Everything was good. Just a heads up the security light on the one that we stayed in doesn’t work. Pretty dark had to use car lights to get in. But other than that everything was good Thanks

The cabin was very cosy and me and my wife had a wonderful time!! Only constructive piece of criticism I have is the cabin could have been cleaned a bit better before our arrival as there were cobwebs in several places and the shower was not cleaned very well!

the only thing that i had a concern about was i feel the cabin had a musky wood odor from probably sitting closed up for so long .. i wood suggest trying open the windows up before people check in

The cabin we stayed in, Old Creek, has a very strong musty/mold smell. We actually bought a candle to help with the smell. The cabin would have been great if it wasn't for that. It needs a extra deep clean! We were out a lot so we didn't complain but would not recommend that cabin as it is now. Otherwise our stay was great!

It was very lovely accommodations. I’m a little concerned about your cleaning ladies. There was some issues in the kitchen where there were like bug droppings on the shelves above the stove. And in the bedrooms behind the tables, there was some mice droppings. Other than that, I love the place. I’m not impressed with the cleaning ladies at all Your representatives at Jeff was exceptional. Customer service. I will be returning to Parkside cabins in the future. Thank you.

The customer service was very good, they were friendly and helpful. The cabin “Old Creek” was very relaxing and beautiful. The creek outside with the deck was amazing. The cabin was very well stocked with what you need. The cleaning crew even checked with us to make sure we didn’t need anything else while they were nearby. It was very clean and had no issues whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone and to Parkside Cabins for their amazing help. The only issue with this cabin is the air vent in the bedroom floor was ducked taped down and part of it was falling inside the floor. This I believe needs to be addressed since it could be a potential hazard if someone fell through it. Other than that the cabin was awesome and we will be back.

Clean cabin. Stocked with essentials. Friendly staff. Refrigerator n freezer didn’t work so we lost $70 food but overall great birthday getaway. Will def always continue using u all.

The cabin was very cosy and comfortable. The sit out facing the stream was really cool. The property management team provided a seamless checkin and also provided parking tickets for Gatlinburg and some cool vouchers. Overall it was a good experience.

The cabin was great, good kitchen with enough utensils and nice surroundings. The bed however was very uncomfortable. I slept on the pull out couch and unfortunately it wasn't any better; It was very dirty and smelled terrible. I would recommend this place but people need to know they won’t sleep comfortably.

Customer service with reservation to check out to check out was smooth. I called before checking out and noted a few concerns that could be fixed. I felt very well addressed and felt like my concerns were going to be made a priority to follow up on. Trap under shower smelled of sewage. And the lamps in the bedroom were not practical and were covered in dust. Overall our stay was pleasant. It was quiet for the most part and was secluded, which is what we were looking for. The hot tub was private, also another plus. The crick behind our cabin was great scenery.

I booked this cabin for my mother for my wedding. I called and talked to a very kind and friendly gentleman to pay for it. The customer service here is something every business should strive for. My mother loved the cabin, it was right on a creek which was her fav. Part.

Loved our trip to the Smokey Mountains and our stay at the cabins. The old creed cabin was a little dusty. Couldn't get the wifi to work so connected to the neighboring cabin. Weird trouble trying to get the door to lock too. Might have left it open first trip to town but later it locked me out without realizing.

The cabin could have been cleaner, but I washed all dishes and cleaned shower and toilet. We were moved because of water line break, but things happen. We will see you again in April.

It was very quaint and very quiet loved the porch by the creek. Silverware needs to washed or checked by your housekeeper. Housekeeper needs to clean under the furniture very dirty. TV in livingroom freezes up so couldn't wait TV alot in there had to watch in bedroom. But, very cute cabin.

The cabin was cozy and neat and perfect for two people: The babbling brook was nice and relaxing and added to the ambiance. I would recommend replacing the shower head with a removable handheld unit and also giving shone attention to the drain. Overall, we give our stay 4/5 stars. The folks who greeted us upon check-in were friendly and efficient. We will return for another visit.

Stay was good as usual. Need to re evaluate your cleaning staff though or whoever checks the cabins post stay. There were two floor air vents that were loose and would move freely. I could have easily stepped in the hole and injured myself. I can send pictures if need be. Overall cleanliness was satisfactory.

Loved everything about the cabin with the exception of the privacy for the jacuzzi. The porch was facing the gravel parking lot which was a bit uncomfortable considering there is no gate on the porch. Other than that the cabin was very nice on the inside and the supplies included were enough to get us through our 5-day stay.

Everything was really nice and cute and clean. The only thing maybe lacking was enough towels for shower and hot tub, a baking sheet, and ice. Also it was quite a bit further out of town than we were expecting. It’s a nice area and very quiet but a lot of extra driving.

We enjoyed our stay and the cabin was clean and really cute. Felt like we were in a tiny home. Our only issue was based on other reviews, majority was saying that it was close to Downtown Gatlinburg... not for us. It is more than 12 miles from Downtown - 30 minute drive. If we knew that it was that far from Downtown Gatlinburg, we would've picked a cabin closer to Downtown. But overall, the cabin was great and located in a very secluded area.

The cabin was gorgeous. It was clean and nice and quiet. We were the only couple there most of our stay. Having out little Shih-Tzu with us was important because she is 10 years old. It was the best, most affordable option for us to bring her and have the amenities we sought. We will be back.

Great customer service. Adored the cabin - well stocked kitchen and bathroom area, gifts at my arrival at front desk was a nice touch, clean for a house in the woods, but deeper cleaning should be added to list, at least once a week, i.e. Get rid of indoor spider webs, dust blinds, make sure corners of rooms are swept and that trash dumped. I loved being able to sit on the porch or by fireplace near window, over looking the brook to meditate, drink hot tea. Awesome! Nice touch adding a loft. I would add some comforters and pillows up there. That light bulb was out. Loved being able to walk right out to a hot tub. Sitting on the porch and not hearing highway noise or sirens was heavenly. Would definitely come back.

We loved everything about the experience,convenience and location. The only complaint was the cabin was a little dirty I had to wipe and sweep before we utilized the resources, but besides that we loved everything else.

Everything was great. The only problem was there was only one rocking chair and not two. Everything else was amazing. Especially the hot tub!

Would like to have known that the oven was not full size and needed a can opener but the cabin was great and loved the creek by it.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was I think you should have had more towels and wash cloths available for a family of four when they are staying a week.

Our stay was great! Wish it could have been longer. Cabin was clean. Surrounding woods and creek outside the deck where wonderful. Was planning on vacationing in Florida in June but decided to come back to Gatlinburg instead. We'll be staying with you guys again. Thank you for great visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was as described and supplied well. Only one inconvenience was one television wouldn't work. However, the response time was prompt and the effort the gentleman put forward to repair was excellence. The problem was with Dish. We will stay again and recommend.

LOVED IT!!! Only problem was the cover for the hot tub, very water logged - too heavy! But loved everything else thank you!

The people in the office were not exceptionally friendly when we checked in. The cabin had a lot of cobwebs. It was very nice to have access to the game room. We really enjoyed having our own hot tub. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. We had a nice time.

The cabin was wonderful, warm, clean and cozy. The pictures accurately describe the cabin, the hot tub, the porch and the beautiful rushing stream. Check-in and check-out was professional and easy. We had a wonderful time.
