Everything was good as usual . We enjoyed staying in our cabin.

Everything was very nice and clean. Great location! Could use some hot pads/pot holders for when using the oven otherwise it was everything we needed.

Check in was fast and Jeff was very friendly. Our cabin was in the perfect location. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our 25th Anniversary get away very much.

Great experience will definitely rent cabin again. The close proximity to town was a good lus

First I'd say I love my cabin I loved the creek behind it that you jacuzzi everything was beautiful. But I also want to thank the staff a young man who helped me cuz I couldn't find my way back to my cabin and he explained it really easy to me where I could find my cabin again. So a shout out for him.

Awesome little cabin , peaceful and quite , Only problem we had ...was issues with the TV, kept loosing signal a few different time s And kick us off and would not work .and actually had to call office to figure out how to fix it to regular cable channels

Very quaint, reasonable clean. More attention to detail when cleaning. Mold on shower curtain. No extra toilet paper or paper towels. Staff reacts quickly when called.Would stay again.

My experience there was great. The only thing I had trouble with was the TV control and knowing how to set it up although we did get some help with that and I saw our Jacuzzi what somebody had came out I guess to maintain it all than that, I give it a 10 day experience, was great love to see Jerry and extremely clean, definitely recommend to family and friends probably visit again thank you

Everything was really nice and my family enjoyed their self. The only recommendation is the shower. It seemed like it was made for very short people and the water didn’t seem to stay hot long enough for one shower.

Jeff at check in was absolutely phenomenal!!! He told us all the local must dos and eats! Easier ways to go in traffic! Just overall great customer service. Thanks jeff! Cabin was adorable just could’ve used better cleaning as far as sweeping or mopping the floors and the shower needed a better cleaning but otherwise absolutely loved it!!

Everything was comfy and clean. I especially loved the “community vibe”.Knowing that you are not out there by yourself.

It was great! The cabin needs to be restocked on stuff but it was fine. The staff were all wonderful when we spoke to them.

Great! I think the wifi issue was a little annoying (password and name of wifi wasn't available as directed) and the coffee maker buttons were worn off/no instructions on how to use coffee maker.

Excellent customer service, the cabin was perfect for our short stay.

It was a perfect experience. The cabin was exactly what we needed, it was quiet and out of the hurry of downtown. Jeff at the front desk was thorough and extremely helpful. The only thing was there was an animal in the wall scratching in the middle of the night for two nights straight but it only lasted about an hour.

Very nice cabin. Only thing I would say is there are some mice In the cabin vents.

The cabins was well stocked, clean, and at the perfect location! We loved everything about it, including the parking vouchers. The only shortcoming was that the pullout bed was not comfortable, but it was fine because our kids are light so it didn't bother them.

We stayed in Oakview cabin 11. It was accommodating for us. Noticed mice were also staying with us. Lol. No worries for us since we live in the country and deal with them. Floor going into bathroom was spongy. We reported that to the front office when we checked out on Friday. Overall our stay was good.

The cabin was very cozy. The location was perfect to all of the key attractions.

The cabin was wonderful. But I think the hot/cold water hookup in the kitchen is reverse. Made you feel like you were far away from town. But yet so close.

Things at the cabin were great. Two things you may consider changing. One the toilet paper holder above the register should be moved, we had toilet paper all over the floor. Less is more, too much on the deck area. I like rockers but the took up to much room.

Very well. Had an issue with the hot tub and remote, but both were handled promptly. Matress was softer than I like, but that is a personal preference, not your fault.

Nice place off the main highway in Gatlinburg, making it easy to access the town. Clean and quiet cabin.

