The Cabin was very clean and cozy. It was also comfortable.

Cabin was excellent, no complaints. The 2:47 am trash pickup 2 days running woke everyone in the cabin, but we realize that is out of your control. Still very much enjoyed our stay.

Nice cabin with easy access to the main strip in Gatlinburg. This cabin was clean and cozy with a nice creek running by the back deck. Beds were very comfortable and the cabin has all you need for a nice getaway. Easy check in and out and customer service was excellent and responede to phone calls promptly.

Wonderful place. We reported a couple of issues with the cabin itself and it was promptly addressed.

Our cabin was wonderful except for 2 broken cabinet doors in the kitchen.

This was probably the easiest booking, check in and check out process I’ve ever had. The cabin was super clean, the staff was very helpful. Just a great place to vacay, I will be a return guest!

Check in and communication excellent. Cabin is very nice and great location. Our only issues is the cabin needs a few minor repairs. Ex: cabinet door coming loose. Toilet paper holders falling off wall. Lower level bedroom door latch was broken appeared someone kicked it in.

Very clean and comfortable cabin! It was so well stocked. We loved the keurig and all the paper towels in the kitchen.

The cabin was very comfortable and convenient. The location was excellent. This particular cabin could use a few minor things. More kitchen towels, a couple of large bowls, a broom, a spatula and pot holders. We enjoyed the hot tub! Will visit again!

The cabin was clean and LOVED having extra towels and paper towels in the cabin. The TV is up too high where the furniture is sitting and the batteries stopped working in remote. It would’ve been nice to have extra batteries in a drawer to be able to replace remotes. Also there was no broom to sweep the floor just a dirty mop. Having each cabin equipped with that would be great. Also a suggestion would be have a pen, pencil, a notepad and local menus in one of the drawers. The pans were not useable due to the condition most were in. I usually bring my own pans that I will use, but this year did not and got in a little bind. The timer on fireplace did not work. Had to manually turn off. There was no dishrag to wash dishes, but there was a towel to dry them. Hated being woke up every night due to the dumping of multiple dumpsters at 2-3 am. You would think this could be done at a more reasonable time instead of in the middle of the night! All in all, we LOVE staying in this cabin because we know it’s clean and accessible easily to everything. Always recommend to everyone!!!

1. complaint hot tub too small, cabin sleeps 6 adults hot tub holds 2 people. Other than that we loved everything about it..

Everything was perfect! Cabin was beautiful and more than we expected.

Our experience with the staff was 5 star! However, our experience with the first cabin, Cub's Den was unacceptable. Thankfully the staff moved us to a different cabin. Cub's Den: dead mouse, mouse droppings everywhere, overall unclean. The staff apologized profusely. Thanks to the office staff our vacation was salvaged.

The cabin is beautiful and conveniently located near downtown, being close but not too close to the action. Would definitely recommend! However, upon entering the cabin we found it was very dusty, floors not swept nor mopped, dirty towel hanging up, food left in pantry, furniture not wiped or dusted, the air vent was dirty therefore I assume dirty air filter causing dusty smell, candy wrapper behind dresser, missing shower hooks, small leak from upstairs bathroom to downtown stairs one. I don’t think bathrooms/toilets were disinfected or wiped down. Dust everywhere: top of all fans, window blinds and seals, top of door frames; top of bathroom mirrors. Don’t get me wrong, had a great time and enjoyed every minute! But, just clean it please. Suggestions: improve on cleaning, need curtains/blinds for sliding glass door (can see in at night and traffic lights come through), trash can lid, new pillows (would you sleep on the ones you have now? I need neck adjustment, just saying) maybe instructions on tv remotes (little frustrating trying to figure it out) instructions on where fire place switch is (took one night to figure that out, plus furniture was covering it!) Still loved cabin though!!

The second time we have stayed with you and it has been amazing both times. Customer service is amazing and the place is always clean and (unlike many places) every cabin is exactly what we expect.

