City Lights

Excellent customer service Cabin was very well stocked Have stayed here several times

Our second time at City Lights, nice cabine and great location. Easy check in and out, Parkside staff polit and helpfull. Even had a bear stroll by one evening. Had a great time.

The cabin was amazing, clean and well kept. The location was very convenient to visit downtown within walking distance.

Great clean cabin with a great location. Friendly staff if have a concern.

Cabin was in a good location for walking to downtown Gatlinburg. Both bathroom showers had VERY moldy shower curtains and needed the drains cleaned. Check in and check out were easy. Overall a good experience- just not as clean as I had hoped.

This is one of my favorite cabins I have stayed in! The bed was very comfortable! The location is great, and we had a very large bear come pay us a visit!

We’ve stayed in numerous cabins with this rental company through the years and have had no problems!! Staff is friendly and just wonderful!!

Great cabin. City lights is a perfect cabin for everyone. 4 minute walk to a trolley pick up. Easy to get from the cabin to town. Great porch with hot tub. On the side of the house was a bbq and fire pit that was private and comfortable. We will stay there again.

Would like extra hand towels in the bathrooms and more accent pillows.

The Cabin was very clean. The location was ideal. Interactions with staff was very pleasant. Loved the gas fire put & hot tub. . The only downside was that ladybugs were everywhere inside but they’re harmless.

The cabin was in a great location with everything the Gatlinburg strip had to offer. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend cabin!

Our stay was very nice and enjoyable. I had an issue completing the digital paperwork ahead of time so I called. The staff person was not helpful over the phone and just said he didn't know what to do. That was disappointing. However, when I stopped into the office to check in, the lady who checked me in was very nice and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon. We did have challenges with the TVs and think it would’ be nice to advise in the rental listings that TVs are streaming only. For older renters it is very challenging and a bit frustrating not to have basic local tv. Other than the TV situation the cabin was perfect!

The experience was excellent, definitely would recommend it to family and friends.

Everything was perfect. Easy check in, easy check out, will book again

It was a perfect location to everything. We've already put down a deposit for next year same cabin.

We love using Parkside. The people are always friendly and helpful. This stay we had issues with the WiFi so we was unable to use the tvs the first night and most of the next day. The staff did end up getting us hot spot to use so that helped.

The cabin was perfect. Loved the fireplace and the fire pit. It was a perfect location short walk into town.

We loved the cabin, the location, the amenities and the cleanliness of the rental. Living near DC one appreciates that cozy cabin feel. Loved the front deck , especially the rockers. We will be back!

It is a lovely cabin in an excellent location. This was our 2nd stay at City Lights. We plan to return next year.

Staff were super nice and helpful. Cabin is our favorite. Very clean and perfect location.

Beautiful, clean cabin in a fantastic location. This was our second time staying here and it won’t be the last!

All was even better than expected, will definitely stay again.

The cabin was amazing, awesome location for my wife, myself, and 4 year old daughter! Extremely clean with everything you would need, and any questions or help that was needed had an immediate response!

The cabin was beautiful and we loved the location. It was clean and very well designed. I loved the retro arcade game upstairs! The showers were amazing as well! That was our second visit to Gatlinburg and we want to stay in the same cabin for our future visits.

Check in and departure was so easy. The location is great, short walk straight into the Village. We will stay here agian, very clean.

Second time using Parkside, and Jeff is great always willing to help and make things happen. Cabin was awesome, great location, great wildlife, and clean. We patronized local retailers and sourced most of our food from local farmers and markets to prepare our own food with the well equipped kitchen. Our thanks to everyone at Park Side.

Easy instructions! Beautiful accommodations!! Close to downtown easy walk downtown!

PERFECT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. Check in was easy the ma n ager had tips and pla es to V o to eat. Don't leave G a tlinburg until you have eaten at apple barn. Lunch and dinner. You will have a wonderful stay if you are fortunate enough to stay at CITY LIGHTS . ITS Gʻreat

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The cabin, the location, the booking and checking in process were all great. We are already looking forward to our next stay at the City Lights cabin.

Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Loved the hot tub and the fire pit. Location was great too!

Very clean and well kept. Great location.. We enjoyed staying with you.

Could use some hangers on back of bathroom doors other than that the stay was great.

The cabin we stayed at was in great shape and had everything we needed. We wanted to be close to downtown Gatlinburg so the cabin was perfect for us. The firepit area was very nice and we enjoyed a nice night by the fire.

Cabin was extremely clean. Staff were friendly and attentive! Our hot tub wasn’t heating properly and they had someone out to check it within the hour.

Extremely pleased with the cabin. Although there was a big lady bug issue.

Cabin was great location is great . Cabin needs few things like rugs bathrooms towel hooks and a front blind for hot tub

Easy check-in! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Willing to help in case weather turned bad

Great staff, so helpful and kind from start to finish! Cabin was beautiful, and location convenient. If I had one complaint it would be that it is located on a busy road that was loud at times. But other than that, perfect.

