.

Smooth and friendly process from start to finish. Cabin was listed accurately, clean, and great view. The only problem was that we should have been notified about the increased bear activity in that area, as we had an agressive bear that disrupted our stay about midnight. Was not able to utilize deck and hot tub because of the bears.

Friendly customer service, cabin was very clean and just as the pictures showed, only (slight) complaint was that the trees had grown quite a bit since the pictures were taken. Still a fantastic views though! And very conveniently located

WE loved the cabin and the beautiful views of the mountains and woods. The cabin met all our expectations. Our wives were thrilled with the very clean and nicely furnished 2 -bedroom cabin. Great wrap around porch. where we a spent time relaxing on rocking chairs and enjoying the gorgeous view. WE saw deer, a bear and numerous wild turkey while there. Wonderful experience! We will return.

Everything was wonderful. As advertised. The cabin and views were amazing. Staff was very friendly. Thus is our 2nd time staying Waugh y'all and both were great experiences.

Other than a few cleanliness issues we witnessed upon first entering the cabin things were great. The view was phenomenal! The cabin was extremely peaceful. My only issue was the bees out around the deck are which took away from my experience due to my extreme allergies to bees. I know they are woodcutter bees which essentially ignore humans but I couldn't get over the anxiety to relax on the deck area.

An awesome cabin rental very nice and pleasant. This is my favorite cabin rental when we come to tenn. Thank you all for your hospitality
