Hatties Lake Retreat is a beautiful Lake Home located in Sevierville TN, boasting terrific lake and mountain views. The main level of the home has a large open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area great for gathering and entertaining with a wall full of windows to enhance the view. To the right of the living room is a master bedroom with 2 queen beds and a full bath with tub and shower combination. The second bedroom is at the other end of the home and has a king bed, large walk through cedar closet and master bath with a tub shower combination. There is a half bath in the us area on this level with table and chairs and sleeper sofa for added space. The ease of access to the lower level by way of a ramp makes this home idea for guests of all ages. The lower level offer a second living room with pool table and wet bar. The master bedroom to the right has a queen bed with two sets of bunkbeds full on bottom and twin on top, full bath with shower tub combination. The other master bedroom at the other end of the house has a king bed, and a master bath with tub and shower combination. There is an additional bonus space on this level with tables and chairs and a sleeper sofa. Indoor fireplace in operation Oct thru March.

Reservation process was flawless. The gentleman that I booked with was extremely helpful. We noticed quite a few dead stink bugs throughout the home. We had someone in a wheelchair with us and we had no idea how far the bedrooms were from one another. It might be helpful to mention this in someway as several of our party had to share a room due to the fact that if this individual needed something during the night no one would hear them. Also, I personally stayed downstairs in the room with the single queen bed and there was only two sheets on the bed and so we had to go hunt for a blanket or comforter to place on the bed. I realize that it’s spring and it should be warming up but this particular weekend the temps dropped and we were quite cool downstairs. All in all we would definitely stay again.

The Internet and Wi-Fi were out. I called in a work request on the emergency line and the Internet and Wi-Fi never came back up. When I attempted to log on, it says the bill has not been paid.

Communication was great. Answered all our questions. Very informative. The house was amazing the views were breathtaking. I would upgrade a little bit ( more pans and silverware) But overall would definitely want to stay again mabey next time in the summer months . Thank you for a great vacation.

We love Parkside and Hattie’s Lake Retreat so much, it’s our fourth year with this particular cabin! However, she could use a lot of TLC. We did notice that a lot of the broken and un-working items from previous year’s stays had still not been addressed or fixed. (And this year the new lock on the front door was an absolute mess to work) The stay is also harder to enjoy when we have to go out and buy new kitchen items each year in order to utilize and fully enjoy the basic amenities of the cabin.

My family loved the cabin it was exactly what I wanted even nicer. We had more than enough room. The men enjoyed playing pool. The arcade games were a big hit. We love staying in the cabin.Sitting outside looking at the lake and the stars there is nothing like it.. we barbecued dinner for all of us everyone loved the peace and quiet.If everyone could come again we would absolutely rent one of your cabins again. Exceptional!! We had 15 of our family for a family vacation and my daughter’s wedding. Plenty of room for everyone! The house is a little dated- but I think that is what I loved about it! We had the reception at the house and it was absolutely stunning! Exceeded my expectations! The view was AMAZING! And we got some awesome pictures! Would definitely recommend and will be stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay! This was our second time at Hattie’s Lake! Definitely recommend this cabin for the beautiful views and location outside of all the busy traffic. Only problem was that the hot tub wasn’t working and the dryer heating element seemed to be out. We couldn’t dry our clothes that was washed. We would rent again in the future!

The cabin was very clean inside and well taken care of. Only complaint would be the outside of my cabin had tons of spider webs and the grounds of the property were not well maintained. Lots of overgrowth and broken hand railings

My family love the view from all rooms of the cabin. Had only miner thing we found wrong but called office. They sent someone out to fix them promptly to fix them. Overall great stay and will most likely rent again in the future.

This house was perfect for our family, as it is HUGE and spread out. We had a group of 14 and there was plenty of room for everyone. 2 kitchens, a long ramp that links the upstairs to the downstairs, absolutely beautiful view with large windows, arcade games that kept the kids occupied and plenty of bathrooms. The only cons would be: hot tub was empty and not working, there are things in the house that didn’t work such as phones (one that was on the wall broken into pieces) intercoms, one of the arcade games, which none of these things were that big of a deal in the long run, just a little outdated I guess. You have cabinets for days, the upstairs kitchen has so many cabinets we got lost trying to figure out where stuff was. Large fridges, has some of the basic cooking tools needed. All-in-all everyone was happy with this house, great location, easy to access properly and plenty of room. I’m hoping to rent it again in the future.

Hatties Lake Retreat was beautiful! On the lake and was more than what we expected. Plenty of space. The only thing that could of been better was if the hot tub worked. The water was ice cold.

The stay there was amazing, however the only down fault and the bad thing I have to say is about the Grill. Seriously, there was no grill when we got there and when it was install it was one of those that they put at the parks. To cook for a big family, it took a long time. Grill needs to be upgraded to something more bigger and up to grade. Other than that, It was an amazing home with the beautiful view and felt like home. Thank you!

Staff was very nice and considerate. We rented on short notice, and we understand what we had available was limited. The location wasn't terrible - actually, the inside was nice and the furniture and space/rooms were great. The lack of hot water, bugs, and less than stellar deck/hot tub location was depressing for the price of the unit. We are not people to complain and will absolutely rent from your company again. Just not this unit :)