There are a few things that need to be addressed. The shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom needs replaced. The coffee pot is missing some parts so we couldn’t use it. The cabin is dusty and the floors, especially the stairs is extremely dirty. But all in all we had a good stay. We always try and rent through Parkside Cabins.

Everything was great!! If I wanted to be picky though, the shower curtains could definitely be replaced and attention to dusting. (Living room ceiling fan, door frames)

I was very pleased with the cabin. Staff gave good directions and the parking coupon was very valuable. I got good warning about bears which I felt was helpful. I will definitely return.

We love and stay with parkside ALOT. We stayed in Bear Cub #20. Everything was as expected, however, attention to cleaning needs to be considered. There was so much dust on everything. The chandelier over the table was completely full of spider webs and the shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom really needs to be changed out. We loved the game table. We all challenged each other and made great memories. I know it’s hard to get things spotless but those mentioned should not continue to be overlooked.

We stay with park side cabins every time. It’s always a great experience!!!

Loved our stay! The cabin is beautiful and in a very nice rather quiet location but still with easy access to downtown Gatlinburg. Washer/dryer is a huge perk!!!

Cabin was beautiful and had all we needed for our stay. Staff did a great job checking us in and helping us understand the area and all it has to offer.

The cabin was very nice and close to everything we wanted to do. It could be dusted a little better. The painting above the bed in the downstairs bedroom and the doorway to that bathroom was piled with dust. It's a place we all forget to look at but I just happened to notice. The cabin was very spacious and comfortable.

Very clean cabin in a good location. We enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is that the deck chairs are not the most comfortable. Overall we would definitely stay in this cabin again and hopefully will. Thanks

Very nice building. Linens very clean. The entire cabin could use a good dusting. Blinds, door jams, lamp shades, vents, corners, were covered in layers of dust. Windows were grimy. We had no heat the first night as furnace breaker was turned off. Quiet, convenient location.

We arrived to a cabin that the air was not working I made a phone call and with in 30 min someone was there to check it. The repair guy said that the repair was not an immediate fix so we were relocated to a different cabin.this was not convenient but was great once we got settled in.(the repair man was great he offered to move our bags). The new location was GREAT and was next to a stream. Even tho ours stay was not long enough it was peaceful and great. Can't wait to come back and we will be staying with Parkside again.

The cabins were very clean and beautiful! The only bad thing we had no Wi-Fi or cable all weekend because of the storm.

We have had a great stay once again thanks to Parkside Cabin! We stayed 7 years ago for our honeymoon & brought our children back this time & weren’t disappointed.

Everyone associated with Parkside Cabins takes great pride in the presentation of the guest cabins and it shows. Very helpful & engaging staff.

The cabin was nice but we had a couple issues overall. The clear shower curtain liner in the downstairs master had mold covering the bottom portion. The cabin had recently been sprayed for ants because the upper cabinet next to the refrigerator had lots of dead ants and by Sunday morning the counter around the sink was covered. We did request to extend our stay on Monday and we were accommodated and able to stay until Tuesday, which we were very thankful. Check out time was given to us as 11am but Tuesday morning the cleaning team was parked in a car next to the window of our cabin by 9 which caused us to feel rushed and stayed until 10:30 when we started loading the car. Overall the cabin was nice and located in an area that was easy to get in and out of without all the downtown traffic.

Love the location and the beautiful cabin. The check in was so very easy and the front desk guy was awesome. He gave us some great local info and had us try one of the best restaurants ever.

The cabin was very clean and very well decorated. Great location, but I thought we would be closer to town by the description. Easy check in and easy check out. We will use Parkside again in the future.

Everything was fine and as listed. The bed frames were a bit noisy in each bedroom.

We have used Parkside cabins for many of our stays in Gatlinburg. The cabins are normally clean and in good shape. We enjoy the parking passes as well. On two of our stays we have added an additional night for a fair price. We have not had consistent experiences with other cabin rental companies in the area.

Everything was great! The only thing is that I wished I would have had a broom so I could have swept the floor. :)

Bear Cub is a nice little cabin in a great location! 3 night rental was a great value and dealing with Parkside was a breeze.
