Come and enjoy all that the Smoky Mountains has to offer in this 1 bedroom cottage. Located about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge it is a perfect place to unwind. Offering the comforts of home with a queen bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and living room with a large screen smart tv. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Outside on the deck you have a 2 person hot tub, and rocking chairs to enjoy the scenery. There is also a large fire pit, and charcoal grill.

We loved the cabin we stayed in. Only issues we had were all the bugs (big black ants, pincher bugs) that made their way into the cabin. Also there was a wasp nest under the stairs. We didn't notice until our last day when they started stinging us. There was a hornets nest as well near the ac unit on the fence around it. Other than that and the dryer eating a sock we had a very good time. Really enjoyed the hot tub.

We have been staying with Park Side for several years. Always a positive experience! Our last stay was at Grassy Cove, small but darling cabin. Well stocked, beautiful landscaping and great location! Loved it so much, ended up staying 7 nights instead of 5!

Great place, just couldn't go outside because of mosquitoes. Had spiders inside cabin.
