Beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting. Great service when needed. Friendly staff.

Close to perfect. A deep clean should be done to get rid of dust and webs. The online check in was great so I could avoid the downtown traffic. A call for trash pick up and a lock repair were taken care of quickly. We will be reserving a stay for next year.

We love Parkside and we also really enjoy Riverside. This time we encountered a few issues. Most of them is concerning clinginess. We found the dishes put in the cabinet dirty. It had food debris still stuck to the plates . I removed all the plates and silverware bolts cups, etc., and had to do a thorough wash the dishwasher rate of outer and truly needed to be cleaned with something after running it through a couple of times. I finally felt like I could put the dishes in and there would be going. We found one of the guest bathrooms to be very dirty. I don’t feel like they have cleaned in that room for quite some time. The pillows definitely need to be replaced on the beds and the throw pillows also. We’ve been coming for a while now, and they do seem to be some issues with the cleanliness of the house. It’s such a shame because the house is so wonderful. I do feel that the maintenance people are wonderful. They had everything cut on welcoming and even wood available close by for the fire they had attempted to remove the ice and snow from the walkway, though it took a couple of days for it to melt at the end and not be slick. Perhaps next snow and salting and that shady area would be helpful. We always have told others about the house and the stay and recommended highly at this time. We don’t feel like we would share it with any of our friends or family until you can do a better job of cleaning up the house. And replacing the pillows. I do feel like the chairs. Also need to have a deep cleaning or replacement. Please address these issues give them to the honor or whatever you need to do to consider some of the things that need to be done. Also, I forgot the Jacuzzi was very, very dirty. You could fill the grime on the sides. And the hot tub wow very nice and hot was too low water to be able to be used when you said if we called, it would take quite a while to fill it up and for it to be warm again, so we opted not to even get in, but that was one thing my husband was really looking for word too. We might look at another place in the future however, I’m concerned that your cleaning staff could be the same and we might encounter some of the same problems. I do wish people would take pride in their work so as to leave things very nice and clean one things for sure we left the place cleaner than we found It. Thank you.

Excellent service first time using Park Side Cabin Rental and we will use them again. We stay in Gatlinburg regularly and really liked the rates and accommodations. They were very friendly at the office.

Everything was beautiful, clean and homey! The only thing I will say is the kitchen could be better equipped with kitchenware. Cookie sheet, deeper skillet when cooking for more than one. Perhaps an electric griddle. It is our favorite place to visit. Thank you!

The cabin worked out perfectly for our family vacation We loved the cabin and the gorgeous views. The only thing we were not extremely thrilled with was the hot tub. It did have funky smell and was hard to regulate. The office staff was great. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever given the opportunity.

Third time with you. Favorite cabin so far! The back deck and river was gorgeous! Spacious bedrooms and living area. Jetted tub in master bedroom was missing the bath plug so we weren't able to use it, but we enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and Charcoal Grill while we stayed there.

Always on point, easy and pleasant check in, as well as the check out. Everything is as we like it. With the exception of the kitchen, it could use a little more pots, pans and utensils. To call them and have trash pick up as easy as can be. Always a pleasure staying at Parkside. Look forward to our next stay in May 2024.

We love the cabin layout & location by the River, but the cabin needs a good spring cleaning. We paid a cleaning fee, but the cabin was very dusty with cobwebs & dust bunnies on and under all of the furniture. The kitchen needs some basic items - baking pans & a good skillet.

Everything was perfect. We didn’t want to leave. Morning coffee on back deck with river was a great start to the day every morning.

Cabin was clean and inviting. Everything worked like it should. Great experience with company as well.

We stayed in the riverside cabin and it was great! It was so beautiful and the river off the deck was so relaxing! The joy tub and fire pit were perfect! There was an issue with the light on the patio, where the fire pit in the hot tub were and the refrigerator wasn’t getting really cold, but after I went to the office and said something about those two things they were fixed right away best service ever!!

We would stay with you again but I’m very disappointed in the clean-up after we left. I left 2 pair of jeans in the dresser but clean up didn’t find them or if they did, didn’t turn them in. I know ultimately it’s my responsibility, but good customer service should include watching out for left behind items and quick turn in to the office. Possibly the people who came in right after us took them. Seems strange though.

