Do a better job of cleaning the floors but over all good

First off there was 14 of us and we all enjoyed our stay it was clean it's very organized and The View was beautiful we even got to see one of the wildlife bears, we stayed away from the bear but it was still gorgeous to see

Always a great experience staying with Parkside. This was our second time staying in big sky looking forward to our next trip.

Everything was perfect. From check in to parking passes to coming by and getting trash and fixing hot tub. Loved our cabin and just had a great relaxing and fun time!

I loved the cabin! the hot tub wouldn’t get hot! And looked everywhere for washcloths! Never did find any! Other then that it was a great place easy to get to!

Overall, the cabin was great and we had a great time. However, it would be good if the cabin stopped some cooking utensils or if that’s not something you want to do. It would be good to notify customers that you don’t have any. I am referring to skillets baking sheets that type of stuff. Also, the cabin had basically no outside lighting. You should put a motion light in the parking area. We encountered a bear and the driveway on two occasions. It made it a little scary to try to go to the car in the dark. We had an issue with the hot tub and someone responded quickly to deal with it.

Suited us just fine. We didn’t stay at the cabin much but we enjoyed our time there.

Overall, it was a very good stay. We love the view. One thing I would say would be to make sure that the cabin is cleaner. We found a lot of cobwebs in the bathroom areas and in the corners. Also noticed that all the blinds did not work had to use our hands to manually open. Would suggest to upgrade your pots and pans in the kitchen. The sheets in the basement on the king size bed were dirty. We love the area and how easy it was to access Gatlinburg and surrounding area. We would definitely visit again.

Great cabin! Beautiful views with lots of bear activity. Water pressure in showers could be better but overall we enjoyed the stay. Also blinds were broke so they didn't close very easy. Will ne back again!

Cabin was clean and very nice. We had plenty of room for all 10 of us. The view was spectacular.

It was an amazing stay. Next year looks good again for me and Big Sky.

Easy check in cabin very clean with large rooms and beautiful view

Gorgeous cabin, we had a bear visit. Easy checkin process. Having the free parking passes was an added bonus. Very clean, would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time! There’s a few things for people with smaller children I think the cabin could use, either baby gates for the stairs or at least accessible for gates (we brought some and they wouldn’t fit). Kitchen could be more stocked for those of us that like to cook. But all around a beautiful home? And it was perfect for our growing family. Loved it and will definitely look into staying at Big Sky on our next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was in the perfect location - close to downtown Gatlinburg but still with a beautiful view of the mountains. There was plenty of space for our whole family. Easy check in and check out process.

We stayed in Big Sky and it was a nice and comfortable cabin with gorgeous views. There were a few minor things, such as blinds not wanting to work and missing drain plug to the bath tub, but the overall experience was great. We even went ahead and booked with you for next year. The office staff was pleasant and helpful.

The cabin was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay overall. Things that kept this from a 5 star review included the difficulty in trying to get responses when asking questions through the VRBO app. I had to followup and sometimes never received a response. I was expecting to get an email explaining all the details about checkin, remaining balance and what’s included at the cabin but never received anything. Finally, there were multiple items broken in the cabin including parts of the fridge, drawer handles, and a large number of blinds wouldn’t open or close. In addition, a lot of dishes were very dirty.

Love every single thing about our stay! I will absolutely book again if we ever get to come back.

I was impressed! Our accomodations were amazing. The staff was very helpful. I had a family emergency and called to reschedule, they helped me to do that, but I couldn't find another date that would work for us. So we had to rebook and the staff handled all my changes in a friendly accommodating wat. I appreciate it so much. The cabin was spotless and gorgeous! 🥰

Employees were very nice. Wish we had known with 5 bathrooms toilet paper would not be provided. That and enough trash bags. House and hot tub need a little maintenance.

Great cabin - view was fantastic and clean and had everything we needed. Office was prompt in handling issues and taking care of loud neighbors. There was a group of 9 of us who came to play bridge in the regional tournament at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. Played Tues - Sat. The free parking passes were a nice gesture. Ate out every evening and found local spots that were tasty, reasonable and fun.

The cabin was perfect! It was just the right size for our family. I would definitely stay again! The place needed a little cleaning and upkeep, but when you are renting from a rental agency that rents out places that most people don’t care if they mess up because it’s not their home, you are bound to have some shortcomings. Overall it was a 9/10 and the views were great! The closeness to down town was unbelievable as was the easy drive to pigeon forge. The free parking perk was def a great plus.

Very clean , nice location, priced reasonably.Would recommend to stock kitchen a little better as far as utensils.

Kitchen was well stocked, we cooked quite a bit so that was helpful. Other than the dust on picture frames, baseboards, things like that it was very clean!

Beautiful place! Each couple raved about it; however, driving through the maze and the parking was the only problem.