Great check in and available when needed Cabin was clean and well stocked

The cabin was very clean the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and it was within walking distance of the strip. We had a great tme

Loved the cabin! Only thing I would suggest is having bed linens for the pull out couch and more blankets

The cabin was very nice and the location was excellent. Loved the gas fire pit and the bear who visited us daily.the only negative was the bright lights at the trolley lot across the street.

This is our 6th stay with Parkside and I am always pleased with everything. From check in, call in for requests, answers to any questions, to check out, it's all so easy. The cabins are beautiful and so well decorated and make you feel at home. We love staying with Parkside!

Everything was perfect, super clean, nice starter supply of supplies.

Check in was a breeze and Jeff was great!! The cabin was amazing and so convenient to town! This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, but certainly not our last!!

It was a great stay and a beautiful cabin and a great location

The cabin was just as advertised -and excellent response time when we had minor issues (had trouble getting the door locked and a TV issue)

The cabin was excellent. Great views. Very clean. Easy walk to town. We really enjoyed our stay. Hope to return some day. Thanks

The place was very nice, only complaint was missing towels when we arrived, but you brought them over that night. Also wish it had a better view, & a trolley stop, & a hose to refill hot tub, as it spills out & there is no hose to refill. Thank you for a nice visit.

Excellent stay and very clean I would recommend this rental company

Office check in was quick, easy and very friendly service. We loved the cabin and no issues with our stay.

The staff at check-in was wonderful. Had lots of information about area events. The cabin was as described immaculate and beautiful. We were visited by two bears on two separate occasions. Enjoyed it immensely and would go back again.

Wonderful cabin and location. Beautifully decorated. Suggestion: you would make people’s stays better simply by adding a hook right next to the shower opening by the toilet and adding a couple hooks to hang clothes on, Very inexpensive but incredibly convenient for guests.

Beautiful home and the staff was truly amazing at checkin (only time i needed them). I would recommend the shower curtains be replaced and/or bleached - they have probably reached their limit.

The whole experience was great. Everyone loved the video game.

Loved the cabin! Kids loved the arcade and hot tub. Great location.

Very clean cabin. Excellent customer service! Had to call office twice over two minor issues and they were resolved appropriately.

Cabin was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown. Love this cabin, stayed here several times and it never disappoints.

Another great stay at City Lights, staff at check-in was helpful and friendly.

This property is perfect, located within walking distance and beautifully decorated

Your staff are among the most hospitable around town. They helped make our stay exceptional. We highly recommend! Clean, comfortable and great location.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Location was outstanding. Cabin was clean. I would recommend getting a little better toilet paper, it’s the small things that makes a big difference

The house was wonderful and what a great location! We loved walking to the street everyday.

Great team, cabin was in perfect condition. Staff is super friendly.

This is our second stay and it was perfect. The staff is very responsive and friendly. The cabin was in great condition and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay great.

Friendly service while checking in and amazing cabin “city lights”. We’ve stayed at a lot of cabins in the smokies and we’ve never had such friendly customer service before. Definitely will be booking again real soon

Exceptional !!! The cabin was top notch. Exceptional clean just everything was so satisfying thank you an I’ll be back !!

Everything was fine no issues. Checkin was easy, cabin was in good shape

Check in was quick, easy, and super informative. The cabin was clean and comfortable and we're looking forward to staying again!

Th cabin was very clean, staff was helpful when we had questions, location was exactly where we wanted, and accommodations were perfect! Definitely will book again for future vacations in Gatlinburg!

The cabin was clean and ready to go on time. The decor complimented the area perfectly. Everything we needed to know for our explained to us clearly.

The cabin is beautiful very clean and close to attractions.

Always great customer service. You have a great selection of cabins.

Loved the cabin! Perfect for our family. One surprise was no tub. We love long baths soaking . I was very disappointed about. Heck in. One gentleman ascted as though we were an imposition and the gentleman called Jeff didnt acknowledge us period. It was very embarassing . I personally will not stay there again. We waited a good 15 min while he talked to another customer. All he had to do was say I will be right with you.

Excellent cabin. Just add at least one hair blow dryer to the cabin.

Everything was wonderful! The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Will definitely come back.

Our time at City Lights was great, we did have 1 small issue that was taken care of very promptly. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. On the second day, we had a momma bear and her 2 cubs right outside of the door, which our grandkids were excited to see. It was also nice to be so close to the strip in Gatlinburg. I would recommend Parkside to anyone looking for a cabin.

This was a very good experience with Parkside, will call them next time to stay in Gatlinburg

Wonderful cabin!! It was so clean and stocked so well! Great stay will stay again!

Beautiful cabin. Very clean. Walkable. Comfortable bed. Will definitely be renting again.

Our accommodations was outstanding. The cabin was clean and beautiful. It’s in a perfect location to walk downtown. Hope to be staying again very soon.

Cabin was clean and awesome. Even saw a bear this time.

Perfect location, very clean cabin. Cabin was ready on time, easy check in and check out.

The cabin we stayed in was so beautiful. Just need to get control of the bees, one day we ended up with several in the upstairs bathroom. We killed them ourselves. Also the carpenter bees outside are drilling holes everywhere.

Great location near town. Clean and well kept. Nice fire pit. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The house was beautiful and so clean. We had everything we needed and check in and check out was a breeze.

