Everything was great except there was ants on the stove every time we would cook

Cabin was very nice and great location. The bed was very uncomfortable though, but otherwise great stay.

Nice cozy cabin for dogs and couples getaway. I would suggest being stocked with more basic necessities. We needed up having to purchase tongs to grill, scrub pads to wash dishes and salt and pepper. Overall a solid stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially enjoyed sitting still and just listening to the sounds of the creek. When we picked up four family members following their 4 day hike, we brought them over for dinner. They loved the area and are planning to come back with thier families

The cabin was clean and cozy. The only thing that I would change is the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we woke up with our backs hurting. Thank you

Loved staying at “On The Creek”. There were a few cobwebs around the fixtures and cabinets around the cabin but overall was very clean! Looking forward to my next stay.

We needed the pull out bed and discovered there were no blankets. We called the after hours number and they quickly delivered them in a bad rainstorm

We had a great stay in On The Creek cabin. Everything was clean, tidy, high quality furnishings, and amenities. While the images for the cabin looked great, it was more cozy than we believed, especially the bathroom (the toilet & shower are in a tiny closed off space, and have no fan for pleasantness, though there is a small window that can be opened), but we were pleased with the overall access to everything. The make of the shower was a selling point and did not disappoint with room for movement, though the curtain rod was a hinderance to me, a 6'5" man, and dropped on me twice, so I had to adjust it higher. The hot tub was great, making our last chilly nights exceedingly comfortable. While having a small closet cupboard and additional small closet rods in the corners of the bedroom, there were no hangers available to assist in their use. We did not have clothes washing and drying amenities, though that is made clear on the cabin webpage (we forgot, after looking at all the other available cabins!) but we were able to manage, due to packing multiple outfits for our trip. The public use grill and campfire circle were great to have on our final night, and there was ample precut firewood available beside the cabin (we didn't go beyond 6 pieces for a stack, leaving plenty left). We enjoyed using the Roku TV services to watch our recently favorite show on the PlutoTV app while we sat inside after a long day out, as well as our morning breakfast routine, raising our spirits higher. The furnishings, including the couch, bed and bed pillows were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had great amenities and appliances, including two different coffee makers (classic coffee pot and Keurig cup), though could use with a stand for sugar, creamers, and for the kitchen generally some basic salt & pepper shakers. For use of coolers, I had to supplement the ice maker with purchasing ice from a store, but I will not begrudge the company for something that may be slow to produce normally to begin with (we don't have an ice maker at home to compare). Finally, the staff at the office were quick, professional, and clear in checkout, also including in a handy folder a printed out set of directions to our cabin with information for our stay, as well as offering several parking vouchers which were extremely handy (and we could retrieve more if needed) and they wished us a pleasant stay. Checkout was extremely quick and professional, with them wishing us a safe trip home. With all those considerations, we definitely plan to come back and enjoy more stays at the cabin, if not with the company. Thank you so much for a great honeymoon experience!

Over all a good place. Great location and peaceful. Bed in the bedroom is not super comfortable. Would have enjoyed a softer nights sleep. Kitchen great, only missing salt and pepper. There were a few packets in a drawer, but would be nice to have more for cooking. Not something I would buy out of town.

Check in was great but was disappointed with our cabin, the place was very dusty, couldn't figure out how to turn the light in the kitchen off.

We enjoyed our stay. Service was spot on and the hot tub was great. The bed was hard on our old backs but other than that, we greatly enjoyed our stay

Everything was super easy from booking to check in to check out. Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. Very clean and quiet. Central AC was nice and the water pressure/shower was perfect. Really enjoyed the hot tub as well, and SO appreciated being able to bring our doggies! Will definitely stay again!

Very nice, internet could have been better as I worked the month we stayed. But overall very good, staff was awesome

We enjoyed our stay very much. Only thing we didn't like was the hard mattress.

It's our second stay in the same cabin. It was exactly the same! It needs a good deep clean, but it was OK. The shower rod broke so we grabbed one at the dollar store. No big deal. We didn't have to, but did. The staff is over and above with courtesies and comforts. We love the mountains and seclusion of cabin choice. We will be back.

Cabin was fantastic and clean directions to the cabin were okay could be a little more helpful if the cabin numbers were out by the entrance drove past the cabin Google maps not very accurate to cabin. Bed was hard and very uncomfortable for conditioning went out at 8 pm on the last night had to sleep uncomfortable!

The bed was hard as a rock, but other then that it was good. This was our 4 time staying with parkside we really enjoy the cabins, and the staff is great. Thank you

Everything was fantastic! The only issue we had was we could not figure out the trick to get the fireplace lit. It was hit and miss.

When we first arrived, our cabin was a little dirty (window sills were very dirty and the cabin reeked of marijuana), and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We called the service and Jeff was amazing; He offered us another cabin just a short drive up the road. This one was MUCH better, smelled nicer, and we were able to connect to Wi-Fi. The cabins could use a little more attention to detail, and the beds were NOT comfortable. BUT the customer service was outstanding, and really made our trip to be better than it would have been. A+ service!!

This is my third year in the same cabin with my husband. It’s always a beautiful time and we love it. Our only problem this year was a very bad infestation of ants throughout the kitchen when we first arrived. We had to go and buy ant spray to keep them at bay for the entire week. Last two years however, never seen any.

Cozy, clean and comfortable for 2. Quiet trickling brook was peaceful.

A beautiful cabin with a great view very homey atmosphere. We loved eating on the porch! Hated for our time to be over.

I’m giving a 4 star for the cabin we stayed in “On the Creek” it was perfect until the campground right outside your living room window across the creek became occupied then all our privacy and quietness was gone.

Cabin was nice and clean. Location was a bit further out from Gatlinburg than we expected. Bed was too hard and uncomfortable. Had problem with TV in bedroom but was taken care of quickly.

On the Creek was awesome! Great location, clean inside and out, and the hot tub was great! Only suggestion would be a sign at the end of the drive that can be seen at night, kinda tricky to find. Otherwise awesome! Thank you!

It was an incredible cabin (On The Creek) and exactly what I was looking for during my solo vacation. Extremely peaceful and relaxing! Already working on planning another trip soon!

We, my family and I enjoyed our stay in the "Cabin on the Creek" the cabin was well stocked and very comfortable.. The only 1 Con, was the mattress on the sofabed needs updating, it is wore out severely..but the other sleeping bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. Everything thing else is great.. Wonderful little cabin! Perfect for two people! The little creek was a nice little rustic touch. My hubby and I waded in it and had a blast! Perfect little getaway for us!

We needed better directions on how to get to our cabin. We had to stop and ask strangers to help us. For safety reasons, the bathtub should have some type of grab bar.

Y'all where great will definitely stay with yall again, loved the cabin on the creek . Only wish it was closer to town and more secluded

It was overall a good experience my only complaint would be that I needed more towels and rags for a 3 night stay there was only 4 rags and 4 towels with 2 people showering and getting in the hot tub each day we could have used more.

Everything was awesome! Amazing service and the cabin was great! My only complaint was the mattress in the bedroom was too firm for me and the one in the sofa was kind of worn but that will not keep us from coming back!

The shower curtains need a plastic one behind the cloth one. The shower also filled up with water badly. Other than that everything was great!!

The only little issues were not knowing if the hot tub was maintained, and the toilet seat in the cabin needed to be replaced and the mildew smell in the cabin, and lastly the creeky bed! Loved the area in the mountains , and the solitude. Would definitely come back with some upgrades.
