This well-appointed cabin offers plenty of space for gathering, with a layout designed for comfort and shared experiences. The main level features a large living area with leather seating, a wood-burning fireplace (seasonal October through March), and a large flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and seating for up to 12.
Also on the main level are a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, a full hallway bathroom, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and a multi-game arcade providing an extra space for entertainment.
Upstairs, the primary suite includes a king bed, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The cabin was clean, comfortable, and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the porch/deck with the rocking chairs and hot tub. Our dishwasher didn’t work, but we never called about it.

Everything was 5-star except the kitchen. No potholders; one kitchen towel for a 10-person cabin for a week. 8 forks!! No matches/ lighters. Lots of firewood, great deck.

Excellent customer service from booking to checkout. Loved cabin only recommendations better lighting and walls could use a good cleaning or new coat of paint,trash closet ( lots of stains on wall and a trash bin cover to help contain odor.

I will never go anywhere else. The second time we have booked with them. Cabins were clean hot tub clean. And they leave you be to yourself and family. The customer service is always great and a joy to speak with them. Great people!! Great cabins!

We really enjoy the cabin . Would definitely rent this cabin again. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. If I had to complete a complaint It would be the mattress they either need to be turned or replace. They sink pretty bad on the sides

Overall a great experience. One minor issue to bring up would be the dishes (Glasses) in the cabinets as well as the coffee pot were very cloudy/dirty looking. We hand cleaned the dishes we used prior to, and they came fully clean. Outside of that a very comfortable cabin.

Loved the cabin, location was great! Parkside office folks were very friendly and helpful. Kitchen needs some extra dish towels and a few more spoons. Outdoor porch fireplace was wonderful! The rocking chairs were very comfortable and we loved sitting out there each night!

Check in/employees were great! Cabin itself was gorgeous, but incredibly dusty, all walls and cupboards were dirty. Seems as though rentals are booked back to back with little time to clean thoroughly. Location was amazing, price also fair.

This is our 3rd stay with Parkside and overall, we were pleased with our cabin. It could have been cleaned a little better, but it was still very nice and the location was fantastic. Our favorite spot was the covered back porch with the fireplace. It was our go to spot in the mornings and evenings. Looking forward to booking again for our annual vacation next year!

A great stay, we enjoyed everything in the cabin. We did have a problem with the downstairs toilet & there were 2 chairs on the patio that were broken. Looked like they just needed a screw in the arms of it. Also a chair in the kitchen was slightly broken. Other than that we overall enjoyed everything about it! Would definitely stay here again.

This was a vacation to remember always! The cabin was so much more than i expected! I could have stayed there forever. There was plenty of firewood way more than we even needed and we kept fires going in the house and on the balcony...the hot tub was amazing as well as the views from every angle..we stayed in the mountain magic! The beds were so comfy and cozy and the kitchen and living room was the perfect size for the 10 of us. We will be booking another trip for sure!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!! This is our fourth stay with Parkside. Every review I have left states that if anything went wrong that your team fixed it immediately. In our prior visits there were a few little things that were corrected as soon as we notified you. This trip, due to issues beyond your control, we had problems with our cabin upon arrival. Once again, your team came through and moved us to another cabin with similar amenities. I tell everyone I know that I reccomend Parkside because you work through any issues that may arise. My family enjoyed another wonderful trip thanks to you. I need to say that your employee, J.J., is a great asset for your operation. He went above and beyond to take care of us. Our cabin was great as usual and we look forward to our next trip. We will be staying at a Parkside Cabin again for sure. Thanks for the extra efforts. We appreciate you!

We had an amazing time with our family in our cabin ( Mountain magic ). The check in was easy, the directions to our cabin was exactly as listed on our handout of paperwork. The cabin exceeded our expectations in every way and we have great memories with our family that we will always remember. We loved the outside porch to sit by the fireplace and just enjoy the view and thank you for providing firewood this was a plus! The best part of the vacation we had a bear stroll by our cabin!! We will be back next year and look forward to staying in this exact cabin to make new memories.

Beautiful cabin and were very professional and friendly staff at the office, When we first arrived at the cabin we had to report a broken closet door but they thanked us for the call and us reporting it. As we were checking out the dishwasher had a leak but when we called to report it, maintenance was there within 15 minutes. We will definitely be back and stay with y'all again.

Our sixth different cabin with you. Fantastic as per usual! Only complaint is we couldn’t get more firewood delivered Saturday. There was probably enough for most folks but aside from a 2-3 hour hike on Saturday’s, we usually build a fire as soon as we get there and keep it going till late sat night/ sun morning. Sitting around the fire drinking beer and telling lies is pretty much all we do!! We’ll start bringing some with us next time, which will be October! See you then!

This was my 3 rd time to rent Mountain Majic a few suggestions: baking sheet needs to be added to kitchen/a fireplace set inside cabin and on deck/ there is a STRONG ODOR in this cabin sewer or plumbing problem need addressing immediately ( looks like you may be working on this) it was very offensive and probably not too healthy to breath in. The cabin was amazing. I would recommend that a broom, dust pan needs to be added, only a floor mop was there. Also needed to let you know the wash machine was having issues. It would not shut off washing. Did not notice that until one morning when I heard it still washing, thought someone else had gotten up to start a load, it was the clothes I started the nite before. Sorry for the excess water used.

Checkin process was very simple and right on the way to the cabin which was super convenient! We absolutely loved our cabin and its location. The proximity to Gatlinburg was exactly what we had hoped for!! The only thing that was disappointing was the wood provided for the fireplaces we had was very "green" and would not burn. We looked forward to having a cozy fire each night but was unable to do so because of this. Other than that, no complaints!

Great cabin with a majestic view. We did have a minor bug problem but I guess that's to be expected in the middle of the woods. We will stay with your company again.

We loved staying with Park Side. I love that the cabins are secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Our cabin was amazing. My only criticism is that it was a little dusty, but otherwise it was perfect! I look forward to staying with you again!

We enjoyed staying at Magic Mountain. We could not get back porch lights on. They sent someone over right away. He was not able to fix them. So a short while later they brought by 2 lanterns for us to use to light porch. The next morning they came out & took care of the problem. Gentleman that came over said the incorrect switch was not used to turn them on??? One set still flickered while using them. We loved the cabin & the way it was decorated . We needed more tissue paper & we had no sheets for pull out beds! Everyone was very nice.

Loved the emenities and cabin itself! We will definitely rent from you again. The wood provided was too green and would not burn-a bummer since we were excited to use the outside fire place on the covered deck. No fire definitely dampened our weekend. Also, there was a very strong rancid smell coming from near the laundry room. Perhaps a dead mouse somewhere. We just kept the laundry door shut during our stay.

The view and cabin were spectacular. I was disappointed that there wasn't any bedding on the pullouts when we got there. We did call in the morning and some were brought out, but it was inconvenient that first night.

we always rent cabins from you and it's always great...I own a cleaning business so I think they could spend more time dusting lights and behind beds and furniture but that's me lol but we love Parkside cabin rentals
