Parkside cabin rentals gave us a wonderful stay. When we initially got to our rented cabin, it was late at night. There was an issue we noted when we arrived. We contacted Parkside & they quickly found us a new cabin. They were extremely accommodating and the staff was super kind. We will DEFINITELY be using Parkside for our future rentals. Thanks for a great stay.

Customer service is always great. We love Parkside cabins but this cabin was different. I must say all the basics were clean but this cabin needs a good cleaning. The mantels were deep in dust, the pictures and even the headboards needed wiped down. The ceilings although popcorn can still be dusted off. Dust hung in clusters. This cabin needs more inside chairs. Everything is looking kind of run down. The top of the hot tub is nasty!. I picked up garbage on the rocks outside and still did not get it all. (small stuff). paper, bottle tops, toys etc.

We had a wonderful stay & the cabin was perfect.

Thank you Jeff for excellent customer service!! We really enjoyed our two night stay…wish it was longer. Cabin was clean, plenty of towels, paper towels, soap etc. Definitely will book this cabin again in the future and hopefully for a longer stay.

Customer service is great! This is the 6th or 7th time we have booked with Parkside. Cleaning service could do a little better job, especially with cobwebs inside the cabins.

Love the cabin! It was very clean & had the essentials. Love the area. Quit. Love the running creek in the back, just sat on the back deck & read while listening to it. Friendly staff. Very helpful & nice.

Cabin was nice and clean. The only things I didn't like was the closeness of the trees where you turn in to park.. The cobblestone going up to the door made it very difficult to push my son in his wheelchair. And there was no storage for food in the kitchen and no extra blankets at all.

Our stay was awesome. Enjoyed the quiet relaxing Creekside cabin. We hope to return soon. Our fur baby loved his walks and hanging out on the deck and screened porch overlooking the rolling creek. Very peaceful. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Was very happy with everything except the not providing firewood at cabins that have fireplaces. Didn't quite understand that one.

Excellent customer service. Jeff, the sales rep that assisted me with my rental made my transaction smooth, and quite enjoyable. I would definitely use this establishment in the future based solely off my interaction with Jeff. Overall pleased with the location I stayed at although there were some minor issues with the cabin. Doors did not shut properly thoughout the interior. This did not damage the integrity of my stay though.

We rent with you the same time every year. Always have the best service. We had a call right before check-in this time. We were informed of a problem left by previous tenants of our usual cabin. Jeff worked with us to find a suitable cabin with all of the amenities that we loved about the other cabin. He really went above and beyond. Thanks again! We can't wait for next year!

Was a great cabin . A bit too far from town but well equipped

Upon our arrival we discovered our cabin had 2 flights of steps. We are seniors unable to go up and down the steps so we called mgmt to move to another cabin. We were immediately taken care of and the replacement cabin was just perfect. Thank you Parkside rentals.

we would have given 5 stars because when we got there the trash can in the house was 3/4 full of trash and the front step onto the porch was to high (illegal in codes, steps/stairs shouldn't be more then 7", 7-1/2 max) that resulting to my Fiancé twisting both ankles and possibly fractured one of them. we didn't go to the emergency room because it was the beginning of our trip and didn't want to spend all night in the Emergency room. we loved the place and we will probably rent from you again but i would recommend fixing the front step. there's 3 stepping stones that is a tripping and ankle hazard that should fixed with one big stepping stone and raised up a couple inches.

The cabin was nice and what we expected. Loved the fire pit and creek.

The office staff are awesome. The cabin was way too far out of Gatlinburg and the cleaning crew could do a better job. Whoever is in charge of pest control needs to spray for spiders inside the cabin.

Our 2nd time at Creekside cabin. We love it, especially screened in porch by creek. Love fire wood being provided. You might want to spray for the carpenter bees, they are damaging the wood a lot.

Parkside Cabins were wonderful. The ease of the check in/out with Jeff & the staff was great!! It went very smoothly. The cabins location by the creek was awesome. Loved hearing the water in the evenings. Really enjoyed the hot tub. It hit the spot after a long day of site seeing. Would rent with Parkside Cabins again.

Wonderful, everything was clean and ready for us. Enjoyed the screened in porch very much, with us being smokers that are used to going outside to smoke, appreciated that porch. We couldnt get the Wi-Fi to connect because it was spotty with our phones. Had a great visit with family in the privacy of a nice cabin. Thank you for the care you put into your cabins. We hope to stay with you again.

We've been renting the same cabin from Parkside for a few years now. We're always happy with our service and our stay. We will definitely be back again.

Nice well kept. Clean no issues quiet peaceful area. Nice area no loud noises just peaceful.

