The cabin was wonderful. The service was great. I booked through vrbo and found out the cabin wasnt located where it showed on vrbo. Reached out to parkside and they didnt hesitate to give me other cabin options. Overall a great experience

The cabin lacked closet no where to put your clothes.. the pillows on the bed were not good at all.. I love the outdoor space

We had a great stay at this cabin in Gatlinburg! It was perfect for our small family of three and our small dog, cozy, clean, and well laid out. We really enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit, and grill, which made relaxing in the evenings easy and fun. The cabin sits next to a beautiful river, and while I didn’t have any luck catching fish, the setting itself was peaceful and scenic. Overall, a wonderful spot for a quiet getaway, and we would definitely consider staying again.

Very well, the cabin was clean and nice, the view was awesome by the small river. Make sure to get pest control to check on the mice in the attic or ceiling of the Flint Rock Cabin.

This is my go to cabin when I go to Gatlinburg. It is so peaceful and beautiful. Right on the river. The cabin is always clean and comfortable.

We had a great time. My husband caught trout and we had campfires at night. Saw lots of bears out Historic Nature trail. This is our 4th time staying at Flint Rock. Missed the bridge!

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, peaceful place. The kitchen accessories and dishes could use a little updating.

Cabin was clean , smelt good, a moth got in but we named him Motthew and he chilled with us for the stay. The experience was 12 stars out of 10.

Flint Rock Cabin is our go to cabin for our family! We love the location and the size! It’s a beautiful secluded paradise that is always clean and ready for us when we arrive!

We LOVE Parkside and always use them when traveling to Gatlinburg. I have recommended several friends to use them for their upcoming travel to this area.

Our recent stay at Flint Rock was great, and it's definitely the ideal spot to stay. We got married right there at Emert's Cove Bridge so it was good to be able to walk down there. It was quiet for the most part. We look forward to saying there again in the upcoming year. Also, please try to enforce the No Parking there at the end of the driveway. We had about 3-4 cars block the turn into the driveway. Thank you for making our stay great.

Cattage was clean, quiet had what we needed for our stay, easy drive into Gatlinburg and backway to Dollywood. Right on the river cold hear it flowing from inside with closed windows. Communication from rental agency excellant. Parking passes for downtown GB a wonderful plus. Had dish cloth and towel which many prior rentals over the years did not. Water in shower plenty warm/hot. Spent good bit of time on the rear porch enjoying the river as well as in the river fishing, few bites and saw fish as river is clean and clear. Path to river just a few steps from rear porch. Hot tub was nice and closer to rental than appears in photo. Campground swimming hole just across the river to the south but wasn't noisey.

The cabin was perfect, as was the outside area. The sound of the water rushing over the rocks was so relaxing. Just what we needed!!

Loved the cabin and the experience! Everything was exceptional from the check in, to the cabin, and everything in between. Free parking downtown was also a major plus!

The Flint Rock Cabin was absolutely gorgeous. My husband and I truly enjoyed the rustic, cozy feel of this cabin. It was so peaceful! The hot tub was prefect; the fire pit right there by the river was the cherry on top! This cabin will remain our goto rental.

The floors are cold in flint rock and the air filter is very dirty. Other than that it was a delightful experience

Staff is very accommodating worked thru a couple concerns. We would stay again at cabin. Also use Parkside again.

The cabin was great but was hard to find in the dark with the private property sign at the end of the driveway. I would suggest adding a sign with the name of the cabin at the end of the driveway to make it easier to find for people checking in late.

Excellent service and excellent environment as usual. This is our 3rd time staying with parkside and it is always worth the 6 hour drive

We come every year and love Flintrock cabin for the privacy and the river. Staff has always taken care of any minor complaints we might have.

It was a great cabin. It appeared to be clean. It was very comfortable! Only concern was the condition of kitchen towels and the quality of the paper products. Next time I will bring bath towels with me.

After staying in the past with other cabin rentals, this by far was the best. Check-in was so easy and staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Cabin was as described and more. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kitchen utensils sufficiently stocked. We loved it and will be back. I have recommended it to others already.

There were a few small things that were wrong. There is no dishwasher at flint rock like advertised also there was no can opener. The silverware and all dishes were not clean and the oven smoked horribly. We did not complain because these are all small things but it would have been nice to not have these issues. Office staff was great!

Clean cabins, great locations, easy check in and superb local suggestions for dinner.

Greenbrier and Flintrock Cabin have become a family tradition with us for over 30 years. We love the quaint cabin and hope to come many years to come. If y’all were to sell let us make an offer 😇

Cabin location on the river was amazing! The cabin could have been cleaned better. But overall had a fabulous time at Flint Rock Cabin!

The cabin was very clean and property well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having the washer and dryer!

Flint Rock was beautiful. I loved listening to the creek outside our back porch. The front porch view was also great. Enjoyed the hot tub. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only complaint was no dishrags or towels to wash dishes o and lamps in bedroom need a touch up

The entire property is stunning. We felt safe, the cabin was clean, the back patio had everything we needed to relax and make dinner a few nights. Location is perfect and quiet. The river was calming and we loved walking the dog to the covered bridge each day. Hot tub was a bonus!! Everything was perfect!

