Grassy Branch Getaway is a 4 bedroom, 4 full bath home located in the Grassy Branch area of Gatlinburg. The main floor of the home has a full kitchen, dining and living area with a Wood Burning fireplace 52' flat screen tv and access to the hot tub area on the wrap around deck. It also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a hallway bath with a tub and shower combo. Upstairs offers 2 master bedrooms with a king bed, full bathroom with walk-in showers and a 52'tv. On the bottom level is the 4th king bedroom and a set of twin bunk beds with an adjoining bath with walk in shower. Back on the main level is a detached garage game room area with a pool table, shuffleboard table and sitting area with another large 52' tv. All this makes this home a great gathering place.

Easy reservation, check in and check out. There are a few suggestions I would ask you to look into. There needs to be a trash bin for disposal. Check out says to pile all the trash in the kitchen. We had to walk around all of the trash for each of the days we were there. If there were an animal proof bin, or if you could tell us where to take it, that would have made the experience better. Also, downstairs never warmed up. I could not find a thermostat to control downstairs, the one on the middle floor when set to 70, or even to 75 one night, did not help. Loved the layout! Everything looked brand new!
