Briar Creek

Cabins and area are beautiful unfortunately the washer and dryer did not work like they were supposed to. Washer left blue marks all over my brand new Carhartt shirts and ruined them. Then the dryer wouldn’t dry my clothes at all so I had to bring home soaking wet clothes.

Clearer direction/description to cabin number. There are 3 alike cabins in the back. The first one I picked, the door code didn’t work. The second was correct

The location is wonderful and peaceful next to the creek. While we did enjoy our stay, a few items in the kitchen area would have been helpful. These include pot holders, a cookie sheet, and a strainer/colander. The clubhouse game room area appeared to need cleaning.

The cabin was perfect loved hearing the water from the stream,loved the hot tub🥰 we were a party of 8, we all enjoyed the fire pit we sat at every night!! Perfect location!!! Thank you 💗

We really enjoyed our stay and will consider booking again with Parkside cabin rentals. The only issue we had when we entered the cabin on Friday was encountering ants all over the stove and in the sink.

It was great! Beautiful cabin, quiet area, game room, and felt safe. The cabin was very clean and everything worked great. Only suggestion I would have is putting exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

We loved the cabin, the creek running just outside. It was just a little too far from town for us. We did have a hard time finding Texas Ln. No sign. Did not know it was also called Wilderness Creek.

Our cabin was very clean inside. Everybody at the front desk at check-in was very nice and personable. We ran out of clean towels and the maintenance man brought us more which I thought was very nice. This was our second stay with Parkside and we definitely will be back in the future.

It was everything that we expected. The employees were very nice and courteous. The cabin was clean, etc. We liked the fact that the game room/ community room where the laundry was and it was also clean. Loved the porch and being able to sit outside with our dog. Thank you and we'll be staying again.

Cabin was nice, definitely would stay again. Light under bridge to game room shined right at porch at night wich was obnoxious.

The cabin was great and just what I needed. It was clean and close to all the trails that I intended on hiking. At first it was a little hard to find, because I didn’t cross the bridge and look at the map. Once I looked at the provided map, I had no issues.

It was awesome except the tv and WiFi didn’t work but we brought a streaming device incase

I love all the cabins we stayed at next to water. Teagues Mill, Brookside and our most resent Briarcreek. Just love all my Smokie Mountain vacations.

Quiet, clean and cute cabin! I love that they give parking passes and coupons for restaurants and attractions to their guests! Booking was super easy! Definitely will be booking with Parkside Cabin Rentals again in the future!

Everything was great! Only issue I had was that the cast iron skillet was pretty dirty and the hot tub had pieces that were coming apart inside but it wasn’t major.. I just didn’t use the cast iron at all & put the pieces back to the hot tub.

The cable didn’t work so we could watch anything on the tvs. There was a rusted cast iron skillet. I do feel as though the hot tubs could use more privacy. Other than that we had an amazing time and will definitely book again in the future!

We loved our cabin. Clean, maintained and cozy. We do wish there had not been people putting in a new BBQ so early in the morning but it needed to be done.

Prior knowledge of the tvs cable boxes not being functional would have been a plus. Also the WIFI was almost non existent to use the provided Netflix. Cabin was a little dirty cob webs in almost all door ways inside. Hot tub was not powered on when we arrived and I had to figure out how to power it on. Notice of location of cabin would have been a plus. We thought we were going to be close to town not a 25 min drive. That was ok, but very unexpected.

Cabin was clean , very accommodating and peaceful.Stores and eateries close by. Loved our balcony over the creek.

Accommodation was good. Weather caused cable outtage which was no one's fault. But maintenance was sent in a timely fashion and was able to watch Netflix. Appreciated that.

Shower had a lot of mold in grout. Kinda gross. No water for 2 days. Had to love to another cabin. Then move back. Completely not your fault, but a pain. Overall excellent!

cabin was clean and efficient. the location was far enough away to get the full relaxing in the mountains but easily reachable destinations were surrounding.

I loved the cabin! The only complaint I have is the coffee maker probably needs to be tossed, it made some nasty coffee! But the coffee maker isn't enough to ruin a perfect rating. It was a beautiful clean cabin and we plan on coming back in the future!

I always enjoy staying at your cabins when I visit Gatlinburg. I prefer it now over staying in a hotel. This is my favorite time of the year - the season of Autumn, but I think I came a week or two early to get the full effect of all the trees and shrubs changing colors. Just a cleaning note - do a quick tear down of spider webs and include with your cleaning for the kitchen a pot scrubber. Other than that, great!

