our second time at this cabin! we love it there!

Check in and check out we’re easy. Two complaints…1) we think the commode may be leaking around the bottom. It smelled like urine. And 2) the floors need swept and mopped. They are not clean. This was our second time staying and will stay again. Location is great! The friendly bear left a nice paw print on the car. lol

Who would ever guess there was such a cozy little gem tucked away in the trees that is still so close to the main drag of Gatlinburg? The cabin was small but big enough for the two of us and our fur baby. Only a parking spot separates it from a cabin to the right but surprisingly it still feels private. We grilled while watching and listening to the stream that was right in front of the deck. Just a heads up...be prepared to be invaded by mosquitoes. They're pretty ferocious mid-day to early evening. Overall...our stay was very enjoyable

Excellent! The cabin was wonderful, clean, cozy, and the creek behind the cabin was beautiful. I loved the all wood build of the cabin, especially the smell of the wood interior. The walnuts dropping down were a bit of a surprise at first but quickly became a fun little quirk to enjoy of the surroundings. Things I would like to see improved for my next stay: the toaster has only two of four slots that work with one of them not going down all the way or popping back up and it sparked when plugging it in, stove top light was burnt out, and one of the living room blinds had a missing section. I should have asked if we could unplug the hot tub as, when it runs, it makes an audible noise that detracts from the sounds of the flowing creek. Sometimes it did not buzz and then you can enjoy the creek. Loved staying in this little cabin and definitely will again!

The bed was a little hard and the mosquitos were bad, but we LOVED our stay. We have stayed here before and will defiantly stay here again.

Give more towels, maybe 2 or 3 sets per person. For.a cabin without a washer and dryer, no one wants to have to do laundry 2 or 3 times on their vacation. For the pet friendly cabins, a small stick vacuum or at least a decent broom would help; most people want to clean up after themselves. Also, extra sheets should have a FULL extra set. We ended up with 3 fitted sheets, no flat sheet and 1 pillowcase in our pack. Encourage your employees to park in the parking spaces, not along the curb by the supply area by the dumpsters. They're blocking traffic, and are usually just sitting there talking, not loading their cars. Over all, a good stay

The cabin was perfect! We loved sitting on the porch above the stream and we could even hear the stream from inside! The location is great being so close to the park and downtown but still tucked back in the woods. There’s also a trolley stop right around the corner. We have already recommended this to our family for future visits. Thanks so much!!

Everything was good except for the light that shined down on the back deck at night . It’s so bright you couldn’t sit out there and enjoy an evening . It was coming from the pan cake house . But all else was good.

We enjoyed our stay in the little cabin on the creek . We were close enough to town but out enough for plenty of privacy . Will definitely stay with Parkside on our next visit.

This was our second stay in cabin 12 and both times there was problems with cable TV.

The hot tub does have issues like it does not get hot enough and half of the areas that water is suppose to co E out pressurized either does not work or not with pressure. A k-cup coffee maker would be great in the cabin. Other then that I think the cabin was great and we even seen a bear walking around.

The only thing that would be better is if you stated that you have to check in prior to going to the cabin. That needs to be in Bold letters on the reservation. That is how all other VRBO’s are. Everything else was great !!

Everything was great we had not problems with our cabin and we loved being on the creek side

We had a wonderful time, the cabin was in a great location and the creek I'm front of cabin was amazing.

The customer service was on point at the front desk during check in. A maintenance man took care of the hot tub issue we had in a timely manner.

We enjoyed our time there even though it rained the whole time we were there. The cabin was very nice and comfortable

I would rate higher but there was a few things wrong. 1st no hangers. First place that u have every been that is not provide any hangers. 2nd cablin was slightly dirty cobwebs dirt on the floor. 3rd no curtains. I can understand in the living area but not curtains in the bedroom was a little much. 4th I know this is not on you but the light on the building at the top of the hill was over powering bright we had to use the hot tub cover just to block it and if we wanted to just sit outside after dark was impossible. 5th dishwasher did not work. Most everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay

#12 is perfect little cabin in a great location. Ideal for us and our small dog. Appreciate the parking tickets.

Great service. But the bed is terrible. Site says it is queen size but it is only full size. Smaller than advertised.

We enjoyed our stay in the Sycamore cabin and we will stay again. I know the cabins get a lot of use, but it could use a deep clean. There are cob webs in the ceiling rafters.

Parkside did a great job. We needed new sheets for the pull out and they were delivered very quickly.

Great location, and we stayed at Sycamore,Creek was great. Inside was also very cute, cozy. Plenty of room for me and husband and Chihuahua. The hot tub was loud, right outside bedroom. We did enjoy our stay. We will be back. The free Gatlinburg parking tickets helped too.

The stay and service was great. Myonly complaint is the cleanliness of the cabin. The floors were wet but smelled like soiled mops were used. Spider webs were not cleaned . Only concern with that was because it was in the shower. Other than this everything was great.

Great! I loved the view and hot tub! Even when the A/C unit had its complications , the resort sent us a new unit indoors to use the reminder of our stay.

I reserved a cabin with a washer/dryer. You had to move me because of maintenance issues in the one I reserved. However you moved me to one without a washer/dryer. I would have liked a heads up regarding that…I needed that, not a hot tub.

Everything was as expected, it was close to everything and parking passes save us a lot of money.

I loved the cabin, so cute and cozy! The hot tub was an EXCELLENT feature too! My only complaints were the kitchen trash can is small, there was a big hole in the blinds in the living room impeding our privacy, and the floors were dirty when we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location is excellent for walking downtown from the cabin! I also love the sounds of the creek.