The location was great and the cabin was exactly what we needed. The only negative was the kitchen was not stocked well, only 3 teaspoons, 3 table spoons, no baking pans, etc. We would rent again but bring more kitchen supplies with us.

Love the place,it was perfect plenty of space . will definitely stay again. BUT, It needs some kitchen sheet pans , baking dishes and measuring utensils . We cook but had to go buy some thing to cook with.

Loved the setting with the creek in the back ground and the cabin was excellent. I would recommend that you have maintenance fix one of the rockers, nails are coming out and clothing can get caught on it. Also the cover for the fire pit need a little maintenance as well. Just a few minor repairs needed.

Loved emails leading up to the stay about things to do. Maintenance was very responsive and helpful. Would be nice to have parking available on both ends of town. But overall an exceptional experience

Loved this cabin. We did have a problem with plumbing but the maintenance came out and did what he could but sent back-up first thing in the morning. Enjoyed being on the river and having a fire pit. We will be booking again for next year.

Beautiful cabin! Much better than the pictures. The only issue was the air conditioning but the maintenance man was extremely nice and did all he could do to get it going.

Despite being scared out of our minds with the river flooding and nearly washing the deck away, we prevailed. We had to be evacuated and Parkside did not hesitate to refund our money for that night. It was such an amazing cabin. We plan to come back for sure.

We liked the cabin. It wasn’t our typical park side stay but still a great one. 2 sinks didn’t drain at all. The toilet seat is broken in the 2nd king room, the shower curtain in that room is hung a Little too high and water pours all over the floor if you aren’t really careful and the toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. It was clean but not quite as clean as every other parkside cabin we have stayed in but it could be due to being older. All the issues were minor and we were Still very satisfied with the stay.

Cabin was great as always. Only suggestion I would make is to pick up trash every couple of days as it pills up after a few days

Cabin was very nice and comfortable. we had a great stay. Picked it because I wanted a river view. Recommendations I would make to owners/management to enhance the visit would be. Inside house--That the pots and pans be changed out on a quarterly basis. they aren't that expensive (Cleanliness and sanitary here) The pans were so scraped up that we went and got some of our own to use. Housekeeping should not leave things looking like that in the cabin. Cabin had a very Smokey smell to it. If the fireplaces aren't in use. Thoroughly clean them and the screens to stop that smell. again something housekeeping should be on top of. also bugs and webs over outside of door to patio from the bedroom. Outside-- trim some tree limbs so you can see river better----Make a landing area down by the water so people can have a place to put a chair if they wanted to sit down there. It only has one tiny area to access the water. Maintenance---drain in bedroom that has a door to the porch drains very slowly. Checkout requirements---- was to clean and put up dishes before leaving. I can understand place in washer and start before leaving but not time to wait until machine finishes to put up before leaving so we had to hand wash and put up. if I was the next guest I would prefer they be sanitized by the dishwasher and then housekeeping can put up while they are there. Might want to think about this request-(Sanitary aspect) Hope this helps you to enhance this property as it is very beautiful!!

The cabin was laid out perfectly, plenty of room. The porch and the patio offered great views of the river. The staff was courteous and ready to help with any questions we had. We would definitely return to this location.

Our cabin was not equipped in the kitchen as well as I was use to at Indian Creek. I called the office and they took care of the problem immediately. My grandkids had a wonderful time on their first trip to the Smokies.

Everything was very good except there was a sharp whistle in the water pipes. Not constant but during the quiet night it would wake us up. I would get up and turn the water faucet on for approx 20 seconds and it would quit. During the day it wouldn't bother us as much. It was very annoying . Sometimes 2 or 3 times during the night. I would appreciate your looking into this matter as I would very much like to satay again.

We had a wonderful time! Our first night the air conditioner was not working, and they quickly sent someone to fix it. The house sits close to the river, and the rocking chairs were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the fire pit. Would definitely recommend to family and friends, and hope to come back in the future.

It was a nice stay. There was no outdoor grill as stated. The house was beautiful and the bed slept good. The house needs a deep cleaning.

