Mill Creek

This year was my family and I fourth year staying with Parkside Cabin. Same cabin each year and each year we are pleased with our stay. Creek side is our home away from home always clean , comfortable, the owner (guy at check-in ) is very accommodating and friendly.

The cabin was very nice and stocked with everything we needed. And Jeff at the office was very polite and very helpful. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay.

Cozy, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the cabin but if you can please map out the cabins, so you know where you'll be staying as to maybe choose a different cabin due to location and places or attractions available in that area.

Very quite neighborhood, pleasant drive, cabin just the right size for two people. My suggestions would be to provide a recliner and have a working fireplace.

The cabin is comfortable and has everything you would need for meal preparation. The cabin is clean but the timer on the fireplace would not fire up. (Pilot was working). My only real complaint is parking for this unit The community game room needs a lot of help.

Overall the stay was good. The cabin was really clean minus the areas that are above that are harder to dust. The mattress was a little rough for someone that has back problems. We would defiantly book again though.

Every time I go to Gatlinburg I stay with this company. I really enjoy the proximity of the cabins to town. If I had to nitpick anything about the cabin we just stayed in, it would be that the bathtub and sink do not drain well at all. Other than that, it would be nice if you had some type of loyalty plan something to the effect of "stay × amt of nights, get the × night free" or after staying, say, 10 different times, get ×% off your next stay.

We had a great stay and found everything we needed in the unit; the office was very responsive to a maintenance request. Thanks for a wonderful visit! Only improvements - parking space was really tight, and we never could figure out the code to the game room. I didn't follow up with a request on this, but if it's different than the unit door code, it wasn't provided.

When we arrived at the cabin the AC was out. The service gentleman had us to move right away. The only other thing was wifi. We didn't have cell service all week. Turned out to be a great week.

We loved the cabin and really enjoyed our stay. The fireplace didn’t work but I think someone may have been there the last day fixing it before we checked out. Either way it was still a very nice place, everything was nice and clean and we loved being over the creek. We also enjoyed the perk of free parking. We saved around $60 bucks with those vouchers!

We enjoyed the Mill Creek cabin. Location was great with the creek going by. The porch was nice to sit on in the morning and have coffee. Inside was decorated nice. The parking was small and difficult to turn around in.

Everything with the cabin was nice but had issues with parking. The parking spot was too small and couldn't find a parking spot for my son to visit with us. Please figure out new parking spots for family members can visit with their family that stay there.

you did wonderful i will definitely be coming back . but would like to have a cabin way in the mountains if you have some please let me know more . the cabin was beautiful and i couldnt have asked for any better . thank you !

The stay was good but the WiFi did not work the WiFi that was given to us did not show up as a option.

A bigger parking area,difficult to turn around. Our TV would have these black outs everyday. But, we love everything. Next time we want to get one alittle bigger. Love the decor and privacy and the creek to. Do you have any high on the mountain?

As always, Parkside Cabin Rentals provided the perfect accommodation for my Smoky Mountain visit. It felt like home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay, upstairs loft was enjoyable for my 7 year old, although it was quite filthy up there and needed a good cleaning. Parking was stressful in my large SUV. Staff at Parkside is always kind and helpful. We had a great stay! Thank you

We were told when arriving that there was no room for our trailer, in fact there was and all went well. Would definitely stay again!

Very pleasant experience with Parkside. The cabin is small but the right size for two people. The shower was almost too small for us but we are both very tall so it wouldn't be an issue for shorter people. I will definitely stay with Parkside again!

I really enjoyed my stay , it was quite and private , the only down fall was you couldn't pick up internet other than that I was satisfied

Cabin was perfect! Nicely updated inside, loved having the creek running along the back to enjoy while sitting on the deck. Was hoping it was a little more secluded and not such a far drive from downtown, but overall a very nice little cabin. Jeff at the check-in office was super friendly too!

Very nice cabin and the surroundings are amazing. It was just right. I would definitely like to see you have a shower curtain that fits correctly to size

Check in at the office was wonderful. Jeff was exceptional. The location provided us with just what we needed. We were far enough from town to enjoy a relaxing stay, but still close enough to everything if we needed anything or wanted to explore. The flowing creek outside was a plus.

Reservations and check in super quick and easy. Cabin was sweet and cozy. Very clean. The views from balcony very relaxing and sounds from running water very peaceful.

Everything was fantastic !!! Except I must have missed that allllll the games were in a shared cabin with other guests! But it’s was still great!!

Very nice wish there were stairs at mill creek so you didn’t have to walk the road ! Also the network that was gave to us was incorrect but your maintenance (Greg) was so very helpful and showed us it had changed to comcast so password was not the same as papers says !!! Very very quiet remote cabin !! Enjoyed

Very good. Man working at office was knowledgeable and helpful. Shower curtain had mold — but other than that, cleanliness was satisfactory.

The cabins are always clean. We've stayed at Mill Creek several times. And we've stayed at several other cabins too

The cabin was clean and the staff was great when booking and with an issue we had during the rental. They took care of it immediately to be sure we had a wonderful experience. The only negative was not with the cabin itself, but we were disappointed in the unkept area around the cabin property, which I think is private property and not owned by Park Side Rentals. Sadly, the trash at the very close neighboring property does take away from the experience of the setting of the cabin we rented.

