Clean and easy to find . Loved the hot tub

Amazing staff, amazing cabin and amazing views! We will be making this trip again staying in the Silver Maple!

We haven’t been to these cabins in years and they looked exactly same as they did in the early 2010s

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we come to Gatlinburg

The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and was near to all the fun in the area. It could use instructions on how to use the TVs.

The condition of the cabin was tolerable but is desperate need of a deep cleaning. There is a screw sticking out of the deck about a 1/4" right next to the hot tub, luckily, we didn't step on it during our stay. We had ants in the bathroom around the sink. The doors on the refrigerator need to be reversed (1 hour job) so they open toward the kitchen area.

Service was pleasant. Cabin was nice and comfortable and held up very well in one heckuva storm. Only hiccup was a hot tub that was reluctant to work at times.

This is our 2nd time staying at Parkside and we would totally recommend it to others. They are very nice, clean the staff are excellent and it's within walking distance to everything fun in Gatlinburg.

We had a great time . The cabin was perfect for the 2 of us. Instructions for keeping the Hot tub bubbles running for more than a minute would be handy. We will definitely consider staying with you again.

The cabin needs some help, the stopper in the bathtube did not work,over head fan lights did not work, there was garbage behind the deck, the hottube needs to be checked for a possible leak Enjoyed out stsy.

Was ok,but yoy didn't have enough bed sheets and enough towels.

Wonderful, inviting and very serene and relaxed. I lived the small park like setting. The grounds were very immaculate. The cabin quaint and cozy!

Everything was handled very well. It was our first time renting a cabin anywhere rather than staying in a motel. Couldn't be happier. I'm sure we'll be back. Next time we'll request cabin 11 to have the deck by the creek rather than cabin 13 backing onto the hill. Perhaps future guests to cabin 13 could be informed of the difference in the view ... I'd have gladly paid an upgrade fee for the nicer view. I also discovered the hot tub had a slow leak but I was able to refill it with the hose left beside it. It was great to have our dog with us and I did come with my own supply of dog waste bags but had to wander around looking for a place to dispose of the used bags. I wasn't sure if I was allowed to dispose of dog waste in the large green commercial bins that were in the upper parking lot. I put them in the open trash can by the trolley stop outside Davey Crockett's mini golf. It would be great to have a dedicated waste bin perhaps near the bridge on the opposite side of the creek. Easy access to be emptied and away from all the cabins to not be a smell bothering your guests. Thanks for a great few days. Steve and Jen Hayes (and Siri)

Yall done good but the cabin we stayed in didn't look like the pictures

The cabin needs little cleaning and the bed needs fixing it squeaks. Like the location but no view except for the hill behind the cabin is no view. We had great time over all enjoyed the hot tub. Would visit again. Thank u all

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The cabin was clean and everything was in good working condition. I appreciate that plenty of soaps and lotions were left out. The free parking passes were a great surprise bonus! Next time we head out to the area we’ve already decided to check Park Side cabins first!

From initial email inquiry through departure, this has been an A+ experience! The cabins are ideally situated for not only Gatlinburg sights and adventures but for those in Pigeon Forge as well. Silver Maple (cabin 13) was just perfect for the 2 of us AND dog friendly - kudos on that aspect of our stay. Super shout out to Jeff who checked us in. He was highly professional, very friendly and extremely customer service oriented. Thank you to him for all his sharing of information. The free parking passes were awesome as they saved us $60 in parking costs. We will definitely be return guests!

Overall the cabin was pleasant. We did have an issue with the bathtub not draining. When I called they sent maintenance to fix it. I found everyone to be very accomodating.

Some of the dishes were put away dirty and had to be cleaned up prior to using. The cover for the bed was dirty. And the light switch in the bathroom was gross and had something all over the light. Other than that was a good stay

Office staff was excellent especially Jeff. He came to our cabin immediately after calling about not being able to get the wi-fi to work. He had it fixed and we were up and running in no time. The cabin was great just need maybe a toaster added to kitchen . Bathroom was small but functional need some type of shelving over tub/shower unit yo put shampoo/conditioner/bath soap etc and a couple hooks to hang washcloths because there isn’t a washer/dryer and no place to really put used towels, just a few suggestions, we loved the cabin and the location was great especially with the side gravel access road(hoping it gets paved some day 😊) we would definitely stay here again. It’s my third time renting a cabin from Parkside and it’s definitely the only company I will rent from when staying in the gatlinburg/pigeon forge area. Keep up the excellent service Parkside hope to see you all again soon!

The cabin was the perfect size for the two of us and was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The staff was great as they allowed us to check in early after an eight hour drive. It's far enough away from the main road that you actually get piece and quiet. The hot tub was definitely a plus after all the walking we did. The entire area is clean and very well kept. Bravo to the staff for a great stay! I'm glad it was a full week, it was enough time to do all that we wanted.