Overall good. Heat didn’t work first night but got fixed next day. We would like to stay with you next May but noticed rates have increased by $100 a night. Won ‘t be staying with you at that rate.

We were impressed that our sink was fixed so quickly.

Easy check in, no problems during stay. Check in gentleman was very nice as well as the check out lady. We did check out a day early due to incoming weather which was not problem when we did.

The cabin is small, but nice. It would benefit from a laundry facility on the grounds.Great location.

House was great for our needs. More towels would be helpful with the hot tub and shower. The door to the bedroom does not latch. This is not a big deal, but thought you should know. I also think there may be a mouse issue. I heard noises in the kitchen trash can 2 of the 3 nights but was never able to locate the culprit. Overall it was a great stay - perfect location!

There is a damaged window blind in the living area. Dishwasher did not work but a brand new one installed next . Great response.

We really enjoyed our stay the nights where just right for the hot tub only thing is what ever you guys are cleaning the floors with makes them very slick I almost fell a few times getting out of bed or just walking through especially with socks on

We enjoyed our time in the Smokies. We stayed in Sycamore (cabin 12). It is a nicely arranged cabin on the creek. Everyone was very helpful. We will be back in the Spring.

We have stayed with Parkside several times. Love the cabin locations & extras you get when checking in.

Cabin was great clean nice and peaceful. Unfortunately my wife and myself couldn’t enjoy Gatlinburg. One hour after registering went into Gatlinburg and my wife had a bad fall. She went to la conte hospital and then was sent to Knoxville for surgery for complex fracture on right wrist and facial injuries. Hopefully when we get a chance we’ll be back and get to enjoy Gatlinburg in cabin #12 the sycamore.

Always clean and well stocked with linens, towels and kitchenware. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Love the deck but miss the TV out there. No plans to stay anywhere else.

Everything was nice the cabin was a little smaller than shown on your website. The the PEACE AND QUIET WAS SO AMAZING AND THE SOUND OF THE STREAM. However when calling to make reservations please advise visitors of possible bear siting, as we saw a HUGE bear and no fore warning of possible siting at the time of booking or checking in, in addition please inform of additional fees at the time of booking.

It was a lovely cabin. Clean and very adequate for the two of us. Only complaint is that the sheets were too small for the bed - only came about half- way up. Had to get extra sheet out of the closet to cover up with.

Great experience. Monday's staff was a little more helpful and friendly than the staff that checked us in on Sunday, but our overall stay was wonderful.

Everyone was friendly and the young man who was taking care of cabins in that area kept us supplied with towels, paper towels etc. I think his name was Juan. Always smiled and waved when he drove by cabin. Thank you for a great week.

We usually stay in larger cabins, but decided to try something closer to town. We really enjoyed our stay in the Sycamore cabin next to the creek. I would definitely stay there again.

Love the cabin and location of #12. The cabin needs some basic maintenence esp in the bathroom. There are some loose tiles and floors need grout. The bathroom appeared to be clean but soon noticed dirty corners and smell of urine in toilet. Not sure what that was about but we bought some spray cleaner and that solved the issue. It would also be nice to have pet stations outside as some pet owners dont pick ip after their dogs and there was no receptacle to place the poop bags. Will def stay again as it was a good experience overall!

I really enjoyed my stay. The cabin was clean and quite. It's location to downtown Gatlinburg allowed easy access to all the attractions.

The cabin was very clean, provided plenty of towels, I was very impressed with the amount of cooking utensils I was given I made a full home cooked breakfast each morning without having to bring anything from home. The hot tub was clean and ready to go when we got there. Overall very pleased with the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities of our cabin.

On a complete whim we decided to visit gatlinburg for our 5th anniversary, which is on valentine's day, and to enjoy our last weekend before we bring our new daughter into the world on the 22nd. Because we came last minute on valentine's day weekend with a pet, your cabin was the only thing we could find, and Im so glad we did. we had never booked with you before. Your receptionist made check in and booking a breeze. She was so nice and helpful. I really appreciate how you don't charge an arm and a leg for pet and cleaning fees. We've stayed with many rentals in the past 5 years visiting gatlinburg, and your service has been the most affordable and the best. We loved our cabin and the fact that it came equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the free parking passes and the $1 admission to the aquarium. I really have nothing to complain about other than the fact that I wish our cabin could've been more private, but it definitely had more privacy than a hotel or a resort. We enjoyed our stay and we will most definitely be recommending you to our friends and family and we will be staying with you again. Thank you for a great relaxing weekend!

Our stay was amazing. The check in was fast and simple. Our cabin was very clean and tidy. It was probably the smallest cabin we have ever stayed in but by far the most cozy. Having a TV on the porch was fantastic! We watched the entire Outback Bowl from the hot tub. We would love to come back to stay again soon!

Loved our stay! Cabin was extremely clean! People were so friendly! They cleaned and heated up the jacuzzi so that it was ready as soon as we arrived! Dishes, towels, shampoo, right down to strainers were all there, clean and ready to go! Definitely recommend to anyone.Great people to stay with !!

We love staying in these little cabins. So convenient to town yet away from the crowds. The bigger cabins could use a dresser or chest to put your clothes in and some of the shower heads positioning makes it hard to shower. Also, the cabins could use a deep cleaning but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Office staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Quiet, nice location within walking distance to downtown. Wifi, DirecTV a plus. Coupons for attractions are great. The main negative were that the cabin was not very clean, especially the bathroom. There needs to be more linens/towels kept in the cabin as well.

Wonderful vacation. Nice and quiet, clean. Very peaceful next to the stream. The hot tub was also very relaxing and the price was right. If we are ever in the area again we'll be back.