We had a great experience. Only issue we had was our hot tub kept cooling down but we called daily and someone would come check it and make it work for the day.

Mattresses at all 4 cabins we have tried has been very hard. Last cabins hot tub didn’t work. Over all we always enjoy the private cabins.

We had no problems that could not be fixed. I think the cabin could be a little cleaner. It had no baking sheet for the oven. Nor did it have pot holders. The sink in the guest room was clogged. But this would not keep us from coming again. All fixable items. Loved our cabin. Maybe a night light would help to.

We stayed at Creekside cabin. Only flaw was hot tub lights did not work, and jets weren't very strong. Really wanted lights to work. Loved wood burning fireplaces, jacuzzi and screened in back deck with rocking chairs. Extra firewood being there was nice too.

Parkside itself was fine. The cabin certainly can use a good cleaning. Especially the fans and ceilings. Both were extremely dusty. Dust clings to the ceiling. The shower curtain in the right side bedroom does not fit the shower. Each shower had water all over the floor.

This was an excellent experience from booking the cabin to getting into the cabin to leaving. Awesome clean cabin as well!

The cabin was beautiful. However, we didn't have wifi the entire stay and no one ever came back out to fix it, so we had no way to keep in touch with our family who was staying home to watch our houses, pets, etc.

We especially liked. how clean it was .The hot tub, new chairs, cookware,jazzuci bathtub and the good mattress were all wonderful. The location was the best near the creek. It was very quiet.The new hot tub and bathtub were a big plus. It was a wonderful trip.

We really enjoyed the cabin with the creek running in the back. Jeff was always a huge help when we needed him. The bathroom sinks (2) were clogged when we got there. They were fixed 24 hours later. The bathroom floors and counters were soaking wet when we got there. I took a towel and wiped them down. These things should have been noticed by the cleaning people. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. Thank you

It was an amazing place to stay. The only thing that I noticed that could be improved is the baseboards were dusty, everything else seemed to be very clean.

Cozy cabin with an awesome firepit! We really appreciated that the wood was supplied for the firepit as well .

Water faucet dripped. Mattress in bedroom with laundry room needs to be replaced . Wasnt private in back . TVs to high , awkward looking up at them . Needed more towels and toilet paper . The cabin was really cozy just those few things would made it more enjoyable. I do want to rent another next year but will look for a different one in a more private setting . Overall we really enjoyed it and didn’t want to leave . Was very cozy and loved the look. The bear lamps was to cute .

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT WITH THE CABIN. THE ONLY ISSURE IS THAT WE HAD A COUPLE HUGE SPIDERS IN THE HOUSE. I KNOW YOURE IN THE WOODS AND SPIDERS ARE A THING BUT MAYBE GET SOMEONE TO COME SPRAY . BUT OTHER THAT THAT IT WAS A GREAT EXPERINCE .

The rental office were all friendly and polite, easy directions and instructions, impressed upon us to call for anything we needed. My husband and I had a great time, the cabin was lovely and clean. I would recommend it highly. Maybe just suggest the remotes be labeled and programmed for each room.

Great! Easy check in, adorable cabin, nice personalities in the office etc. we had a wonderful time!

The tv in the living room did not work when we arrived, we called the Rental Office the next day, had to call twice to get it fixed. The door handle on the outside screen door broke & my dtr-in-law got locked out of the cabin ! Maintenance fixed that the same time they fixed the tv. All TVs have small screens. Cabin was clean, beds comfortable. Good water pressure. Hot tub was heated when we got there but small, seats only four comfortably. Staff at Rental Office were very friendly & accommodating. They came and picked up our garbage each time we asked them to. Quiet surroundings even tho campground is right next door. Understandably, cell phone reception is not good, best to use the phone in the living room. We used the Fire Pit one night : bring your own starter log. Cabin’s living room, eating area & kitchen area are much smaller than pictured; bedrooms are comfortable though. On-line reservation was easy; when I called the Office the next morning, they honored my AARP (or AAA) discount; Check-In was easy. Food City is close by. Much much to do in Gatlinburg !!!

We loved our cabin and the accommodations that went with it. We enjoyed after the long days of seeing the sights coming back and relaxing in the hot tub on the porch.

We loved the cabin and would rent it again, but would like to see some improved maintenance on the property. The fire pit needs some attention, it's full of ashes and coal and needs to be dug back out. I think the chimneys need to be cleaned. The one in the bedroom works fine, but the one in the living room smokes and needs a draft (door or window open) to even use it. There were leafs everywhere from a recent storm and a blower would have been nice to clean off the back deck. The firewood was green and would not burn easily, dry firewood next time please.

