Everything was wonderful! The cabin was well equipped, clean and the hot tub ready to use. We will definitely be back.

Loved the location and the setting was very quaint. Need to address termite situation in order to save your cabins. I know we're in the wilderness but we at ants. In the drain in the tub was gunked with hair that was stopping the water from draining. I pulled some out, but you'd probably want to do a sweep of all cabins in your spring cleaning to make sure those are clear. Your guests will be happier :) But overall yes we would stay again and would recommend. Thank you!

We had a great stay, everything was clean and close to everything we came to see.

Cute cabin, great location. Was given Wi-Fi password but not which network to use. Emailed to ask and never heard back. Wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

We have been staying with Parkside cabins for almost 10 years. A few pointers for the cabins to make it more enjoyable. 1. New pillows that have some fluff to them. 2. Be sure the cabin in cleaned before allowing guests to go in. 3. More organized with the kitchen and it's utensils. We will use Parkside in the future and hope our suggestions are helpful.

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The cabin was the perfect size for the 2 of us and our dog. Close enough to downtown to walk but far enough away to be very cozy. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

We are always happy to stay at Parkside Cabins. We have stayed several times and have brought friends! Always very clean and everything is in great working order. Only suggestion would be to add Anti slip strips to the bathtub!

We loved everything about our stay. Nothing was wrong or bad. We enjoyed the hot tub and the overall cabin very much. Staff was very nice and helpful especially with our last minute booking. :)

Great location. Loved that a bear came to our back door and front door. Accommodations really good, but bed was way too hard. The worst bed we have ever slept on.

Staff were incredibly responsive and nice. Cabin is beautiful, appliances are nice, but it was incredibly dirty. The shower curtain is covered in mildew, the floors are riddled with dirt and massive mounds of black fur/hair, and there are spiders/spider webs in the bedroom above our heads.

everything was great except the floors need to be throughly cleaned, i know it’s wood but just walking in our socks they were absolutely covered in hair and dirt.

Great services every time. We need clean towels and toilet paper , staff was very available we appreciate her help.

You guys were awesome! The only thing I would recommend is that the office should have clean towels and linen if needed instead of having to call and some one will have them to you been 8-2. Especially if you have dogs in the dog friendly cabin. It would have been easier to pick them up at the office on our way out since the office was so close to the cabin.

Our stay was excellent! The cabin was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed.

We enjoy renting from you guys it's reasonably priced, convenient, and a central location.

Service was excellent. I wanted some flowers delivered to the cabin, but did not get that. Otherwise, 5 stars.

The check in process was great. Overall the cabin was everything we needed/wanted. I will say that the hot tub is still not fixed (& I feel like that should’ve been noted up front since it’s been an issue for a while) Also, the shower does not drain which is really gross. All these issues have been brought up by previous people so it doesn’t seem like it’s an issue they are in a hurry to fix. The location was great & we were provided with downtown parking passes which was amazing! I would definitely book again through Parkside but a different cabin.

The cabin was quaint and cozy and great for just my husband and I. The only issue we had was that the drain in the tub drained very very slowly. It was so slow that the tub filled up if you took too long of a shower.

Easy check in. Cabin was ok. Super cozy and small enough for 2 adults and 2 dogs. Not enough towels or toilet paper to last for more than 2 days. They'll give you some if you ask but I didn't feel like calling. Hot tub had one broken jet. I also didn't care enough about that to get it fixed. I knew from old reviews that it's been down for months anyway and previous renters have already addressed the problem. The bed had 4 pillows and the mattress was super firm. Not optimal for my pregnant body. It was also set very high so it was hard for us and the dogs to get on. I had to have my husband lift the dogs up for bed every night. One of my dogs could get on with a running start though. The kitchen was minimally equipped. There were enough utensils to cook with but I had to make my own baking pans out of sheets of aluminum foil to make a cake and some meatloaf. We made tacos pretty easily though. Overall it was a nice cabin to stay in with only a few things I would change.

When we had issues with sink snd with cable tv, help was very prompt!! Everyone was very nice Loved getting the parking passes too

We love the cabin and location . The only thing was the hot tub only had one jet working and had someone check it out. He said they needed to replace a jet pump and would be out the next day to fix. I called the day they supposed come out but they said on a waiting list. Never happened so called again and they did credited us 90 plus tax. We really preferred to be soaking in a hot tub!

Overall good, the hot tub didn’t work correctly, only one jet worked but we didn’t report it because we were only staying a short time. The shower drain was stopped up and the water was ankle deep which is gross. Some spider webs noticed in the shower ceiling and in kitchen. There was a wired smell when we first walked in but this got better eventually. Cute place in a great location, staff was friendly and informative. Would return.

