Hidden Hills Retreat

Check in was a breeze and we loved our cabin. This was the third year we’ve stay at the same cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and we were able to have the whole family stay in 1 place. Whenever we called, our problem was taken care of. The only thing we noticed was the dishwasher didn’t have the hinged door to close over the detergent and the door was difficult to close, but everything else was great!

Everything was great except for the air conditioning. The Unit seems to be struggling on one side of the house. The master bedroom downstairs and the bedroom right above it were super warm the whole time we were there. The other rooms were freezing cold. I checked the vents and it seemed there was hardly air blowing out of the ones upstairs. The game room downstairs is freezing cold as well as the bedrooms above it.

The cabin was big and beautiful. My whole family stayed there and we actually had a wedding reception there with catering. Great place!

Cleaning wasn't the best. They had swept the floor and just left the piles of dirt, never scooped it up in the dustpan. Outside this everything else was alright.

Everything was great! We had a marvelous time. The only recommendation I would have is extra blankets. The master did not have a comforter and only one small blanket.

This is the 4th or 5th time I've stayed on one of your cabins. It has been an amazing experience every time.

We loved our stay. The cabin was beautiful. A little dusty, but expected to an extent. Fireplace in game room didn’t have a way to turn it on, that we could find. And the only recommendation would be to decorate for Christmas. Otherwise we loved it and hope to stay again next year in same or similar cabin.

Wonderful check in experience! Cabin didn’t have enough bowls, can opener and several small utensils & hand mixer were broken. We called for trash pick up, they never came. Overall great stay!! Will book in 2024 ☺️

My family enjoyed the cabin! The only thing I would say is that leaf blowing before arrival would be beneficial. Hard to enjoy everything with piles of leaves on the deck! But 10/10 recommend and will be returning!

We had a great stay but the cabin needs a few things. Many of the outlets in the kitchen did not work. The hot tub keeps losing water. The side of the house by the master bedroom is much hotter than the side by the game room. The standing lamp in the master bedroom is not working right. In the kitchen, some of the cookingg utensils are literally falling apart and the colander is rusty. But... Overall, the cabin was really nice and the service to pick up the garbage and fill the hot tub was great.

My group stayed at the Hidden Hills cabin. Overall, very nice cabin and great people in office at check in. Just a couple of things, the floors in the cabin were quite dirty. Several cob webs indicating a lack of cleaning and/or dusting. Also had some dead bugs left on walls, meaning maybe not thoroughly cleaned. The exhaust fan did not work in 1 upstairs bathroom. There is a drawer in the kitchen that wouldn't stay closed and the fridge in the kitchen has a crack in the back of it. The hot tub would not turn off, seemed to just run on its own. Nothing major, but would suggest better cleaning, and some maintenance for the cabin prior to guests arrival.

Amazing cabin… very elderly and handicap accessible. Close to town with lots of parking. Very attentive staff… Highly recommend!

Cabin was clean with plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. Quite a few electrical plug ins do not work and the vent duct work in one of the upstairs bathrooms isn't connected.

Check in staff was friendly and they make check in a breeze. It was very fast and convenient.

Everything was perfect I will be back I've already started making plans for my next trip hopefully it will be warmer

Excellent stay . We like the house with full of nature woods . The beds are awesome. We tried so many hotels and airnb had bed experiences with bedding . But park-side rental bedding is so awesome. Big screen also good . . Thank you

We had the most amazing time at the Hidden Hills cabin! So much room to spread out and have conversations, play games, and enjoy our family getaway. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. The cabin was cozy with the two fireplaces and we enjoyed the outdoor firepit, too. We didn't use the hot tub, we were too busy playing pool or playing board and card games at the massive dining table. We were ten minutes from all the downtown action and only 4 minutes from the grocery store. Everyone in the group repeatedly said how great the cabin was and we need to come back every year and get this exact space to share again. It exceeded our expectations, the photos really don't do it justice!

We stayed a short few days but everything was great.

Great cabin. Was better then the pic’s. So happy we went with Park Side Cabin’s. We almost went with someone else. Sure glad we didn’t. Great location. Great size.

We loved it!! Only thing it was needing is more pool sticks & chalk for them. Outside of that it was our best trip ever to Gatlinburg & we have been going since 2011

Our accomodations were excellent. We had a little trouble with the fireplaces, I called, and the staff who answered were so nice, and talked us through. I also called and asked about a burn ban to be sure it was ok to use the fire pit, again, very nice staff member. We didn't have pillowcases for the pillows, but I didn't think it was a huge deal. Our experience was exceptional!!