We came down for a peaceful relaxing weekend with my fiance and my daughter. :) it was a nice stay. :) the hot tub was small but needed beds were comfortable and very very clean! We could go with just white socks on and they didnt get dirty at all which I love because I'm a germaphobe lol I left it the way it was when i got there becuase I clean regardless :)

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Back in the summer when I was trying to book the cabin online I hit a small problem inputting my credit card info so I had to call the number to book instead and that went smoothly. Check in was great, staff were excellent, they gave us several coupons for different places around Gatlinburg, including one admission to a Ripley's attraction for $1 and THREE FREE parking passes to a parking garage on the strip so we didn't have to pay to park at all (the weatherwas nice enough we were able to walk most of the time anyways). We stayed in cabin 11 and it was absolutely perfect. Plenty of towels, the hot tub was already ready to go, and it was just so cute and cozy and relaxing being right next to the Creek. And I also loved that we had a pretty decent size side yard. And there are cabins close to it but we honestly didn't hear a peep out of the people staying there the whole week,and only saw anyone a handful of times, and all the cabins were full up. We will definitely be staying in this cabin again in the future 😊

Check-in was easy. Cabins are right behind the main building. We stayed in Cabin 11. Small but just big enough for a family of 4. Sitting on the porch was so relaxing listening to the creek. Especially at night watching the firefly. There is a drop to get into the creek, about 4ft. My son(11) did it with no problem. He even saw a bear while walking the dog. The bed is soft, but we slept ok. Overall, we had a great stay. Cant wait to go back!

We had an excellent stay. Everything was very clean and in good working order. The look around the cabins was especially nice, and the location was ideal being near a trolley stop but also in the woods by a stream!

The cabin was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again. The booking of cabin was easy. The check in was fast but I would have like to feel less awkward at checking in. The receptionist done his job well as far a checking us in but there was no small talk or that small town welcoming feel you like to get when coming there. Im a big talker and can talk to anyone it was just very awkward for me.

The only downside was that the broiler did not work (in cabin 11), but we managed to pan seared our steaks. The leaf changing colors were perfect. We saw a nice bear three times, on the hill right across from our cabin. It did not eat our chihuahua, and was a pleasure to watch. Several cold nights made the coed bare soaking in the hot tub, followed by a rush to dry off just inside the cabin, very stimulating on several different levels. We have stayed with Parkside several times now and have been very happy. The check-in process is quick and easy, the cabins have all been nice and clean. The bed was pretty broken in with a valley down the center, and there were no paper towels in this unit. But everything else worked and allowed us to just enjoy our weekend ! We love the convenience to the By-pass, the grocery and multiple restaurants.

We liked staying in cabin #11. Close to town and pet friendly. The staff was always courteous and friendly. Just right for what we wanted

Cabin was very clean when we arrived. Area was a very short drive to the strip, even with full traffic. The free parking passes we got at check-in helped with the budget on making multiple trips to the strip. Cabin was right on the stream, and the perfect size for my wife and I and our medium sized dog. Couldn't be happier with our first ever cabin-rental. Highly recommend.

Everything was nice the cabin was a little smaller than shown on your website. The the PEACE AND QUIET WAS SO AMAZING AND THE SOUND OF THE STREAM. However when calling to make reservations please advise visitors of possible bear siting, as we saw a HUGE bear and no fore warning of possible siting at the time of booking or checking in, in addition please inform of additional fees at the time of booking.

The cabin was in a convenient location, easy access to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Staff was friendly, and on Thursday ( our wedding day) a beautiful black bear came right up close to us while we were on the front deck!!! We admired him for a moment, took his picture then stepped inside the cabin.

Customer service was excellent, cabin was excellent. All around great experience.

From check-in to check-out our first experience with Parkside was awesome. We loved our cabin-#11 Oakview. It was super clean and furnished with every thing we needed for our stay. We loved the back deck overlooking the creek as it was so peaceful as well as the surrounding area. Thanks for the awesome hospitality, we will be back and pass along to our friends that will be visiting the area to check Parkside Cabin Rentals out for their stay.