We absolutely love your cabins. It was our 17 year anniversary and we stayed in the exact same cabin we stayed in for our honeymoon. They are so secluded and very nice and quite and relaxing. Thank you for such a great romantic get away .

The whole experience was nice. We enjoyed being by the creek with the sound of the water. The cabin was clean. The only thing I would ask is that it had a more firm mattress. Probably would deal with your company again.

The mill creek cabin was nice and clean very peaceful and the jacuzzi was great!!

It was a great weekend! So much better then a hotel. Hot tub was a nice perk after a long day of walking around.

Amazing! My husband and I loved the location. Downtown was close but once we were ready to go back, the silence and peacefulness was totally worth it!

Cabin was clean and pretty private. Well stocked kitchen and we really appriciated the good pans to cook with. The queen size bed was also very comfortable. Loved sitting on the deck enjoying the creek below the cabin. Wish there was a swing and/or rocking chairs. But overall the cabin was great & we enjoyed it.

We were very satisfied with our stay! The cabin was well decorated and we felt right at home.

Everything was excellent minus just a few things on the description of the cabin it had said it came with an outside fire pit we were in aware it wasent located next to our cabin and it was a shared pit also the wifi didn't work at all but we were greatful for the hot spot

Totally comftrable and cozy..very nice location. Staff was very helpful and friendly along with flyers and coupons for our stay. Been to Gatlinburg several times and we will stay with Parkside Cabins from now on. Plenty to do for all ages, we are 48 and 43 and we even loved the game room. Only negative experience was i had got stung twice by wasp beside your hot tub bud all is well, the experience will keep us coming back and we thank you for you hospitality after driving so far.

We have stayed with you for some 15 years,,, Most of the time in Wilderness #2 and also behind your current office. Your Properties are ALWAYS clean & in great repair and Staff is prompt and friendly. Sorry for the disaster of recent fires but G. will rebuild and we shall return. Thanks for being there.

We love our stay in the Mill Creek Cabin. Our only problem was the distance from town with the speed limit being anywhere from 25 to 35 mph. We just didn't think it would be a problem until the speed limits got us😊 The cabin was great and had everything you could need. The personnel was very helpful and we will stay with Parkside again I'm hoping very soon!

Cabin was very cozy and clean for the most part, comforter smelled like cat pee though. Great little place to spend a week other than that. Loved the view and the sounds of the creek, very relaxing.

Our cabin was great, just as described. The cabin had everything we needed, and was very comfortable.

The cabin was just what I wanted, but it needs a good cleaning--the cover on the air filter is filthy and so are the windows, sills, blinds, and all. I had a VERY hard time opening some of them, they were so stuck. But it was well stocked to prepare and serve meals, it was comfortable, and the porch by the stream was wonderful.

A truly enjoyable experience. Cabin was clean, spacious, and private.

Our stay with Park Side was awesome. Most of the staff was super sweet. We loved the rates and how clean our cabin was. We will use them again in the near future

We stayed in Mill Creek Cabin. We arrived late in the evening. The cabin was hard to find at night with very small parking spot and no light outside to see steps or unload car. The cabin was clean aside from the trash can and stove. The cabin included plenty of pillows and blankets, pots and pans and even shampoo, conditioner, soap and other toiletries you may need. We enjoyed the fireplace a lot. The hot tub would not get over 98 degrees at night. During the day we would check it and it would be 100 or 99 and then at night the temperature was 98 or below which was not that hot. We drove a large truck and parking plus turning around was almost impossible however we would come home before dark turn around in the yards around the cabin so it would be easier to leave. The creek was beautiful and added a great atmosphere. The cabin was small but just enough room for two adults. As far as cooking while there, the cabin had basic pots and pans but very limited otherwise so bring anything you can from home to make this process easier. The TVs were nice addition. Cabin has great natural light and heating system worked wonderfully! The shower was small with very little water pressure. During November and December this cabin is offered at buy two nights get one free which is the deal we got. We loved that deal and thought it was a great value.

Nice and cozy cabin, just the right size for two people. Beautiful location that was quiet. Cabin did need an outside light on the side of the cabin at the steps. It was difficult to see the steps at night. Parking area for the cabin was extremely small but ok for the size of our car. If we had drove the truck the parking area would not have been large enough to park in the space. Overall satisfaction was great.

Everything was provided to me and my wife in a very welcoming and caring way and we thank you so much for our enjoyable vacation.

Cabin was great. Only thing I could recommend is an outside light. One off the porch showing the steps and one off the opposite corner showing the yard. Overall experience was great. I would also try to add a better parking location.

The only complaint I have is that the extra bedding wasn't clean. There was a white crusty stain on the quilt. There were quite a few dead bugs residing in the loft. Overall it was amazing these are just some things that were a tad bit bothersome. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! View was great, cabin was cute and homey, and it was a good distance from town so we could enjoy the outdoors without the hustle and bustle of tourists.

The cabin was hard to find at first, but that could have just been our misunderstanding of the directions. The cabin was clean and well equipped.

Fantastic place. Will be back. One suggestion for the mill creek cabin. It is very dark at night on the side of the cabin by the stairs. It would be great if there was a light on that side of the cabin. Also the parking spot for mill creek was not clearly marked. There is a green post where the parking space is. Maybe there was a sign there at one time? It's easy to see during the day where to park but not at all if you arrive at night like I did. Thanks!!!!