Overall the rental company and cabin was fantastic! The one part that didn't make sense was having to drive 35 minutes out of our way, after traveling all day, just to get a packet with the door code and check out instructions. That could have saved us a lot of hassle and been far easier to email, text or communicate through the VRBO app. But, the property was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was situated in a lovely area. Secluded and right by the river which was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch overlooking the river. The outdoor area was great! Hot tub was for 2 so the perfect size and temp for us. The chairs were comfy around the fire pit. We did a lot of cooking at the cabin and the kitchen needs some more provisions for that...a spatula for turning pancakes, salt and pepper, a scrubber for pans, etc. Someone had cooked something before and the grease was in the bottom of the oven and smoked a lot. It set off the smoke alarm multiple times. Nobody ever called to check. Other suggestions would be a TV guide and a throw blanket. We had a lovely stay and truely enjoyed our time there!

Flint rock was an excellent cabin to start. We all felt free and at peace with nature there. Our dog had freedom to roam and relax by the creek and we had an amazing time! The staff took care of us from the first phone call until checkout. Thank you for letting us in on such short notice.

I was very pleased with my visit, the people in the office were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance man was very quick and polite and help solve an issue.

Perfect cabin for our getaway. Thus cabin was right next to Emerts covered bridge where we got married 8yrs ago and on the creek where we got our maternity pictures 6 yrs ago. We come every year for our anniversary and this was the perfect spot for us. Service was great, location was peaceful. We had an issue with hot tub but maintenance was there right away and took care of it immediately and was very polite. Definitely will come back again.

Great stay just like before. Only complaint was water had way too much Chlorine in it and made all of our skin itch after taking showers and hot tub needs a cleaning.

Check in was quick and easy. Cabin was cute and just the right size for 2. Although it could use a good cleaning, lots of cobwebs and dead bugs in the overhead lights. Definitely needs painting. Front door is difficult to open. The washing machine didn’t work, a man came and repaired it, after we reported it. The cushion on the comfy chair is literally shredding, looks like a cat clawed it! The cabin is very nice and a great location but needs some upkeep.

Cabin was beautiful! The only problem we had was the campground noise across from the cabin! They would come across and be right in front of the cabin so no privacy. Very noisy but other than that perfect!!

Our family loved the Flint Rock cabin so much we stayed an extra day! We loved the cute cabin interior - complete with bunk beds, the river to swim in out back, and the hot tub and firepit area. I'd recommend upgrading to a larger hot tub though. It only fit 2 adults and 1 child. Thank you for providing firewood for the firepit! We can't wait to come back.

We love the place ! It was clean and very convenient to the river.suggestions for improvement: sheets for pull out couch,more glasses in kitchen,and some storage space for clothing.Hangers were needed and maybe hooks in laundry area.All considered ,the atmosphere and location,and cabin were fantastic.

Love this cabin, Flint Rock and location. Cabin needs a deep cleaning in corner, floor and around beds. Light bulb over table has one light out. Porches were dirty needed to be mopped and swept off. Bed was clean and comfortable. We have stay here before and it needed deep cleaning then.

My family of 4 stayed in Flint Rock Cabin. We loved the cabin, the patio, and the river right out back was great. The only feedback I would say is to provide more than 4 bath towel. There were 4 of us and we all got in hot tub 1st night and then didnt have clean towels to shower with. I called next day cuz at check in they said to call for more towels, but the guy on the phone said they dont bring u more towels if u have washer and dryer cuz u can wash your own. Which I dont mind doing but it's hard when u only have 4 towels and 4 people who use hot tub each day and shower. And I dont want to use same towel for my shower that I did for hot tub so I would constantly have to be washing towels. We did end up getting an unexpected delivery of towels left on the porch shortly after my call so it ended up being fine. Also, I would suggest to upgrade to a bigger hot tub. The cabin sleeps 6 but the hot tub only seats 2. We have younger kids so it wasnt too bad for us cuz we were all able to squeeze in, but it definitely wouldnt fit more then 2 adults. Other than that it was a great experience!

The Hot Tub needs cleaned, it had an odor and was cloudy and the filter needs cleaned desperately. The filter vent needs cleaned as it was very dirty. The cabin floors need a really good clean as we has to sweep when we got there( have pics I'd needed). The location was beautiful and the outside patio was wonderful

Everything was beautiful. This is my second stay with Parkside. The only issue with our cabin was that we didn’t have enough linens for the beds. One of us had packed blankets so it wasn’t a problem and we didn’t need to call for assistance. Otherwise, it was perfect!

We loved this cabin! The area was perfect. Not too close to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and yet not too far. Sitting on the back deck listening to the river was so relaxing! There were a couple of things that I wanted to let you know about. The oven needs a thorough cleaning. Every time we used it, the smoke was so bad that it set off the smoke alarms. The dryer vent area needs to be cleaned thoroughly. It has so much lint in the bottom that I worried about causing a fire. Other than these two small things, the cabin was perfect for us. We will be back. 😁

The service was polite and very courteous. I loved the perks. The cabin was beautiful but there was no privacy considering we had maybe 20 people in the backyard the whole week from the campground or fishing etc. I would've considered another cabin but they never gave me the physical address until I checked in. I didn't like that. Other than that our service was great.

Fantastic location ... well appointed property. Could use some plastic glassware for outdoor use to minimize risk of glass breaking.

Flint Rock cabin was great, and we enjoyed our stay. If I had to give a critique, it would be the hot tub was very inadequate- too small, cheap looking and did not match the quality of the rest of the cabin/property.
