Your hospitality is always amazing. We absolutely love our Squirrel's Nest home in the mountains. Thanks also for providing wood for the fireplace. Finally, all of your staff are so friendly and helpful. We really appreciate that. I think we'll keep coming back for another 20 years.

Would suggest you provide staples like salt, pepper and coffee etc like the vrbos do

The most peaceful and beautiful place to stay! We even had a bear sighting. Felt very safe and secure in our cabin. Loved the back porch with the creek running just below.

Everything was more than I expected. The cabin was in great condition and the creek was a big plus. Will definitely be renting from you again. You were very prompt in picking up the trash when we asked you to. Very friendly people.

Cabin and the location was awesome. The staff was very friendly at check in. They also did an awesome job on the phone when calling for garbage pickup. They were very helpful to time to answer any question I had. This was my third cabin rental through Parkside. I will be booking more cabins through parkside cabin rentals.

We love all our visits to Parkside and this was no exception. The ice maker at Squirrels Nest needs to be repaired, other than that, no issues at all.

Our cabin was the perfect size for us. We really enjoyed sitting out & listening to the creek!

We had a wonderful stay at the Squirrel's Nest cabin. It was quiet, clean and cozy and we loved the location on Webb's Creek away from the bustle of the city. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Two minor issues, the cabin needs more coffee mugs. There were only four. Also, there were no hangars in the closets. Otherwise, the cabin was well appointed. The cabin has a wood burning fireplace and the odor bothered me as I am sensitive to scents. Parkside Rentals did a great job. We'll be back again!

We loved the cabin and the creek was awesome. Definitely will be going back again soon.Thank you for everything. besides the previous tenants prescription being left behind and not found while cleaning and fans needed to be cleaned but other than that it was great.

Checking in and out was very smooth. The cabin has great signs which allowed us to early find the cabin with the directions we had been given. One of the tvs did not work in the bedroom which was a bummer. Might want to also update the sheet to say that the pizza places only deliver to certain cabins as they did not to us.

For 13 years we have enjoyed our trips to Brookside and Squirrel's Nest. This is our sanctuary away from busy, yet meaningful lives. Your staff have always been kind and accommodating to us, which we deeply appreciate. We have trips booked out all through next year and will continue to do so. Thank you for being one of our homes away from home.

Wonderful place, sucks it rained most of the time but the creek behind the cabin was awesome. Hot tub was real nice too along with both jacuzzi tubs!

We've been to the Smokies 6x, and while we never had a bad experience with cabin rentals, the customer service with Parkside was phenomenal, and we will always choose you guys going forward. Thank you for accommodating a change in weeks due to terrible weather! The parking passes were a surprise treat and came in so handy. Honestly, everything about the experience was 100%.

Our cabin was perfect! I wish we would have know about the coffee maker! I would have brought kcups! Also, it was unnecessary for us to go all the way into town to get the pin code. All that would have saved us 11/2 hours.

Everything went smoothly in booking and checking in to the cabin along with checking out. Customer service was nice and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I recommend then highly to anyone who wants to stay in their cabins. Cabins were nice and clean. They had the lights test for you when coming in late at night. Really appreciated that gesture. The cabin was very nice and very clean. We were extremely happy with the rental and Parkside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately during our stay my wife got very sick and we had to call an ambulance to the site. While they were caring for her she knocked a drink off of the table and when I went to clean it there were only a couple small dish cloths and no cleaning supplies. So my only suggestion would be to keep a spray bottle of multipurpose cleaner and a few wipe cloths. Even though we had personal issues we were very pleased with our choice to use Parkside

Staff was welcoming and great to talk to when we arrived at the office. Also very informative. We again loved the cabin and fireplace. Hopefully on our next trip we can get a cabin close to pigeon forge are through you. We also enjoy your cabins.

Very nice accommodations. Clean and well stocked. There was an issue with the property we were supposed to stay at and they switched us with no problem and we loved Squirrel’s Nest.

Always very comfortable beautiful spot probably could use more wood. I’m sure if you ask them they’ll give it to you right away otherwise absolutely beautiful.

As always, the staff at Parkside treated us with the ultimate kindness and professionalism. We've been visiting here for 10 years and have never been disappointed. The new living room furniture at Squirrels Nest is very nice and makes that room much more comfortable. I also appreciate you being willing to receive packages for me at your office since UPS can't seem to find the cabin.