Staff was very courteous Only issue is Cabin 13 needs to be exterminated for ants Very Friendly Maintenance came out right away and sprayed for us but they need more of a professional juice to get rid of them I’m afraid and would be my only recommendation for improvement to this cabin

Everything was good at the Silver Maple. We had a few issues that we brought to your attention about the second day and by the time we came back that evening, all was fixed. Some of the other outlets in the bedroom are loose and need to be tightened and just an enhancement, a fan on the back porch over the table would be nice. Thank you for the starter kits, too. One extra roll of toilet paper would have been appreciated, but we when we went out for groceries we bought some. No problem. Oh, and while my husband was grilling out on our last night, a big rock came down from the hill in the back and fortunately missed him. Might need to check to see if there are more loose rocks. Seems strange because there are lots of trees and brush back there but that might have helped in slowing the drop. Thank you again for a nice stay. Hope we can do it again soon. Cindy

The cabin was very nice, very clean, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the covers on the bed were very very thin and we did not bring extra covers so it was kind of cold the only thing we had was the many thin sheets on the bed we did not think was enough. Other than that great stay and definitely will be back!

As our first time staying in a cabin, It eas just what we were looking for.

It was very nice and relaxing after a day of travel, walking or mountain climbing to relax in sauna and sleep sound at night.

This is our second visit and we are just as pleased as the first. Our only complaint is other guests not picking up after their animals. We bring our pups along with poo bags and pick up after them EVERY time! We love the fact that we can stay at such a nice little place with our fur babies. The little housekeeper guy was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again for another wonderful experience!

The cabin was clean not spotless (floor could use a good scrub), everything worked at the cabin. We had to buy coffee filters we left extras, As others have said the hot tub needs a light. Trash around the cabin and the park. Thanks to the staff for their assistance in locating the family of the lost dog.

The staff at check in and check out were very friendly. We had trouble one day with our battery and someone came right down and gave us a jump start when I asked for help. We are looking forward to staying again.

Cabin 13 was convenient, clean, and good location. Bathroom was a little small, but overall the cabin was well designed.

Everything was nice the cabin was a little smaller than shown on your website. The the PEACE AND QUIET WAS SO AMAZING AND THE SOUND OF THE STREAM. However when calling to make reservations please advise visitors of possible bear siting, as we saw a HUGE bear and no fore warning of possible siting at the time of booking or checking in, in addition please inform of additional fees at the time of booking.

I always stay with Parkside. Great customer service, wonderful cabins, and great prices. I have stayed at other places before, and they are not near as exceptional as Parkside! I will be back soon!

Staff was friendly and accommodating, parking passes a great welcome to your down home hospitality.Cabin was very clean and maintained, very cozy and quiet.Deck and hot tub was the best!!! Cabin was equipped with everything we needed. Overall our stay at Silver Maple was everything and more, Thank you. We'll be returning next year! PS... One suggestion, deck door missing screen , had to keep glass door closed at all time. Did not impact our wonderful time Park Side Cabins. Stay strong Gatlinburg!! ,, Mark and Irene

I have stayed with Parkside cabins for multiple times now, everyone is always very nice and helpful. They are very supportive to their repeate customers and always strive to have nice neat clean rooms.

Loved the cabin and the area it was located. Only suggestion would be to provide more towels and wash cloths during the stay. Cabin had every thing you needed inside, dishes, cooking wear etc.

The staff at check in was excellent and so friendly. Our only complaint and it's very minor is that our cabin was not as clean as we expected. There was a cabinet over the pantry that was full of spider webs (and spiders!) as well as spiders in the bedroom cabinets and a cobweb in the shower. Also the corners of the bathroom were very dirty and the floor was sticky so we had to lay a towel down.

Our cabin was just great...just the right size for the empty-nesters that we are. The facility is convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. on our next trip to the area, we will surely stay there again....

We loved the cabin. It was everything we wanted. If I had to say anything negative it would be that the foil that is put under the burns of the stove should be changed as part of the preparation for next guess. When we got there, there was old food in and on the foil under burners.

Check In desk was fantastic and friendly both on arrival and departure. Location, security, and ease of entry was also fantastic yet still maintained privacy and the ambience of nature.

The whole experience was great. We were greeted with warm cookies and great recommendations, our cabin was nice and cozy, and the surroundings were well maintained.

cabin was very clean except for vent on floor in bathroom and shower liner had mold on bottom. And there was construction going on starting at 7am behind our cabin. Other than that very quiet and staff very nice.

The place was awesome!! Everything but the bed in the bedroom. It felt like sleeping on a rock ): otherwise great experience!! Will come again!
