The customer service was amazing and any small issue that I had was very quickly resolved. I would not be afraid to stay at this property as they are very helpful!

Stayed at Peacock Lodge. Although it is dated, it was great for our group. The outdoor spaces to were perfect for activities. The firepit and provided wood made for a great evening experience. Rooms were nice, heat and air kept us comfortable. No one out of our 21 guests had any issues with hot water. Would definitely look at reserving a stay again.

A Beautiful Getaway with Room for All, Exciting Backyard Thrills, and Convenient Shopping Access. My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning cabin in Gatlinburg, and our experience was truly memorable. We were a group of 17 people, and the cabin provided us with ample space and comfort, far surpassing our expectations. The online pictures did not do justice to the property's beauty and size, making our arrival even more delightful. The layout of the cabin was ideal, especially for a large family like ours. There was an abundance of room, allowing us to spread out without feeling cramped. Finding a place that accommodates so many people comfortably can be a challenge, but this cabin certainly met that criteria. Each member of our party had a comfortable sleeping space, and we all appreciated the thoughtfully designed layout. The cabin's location was fantastic, nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by the tranquility of the woods. The serenity of the surroundings made for a peaceful escape from our busy lives. The amenities and facilities offered were top-notch, contributing to a truly enjoyable stay overall. One surprising and exciting highlight of our stay was the presence of a mountain coaster right in the cabin's backyard. The coaster added an element of fun and adventure to our trip, as we could hear the delighted screams of patrons, see the coaster in action, and even strike up conversations with those enjoying the ride. It was a unique and unexpected feature that contributed to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Furthermore, the convenience of having outlet malls right across the street from the cabin was an added plus. It made our shopping excursions incredibly easy and accessible, allowing us to explore and indulge in retail therapy without having to travel far. This proximity added an extra layer of convenience and entertainment to our vacation experience. One aspect that truly stood out and greatly enhanced our stay was the provision of bonus parking passes for Gatlinburg. These passes proved to be a tremendous help as we toured the strip. Parking can often be a challenge in popular tourist destinations, and having the parking passes allowed us to navigate the city with ease and without the worry of finding suitable parking spots. This thoughtful gesture by the hosts added a significant level of convenience to our trip, ensuring that we could focus on enjoying the sights and experiences of Gatlinburg. However, while our time at the cabin was mostly delightful, there were a few issues that we feel are important to address. The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired. Upon arrival, it became evident that the cabin was quite dusty and in need of a thorough cleaning. Our family is proactive about maintaining cleanliness, but the extent of the dust and spider webs throughout the interior and exterior was disappointing, especially given the cleaning fee that was charged. We understand that being in a wooded area may attract some critters, but visible spider webs indicate an oversight by the cleaning crew. Despite this setback, our appreciation for the cabin, its location, the exciting backyard feature, convenient shopping access, bonus parking passes, and the overall spaciousness remains unwavering. The charm and allure of the property managed to overshadow the cleanliness concerns. As a family, we're used to taking extra steps to ensure our surroundings are fresh and sanitary, but we hope that future guests will have a more pristine environment upon arrival. In conclusion, our stay at the Gatlinburg cabin was a wonderful experience that brought our family closer together amidst beautiful surroundings. The cabin's aesthetic appeal, size, serene location, exciting backyard feature, convenient shopping access, and the thoughtful provision of parking passes were undeniable highlights, even though some cleaning issues did arise. We look forward to returning in the future, with the hope that the cleaning aspects will be addressed to ensure an even more exceptional stay for both us and future guests.

This is by far our favorite Tennessee spot!! We have been coming for years so we know to bring a few things that need added/upgraded. I would love love to work with owners to come down a couple days and help stock a few needed items….not even expensive. We had a blast with the coaster riders. You guys need to hang a sign ….everyone was yelling asking if we were a rental??? We booked this year when we were there last year cor $200 deposit- kind of broke by the time we leave. Lol I called to book June 25,2025 but was told I had to pay $750 deposit which I just couldn’t do right now. Would love to book with $200 deposit if you are able to do. Will also be back this Fall in the smaller cabin. Been coming to Gatlinburg since our kids were young….now they are 40 plus years old and we have grands!! We take a number of trips but this week is always one of my very favorite. Family time In this place is amazing. Had Montgomery Inn flown in from Cincinnati and Wagyu burgers and steaks flown in from friends ranch in Montana. Happy to help anyway I can.

This was the easiest most smooth check in and out I have ever had!!! Everyone at the office is very friendly and helpful!

We love the house this is our second time renting the lodge. As always everything was as expected. Sad to know that this property may be sold. The pool man told us this. I hope that’s not the case. Any who will continue to rent through parkside cabins!

Loved the pool, spacious home, and location with view! Enjoyed preparing meals and dining together at the large table. Needed pot holders, a griddle, and am not sure the ovens heated properly.

This cabin was amazing!!! Not too far from anything at all. It was a great location and not to mention the perks of having your own pool. We are definitely coming back.

You went above and beyond for us. We got dumped a week before our arrival by another company and Parkside Cabin Rentals came to our rescue. We were able to get a place with them and it was fabulous. Tina was awesome as was everyone else I talked with. We plan on a repeat stay in 2017. Thanks for a great experience.