This was the best experience we have had with renting a cabin.

Love the City Lights cabin it was very clean and spacious

Only thing I would suggest is having maybe one more roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms. But other than that it was great!

We had an excellent stay at City Lights. The cabin is just perfect and the location can't be beat! We didn't have any issues during our stay, but was informed prior to arriving that there was a Keurig in the cabin. We arrived to find a traditional coffee pot, which was no big deal, but when we spoke with the office they had a Keurig delivered to the cabin with an hour. We plan to reserve this cabin again in the future and look forward to visiting again soon!

We have stayed many times with y’all. Your cabins are always very nice and clean. Thanks for the comfort of knowing our cabin will be top notch!

The cabin was beautiful and had all of the amenities needed. The coffee maker did not work, and the towels were worn and small. We had to drive to Gatlinburg during a once in a century storm since none of the deposit would be refunded if we canceled. I think storms, etc. should be taken into account when it concerns refunding the deposit.

Awesome love the appearance and cleanliness!! Everything was great!! The view was amazingly perfectly and was very close to town.

I absolutely loved the cabin! Great location, beautiful furnishings! I would definitely rent again!

My family really enjoyed our long weekend stay. Even seen a bear when we arrived to the cabin. Very clean and nice cabin will definitely be staying there again in tbe future. Very please with the check in process also.

Everything from check ✔ in,to the cabin was outstanding! Will definitely be back.

The cabin was clean and in great location Y'all did great

The cabin was nice, cozy fireplace. Really appreciated having the towels and kitchen/ laundry soap etc. Perfect location, hopefully we will be back.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We are already talking about booking the cabin again. It was amazing seeing all of the bears so close by.

Parkside Cabin Rentals was an amazing company to book with! It was easy, seamless, and didn’t have a ton of hidden fees that other places like to charge. City Lights cabin that we stayed it was amazing! Clean, new, perfect location, and cozy. There are two things that prevented me from giving 5 stars. 1- they do not have bear proof trash cans so you have to call every morning and ask for your trash to be picked up, which was fine. Unfortunately, we went about 3 days before someone came to get it. 2. We aren’t 100% sure the hot tub had been cleaned recently. It didn’t smell great and the water was super cloudy. Neither of those things were that big of a deal to us and we still had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Everything was amazing. The accommodations were beautiful and the location was perfect

Beautiful cabin, clean and comfortable. Grandkids had a great time. We've stayed numberous times, and have always enjoyed the warm welcome at check in and the great accomodations.

Excellent and beautiful cabin Very nice kitchen Hot tub was clean and perfect

Great We will be coming back Only problem we had was the hot tub was fasing the road

Cabin was beautiful and clean. We needed help and within 15 minutes of calling maintenance arrived and fixed the issue.

The cabin was absolute lovely and the checkin process was very smooth!

Loved Ciry Lights Cabin—loved the location. It was very clean and welcoming. We had a late arrival and after hours check in was no problem. Great cabin! Great stay!

Awesome place to stay, great location, great folks we dealt with at check in, was very friendly, and was awesome at checkout as well… we will be staying with you guys again real soon.. Jeff was the best!

Everything was great! We def plan on booking with you guys again!

Great experience, easy checkin / checkout process, will stay again

We loved the City Lights cabin ! Had everything we needed for our stay , room for our family, nice kitchen to cook meals, clean and new, and comfortable beds ….and even seen two bears while sitting on deck . This was Eddie and I’s third stay with you ….And have already given your name and number to other family members. Hope to see you again in a year or two!

I always have a great stay with Parkside! This time was no different. Wonderful experience, great staff!

We loved the place and it was very close to the strip. They took care of us very well. Great customer service. Thanks so much!

Check in and out was smooth and quick. The cabin was perfect and clean. No issues what so ever.

We had a wonderful stay at the City Lights cabin! The cabin was clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. We were excited each day to come back to just rest and relax at our cabin getaway. We had ample supply of dish soap, towels, paper towels etc. We appreciated the laundry detergent that was provided. We loved having our indoor fireplace and the outdoor firepit. We also enjoyed the hot tub. It was a little awkward that the hot tub faced the roadway, but it was nice to have the privacy fence facing the house next door. I see why the privacy fence didn't go all the way around as it would take away from the view. We did have a visit from a Bear while at the cabin, that was amazing, but wanted to mention it as if you have travelers who come with little kids, make sure they remain aware of their surroundings. We think the bear may live right next to the cabin in the mountain side. We had never seen a bear before so it was a highlight of our trip. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! I would definitely come again!

The cabin was beautiful and so clean! The staff was so accommodating and friendly! We recommend !

We had a great time and absolutely love the cabin and the location. The only issue we had was when the washing machine flooded the cabin at 10pm. We called the emergency number several times and no one answered and the voicemail was full. Luckily, we were able to use all of the towels and paper towels to clean up the water. The office did an excellent job the following morning bringing new towels and getting the issue resolved while we were out enjoying Gatlinburg. I would just recommend that the emergency number actually have a person answer or at least have the voicemail empty so a message can be left.
