Red Oak # 19

Every time I called in with questions the staff was always helpful and friendly. I also loved I got door code and did not have to go to office after long drive. YET when I did stop in to get parking passes they were wonderful. I loved our cabin it was nice. A few small things were broken in cabin and should of been fixed but I did notify the office so hopefully it will be addressed. I would of loved to had some games, cards for family to use since we forgot ours. Also would of liked to have wine glasses, bigger coffee cups and tea pot. Also would be nice to offer pillow choices at office. ( we have to bring our own ) I wish outdoor furniture was more comfortable but all in all the cabin was wonderful and we will stay there every year we visit. We always recommend you and love our stays with Parkside Cabin Rentals. Your doing a fantastic job!

Everything was great! I did call to report a leak from the upstairs bathroom coming through the vent in the main bathroom down stairs. It happens when the shower is on or sink not sure.

The cabin is clean and accessible although not well furnished w little things like clothes hangers. Your cute signs that read Watch for Bears should read Watch your ass for bears!

Always the best. I will stay with y’all again. My only complaint is the same as it was 3 years ago …. The bathroom needs light. Men don’t understand the importance of good make up light lol.

We loved the cabin and location. Cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. We found the parking pass useful as it saved money on parking. I liked the easy online check in process. One suggestion would be to put blinds on the patio door for privacy. Also, to have an ink pen and a note pad available. Thanks for making our stay an enjoyable one.

We loved our stay! Everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. Being near the trolly stop was great, so were the parking passes! The only thing I would suggest are adding a few more forks. Otherwise, everything else is too notch!! Thank you!

Everything was great. Couldn’t get the fireplace to work but everything else was good.

We will be staying here again next time we travel! Perfect location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but also still secluded. We enjoyed our stay. The stairs were slippery when you’re barefoot inside, but no complaints.

The cabin was very clean and roomy. Loved the location to easily catch the trolley to downtown Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay there again. The only negative is that I don’t feel there was enough bigger bowls or silverware.

Check in was great, Jeff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The staff was very prompt when we needed some assistance, and the cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The list of places to eat was also a nice touch.

Everyone was very impressed with the cabin, beds were comfy and spacious. If ever we visit the Smokey mountains again we are sure to stay at parkside cabins.

The cabin was well stocked with essentials and very clean. Sofa, chairs and beds were comfy. Easy check-in and check out. Staff were very friendly and polite and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Cabin. Exceptionally clean. Great amenities. Great appliances. Washer Dryer was really nice to have. My family was very comfortable. Could use more towel racks but that's just being picky. Pull out sofa mattress...not the greatest.

I wish housekeeping would put more than 6 towels for the stay it cost the owner more and me time to wash but other than that it was great as usual.

For a newer cabin there were a number of small issues. TV upstairs didn't work. Dresser drawer needed repair. Lamp switch on one of the lamps in the living room didn't work. Other small maintenance issues throughout the cabin needed attention.

The cabin was very clean and the beds were comfy Check in was a bfeeze you get free parking vouchers for downtown Gatlinburg each day you are there. I have stayed with Parkside many times and I can't wait ti go back!!!

Staff went above and beyond for us, offering an upgrade when we discovered the accomodations we booked weren't what we had expected. Incredible experience from start to finish. This was our third time staying at Park Side and there's no where else I'd stay when visiting Gatlinburg!

Love staying here! Easy getting access to both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge but private and quiet enough to feel like you’re on vacation. The only negative I’d say, is how high the tv is above the fireplace. Hurts my neck trying to watch from the couch. Everything else…. Excellent

Cabin was very clean. Personnel were very kind. Had trouble with a TV but it was replaced immediately.

It is exciting to finally reach your destination for check in! Staff were busy with phone calls but got us taken care of and checked in. Cabin was clean and exceeded expectations. There was plenty of room for our party of five, which included two children (6 and 8). We loved the private patio and the beaver we saw every time we returned to the cabin. We were only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. I would highly recommend Park Side Cabins. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back for our next trip!

We really enjoy staying in your cabins. We have stayed in several different cabins and they are always nice . The staff is always helpful and nice.

The cabin was nice and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a bad smell from a prior occupant. We had to buy air freshener and spray it daily. We have rented from Parkside before and this won’t deter us from renting again.

