We enjoyed our stay! This was our second time at Hattie’s Lake! Definitely recommend this cabin for the beautiful views and location outside of all the busy traffic. Only problem was that the hot tub wasn’t working and the dryer heating element seemed to be out. We couldn’t dry our clothes that was washed. We would rent again in the future!

We've rented many cabins in the Gatlinburg area. Parkside has been the best company to work with. They are friendly, accessible and responsive to our requests.

My experience went smoothly. I will use them again for a future visit.

This house was perfect for our family, as it is HUGE and spread out. We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of room for everyone. 2 kitchens, a long ramp that links the upstairs to the downstairs, absolutely beautiful view with large windows, arcade games that kept the kids occupied and plenty of bathrooms. The only cons would be: hot tub was empty and not working, there are things in the house that didn’t work such as phones (one that was on the wall broken into pieces) intercoms, one of the arcade games, which none of these things were that big of a deal in the long run, just a little outdated I guess. You have cabinets for days, the upstairs kitchen has so many cabinets we got lost trying to figure out where stuff was. Large fridges, has some of the basic cooking tools needed. All-in-all everyone was happy with this house, great location, easy to access properly and plenty of room. I’m hoping to rent it again in the future.

Cabin was beautiful and well equipped. Definitely will be staying again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Cabin was clean, the furniture and amenities were in good condition, the kitchen was well equipped, and the rental process was hassle free.

Loved the cabin. Only issue was no blinds on the bathroom windows.

Hatties Lake Retreat was beautiful! On the lake and was more than what we expected. Plenty of space. The only thing that could of been better was if the hot tub worked. The water was ice cold.

House is HUGE. The views of the lake are amazing. Only negative this I have to say is there was a cannot full of old donut boxes that didn't get cleaned out before we came.

This home on Douglas Lake is spectacular. Everything you can think of is furnished. Perfect place for a family reunion. 5 stars.

The cabin was lovely and the check in and check was super easy. The staff was very courteous and when I called them with a small issue it was taken care of right away.

We had an excellent stay at Hatties Retreat. We absolutely loved the space and the kids loved the game room. Just wish there was access to the lake. We will definitly be renting from you again in the future.

House was clean and better than pictures. Only thing was that the air in the living rooms upstairs and downstairs was not working and was very warm. May want to have looked at before next renters.

The stay there was amazing, however the only down fault and the bad thing I have to say is about the Grill. Seriously, there was no grill when we got there and when it was install it was one of those that they put at the parks. To cook for a big family, it took a long time. Grill needs to be upgraded to something more bigger and up to grade. Other than that, It was an amazing home with the beautiful view and felt like home. Thank you!