We stayed at the Riverside. It was the perfect cabin for our family. Clean, had everything we needed for cooking, loved the back porch and the most comfortable rocking chairs. Location was great as well, not too far away but most certainly felt like a resident rather than a tourist since it's not in the middle of everything. The stream was the primary reason for booking this cabin, and that was just icing on the cake. Thank you and we will certainly be staying with you guys again!

This is the third cabin we have rented from you. Each one of them has suited our needs well and we will choose to rent from you again, possible Valentine's View, Indian Creek or Riverside again, depending on our specific needs for a trip. Check in and check out always goes smoothly and we have found the cabins to be clean. We truly enjoyed our stay at Riverside Cabin this time. Suggestions for improvements would be, more spices in the kitchen, more trash bags too, this goes for all three of the rentals. Specific to Riverside, the outside patio area needs new chairs and the grill needs to be replaced (we didn't want to use these things because it was winter, nonetheless, they need replacing). My family truly enjoys being able to burn a wood fire in a stone fireplace, thanks for the wood. We like relaxing in comfortable beds with good linens, unwinding in a hot tub and either hearing rushing water from a creek or river, or enjoying an expansive view from our rental cabin and your cabins deliver. Thank you all for your efforts to provide a good experience, overall, it always is a great success.

Park Side Cabin Rentals were responsive to all my requests. They were informative and polite. My only complaint is that the cabin we rented was NOT clean. I called to report this issue and Park Side offered to send over maids but we had already unpacked and had settled into the cabin. We feel there should have been some sort of compensation made. The problem is that Park Side doesn't give the maids long enough to clean the cabins thoroughly. Five hours isn't sufficient to clean a 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath, cabin.

There was a situation with us not being able to check in at the time we were supposed to. Park side was very quick to notify us and took care of the situation. The hot tub was not working and they made every effort they could to fix it. Disappointed that it wasn’t fixed for us to use during our visit.

Check in was easy and efficient. Cabin was wonderful. Clean, great location, and very comfortable. The creek is such a good feature of this location, and it is an easy drive to the park and all attractions.

The house was pretty good as far as layout and location. As a property manager myself for vacation rentals, I was disappointed that there was no staple kitchen items like salt and pepper - and at least one morning's worth of coffee - not even any coffee filters were provided. The overall clean was a 3/5 at best - there was nastiness in corners - it was like the housekeeper just went down the middle. We moved the furniture to a better suited layout while we were there and the dust and dirt under the sofa was gross. After getting past that and the kitchen items - we did have a great time. We cleaned the place ourselves so we didn't have to feel gritty during our stay. Other than that, it was a very pleasant vacation. I would recommend it to a friend but the housekeeper needs to up their game. And coffee for at least one morning with some salt and pepper stashed somewhere would go a long way.

cabin had dust everywhere. Cigarette butts on deck. It looks like housekeeping didn't do a very good job. Washing machine leaked and stunk. Lots of spider webs as well.

Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. And your website is so easy to book a cabin. I can't wait to return in the fall. Our cabin selection was perfect because it was quiet and private yet still very accessible.

I loved the cabin, its location and the furnishings, and I will rent from you again. The only negatives I have are that the ceiling fans and blinds were very dusty (which is undertsandable since the cabin has been closed for the winter) and that the silverware had been put back into the drawer dirty by the last renters so we had to wash it all before our use.

The Riverside cabin was AMAZING! It was clean, spacious, had an amazing view & plenty of room! We loved our stay there! Parkside's customer service at check-in & check-out was excellent! We will be coming back! 5 stars all the way!

Check in/out went great. Finding the cabin went great. Cabin description was almost perfect to the website. There needs to be more, replacements, or new items in the cabin: ice cream scoop, cooking utensils, silverware, pots and pans, knives, outside trash cans, and smokiness needs removal from inside the cabin. Also the cabin kitchen faucet has a drip when completely off. Some light bulbs out in bedrooms.

Overall the stay and cabin were great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that we called for trash pickup and no one came however, in the meantime we chose to stay an extra night and that may have been the mixup.

