We have been coming to Indian Creek cabin for 16 years and have always enjoyed our stay. The only negative we have is that we have always had to purchase something that was not provided or that was broke or didn't work properly. This trip we purchased a sink stopper (the one on sight was broken) & the were 2 can openers, neither would open a can. We purchased a can opener but took it home with us so we can bring it back next year. The sink stopper was left at the cabin. Over all we very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Overall, the cabin was good. Few things: the dishwasher is not secured in - it tips out from under the counter; we couldn't get into the outside hot tub as the clasp was rusted shut - there's no way it was cleaned; the living room chairs and couch have no support (I swear they are the same ones from my stay around 20-yrs ago); lastly, the upstairs bed had a frame bar sticking out about 7-inches hidden by the bed skirt that I ended up running into bruising my shin - we lifted and reset the mattress so it was didn't stick out so far; the outside TV was not hooked up. There were also pans put away that were greasy and not clean. Despite all this, the cabin is in a beautiful location on the stream and mostly clean.

Everything looks great pool table not so much pool sticks were broken and no chalk and room is too small for Pool other than that it was great

Great customer service. The window in the upstairs king bedroom is broken and cold air drafts in, the toaster doesn’t work, and pull out mattress by the window downstairs is dirty and there were no sheets for it. Other than that it was a great place to stay and absolutely beautiful.

I really loved the cabin! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The rustic look was perfect for pictures and the sound of the creek right off the porch was soothing. It was clean and the decor was awesome. Thank you!

BYOH&E - Bring your own coat hangers and electrician! Pro - Absolutely gorgeous setting - Well-equipped kitchen - Great guys at check-in - free parking in Gatlinburg Con - Not one single coat hanger - slight smell of mildew - appx 50% of the outlets were defective - floors uneven Late afternoon check-in was a breeze. Jeff and Dustin were working the check-in office. Both were pleasant and informative. After dinner in Gatlinburg, we made it to the cabin. Although it was dark, there were outside lights that had been left on making it easy for us to find our way in. The cabin is at the end of a gravel road nestled in the trees. Very secluded. Breakfast was more of a challenge than we anticipated. The toaster would not stay down/engaged. We ended up making toast in a skillet. There was sufficient dishware, flatware, and glassware for the six of us. The can opener was broken. We bought can opener at Dollar General and left it when we left. The pots and pans were in fairly good shape. UNADDRESSED SAFETY ISSUE: About 50% of the outlets in the cabin were defective, meaning they would not hold a plug sufficiently. The plugs would either fall out or sag so that the metal prongs were somewhat exposed. I requested that they be repaired but nothing was done about it. Sometimes, it was both the top and the bottom outlet; sometimes it was just one or the other. When my adult son tried to plug in the toaster it sparked because it was so loose. I reported it to the main office, but there was no repair made while we were there. There is not a single closet in the cabin and only the downstairs bedroom had a chest of drawers. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom had rods that shirts or pants folded over hangers could be hung on *IF* there had been hangers. The floors were so uneven that initially it felt as if you were tipsy and staggering. We eventually got accustomed to it. There is ZERO insulation between the first floor and the second floor bedrooms. You can hear every word that it said! Fortunately, the bathroom ceiling is insulated. The downstairs bedroom has a faint odor of mildew that was unpleasant. I asked that the throw across the foot of the bed be removed because I thought that is where the smell was coming from. But, the smell was still there even after the throw was gone. The labels on the hot tub buttons are so worn off that my son, who has a hot tub, had to guess at which button did what. The office, while nice, was unable to clearly address the issue by phone. That’s the bad. Here’s the good. The washer and dryer were a single stacking unit. Small but sufficient for our needs (washing wet clothes after the kids played in the creek). The back porch is huge with a really big fireplace. S’mores every night! (Less than a mile away, Donna Jo’s on Hwy 321 has s’mores fixings). There is a large table on the porch with 4 chairs. It would have been nice to have 2 more chairs. The rocking chairs were comfortable and relaxing. The creek was great fun for the kids to play in. Bring extra shoes that can get wet. Even though the road to the property is gravel, the driveway from the road to the house is blacktop and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience and we would stay there again, *provided* we were assured the issues with the electrical outlets had been Resolved

The staff is great! We love the cabin (Indian Creek), but better mattresses, especially in the downstairs bedroom, would be nice. Also, the labels for the buttons on the hot tub were worn off.

Check in and out were so easy, and staff were so kind. The cabin was clean and comfortable and fully stocked with appliances, utensils, kitchenware, etc.

This is our 3rd stay in the cabin. We love the creek. The master bath mirror needs replacing as it’s foggy and not real clear, the toilet paper holder needs repair, and other than a few more pans to cook with, it’s perfect for us.

