You all exceeded our expectations! We are all so very happy!

Your cabins are always a great vacation experience. The Roosevelt lodge was amazing only thing we would suggest is we had a few people working from the lodge during the morning hours and the wifi was very spotty. The direct TV wouldn't work in most rooms either. Other then those 2 items we greatly enjoyed and will be back

Overall the cabin and facilities worked out great for our plans - Wedding. A few minor maintenance items, which didn't bother us. (some lights/light switches/ceiling fans did not work in outdoor seating/fireplace. A few holes in the walls and small plumbing issue in main floor bathroom - sink trap was not attached, but we repaired ourselves. Microwave and lower oven did not function which would have been helpful with the large number of guests. We made everything work and had a great time. For future guests i would recommend a starter log for the outdoor fireplace. A bit of work to get a good fire going with the wood available. A deep cleaning and sweep of maintenance items would put this cabin over the top! Location and drive to the cabin are awesome.

We enjoyed our stay. Nice place. Kitchen could use some hot pads for working with the oven. A couple of 1 gallon pitchers would be nice as well. Water pressure was poor in the master suite, particularly if someone else was using water. Just some suggestions.

Everything was fabulous! Such a beautiful perfect venue! Would definitely recommend this venue for any occasion!

Beautiful cabin, with exceptional places for a large family gathering around and in the lodge. We all loved it and have no idea how to ever top it!

Housekeeping has improved since our last stay, but window washing is still lagging.

Excellent service! Home was well kept and flexible for a wedding event. Made necessary accommodation and adjustments when needed.

Our 3rd stay with Park side and we loved it. The Roosevelt lodge was beautiful. Only complaint would be to upgrade the TV’s to smart TVs. Thank you for another amazing vacation.

Fantastic. Would definitely recommend to other family and friends. Everyone we encountered from Jeff and Abby at check in to Miguel and JJ when we had some things in the lodge that needed attention.

We loved every moment. Only suggestions would be to fix the water damaged ceiling in first floor bedroom, and maybe take out the mention of a player piano in the description of The Roosevelt Lodge.

The house was very nice and had so much space for everyone. I will definitely try to return to Roosevelt lodge

We had a great experience! The Roosevelt lodge was perfect for our daughter’s wedding! We did incur some plumbing problems, however Parkside sent maintenance workers to the property quickly and resolved the issue! We were very pleased with their service!

Jim Ogle & Sara Valentine are the best people that I have met ,, showing me there Heart , & they are awesome people that allowed us Joann & I Buddy Phillips & some family to stay at the Roosevelt Lodge June from ( 14 -18 ) .I will never never for get this & there wonderful Hospitality. P.S. We had 2 family stay at the RV Park Camp Sides,, & 3 family stay at the ParkSide Cabins too. We all met up at the near down town Mynatt Park Pavilion for big cook out Sunday.

Easy to communicate with. Had to call maintenance to come fix a couple of lights and came out fairly quickly and fixed them.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. And the response to our needs when needing help was great and the maintenance guy that you went was so helpful and so friendly!!

It is a wonderful place and my family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. My great grandchildren didn’t want to leave.

The Roosevelt Lodge exceeded our expectations. We had plenty of Room and beds for our entire family.

The Roosevelt was absolutely amazing! The lodge was spacious, the grounds were beautiful and the views left us speechless.

Overall, we're pleased with our whole experience, and especially with the Roosevelt Lodge's facilities and location. We left a list of our noted deficiencies and suggestions with one of the agents at the time of our checkout.

Very happy with Parkside Cabin Rentals. The staff was terrific with any concerns we had and the Roosevelt Lodge was fantastic. So glad they suggested it for our family reunion. We did not want to check out!

We were pleased with your extra care given to us when we could not be in Roosevelt Lodge on Sunday as usual, your staff provided extra table and chairs at the Valentine View to accommodate our large group. Every year for some years now we have celebrated both Thanksgiving and Christmas together. We are unable to be together later. Again thanks for you kindness. We so enjoy our time each year in the Roosevelt.

The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and extremely helpful. The lodge was very clean and well stocked with supplies. We had a most pleasant experience with you, and we look forward to future visits.

Been bringing the family to the Smokies for vacation over 30 years and thought it couldn't get better but as the family got bigger we kept needing more space. The Roosevelt Lodge was the perfect answer. Even when the weather wasn't the best, there was so much to do inside. Had 34 of us and have to say, it was the best vacation yet. Thank you for a great time.

Everything was exactly as we expected. The Lodge is beautiful and accommodating. Everyone at my daughter's wedding commented on how lovely it is there.

Beautiful place! Spacious & comfortable. Cleaning crew should deal with emptying dishwasher. Asking guests to assure dishes are put away resulted in US having to wash dirty dishes which were placed in cupboard by previous guests. GROSS.

Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. The property was excellent. We will definitely come back.

This is our third year at the Roosevelt Lodge and it was great. We hope to do it again next year.

It was fabulous, and wonderful, I loved the decor. May need a private sign, as we had strangers waking into the house (twice!). Yikes. Thank you.

The amenities were as advertised, and the office staff was easy to work with. Having someone meet you there with the key would be an excellent touch.

The Roosevelt Lodge was beyond gorgeous. We definitely will be back. Please get a pool at The Roosevelt Lodge!

We had a family group from age 1 to age 90 and everyone had an incredible time. The peacock was a beautiful surprise. We ate every meal in the cabin and had all we needed. We did have a terrible smell in the downstairs and found a dead mouse in the ceiling rafters. It took a couple of phone calls to get somone to address the smell. Also about 6 different strangers knocked on our door looking for Steiner (?) Lodge. One person walked right into the house. I think you would benefit from better signage on the front and back driveways. The front door could use some weather stripping to prevent drafts. The kitchen door hinges to the MIL suite need to be oiled. We eventually found the National Park path on the property but directions or a sign at the trailhead would have been nice. In addition, i stayed in the MIL upstairs room and the tub never drained during my shower. Might need to use some draino there. There seemed to be an abundance of lady bugs in the great room. We burned a fire in the fireplace during our whole stay and really appreciated the abundace of wood. Overall, a fantastic stay! My grandfather has already mentioned booking again for next year!