We had an overall wonderful experience this week. Lovely cabin and gorgeous view. Everything was very clean and in order. We would've liked to have been provided with a couple more trash bags, maybe some coffee filters, and such but those this is a very minor complaint. We truly did have a wonderful experience.

This was a great place to stay and I would stay at Parkside Cabins again on a future vacation. The only thing that wasn't well thought out was painting the outside of the cabin just prior to our visit. We were forewarned about the tackiness of some areas when we checked in on Thursday. The problem was the extreme humidity prevented the paint on the door from drying until Saturday morning. Regrettably, the fingerprints on the door were ours. Also, the painter spilled paint on the cornhole game that was propped against the cabin. We took paper towels and wiped the paint off before it dried. Though it really didn't affect our stay, the gutters were badly clogged and there were weeds and moss growing on the roof. With that having been said, the beds were comfortable, the tiled showers were beautiful, the washer and dryer were functional and the kitchen was adequate. The cabin certainly met my needs.

We have been staying with Parkside for 11 years now and have always had great results. Will not stay with anybody else. We stay with Parkside at least twice a year!

The cabin was very nice and the grandkids loved the creek and the firepit made us feel like we were camping. Would rent this cabin again but would like more silverware. There were only a few small spoons so we had to use large spoons for breakfast.

Check in is always cheerful and friendly. The cabin clean, comfortable and welcoming. We especially love that plenty of firewood is available and you have a Keurig coffee pot. Our favorite cabin, Riverside, may seem like overkill for two people but it's just right for us. We LOVE the river, the back porch and that its all one level. Plus there's room to spread out. As far as we're concerned, we will always stay with you and book that cabin. It feels just like home.

Riverside Cabin was absolutely awesome. The sound of the rushing waters was so peaceful and relaxing. The cabin has a great layout and with each bedroom having its own bathroom made it very convenient.. Definitely will stay again here.

We had a amazing time. The cabin and creek were awesome. The master bedroom windows are big. I always bring a fan for noise to sleep. I never plugged it in. I left the windows up so I could hear the running creek. The temperature was a little on the cold side getting down to 42 degrees, but I didn't care. I can't get this at home. Another problem I always have staying anywhere else is not have your bed and I have back problems. I slept great. The bed is squishy and made for great rest. The jacuzzi tub was very nice in the master bedroom. The size of the master bathroom was wonderful and would accommodate a handicapped person very easily. Each bedroom was of a good size and had a adequate bathroom. We also enjoyed the hot tub every night. It was also very convenient to drive to and from town. Even if you were going to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Riverside cabin. And did I say the creek was AMAZING. The people at Parkside Cabin Rental was very nice and helpful. This will not be our last time here.

Loved our place. Very comfortable beds and clean.The only thing to improve on is kitchen utensils such as a knife other than steak is all that was there and a nice non stick skillet.

The cleanliness of the cabin was great! The location was awesome and a surprise. The space in the bedrooms was good. There was one drawer that was broken in the queen sized bedroom and could not be used, and a couple pulls from the same chest aof drawers were missing. The appliances and equipment in the kitchen were great. We would have liked at least 1 more garbage bag for the kitchen and 1 more kitchen towel. Everything else was excellent. We understand why we had to come to the office to turn in the keys, however, we could have continued north on 321 if we didn't have to come back into town. How about some sort of lock box to leave them in for the cleaning people?

Had a great time. Cabin was perfect and quiet. Only issue we had was the master bathroom toilet had an issue the entire stay, it wouldnt flush properly like something had been previously flushed in it that shouldn't have been. We couldnt get it to clear. Overall we are very satisfied and would love to stay here next year.

The cabin was great, only issue was a lot of wasps nest all over the house and a big one right outside the door going out to the deck. Had to go buy wasp spray and kill them before the deck or hot tube could be used. And no cords for DVDs player. But overall great stay.

I could not have designed a place more perfect for our family vacation! The cabin was beautiful and having the creek right outside our door was heaven. It was just the right distance from everything we wanted to do. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

All was great loved the cabin..it had everything you could need or want. My only complaint is that the rugs needed to be cleaned they smelled like puke.