The folks in office was very nice and helpful. We was very pleased with cabin.

Had trouble finding the cabin and no one knew how to direct me to it. The mattress in both rooms were extremely uncomfortable but other then those two issues everything was great. Cabin was beautiful and clean.

We love Parkside and particularly Squirrel's Next. The staff always treat us well and are very friendly. We did have a bit of an issue getting the trash picked up over the weekend - we called and no one came which led to a horrific smell. That's unusual, however, as service is usually perfect. We look forward to our Thanksgiving visit in just a couple of months.

The cabin was beautiful! Loved the creek behind it. Took some beautiful pictures! We very much enjoyed pool table. The pockets on the pool table needs to be fixed. Thankful for the washer and dryer. Overall a great experience.

First let me say, we loved the location and the setting. Very quiet with beautiful outdoor surroundings. The cabin was really great having two large bedrooms and baths, and really enjoyed the pool table. I would say the things that should be addressed is the following: Remove the ashes from the fireplace during the months not being used, it smelled the house up. The house needs to be sprayed as there were many black ants. Clean the vent dryer out after each rental. And one big thing is to replace the mattress's the one off to the right from the front door is super bad on one side. I could not sleep the first night and ended up in the other bedroom. I know that sounds like a lot of bad, but I feel like we would love to go back to the cabin if these things could be addressed. Thank you, Mary Emmerling

Pros: Great location and house layout. Loved being by the river. Easy, friendly and welcoming check-in. Easy check-out. Information packet informative with easy to follow guidelines and directions. Cons: House needed sweeping. Two dirty frying pans in cabinet. Same 2 pans were past the point of needed replacing. The lid on the bucket with ashes was partially off and house reeked of dirty ashes.

The cabin was beautiful! Comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The stream off the deck was stunning and so relaxing. This was my 2nd stay at a Parkside cabin and I will continue to be a return customer!

We always enjoy our visits to "the creek" as we call it. Squirrels Nest is one of our favorite places to be anywhere. I'm so happy you replaced some of the old cookware - major improvement. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We can't wait for our next trip.

This is our 2nd time staying with ya'll and it was another good stay.

Over all stay was great! The bedroom with the French doors needed some attention. The bed was very noisy every time you moved or turned over in it. The ceiling fan was also noisy making it hard to keep the baby asleep in the pack in play. They ice machine was also broken which you had to open the ice bin to get the ice and often ice would fall on the floor. These were just some small issues that we noted. We enjoyed our stay otherwise. Ashlee

We are very fond of you all at Parkside. Since we come often, I am in communication with your staff on a fairly regular basis. Whether I'm booking a new reservation or need a copy of a confirmation I've misplaced, your folks are always professional and friendly. Even when I ask for an extra detail - like perhaps an extra dining room chair, some attention to a cleaning detail, or when a bear - yes it did happen - gets in our trash, you all respond quickly and seem happy to do so. Finally, I love Webb's Creek. Brookside was my favorite until I had knee surgery. We then moved to Squirrell's Nest because of much fewer steps. We love it, too. Thanks so much for your hospitality, we'll see you next month.

Handrails on the front steps would be most helpful. In the rain, with wet leaves on the steps, if you start to slip at all, there's nothing to really grab or hold onto. The boards are too wide to really hold onto.

We love all our visits with you all. As I mentioned to the staff member this morning, some of the kitchen items are missing - there are no baking pans left there - or at least I couldn't find them in their usual places. We can't wait to see you all again in October. Thanks for your usual good hospitality.

We always enjoy our visits to your cabins. From the reservation experience, to advance communication, including the check-in experience, the entire experience works smoothly. We love the cabins on Webb's Creek and come back very often.

I’ve used Parkside for several years now and always had great experiences. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the cabins could use a better deep cleaning. They usually have dirt and dust in all the corners pushed up against the base boards.

We had a nice experience with Parkside Cabin Rentals. We stayed in the Squirrels Nest cabin. The cabin was clean, the stream running behind the cabin was wonderful and the fire pit was great. The only issue we had was the heat and air was not working. We reported it and a maintenance person came right away. They had it fixed very quickly. The weather was nice so it wasn’t a big deal, we just wanted to make sure they knew about it. Overall we loved it and really enjoyed our stay!

