Downtown Hickory Hideaway

Enjoyable stay - Staff was very friendly. Cabin was newer and very clean. If we had to offer one recommendation it would be that the kitchen could use more pots/pans.

The cabin was amazing! It was just what we wanted -close to the strip so we could walk and we had plenty of space. Very clean .

We had a wonderful time in the Gatlinburg area. This cabin was the closest we have stayed to the downtown area but it was still far enough away we didn't have any real noise.

It was wonderful, I loved everything about it. Especially the location & hot tub.

Everything was perfect. The only thing is you need pot holders, extra trash bags, or (at least let folks know on the website they need to bring their own), and the fitted sheet for the king mattresses needs to be deeper in order to fit.

Everything was nice. Check in was smooth the staff was great. This is my second time staying with Parkside and I will definitely book again and recommend to others

Check in was easy. Communication abt checking in was okay. Could have given more details. Kitchen items were sparse but we made do. Cabin is amazing. Clean and close to downtown Gatlinburg.

Cabin was perfect, beautiful and clean. We were worried being so close to the strip and close to other cabins it might be noisy but it wasn't. Never thought we would see bears and coyotes. Thanks

The house was perfect for our group & the cleanliness was off the charts. It was important to us that we followed the check out list you had printed out for us. We recognized on Sunday we didn’t have more than 1 dish detergent package or a scrub brush handy & couldn’t clean the dishes properly or return them to their cabinets. Other than having that stocked in place for us, your team was perfect. I will say that we didn’t get the e mail that explained the ID check in procedure, so I had to reach out once I got into town. Certainly understand the reason you want a scanned ID, but I do like the convenience of being able to handle that in advance or know that process before arrival. The cabin is a prime location for Gatlinburg & I’ll be back year over year! Thank you for a memorable weekend! I’ll also refer you guys any chance I get!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at your residence. We did have issues with the internet which you addressed in a timely manner. We did get the privilege of watching a mother bear and her cubs two days in a row from out deck. The location was perfect for us and we are thankful for the parking passes that were provided as it made a huge difference in how we processed out daily plans.

Amazing stay at hickory hideaway!! We had issues with the WiFi at first but the staff worked quickly to get it up and running. Great location not far from downtown gatlinburg. I always stay with parkside cabin and will continue to do so!
