Only a 6-block walk from downtown Gatlinburg and conveniently located on the trolley route, this comfortable cabin offers an easy, well-connected home base for your stay. The main level features an open living, kitchen, and dining area with seating for six, a gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV. Step outside onto the deck to enjoy views overlooking the Dudley Creek area.
Also on the main level is a king bedroom with a walk-in shower, a flat-screen TV, and access to a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, a second king suite includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just outside the bedroom, a small sitting area with a video game table adds a relaxed space to unwind.

Overall a good experience. The cabin was clean. A few small issues. Toilet paper roll holder was broken, shower handle was loose, timer on fireplace did not seem to work right, and a few dishes were dirty.

Everything was great! We are now known as Snow Chasers and know where to go every Jan/Feb. The gentleman who handled my reservation was amazing. Everything was beautiful. The bathtub when I ran water for a bath had little black hairs and a few longer brown hairs. I looked for cleaning spray to sanitize the tub but couldn't locate any. Woke up Saturday moved the crock pot and a roach ran out. It was the only one I seen (i did squish it) .

We had a great stay. It was awesome how we got a call when a passerby had noticed an issue with our vehicle to let us know what was going on. Also when we had a minor maintenance issue, the quick and friendly response was amazing. Will definitely be using this company again.

Excellent customer service. Gave us excellent recommendations on shows and restaurants during our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved the hot tub. Did see a bear walking down driveway right by our cabin.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful cabin. We appreciated the soft beds and the hot tub. It was also in a very nice location. Loved it! Suggest adding a hairdryer and hand towels/ wash clothes to the bathrooms and hangers for the closets. But would still give 10/10 review!! Also the wash machine did not work. Might just wanna get that looked at. Thanks for everything!

Had to report ants (that consumed my fresh Krispy Kreme donuts) and a clogged bathroom sink. I would have liked to have been reimbursed for the $20 donut loss, but the request never materialized. Maintenance did put out any traps.

We had an exceptional experience! The cabin was beautiful, clean and very cozy. The front desk ladies and grounds keeper went above and beyond to ensure my family all had a great experience ! The location was also fantastic right off the main strip and free parking to enjoy each day in downtown. This is our new favorite mountain getaway!

The customer service at check-in was absolutely fabulous and very thorough. The packet has everything a guest needs to know. The parking passed to the garage were greatly appreciated and unexpected. The cabin was great! Perfect for four adults. It was surface clean. Quiet location and perfect close to town. The only thing to be improved is there was only one extra towel and wash cloth. Two sets would be better. And, the toilet paper is thin but I understand bulk buying and stocking. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would stay there again and recommend it.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating upon arrival and departure from the cabin. When we arrived to our first cabin “Bear Tracks #17” we were so impressed with it. It was very clean and was decorated beautifully. Our second cabin “mountain whispers” was still nice, but parking was scary because of how high up the mountain we were and not spacious at all. There was also an issue with the toilet handle and there was a bit of dust. However, it was a beautiful trip and minor things like that don’t reflect poorly on y’all at all. We will definitely be continuing to use y’all for all our Gatlinburg stays.

The staff at check in were great. Very friendly and helpful. Lots of tips and recommendations to enjoy our stay. Would recommend adding pot holders to the cabin as we had to use very thin dishtowels to remove items from the oven. The gaming table provided in the table was broken; when I called to report, was told the person didn't work on the weekends (which is fine) but was not offered any type of reimbursement or discount. This was one of the main reasons we rented the cabin as we had 2 young children with us.

The cabin was in great condition and really clean. We loved the location by the river. The only thing we would recommend is a bigger hot tub, it only fit 2 people and we were 3.

Great. There were some lightbulbs out in a bathroom and bedroom, nothing catastrophic. The bathrooms could use some hooks to hang things on, but we had a wonderful stay!

No real complaints except trash was left in back of one of your work trucks overnight and a bear got in it. Cabin was great and had great response time for picking up trash when we called. Very easy check in process

Very accommodating when we were in a cabin in a wooded area next to a creek. The cabin had not been opened up for a while and smelled musty. I have environmental allergies and would have been adversely affected had we stayed there. The staff quickly gave us a cabin that was clean and very nice. Thank you for your support in this emergency.

We have been going to Gatlinberg since the mid-1960s and this was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely be staying at Parkside when we return to Gatlinburg for a week in May

Cabin was very nice. Office supplied our needs, ie hangers, etc. Cabin does need and ironing board. Overall a very clean and comfortable cabin. Location was great. Close to town.