Cabin was ok. Dishwasher did not work. Ran it twice and dishes were still as dirty as when I put them in. Oven does not heat up correctly. It said it was preheated but was barely warm inside. Light fixture on the ceiling fan in the bedroom was hanging by a wire. Unclear on what to do with the trash. Check out paper said not to leave it in the outside trash cans so we brought them in when we left. Should have secured trash receptacle outside so you don't have to worry about animals. We enjoyed the patio and the steps to the stream are great!! We will be back!

Directions to cabin were clear - no problem finding our way there. Cabin was stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bathrooms towels, and sheets on both beds. All the rooms in the cabin were clean.

The cabin was exactly as it looked on the website. It was clean and the fire place was amazing. The firewood was a little low when we arrived but we called and they were there within the hour! They were very friendly.

Checking in, directions and goodie bag were great. Squirrels Nest was perfect for us. Rugged beauty off the beaten path. Loved the vintage rock work around creek. We were vexed on the hot tub operations. It seemed to run a lot more than it should when not in use and the fridge was freezing our food and drinks. We turned it to the warmest setting, but it didn't seem to make a difference. Both of these are running up the electric bill, so less profit for you guy's. Might want to see about it. Thanks for the firewood. Didn't expect to see that. Major plus!!!

Outstanding customer service! Arrived in town early, staff called to let us know our cabin was ready, prior to normal 4pm check in.

Loved squirrel's nest! The cabin was wonderful: clean, spacious, and fun amenities like a hot tub and pool table. A huge hit with our kids. We wish there were a few more staple items in the cabin's kitchen like salt, pepper, and cookie sheets.

All was good! Only thing missing was, we weren't aloud to burn inside the cabins fire place, or outside because of the burn band. But we do understand why! The town has been through a lot in the last few weeks! But always nice to have a fire on these cold nights! Stay strong Gatlinburg!!! We will be back!

Recommend cleaning chimney (smoke wouldn't draw upwards, came out into cabin, got overwhelmingly smokey). Recommend seeing why washing machine and dishwasher reeked. Otherwise it was very good. We love staying here it is so peaceful.

The Squirrel's nest was the nicest cabin I have stayed in during a visit to the mountains. I was very clean and all of the staff in the office was so friendly! We are already planning for next year!

The cottage was nice. Smaller than what the pictures make it appear, but adequate. We did enjoy our stay. The blinds need to be dusted throughout the cottage and the baseboards need to be cleaned, as well.

We rented a cabin for a girls weekend and celebrate our birthdays!!! The cabin was absolutely perfect and we loved hearing the creek rumble. We will totally be coming back to this cabin. The setting was peaceful and amazing. Thank you

People WONDERFUL to deal with. However, cabin could have been cleaner.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. We had a problem with the charcoal grill. It was old and could not be used safely. The maintenance people showed up and replaced the grill with a brand new one.

The cabin (squirrels nest) was very nice. Based on the pictures we did think we would be in a more secluded area, but we're not bothered by any of the neighbors. Staff was very pleasant during check in and out process.

The cabin was awesome. We loved the deck overlooking the mountain stream. The cabin was very clean and well supplied with plenty of linens. Also loved the hot tub.

Trash can at rear was full of stale beer cans/bottles. Floor was dirty. Overall, we were satisfied. Cabin photos were a bit deceptive, not as secluded as shown.

One of the best trips we ever took! I wish we had a couple more pots and pans to cook with but everything else was readily available to use and it was a beautiful trip

The cabin was absolutely wonderful. It was well kept, clean, up to date, and supplied with all that we needed. It was also a decent distance from activities. Easy check in/out process and affordable. Will definitely be booking with Parkside rentals again.

Directions to cabin were easy. cabin was nice but not super clean (black stuff came out of jacuzzi tubs water return thing and mold in master shower. fireplace outside was full of burned wood and trash and dirty rugs and dust bunnies all over). Had to add water to hot tub because it was too low for jets to work. Batteries missing in main remote control. Thought it would bend nicer and cleaner for the amount of money we spent over the holidays. We still enjoyed ourselves.