Staff was friendly, work crew responded next day with clean up and repair from fallen tree that took out power and partially hit the house front to back. Barely rested that night after that ordeal. I didn’t give 5 stars because we arrived with food remnants in the sink, a partially eaten hot dog in the trash can, a bag of linens on the sofa and some beer caps laying on the outside deck. Would I return. Probably. Would like to have received some type of credit or refund.

Wonderful as usual!! I love that the website shows exactly what to expect with each cabin. They are clean, stocked, and the one time we needed maintenance (hot tub had to be reset) they came right away. I recommend parkside to all our friends and family going to the gatlinburg area!

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We have stayed here a few times in the past. I love some of changes that have been made since we last stayed here. We have always enjoyed our stay here. We love the big fire place on porch. The kids love roasting marshmallows and hot dogs too. The creek is always so relaxing and peaceful

Been staying at “Indian Creek Cabin” since the 2016 Gatlinburg Fire destroyed my favorite place to stay. I don’t have the Mountain View’s…BUT… the private beauty of the property is… WONDERFUL!!!! My family loves this place all 4 seasons of the year.

All of you were very helpful, and we love booking your cabins when we come to the area.

We loved the cabin. Check in/out was easy. The cabin was clean. We will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the cabin overall! The setting was beautiful and peaceful. The creek was the perfect addition and our kids loved exploring in it. The outdoor fireplace was great and the stock of firewood was very helpful. The cabin was the perfect size for our family. Only complaints would be 1. The kitchen was not clean upon arrival and required major cleaning prior to use, 2. The hottub is very old and needs replaced as it does not heat properly and is leaking as can be seen from the bottom of the deck. Everything else appeared clean and we were very happy. We will stay again!

I had stayed at the Indian Creek cabin before and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. There were a couple small problems that were handled very quickly. The small bedroom upstairs needs the screen fixed in the side window. It is only propped in the window and it is really essential to be able to open the window as the weather gets warmer because there is no AC vent in the room. The weather was cool enough that I was able to sleep with only the window at the head of the bed open but it gives only minimal ventilation. I also think the chimney on the deck needs to be cleaned. The smoke did not go up the chimney but out onto the deck. I didn't see anything indicating there was a flue that needed to be opened. Overall it was a wonderful stay. The problems were few and minor. Thank you!

Everything was excellent. My family and I really enjoyed the Indian creek cabin. The entire staff was friendly and helpful when we checked in. We will definitely be using Parkside Cabin rentals again.

Indian Creek was my husband and my favorite cabin. My son and grandkids now love it too! As you can see by the reservation that we will be back for spring break next year! As we were leaving the cabin my grandkids very excitedly asked Grammy can we come back next year? My husband and I stayed at Indian Creek for many many years and that tradition will now continue!

I've stayed at several different cabins with Parkside and have had a great experience every time!

Jeff was very friendly during check in. Had no problems finding the cabin. The cabin was very clean. So enjoyed our stay @ Indian Creek. It was so relaxing to wake up and step out on the back porch to hear the water rushing in the creek. It was provided with enough paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and trash bags for our stay. I brought extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and washing detergent as we have stayed in cabins/condos before so we knew to do that but never had to use ours except for washing detergent which was no big deal. Loved being somewhat secluded. Definitely will be coming back to stay there.

The online description of the cabin was good. Making the reservation and check in (with Jeff) was great. The cleanliness of the overall cabin was about 80% and the kitchen was about 40%. It even had a smell that required the purchase of a candle!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’ was exactly the rustic mountain feel we were looking for. The location is absolutely beautiful but still close enough to downtown Gatlinburg and the National Park. We look forward to coming back in the future.

You were great. Everything was clean and in order. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Called to have trash pick up and shortly after a nice gentleman was there to pick it up. Will be back.

The best cabin is experience since we started going to the mountains every year for the last 10 years. The cabin exceeded my expectations.

Wish you would have had more fire wood but over all the cabin was great.

The cabin was great and the location was neat next to the creek. However, the dishwasher did t work and labeling where to put pots pans etc might come in handy because there was stuff everywhere and not enough pans etc. I looked for a muffin pan but there wasn’t one. The silverware all looked dirty and not many good knives. Overall we had a great stay I was glad we didn’t eat at the cabin too much.

Overall good. Need more towels and bigger towels for the hot tub. Need more silverware especially if there were more than 2 of us. General maintenance and cleaning could have been much better and would have made some maintenance calls to be unnecessary. Cabins should have matches or a lighter available for fire pits. A hair dryer at all cabins would be nice. The outdoor spaces are nice and the seclusion of the cabins we stayed at is wonderful. And the reservationists are very good.