This is my third time staying with Parkside and as always, things were perfect! Our cabin was clean and comforting. We had everything we needed and more for our stay. I wouldn't choose any other cabin company when staying in the Smokies.

It was a beautiful cabin. My only 2 suggestions would be to inform customers that you have a 2 person hot tub and to take the paper off off the windows.

We loved entirely everything about the cabin. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was spotless and ready to use. Both bathrooms were also nice. I really enjoyed the outside space including the hottub. The living area was a comfortable place to finish the day. The location of the cabin was also convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. We will definitely book again.

I loved renting from a local agency and everyone was so kind and maintenance came in the middle of the night to fix the ac and so kind.

You did excellent. You did everything right! Wonderful cabin with everything we needed. Comfort in the beds and bedding and the added touch of having the lamps on when we came in. The motion lights outside for when we returned after dark. We appreciated all of it.

The house was comfortable and clean. However, I’m glad our stay was short and we didn’t plan to cook. The kitchen is very poorly stocked. There were only 3 coffee cups, no serving bowls and no hot pot holders just to name a few.

The best cabin rentals in the smokies and I’ve stayed at a bunch however I only stay at park side now. Clean. Friendly. Well decorated and stocked. Comfy beds and great location. My only complaint is the bathroom lighting is horrible. A man must have chosen the lighting lol.

We loved how each cabin was very private and away from the busy street. We also enjoyed the fact that it was within walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg. The cabins were clean and provided basic amenities like laundry soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, etc. We were very happy with our stay.

We had a fantastic time, the cabin was clean and beautiful. It was stocked with what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer. The front office was very friendly and informative

The online website is great and the check-in process was seamless and quick. The cabin is fantastic and the location was excellent. We would have liked to see just a few things for this to be a 5-star review. 1 - there need to be some hooks in the bathrooms to hang wet towels and swimsuits. We used the outside deck chairs and the shower curtain bar to hang stuff on to dry. 2 - there were no hot pads for handling hot pots and pans? We ended up using hand towels or washcloths to get by. 3 - while there are basic kitchen supplies, there were some things missing like a large pot for pasta. We had to cook ours in two batches as the largest pot was just not big enough. All in all, the cabin was well kept and clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely look to rent from Parkside again if/when we return to the Gatlinburg area.

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the cabin. Everything was very clean and the cabin was really comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in Red Oak with the exception of a few minor things that could easily be fixed. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom is way too long for the shower and has mold at the bottom. I was concerned that my 70+ parents who were staying in that bedroom with that bathroom would trip on the shower curtain. Not to mention it was unsanitary. This needs to be replaced. The toilet handle in the same bathroom is defective. The toilet will continue to run and not shut off if you don’t manually lift the toilet handle back up into place. Also the toilet paper holder is loose and the toilet paper falls off of it. While we were there a light bulb went out in the chandelier over the table. The manufacturing stickers on the top windows in the living room need to be removed. Other than these minor things that could easily be fixed for future enjoyment, we liked the cabin overall. However if we chose to stay in this cabin again (this was our second stay in this particular cabin), I would hope that the shower curtain issue and these other minor maintenance issues would have been addressed.

Online reservation was super easy. Check-in was quick and easy. The cabin smelled clean as soon as we walked in. The cabin fulfilled all of our needs and was a wonder experience.

We enjoyed the easy check in/out directions. And found our cabin to be exactly as expected from the photos/description online!

Floors were not clean however overall cabin was in good shape. No shutoff for the hot tub so it could be heard coming on thru the night. Between 2 and 3 am each morning the large garbage bins at the top of the hill were being emptied and woke us up however this we understand is not controlled by Parkside Cabins. We definitely would choose Parkside Cabins again. Great location!!

The customer service in person & on the phone was far above any I have experienced. Parkside is most definitely in my top 5 of places to stay when visiting the Smokies!! I will use them again!!

Great cabin, clear instructions, easy access and great location. Loved it!! We had 4 adults and two kiddos and was perfect size. Hottub was great and lots of dishes and utensils. We did notice amazon prime was signed in but werent sure if that was Parkside or last tenents. Only thing we missed were towels...i didnt remember reading we would need them, but no problem grabbing some st the store.
