We had a very pleasant experience with the staff from booking the cabin on the phone with Kim to checking in. The cabin was very nice as expected, since we’ve used Parkside Cabin Rentals for many years. We truly have no complaints

Easy reservations, excellent people working for you in Gatlinburg. We LOVE the place! Stayed there 9 times over the last 34 years and now it's our go to place. check out was as simple as it comes, (just leave). only improvement is the floors in our cabin were dirty. I think they just dust mop them but I dropped an ice cube and when I wiped it up the paper towel was BLACK! Only non complaint just a observation and lots of ants LOL!

Everything was just as described. We appreciated the supply of essentials such as dish soap, sponge, toiletries, etc. The only thing we were missing was a baking sheet, as a suggestion for the future. The ceiling fan in the bedroom seems out of balance. Not a big deal for us as we did not need to use the fan on this stay, but just wanted to let you know as it wobbled so much that it seemed unsafe. We just left it off. Thanks for a great stay. It was clean, quiet, and peaceful despite being close to town.

it was absolutely a dream to stay here. had everything, and was a fully stocked kitchen (except seasonings & salt & pepper) will be back for my birthday! perfect dreamy cabin. super clean and made us feel so fancy. we grilled out steaks on the grill, and enjoyed our time in the hottub. bed was super comfy!! love this place.

Rug had a few crumbs on it and the outside table was dirty but other than that it was fabulous. Oh yeah the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. Great overall stay. Would recommend for sure. Jeff in park office was great! Very nice and friendly.

Loved the hot tub after driving for many hours! The bed was comfy and the parking passes came in handy instead of paying $20 to park. This is my second time staying Parkside Cabin Rentals and this time was just as nice as the first time. We will be visiting again next year!!

What a great place!! Came here for our 25th wedding anniversary. Check in and out was so easy. Parking passes were a great bonus. Jeffery at check in was awesome- great personality, so friendly and helpful. Cabin was immaculate. Wish we could have stayed longer. Can’t say enough great things about our first trip to Tennessee. It definitely won’t be our last and we’ll definitely be staying at Parkside Cabin Rentals again!! Highly recommend. 5 stars!!

We had an excellent experience recently renting one of your cabins. The check in and out process was quick and easy. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The location was perfect for Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The cabin was very clean and just as nice as the pictures that were in the listing. We will definitely be back to stay at the same cabin.

Overall, our stay was great. The location of Wild Thing was super convenient and being at the end gave us a greater sense of privacy. Everyone we dealt with from Parkside from initial questions and reservation to check in was wonderful. The downtown parking passes add to the great value of booking with Parkside. The cabin was very clean and nice. We enjoyed the rockers and hot tub. The one con was inadequate storage, no dressers, no hangers... just one shelf in the closet. Getting to unpack and not living out of our suitcases would make it feel more like a relaxing vacation. It was nice we had starter dish soap, paper towel, TP, and bathroom toiletries. We would definitely book with Parkside again.

We loved the cabin and had an excellent stay, except that there was visible black mold on both sides of the ceiling in the bedroom. My husband and son both have asthma with high sensitivity to mold and were wheezing after the first night. I would love to come back and stay again if the mold was remediated.

The location was great! The cabin was clean and we loved it! The only thing we noticed was that the hot tub ruined our swim suits. It bleached my husbands trunks and turned my bottoms yellow. But other than that, you couldn’t ask for a better stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Upon our arrival the first night we put our stuff inside and headed to dinner, once we arrived back to the cabin we discovered black mold in 2 separate places in the bedroom. I brought it to the attention of the desk attendant the following morning. I’m hoping they get it taken care of before the next guest arrives.

Excellent—it’s exactly what a cabin experience should be. The staff (Jeff) picked right up on the first ring to answer a few questions about check in ahead of time. On arrival we were greeted and staff enthusiastically shared local “off-the-beaten-path” attractions that we of interest to us. Free Parking passes for downtown Gatlinburg were a bonus ($20 savings) Cabin was super clean, bed had plenty of pillows and was comfortable. Remote, cozy, in the woods experience close to everything you could possibly need.

Clean comfortable well appointed cabin. Enjoyed the hot tub after a day of hiking. Grounds well kept. Loved our stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved our location, loved the customer service, and loved our cabin. Thank you for a great first time experience in Gatlinburg. Only suggestion that I'd make is to maybe have hooks on the back of at least the bathroom door, or some more places to hang towels / wet clothes. After using the hot tub we found we needed some place to hang our wet clothes since we had already utilized the towel rack with the towels we had used for showers. Thanks!

This was my 2nd time with Parkside Cabins and both were great. This time stayed in Wild Thing #5 and loved it!! We got married in Gatlinburg 12/5/19 and plan to return next year to celebrate our anniversary and hopefully rent cabin #5 again. The cabin was beautiful and love the location!

Love this cabin for the second time and will come back. I do suggest replacing the lampshades. They do not do well with dust and seem to just be collecting dust. Also, need a wine bottle opener! Love this cabin!

Great. The cabin was clean and everything working well. We were in #5. You could use some new cookwear. The frying pan looked like someone used it on the grill. Only other suggestion is that it could use a touch up bug spraying. We found a lot of spiders (very small ones). Other than those 2 suggestions we can't wait to visit #5 "Wild Thing" again this summer or fall. Thank You.

I absolutely loved the environment at park side! When checking in, they provided us with great detail and coupons for different attractions in the surrounding area. It was a quiet area and perfect for a nice get away.

The cabin was clean and pretty. I loved that dishwashing detergent, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent were provided. The kitchen was pretty and well equipped. One of our favorite amenities was the hot tub but we loved everything about our experience with your company and the lovely cabin.

Pros—cabin was so clean! Even though it was close to the road, it was quiet. Had everything we needed except salt and pepper! Cons—we got to the office after dark and before closing, but no one was there, left early. It was so dark and the directions were not right because there is no Fairfield Inn. There was so much construction equipment we couldn’t get around. Security guard from next door helped us Out. Also, check-out instructions were wrong since there are no keys, so Update your hand-outs.

Cabins are clean, well maintained, comfortable and you feel safe. They are located close to downtown Gatlinburg and easy on easy off the main drag. You are nor far from Pigeon Forge and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park. There are restaurants grocery stores, convenient stores and liquor stores with nice wine selections all close by. The staff is helpful and friendly. I have been a customer for 23 years.

Fast check in. Everyone at office very nice. Cabin was ready. Enjoyed our stay, the cabin fireplace was wonderful for the evening and morning chills and easy to start. Will be looking to book again because the location was great, it was not up in the mountains and we liked the difference of being able to go into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Thank you for helping us enjoy our 41 anniversary.

Enjoyed everything about the cabin except the intermittent Wi-Fi and the tiny walk in shower (we have a large walk in shower and it was hard to get use to the smaller one). We like the location that is convenient to everything in the area. Would definitely stay with you again but before we book we will want to discuss other locations. We drove out to the one on 321 and didn't care for that area. See you next year!

This is our 5th stay with yall. We enjoyed our cabin the most this time (Wild Thing). It was mostly clean except for a few places we thought needed improvement. The doors were noticeably dirty, especially inside the bathroom and also the toilet bowl and rim were moldy. Everything else was good. We liked the updated kitchen and bathroom. We plan on returning! Thanks!

Great service, lovely cabins close to town, and on the trolley route, also. Hot tub was amazing, only thing I would change is the shower...the water pressure was fine, but the shower is small, and the head, half the holes were plugged and water was squirting off in all directions.