We enjoyed this cabin very much, it was just the right size for the two of us. I only had two complaints and they would not stop me from booking the cabin again. 1. mold all over the bottom of the shower curtain liner. 2. the cleaning fee per night. We were there 3 nights and never had cleaning service. All we really needed was trash removal and towel service.

I would replace the toilet seat with a real toilet seat. The plastic seat cheapens the stay.

The cabin was everything we had thought it would be and we're super pleased. Loved the creek side deck and the fully functional kitchen. The only slight downside was the discomfort of the bed. My husband and I would definitely return again for another stay.

The place is nice for 2 people. The place was clean on inside however the deck could have been swept but not a big deal. Enjoyed the package given to me at check in.

The Hot Tub didn't work until the last day we were there, and even at that it wasn't fixed until the evening. Very disappointed about that , I had really been looking forward to the hot tub. Also, there was an ash tray full of cigarettes on the deck that hadn't been cleaned.

Great experience! The cabin was clean and the staff was friendly. We loved being on the creek and the deck was perfectly situated for full enjoyment. I wish I could have walked down to the water, as it appears in the photos. We will be back.

I love the location and the cabin was nice, but I had an issue with the cleanliness. I understand that it is a cabin in the woods... but we couldn't turn on overhead fans because of the dust falling on top of us. I would stay there again... and I would TIP the housekeeping staff... if it would have had a REAL cleaning. I found peanut shells on the floor, and didn't bring peanuts with me... and the toilet was disgusting. I let the staff at checkout know about a few minor problems... and they did not seem concerned about them at all. I stayed in cabin 11. There was a carpenter bees nest right behind the hot-tub. And, the keys hardly opened the door.. anyway... I LOVE TN. I loved the cute cabin... I loved the location... Please HIRE me to clean them! I would also suggest a deep clean to every one of them at least ONCE a year.... I would be more than happy to move down there and volunteer my services... No I am not kidding!! Have a great day! You have a gem there... please keep them up so they can be enjoyed for many years to come!!!

Our first time staying in a cabin and we travel with our little dogs so the cabin had plenty of outside space for them! We already booked again but larger cabin this time. The one bedroom was small for us, a lot like camping.

Everything was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was super clean and we enjoyed it a ton. We didn't really use much in the kitchen, only the fridge but it was well stocked. Only 2 small complaints...the bed was too soft for my comfort and during a very rainy, cold night we tried to watch a few rental dvd's. After trying unsuccessfully to get the dvd player to work (though according to employee we followed all correct steps) I called the office and employee was unable to help at all. I informed the staff of the issue again on our way out but no one seemed to concerned. It was a real bummer to be rained in and not even able to enjoy the movies we paid to rent in town.

I love these cabins, my husband and I have been coming there for almost 12 years...one thing I would like to say..I think the cleaning fee is absurd. We are paying OVER $100 a night and cleaning should be included...and then we pay the fee and you want us to wash the dishes and put them away?!?!??!??! Really????? And then there's a TIP ENVELOPE for the cleaning person! This is the only negative for me and seems a bit greedy on your part. Made me lose a bit of the joy I find in staying there. I can stay somewhere else for MUCH, MUCH LESS and pay NO CLEANING FEE. JUST SOMETHING YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT. and this is why I did not give you an excellent rating.

We loved the location and the cabin. The staff from desk person to cleaning person were all very helpful and friendly. While the cabin was clean it needs a good deep cleaning of the baseboards, corners and the crevices between the boards on the walls. My husband is allergic to dust and even on his meds he was sneezing a bunch each time we were in the cabin.

When we arrived we were a little disappointed because the picture made it look like this cabin was not near anyone. Although there were other cabins close by, it was very peaceful and quiet! We were close to town and the road but all we heard was the sound of the creek! So all in all, we were very pleased with our stay!

Usually stay in duck blind which has always been great. This visit we stayed in cabin 11. It was in need of dusting and new blinds. We come up to 6 times a year and always stay at parkside!