The cabin was great, did have a few issues we had.

Hidden Hills Retreat is the perfect cabin! We had 14 people, plenty of room. Loved the game room, hot tub, used the fire pit every night. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location! Love Parkside, have stayed in 3 other cabins with you previously. They were all great!

Jeff was great in we check in. We loved the cabin location was great. Just wish the kitchen supplies were better. Need to have more kitchen utensils. Needs more blankets, pillows and sheets for the fold out couches.

I absolutely loved the cabin I rented for my family vacation (Hidden Hills Retreat). It was absolutely beautiful and well equipped to accommodate us in every way! It was so cozy that we really didn't want to go out and enjoy the local entertainment. Mr.Jeff at the rental office was very helpful, informative and welcoming.... You all definitely deserve a 10 out of 10. It's was for sure a 5 star rating for me.😁

The cabin was perfect size for our family. We enjoyed the fire pit, jacuzzi and game room. We were surprised by all the towels and linens that were provided. The only things we noticed was the floors need to be cleaned, the water took a bit to get hot and some areas of the house were extremely cold and others were a little on the warm side. Would definitely book again.

We have stayed with your company for 6 years. Every year has been great. This year, our cabin we rented was sold, but you upgraded us for free to a new cabin. We will continue to use your business.

Website was easy to navigate when reserving a cabin. Friendly service when we checked in. Had to call prior to our arrival date with a question and staff was very helpful.

Gatlinburg is always amazing, but it really helps when you find a great company to rent from and I was very impressed with the customer service we received gettin Parkside. Starting with check in, they were very friendly and helpful and accommodating.

The cabin was fantastic and we were pleasantly surprised! We all enjoyed the beautiful log cabin.

The cabin was beautiful and a perfect layout for our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 children) mountain vacation. Lots of comfortable seating. The beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect, hot tub and fire pit with great rockers was wonderful. The bathrooms were all updated and very nice. It was great to see all white linens on the beds and no comforters so we knew they everything had been laundered. There were lots of pillows but no blankets. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was substandard. Lots of cob webs ( behind beds, corners and light fixtures). The kids walked barefoot in the cabin while we were unloading and the bottom of their feet were literally black. Seems like the floors, especially in the game room had not been mopped. Evidently it was carpenter bee season. The bees didn’t bother us except they were boring holes in lots of the exterior of the cabin (sawdust on outdoor furniture and hot tub). The downstairs bedroom had lots of sawdust on the couch. The air conditioning kept the majority of the cabin cool except for the first floor bedroom stayed warm and the game room on the first floor was freezing. As an owner of a beach rental property, I would love to speak to the owner of Hidden Hill Retreat. Our family will be returning to Gatlinburg in the future and hopefully could stay with Parkside again.

My family and I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, we were able to get to the Gatlinburg attractions with in minutes and the area was quiet so the kids slept very well. We hope to visit again with more family very soon!

We have been coming to gatlinburg for 30 years. This was the 1st time to stay with Park Side, and was one of are best stay ever keep it up!

The cabin was very nice. Loved that most of the bedrooms had an suite bathrooms. Not real far from downtown Gatlinburg.

It was very nice and I love the the area and the cabin was wonderful so beautiful!!!! Would like the wifi signal to improve if you can but overall it was great!!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous cabin. The beds were extremely comfortable, the cabin was very up to date with walk-in tile showers. The back porch and firepit area was extremely nice with plenty of comfortable chairs.

Cabin was beautiful, clean, awesome and just the right distance from Gatlinburg. Will definitely stay again!

Loved the cabin. We stay in Hidden Hill Retreat. Only issue we had was that 1 of the upstairs bedroom was on the same thermostat as the downstairs so couldn't have the heat on downstairs otherwise it was way to hot to sleep in that room.

We started a New Tradition in Hidden Hills Retreat.. We'll now be going twice a year. The cabin was GORGEOUS. It was 4 couples and we had MORE than enough room. It was an easy drive and close to stores. Only recommendation would be adding more cookware..

We loved our cabin. Very clean, spacious and well maintained. The size of the cabin was great! We had 10 people staying and everyone had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Definitely will be using your agency again and will recommend to all of our Mississippi family/friends for future visits to the Great Smoky Mountains.

The cabin was beautiful. The price for the weekend was great. Check in and out was very easy. Loved the free downtown parking as well.