First let me say the check-in was awesome, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and informative, the cabin was nice and cozy for two people. But upon arrival there was a strong chemical smell, maybe disinfectant. But gave myself and wife headaches. So we thought we would try the hot tub outside to clear our heads. Well the hot tub was very warm 104 degrees perfect but only one jet worked on it. So that was like a big hot bathtub. So we went to dry off only had two big bath towels, and we where staying 3 nights. Wow that was a shocker so we used the same dry towel all the time we where there. But let's talk about the shower . Water was hot that was good but very little water pressure hard to rinse off with no pressure. And the drain in tub was even worse, had to stand in water up to ankles because of clogged drain. The bed was very hard and firm, if you like a hard bed you would love this FULL-SIZE bed. And flat pillows to go along with it. But the kitchen had nice new appliances and enough dishes to make supper and outside grill for hamburgers was okay also. Just needed some TLC and it would have been great. Need to talk with your mantinance dept. In there defense I never called or notified them didn't want to wait all day for service , or have someone there with my belongings without being there.

Stay was wonderful, nice , convenient cabin, customer was service was excellent, had issue with tub at check in called spoke with Jeff he had the issue taking care of right away! I will definitely being staying again in the future.

We stayed in 14 Dogwood. Your cleaning crew does a great job. The hot tub was wonderful. The dishwasher, fridge and stove were top notch. Every utensil we could ever need was there. The GreenPan pots and pans we loved. ,

Cabin was just as advertised. People working front desk where very friendly and helpful.

Everything was nice the cabin was a little smaller than shown on your website. The the PEACE AND QUIET WAS SO AMAZING AND THE SOUND OF THE STREAM. However when calling to make reservations please advise visitors of possible bear siting, as we saw a HUGE bear and no fore warning of possible siting at the time of booking or checking in, in addition please inform of additional fees at the time of booking.

Nice cabin, just needs a better cleaning. There were a lot of spiderwebs. Also bathroom sink drained slowly. But, overall we enjoyed our stay and the cabin was as described. The hot tub was nice. One recommendation is to put a hook on back of bathroom door. We would rent from you again.

The location of the cabin is very convenient. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Had plenty of places to take out pet outside. The hot tub was hot and my husbands favorite of all the cabins we have stayed in. The only problem we had was the shower. The water is not hot enough for us. Nest time we come to Gatlinburg we will definitely stay here again. You can't beat the price or location. Thanks for a great stay.

The house was good, but, when I rent the house, I ask for a fireplace, and you told me, that house have a gas fireplace. It was really diapointed, the house doesn't have it, it was a fake fireplace. The house was very clean and cozy.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we needed. Just what we were looking for. Our only complaint, pizza delivery couldn't find us.

I loved the location of the cabin near Gatlinburg. The cabin was nice and cozy with everything that we needed for our girls trip. And cookies upon arrival topped it off! Will be back soon

Very good except there was not much toilet tissue on the roll and none to be found, also no facial tissue. The keys would only work in the deadbolt lock. We enjoyed our visit so much, thanks.

We had three issues with the cabin and reported all three. (1) We did not have sheets for our sleeper sofa and only had two towels for three people. I didn't realize this until after the office had closed. An employee brought them to us after hours. (2) The WIFI stopped working in our cabin. My husband and I needed it for work. An employee brought us a hot spot. (3) Our disabled son went into the bathroom and the panel covering the water heater fell and blocked the door. He couldn't get out, and we couldn't get in. We called the office to get help, because we knew the door would need to be removed. The office was incredibly understanding. We ended up getting the door open before help arrived. But, when we returned from dinner, the handyman had bolted the panel to the wall. That meant so much to us. We appreciated the care and understanding. We will return.

We had an excellent stay in the Dogwood cabin! Loved the location: convenient to both Pigeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg. The free unlimited parking passes for a downtown lot were great to have, but if you don't mind a bit of exercise it is within walking distance. The adjacent cabins are close and we were able to hear our neighbors, but the back porch and hot tub area are still very private. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, but no dishwasher, which meant washing everything by hand. I would definitely recommend staying here, and calling to book over the phone in case there are any special discounts not listed online. Loved our stay at Parkside!

everything was good except there was cob webs throughout the cabin and one of the closet doors was off and laying on top of the shelf plus the floors in the bathroom were dirty. however, they did refund our cleaning charge when we brought it to their attention.

the staff is great.so is the location. but the cabin was not to clean.the commode was dirty .the water in the shower did not work good.

We were arriving our first night really late because of weather and the staff was very understanding and was able to put the key in a night box. Also the cabin was very clean. My wife and I loved the location to the attractions in gatlinburg as well as pigeon forge. We will be staying again in the near future.