The cabin was lovely, and just the escape we needed for our honeymoon. However, none of the dishes that were provided were clean. There were plastic bowls provided as well, one was cracked all the way through, and another had mold growing in it. The rest of our stay was delightful!

Everything was fantastic! No issues and didn't have to worry about anything while on vacation when staying here! Briar creek had great views and community game room was fun!

Very nice area, loved the jaccusi, and the cabin. The game room was a great addition to our stay. Nobody bothered us and it felt very safe. You might want to check the rooms for little ants and things like that because we kept finding a lot of ants on the table and kitchen. But overall a great stay.

We were so impressed with the cabin we stayed in. Check in was easy and everyone was super friendly. I actually left my debit card there after checking in and a kind lady working the desk called me to let me know it was there. I was so thankful! The cabin was so nice and provided the much needed get away we needed!

We loved staying at briar creek! It was quaint, comfortable and enough space for two! The only downfall is that it’s about 15 min from downtown. However, we realized we preferred that distance because the drive in had gorgeous scenery and we were looking for a cabin feel!

My husband and I had a weekend getaway. As of checking in the check-in process was very easy the cabin was very easy to find the cabin was very clean very fresh and very welcoming. The first night the power went out and I would suggest in putting an actual landline phone in instead of a cordless phone because you're not able to call the power company because you have no power. Plus our cell phones had no service. The second day we really enjoyed our day had a little issue in the evening the staff was very attentive to the problem and was very helpful at fixing it. Overall our stay was good.

The cabin we stayed in was absolutely fantastic. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. The cabin was stocked with all the essentials, which made it easier when packing to travel. The coupons/discounts were very helpful and an added bonus to staying and giving us less to worry about when choosing what activities to do! The game room was a good touch, even for being simple, that gave us something to do when it rained for a little bit of the trip. We also liked the feel of the group campfire, but with the heat did not utilize this trip. Taking photos for everyone to see did not do it justice. We also liked not having to keep up with a physical key, the keypad locks were much easier. It is hard enough to remember what you have to carry, let alone something you are not used to. The only thing that we did not like is that the hot tub lights didn't work and the porch lighting was not optimal for use when in the hot tub. We will definitely be staying with Parkside again, hopefully with a bigger group so everyone can enjoy!

The cabin was cozy and clean and the amenities made it relaxing.

Cabin is very clean :) but I think if a person is staying for four days and nights they need more than 4 wash cloths and towels :( Also my fiancée s credit card was charged twice-he called on 04/29/2018 Sunday and the girl stated I would get an email today and I haven t yet.

Love the upgrades done to the cabins, they had a fresh new look. Concerned about extra charges hoping you don’t raise prices.

Fantastic! My wife and I just got home from celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary staying in the Briar Creek cabin #7. The location and sheer awesomeness​ of the babbling brook running right by our own deck area was the best vacation setting I've ever experienced! The cabin was above and beyond our expectations as well! Fully stocked kitchen was invaluable, we made breakfast every day. We will be placing a glowing Google review for you also! My wife and I will cherish the memories forever!

Overall a great experience! The issue that we encountered was a non-functional refrigerator. It was in need of repair or replacement. The freezer was the temperature of a refrigerator. Not a big deal since we dined out anyway. We will be back.

Everything was great except the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. For people over 6 ft the shower was super short. My husband barely fit in the water. The other cabins were a lot closer than expected but it was still extremely quiet! Everything else was wonderful! Definitely would stay again!!

Had a great time in the Briar Creek cabin for a 3 night stay. The weather was rainy the whole time, unfortunately, but we had a great time just relaxing in the cabin. The cabin was exactly as described. Bed was quite comfortable...and the fire place was a cozy touch! LOVED the hot tub. Overall, a great stay and would love to come back!

We love and only rent from Parkside Cabin Rentals!!!! Great service and great prices. We stay with you guys abou four times a year, and it's worth every penny! Too bad you don't have a rewards program. Everything is always clean and nice. We will only rent from Parkside! If you find a wonderful retake company, then you better stay with them!

This was the 2nd time we stayed @ parkside and both times the Cabin was clean and neat,the first time was for a three night stay but this time was for 6 nights.The only thing is we didn't have enough towles or toiletries for 6 nights.

The cabin experience there was the first. It was an awesome experience . Only down fall was lighting outside. It was so dark. But overall we are planning our next stay there.