Checkin was easy and quick. Cabin was great but close to camp ground. But I knew that when I booked. Will definitely stay in another cabin again.

Everything was very nice and accommodations were very nice. Just wish it was more apparent than "you should look at the website" that the fireplace flutes were closed....it was not nice to find this out after trying to light the fire for several hours.

We like Bear Cove cabin but after we booked it, that cabin was lost in the fire. We were put in Creekside instead. It was a lovely cabin, but very far away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg (about 25 min drive.) One thing we really liked about Bear Cove was the location to town. Also, we noticed a lot of cigarette butts around the exterior of the cabin. Other than that, we really enjoyed the cabin and will book through Parkside Cabin Rental in the future.

You guys are always great. Nice friendly staff ready and willing to help with any problems. We have stayed with you 5 years in a row and we will be back next year.

Your service was excellent. The cabin floor was very dirty but the cabin elsewhere was clean. There was only mud to take the dog out in and the cabin was very far from town. We liked the layout of the cabin and enjoyed doing business with your staff.

This is our second time staying with you. First time was 2 years ago on our wedding we stayed at Creekview and this time was our second anniversary and we stayed at Creekside both excellent places well-maintained will come back again

Love the cabin. We would only make a few changes. The sofa and chair are very uncomfortable. We pulled in the rockers to sit in. The room to the left toilet is loose and the tv had no remote.

It was a nice stay, but the pictures of the cabin made it look better than it really was. The parking sucked at the cabin, several lights were out and the pictures make it seem like nothing is around you. There were other cabins and people living right behind you. The pictures should of shown that. It was kinda a surprise when you get to the cabin and realize there arw people close to you. I wouldnt stay in the same cabin again but will definitely use park side cabin rentals.

check - in was smooth , cabin was very nice and my daughter liked the TV on the front porch, We were close to all the things we wanted to do.

We loved the Creekside cabin! We have stayed in the Gatlinburg area many times and this was one of our favorite cabins. The cabin was very clean and it smelled clean, which was very refreshing after spending 9 hours in a car! We loved the hot tub (especially our 2 daughters!), the abundance of towels and cleaning supplies. The fire pit area and the screened porch were awesome! There were just a couple little things that could've been better. There were at least 2 burned out lights (one was in the master shower and the other was over the master tub). The cabin was clean but could definitely use a deep cleaning. There was thick dust on some things and the throw rugs need to be steam cleaned. Also, we weren't sure where to put full garbage bags. Every cabin we've ever stayed at had the bear-proof garbage bins at end the end of the driveway. We were thinking that this area never had bears so it wasn't a concern. Better instructions would be nice for future stays. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and we'd definitely recommend Creekside to family and friends!

Cabin layout was great! Yard and stream were perfect. We would have liked to known there were other houses so close and especially there was a campground a stone's throw away. We like more secluded properties but this served our purpose well. the extra towels were nice as well as the oversized tubs.

We enjoyed the cabin so much. We passed it the first time we drove in & parking was a little tough with my Yukon around all the trees. The trees however are what make it so private. The creek running behind the cabin was so peaceful. It's not a super big cabin but was the perfect size for our family of 4.

Amazing. The cabin was beautiful, the stream in the back was so peaceful. It was the perfect size. Very clean. We would love to come back and stay at the same cabin again. The office staff was also extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The coupons for local attractions and free parking was also fantastic!

First time in Tennessee and visiting the Smoky Mountains and it was amazing! The cabin was awesome, I really enjoyed staying there. Beds were super comfy and the back deck was very relaxing with the little stream of water. Loved all the trees out front, there was a perfect spot I could hang my hammock and relax by the fire pit. I thought the lighters were a nice touch to help start a fire but neither that were left on the table worked. No big, we ended up just buying one from the store in town. Overall, great stay... really loved it and would definitely stay again!

I can't say enough good things about our stay. The kitchen had anything we could possibly need including tools for the grill! The bed was super comfy! But the best thing was the screened in porch next to the creek. Spent most of our time there!!! We will never stay in a motel again, only Parkside Cabins!!!

The staff was very nice and helpful and the cabin was clean with a great layout. We had a wonderful time.

Everyone in the office was very helpful and nice. We have stayed with ya'll for 2 years in a row because of your excellent customer service! My only complaint is the cabin could have been a lil cleaner . Lots of dust myself and my son both have allergies. Was pretty much sick the whole time . Would like to make a suggestion. .. when someone rents a cabin for 7 days their should be someone comming around to take care of the garbage. We had an excess and ran out of places to put it. Worried the animals were going to get into it. All in all the cabin was awesome and we will return!
