We love staying with Parkside! Our heat went out one night and they were there about 30 minutes after we called them to check it!

The cabin was immaculately clean and consistently warm. We loved all the amenities like the fire pit and hot tub. We were not aware the pit was gas operated and not wood burned, so we bought some wood, but when I called the front desk the staff were incredibly kind and guided me towards the switch to turn on the gas. I called before check out and asked if they'd be willing to take the firewood off my hands and they said someone would take it. All in all, great location, great experience and a lovely home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocky Cove. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was very nice. The company needs to keep more towels at the cabin. It is too few for 5 people to shower and use the hot tub. The hot tub would not warm up beyond 100F. Please have someone look at the garbage disposal. It sounds like it is broken.

We always have a great experience with Parkside. Rocky Cove cabin was awesome, everything was perfect. The fire pit was perfect in the evening for relaxing after our adventurous day . Thanks for some great memories. The staff at Parkside are very professional friendly and accommodating. Look forward to our next adventure in the Smoky’s with Parkside cabins .

Cabin was clean and very nice. Location and area was great. Keyless entry instructions were confusing. Had to call to figure out how to get in. Was told differently how to lock the cabin when we were away. Map of Gatlinburg that are provided are very confusing regarding the free parking pass. We could not find the parking lot according to the map. It ended up being several blocks down and on the opposite side of the road from where it was shown on the map. Other than that we had a great visit.

Had issues with the cabin we booked and the manager made things right by putting us in a much nicer cabin. Would definitely stay again with Parkside cabins.

It was clean, and staff was responsive to our assistance with turning on the fire pit. We didn’t know there was a switch on the cabin by the porch to turn it on. One suggestion is to have an additional blanket or two. Thank you for a nice place to stay.
