Cabin was perfect the only down fall was the back porch light didn’t work very dangerous going down the stairs. Couldn’t get the tv on the porch to work nor did the hot tub lights work and the spot light in front the hot tub didn’t work that shines in the yard. Other that it was amazing I love park side the only place I rent from

Everything was more than excellent on your part. I was afraid to use hot tub due to large bear roaming close to cabin.. And attempted to cook pizza in oven but when we pre heated oven bad smell of plastic... So no pizza that night... But as far as reservation. Price. And convenience, all was perfect and we will be back next year.. thank you so much

Cabin fit our needs well. House definitely has a little wear from worn couch, loose cabinet door, toilet that likes to run on main floor, ants in the kitchen, worn cover for hot tub....BUT it was fine. It's a rental. Many people come and go and afterall it is a cabin in the mountains. Has the same wear as most homes, lol. It was cozy. Enough space and dishes in the kitchen. Beds were fine. Hot tub and fire pit were of great. Loved the view. Had a bear show up the first two days we were there. My family had a lovely experience. Only real recommendation would be for hangers in the closet. There were only three total hangers so we went to dollar general to get more. No big deal though. The only true thing to complain about is not knowing how steep the driveway was. Fine for my suv but my son s car couldn't get enough clearance to get up it. Had we known, he would have come in a different vehicle. But thank you for a lovely stay

The house was beautiful and peaceful but it does have a few kinks to work on. For example. The outdoor TV is not bright enough to be able to watch anything during the day. There were not enough towels for all 8 of us. And the upstairs bedroom has a bug infestation on the corner behind the nightstand by the window. Overall our stay was very pleasant and we will stay there in the future. The house had everything we needed from kitchen instruments to sleeping arrangements.

We enjoyed the space and setting. The view was beautiful. It would have been nice to have a spare dish towel and directions to the hot tub. We didn't get it fully figured out until our last day there. There was also a carpenter bee issue. There were tons around the front porch. We did love the pool table, and the fact that the porch was covered. The rustic feel and location were great.

All the staff was extremely friendly and kind! The house was clean. The bottom of the driveway needs to have the slope fixed where it meets the road. The house did not have any space for food storage, so an extra cabinet would be helpful. We found irons but no ironing board. Extra blankets and towels would be appreciated. Beds were comfortable!

There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and cozy enough for a gathering around the fireplace or fire pit to talk. The billiards table would be a great option! Unfortunately the allotted space is too small to maneuver a full-size pool cue around the table. 1/2-size cues are available 👍🏼 There were no linens on the pull out sofa. Extra linens stashed somewhere would have been nice. We made due and more were brought up the next day. We called the office about a few things, including to report a leak in the ceiling, ice maker not working, and needing garbage bags, and the staff were always helpful and responsive. It is a beautiful cabin with a wonderful view of the mountains. Thanks for hosting us!

We stayed here last year & were really empressed with all the changes and new additions. We had maintenance come and helped with the hot tub. Great guy. We did notice that the tub downstairs still dripped. This time we only had one set of dish cloths and there was no laundry detergent either (which we discovered on the last evening).

The check-in process was quick and easy. The cabin was clean and well maintained. The cabin was close to all the sites on the main drag My only negative would be that the hot tub was not working properly during our stay. Half of the jets in the tub weren't working, only the one located near the fron in the single person reclined seat. I did report to the office and was told someone would come look at it, but that never happened.

Loved everything about our stay. When we woke up one morning and the hot tub wasn't heating properly we called and someone came out and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The location from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was amazing. Will definitely be coming back again.

This is the 3rd time we've rented from Parkside. Everything was great for the most part. Only issues: Hot tub was cloudy and appeared not to have been cleaned. All the jets did not work. Pool table was great, but due to space limitations would suggest some shorter pool sticks. Overall, we did love it. Views are fantastic and we will be back. Love Gatlinburg

I would definitely stay here again! The view was fabulous! The only issues i had was the downstairs bathroom was cold and the washer didnt work. But Jeff in the office was super friendly and helpful. They even sent someone out to make sure we got in the cabin ok since i had called about the key code not working (i was trying to get into the wrong place) 😆 I would recommend them...and have already.

Leconte View cabin was nice but needs some updates and repairs. There are holes in lampshades in family room, the nose on the bear throw is torn off. The washer dryer is very small and takes a long time to dry. Give guests more towels since the house sleeps so many and because there’s a hot tub. The dishwasher should be changed. It’s like 30 years old. Overall it’s a nice house it just needs some minor repairs and updating. I would also suggest providing more parking vouchers at check in so you don’t need to go back for more.

The place was nicely located, tho the driveway is a little scary going up and down. The cabin was nice, but I think the cleaning crew needs to take a little more time cleaning. The bathroom mirrors were streaky. Their was popcorn on the floor on the main bathroom floor in the corner and what appeared to be an M&M on the floor upstairs on the floor by the pool table. The cushions need to be taken off the furniture in the living room and allllll the crumbs under need to be vacuumed up. The pool table was filthy and needed to be vacuumed. The brush provided wouldn’t touch it. Bed was very comfortable. Never used the hot tub. Enjoyed the gas fireplace. The kitchen table has a huge wide split across it and I felt this was a big breeding ground for bacteria. Needs some wood filler. Basically these are mostly minor issues, but when paying that kind of money for a place you expect it to be clean clean. I’d have a talk with the cleaning crew and occasionally I’d check out the cabins and inspect them to see if their doing a good job at keeping your customers happy.