The cabin was about one and a half miles from the main Gatlinburg strip. So the location was perfect and free parking coupons at downtown was great. The cabin had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which was very comfortable for all of the adult couples . No adult had to share a bathroom or sleep on a sofa sleeper. That left another bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed and three pull out sofa sleepers on three levels for the children. Since there was three levels, every family had their private space to get away if they needed it, so no drama. The pool table on the lower level was great for the children to play and also they had their video games while the adults were in the hot tub after the hikes and walking made all of our sore muscles ready for the next day to do it all over again. The loft on the top floor was another private space. We sat out on the porch every morning and every evening enjoying the view. Everything looked clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We put dinner in the crockpot before we left in the morning and it was ready when we returned in the evening. The drink refrigerator on the bottom floor was great also. The pancake house at the bottom of the mountain was delicious even their fried catfish. The cabin was close to the Jayell ranch which had zip lining, UTV/ATV, and horseback riding, close to Anakeesta, close to RipRoaring White Water Rafting, Dollywood, hiking trails, Aquarium, downtown, and Old Time Photos, we had a lot of fun and our cabin was perfect. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children, their spouses and our grandchildren. We have wonderful memories. Thank you.

Everything was great and was perfect for 5 couples to say at. Clean and tidy. Only issue was no trash can we had to call each day to have trash to be picked up which was done is timely manner and was a very small concern or worry. Overall great cabin and place to stay at

Parkside cabins are top notch this place was fantastic and the location was as good as it gets .There was a great view of Anakesta and the space needle on the strip .We will be staying there again Lord willing .

Great cabin. Needs a bit of maintenance. Doors wouldn’t shut completely. Pool table needs cleaning and fixing. Kitchen need more basics (salt/pepper, cookie sheet, scouring pan, etc). Overall we really did enjoy our stay and would definitely come back.

We had stayed in Big Sky 2 years ago. It was great then and it still is. The cabin was clean ,quiet and provides a Beautiful view. Our family loves it 😎

From the moment we checked in we have nothing but good to say about Parkside Cabins and especially “Big Sky” cabin. The coffee maker was replaced within hours of our call and you asked to take our trash out while you were there. The cabin was exceptional!! Very clean, well prepared for our arrival. I don’t see any way to change it, but wish the parking wasn’t so tight for 3 vehicles.

Excellent customer service! A beautiful, clean cabin was ready for us! We had the most wonderful visit. We will absolutely use Park Side again when we come back down!!

It was a wonderful cabin that met all the needs of our family. It was convenient to town and other attractions. Wonderful views and daily visits from the bears.

Our stay was great, cabin was very nice and when the black bears came by every evening, that put the icing on the cake! We'll be back.

I've used parkside rentals numerous times and we've enjoyed every cabin. The only thing with Big Sky is there were no big pots to cook (we just bought a set), the toilets weren't cleaned thoroughly in the little cracks when you lift the lid. Hawks Crest is our favorite and we've already reserved for next year

Nothing to complain about we enjoy your cabins as a family I wish u guys would get more larger cabins on a family budget

Aside from noisy neighbors the first two nights, everything was great. Pans for cooking left a little to be desired but we made do. Thank you for an enjoyable week.

From checking in to Checking out, this place was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin was shanny and clean upon our arrival, beddings super clean, bathrooms in every room are amazing! the view was spectacular, only 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. we are definitely coming back!

Cabin was spotless and we loved the furnishings...finally a 5 bedroom with a dining table big enough for 10 adults to sit around!! The cabin was beautiful!!! Everything was perfect the kitchen was fully equipped and ready to cook for our family, there were brand new appliances with Roku televisions in each room, the jacuzzi was very nice as well. We had no complaints and look forward to our next stay!

The cabin was dusty - the blinds, the headboards of the beds, towel holders in the bathrooms, the fans. It really needed to be dusted! This is our 3rd stay in this cabin and we love the cabin, but this is the first time we noticed the dust. Other than that, we love the cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay in Big Sky. Check-in was quick and smooth. The only complaint we had was how cold the bottom level was, and in order to warm it up you had to warm up the rest of the cabin. Maybe put some extra blankets in the closets in the downstairs bedrooms? Other than that, we had a spectacular time and will definitely recommend your company to friends and family.

Loved the cabin. Wonderful view. Wonderful layout, every room with separate bathroom and TVs. The fully equipped kitchen was very useful to save $ on food. The rooms were clean. Towels and sheets were clean, plenty of towels in each room for everyone. Prompt response by management when the a/c was not working well, it was fixed in a matter of hour or so after I called. Will be back again for sure and will recommend to all our friends.

Bid Sky is an amazing three level cabin with sweeping views of the Smokies. It is conveniently located in Gatlinburg. We will definitely ask for this cabin again.

We loved our stay. The place was great. The floors appeared to have not been mopped in quite awhile, and the hot water wasn't sufficient enough for everyone to bath and shower in one evening. Those are the only complaints, and they aren't even that bad. We would stay there again. Thank you for the memories!

We actually arrived about an hour before check in and our cabin was ready and we were allowed to go ahead and check in. The process was quick and the young ladies that helped us were very nice. In the welcome packet that we were given there were coupons for free parking which came in very handy. Our cabin was beautiful and more then we expected. Overall my family and I were very pleased and we are already planning our next stay!!

checkin in and check out was fast and direct. The only thing we found incoviente were the lady bugs all over the cabin.

Love the cabin and the service. The upstairs bathtub did leak through the ceiling into the main floor bathroom.

Cabin we rented had issues. I spoke with management and he went above and beyond to correct it. Our overall trip was good.

I have stayed in big sky before it was nice just like the last time the only thing this time when we arrived there was no toilet tissue n the first floor bathroom had trouble with the toilet and TV where the pool table was had trouble turning it on n remote didn't work couldn't change channels