Overall we were very satisfied with our cabin. We ran into 2 problems on day one with our AC and our refrigerator. We called the front desk and within the hour the maintenance guy showed up and fixed both problems. The staff were very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing that could use some improvement is a thorough cleaning of the cabin. There are lots of dusty areas that seem to never get cleaned. I’m a little OCD so I notice all the things. ;) I would also recommend having a vacuum in the cabin. Overall we were super happy and everyone had a great time! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

Pros: Great location, close to town. Spacious rooms. Nice decor. Comfortable beds. View was nice. Good kitchen. Arcade game was fun. Cons: Fireplace and hot tub required a service call. (But was taken care of fast, thank you) Lots of spiderwebs (Big one right above our bed). Windows full of dust and dead bugs. (Had to open windows because fireplace wouldn't turn off and temp was over 80) Pool table was nice to have but could not play because of the location, pool sticks hit walls, windows and bunk beds when trying to play. Overall we enjoyed this cabin but would probably rent a different one next time.

The cabin and views were wonderful!! The cabin was a bit less stocked than I've seen at other rentals, 5 teaspoons, one garbage bag, no wine glasses. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time. The animals on he walls in the cabin and mos of the decking was very dusty, other than that, a beautiful place that I would rent again if we're in the Gatlinburg area.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. The cabin looked just like the pictures. A few notes: the WiFi was intermittent. My laptop could not connect so I had to pay for a guest login to use Internet for one hour to complete something for work. Also had tons of ants in the kitchen, but we placed the product we use at home, ant problem went away. We hope to visit again, just noting a few things we encountered.

The cabin was beautiful, but if needed more cleaning details from cleaning crew. The exhaust fans in bathroom was covered with dust to where it's very visible to anyone who walks in and that would be an issue for people who have allergy. The oven was not clean and had a funky smell. I couldn't use it at all. Last day of my stay, I used the washer & dryer that left the fuzz/lint on my clothes even though I cleaned the filter before use. The shower door was hard to open unless you use force. The Hot tub's lights were not working, but it didn't bother me that much. Otherwise, everything else was perfect. The staff were friendly, the cabin itself was close to everything (food city, dollar stores, gas station, and less than 5 miles away from downtown of Gatlinburg) and very easy access to it.. I recommend it to elderly people or couple with little children who don't like to drive on steep roads or high mountain. I will definitely rent this cabin on my next trip. Overall, we had a great experience in LeConte View cabin.

I loved the cabin, it was awesome. I am going to stay here every time i visit the mountains. The only downfall that happened, is that when i checked out the lady told me i get 10% for being a repeat customer next time. I was a repeat customer this time. Would have loved to save the cash. Overall everything was great from service to the cabin. Ill be back soon.

Everything was pretty good. Needed some chalk for pool table and it took 2 days to get it. A lot of dead flys in cabin. Doesn't look like it was cleaned as well as it should have been, but we really loved our stay.

Check in was pleasant. Loved the smell of freshly baked cookies. Oh yeah cookies were a great touch. Our cabin " Laconte View" was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and efficient. The cabin was close to everything. Hope to be back next year. We would love to stay at Heavenly View.

Fourth time staying with parkside and as always the cabin was awesome. Our only complaint was that the hot tub had a large amount of hair floating around. We went to get in it on the last night and there was a large ball of hair near the filter and when we loomed closer there was more floating around. That still didn't take away from the experience and the amazing view we had

We loved it here! This cabin was the perfect size and in the perfect location! It was so clean, well-maintained, and had some very beautiful and woodsy decorations. We epecially loved the inside balcony with the pool table and tv and also the tv outside on the porch. There was even a blender, toaster, coffee maker, baking dishes, and a keurig in the kitchen. This cabin did not shy away from great at all! Since we couldn't figure out the dishwasher and we had to wash all the dishes by hand, they even let us stay an extra hour after check out without any extra charge!

The cabin and view was beautiful. Only a few small things that would've made it better... The outside tv didn't work, the amount of space for the pool table wasn't big enough to be able to shoot, the pool sticks didn't have felt on the tip, and We couldn't change the station on the upstairs bedroom tv.

It was a great cabin with lots of space and a gorgeous view. My only complaint is the ant problem. We had to throw out some fresh unopened food because the ants were taking over the kitchen. I would have liked a broom to clean up after ourselves better as well.

We enjoyed the cabin itself, the only complaint I have is that we could not use the jacuzzi in down stairs room due to improper cleaning of jets. We had black junk coming out each time we tried. The shower was our only other choice & it is tiny.

Loved the cabin! Wished there were more dish towels and bath towels, shower curtain was moldy, outside jacuzzi was gross!! A swiffer mop or something like it would have been nice to clean the floors. Enjoyed having the coupons and cheap show tickets. Office was friendly. Will be back again!