Friendly staff but cabin had some issues which I have already reported to the staff

The cabin was nice, just enough firewood for 5 nights... the Kitchen NEEDS some baking sheets and maybe a large baking pan. Also, more towels would be nice. Also, if people are staying longer than three nights, a few extra packs of laundry soap and dishwasher packs would be nice, especially since you want all the dishes clean and put away at checkout. The hot tub light didn't work, and it did not stay hot. The hot tub was hard to figure out because it kept giving letter codes we didn't know what they meant. We enjoyed our stay overall and this is the 3rd time I have booked through Parkside. All 3 different cabins... I liked having the hot tub covered, so we could still enjoy it if it was raining.

We loved the Indian Creek cabin. It was perfect for us! It was a little dirty and it could use a good scrubbing, but it didn't ruin our stay. The secluded location and outside fire place was awesome! My kids (2 teenage boys) loved the stream. Unfortunately we were only able to use the hot tub the first few days due to a flash flood that came thru and damaged the hot tub deck. I called the morning after the flood and a very nice staff member came out quickly. No ones fault... just mother nature. My boys said they wanted to live there forever! We'd love to go back.

We loved the layout of the cabin in general. I would have preferred the hot tub deck to have been attached to the main deck. There was quite a bit of dust inside the cabin, especially on the night stand lamps. We found a pan of bacon grease in the oven which would have cleaned if I'd found it before we did our final walk through. That didn't interfere with our stay as we ate out. I only mention this so it's not overlooked by the cleaning crew. We only used the kitchen for snack items. The creek was awesome. The outside fire place was my spot in the evenings. Truly enjoyed our stay.

We loved the cabin and the setting it was beautiful peaceful and quiet. Check in was easy. Directions to cabin were not good since there is no road sign at main road indicating name of road but once we took a chance on road we thought it was we were able to find it. We had air conditioning problems after first day it seemed to not be working...we were able to open a couple windows and keep cool until last day there it was too hot. We called and repairmen came after 1.5 hrs. They brought portable unit and then came back an hour later with fans. They were very nice and helpful. I think a couple more dish towels and a couple more towels would have been nice. But all in all we loved it.

We stayed at the Indian Creek cabin. We were greeted at check in by a pleasant gentleman who went over the information for the cabin and provided much appreciated parking vouchers for downtown Gatlinburg. We loved the cabin. It was spacious and seemed quite sturdy and well-built with not even a creak in the floorboards. The beds were comfortable. The appliances were all in working order. I wouldn't have minded spending a couple more days to take advantage of the outdoor fireplace. There was a generous supply of firewood. We enjoyed the rustic decor and the taxidermy animals. I was concerned the location may have been too far from town, but it was not, and it was quite close to a dollar general store. It definitely felt private. I am sure that feeling was enhanced by the sound of the creek next to the cabin. We couldn't hear anything from the closest cabins so that you barely noticed them. There were a few issues that we had. The directions we were provided were inaccurate. No street sign matched the directions we were given and we by passed the road and had to call the office to find the location. My daughter and her husband had the same issue. The hot tub water did not look clear and our son-in-law said if he had one suggestion it would be that the water should be changed. We kept noticing a little puddle of water near the refrigerator and we called that into the office. We noticed that the floor boards were beginning to warp there. For the most part we were satisfied with the general cleanliness, however, some items such as the windows, baseboards, the dehumidifier, and the bottom of our shower curtain, which had some mold, needed a thorough cleaning, The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with dishes and utensils for us. There were only two cups, but I was the only coffee drinker. I also could not find any pot holders, so I used towels to get dishes out of the oven. We didn't do a lot of cooking and though. I would not have minded having a couple more hand towels too. All in all we thought the cabin made a great get away.

Courteous service, had a few issues very quick to respond. Would have liked to been able to go directly to the home instead of going to the office and backtracking to the cabin. Could have been cleaner and better equipped (kitchen).

Everything was great but the den TV flashed off and on and should be checked. The water has a real bad sulfur smell if you can treat it. This is our 2nd stay and we love it.

Upstairs bedrooms need more places for suitcases to set or drawers for clothes. Broken rocker on deck. Fridge filter needs replaced however we are repeat patrons. We luv this cabin and would certainly return again💙

Our Family loved the cabin. It was very clean. My grandson had fun playing in the creek. The porch with the fireplace was our favorite spot to relax.

My family and I had a great time at the cabin. Check in was easy an fast, great service and staff. Cabin was gorgeous but definitely needs a thorough cleaning. The dust on the mini blinds and stair banisters was 1/2 in thick. Also when the ceiling fan in living room is on dust bunnies fall on your head. There was also black mold/mildew on the shower curtains. Other than the cleanliness of the place everything else was great. One suggestion would be to put some kind of fan in each bedroom. The ceiling fan in the upper king room didn't work and since there were no vents in the smaller upper bedroom it was at least 10 degrees hotter in there than the other rooms. Thank goodness the Dollar General had fans!!

The cabin was amazing. The directions were clear on everything but the hot tub. We waited 2 hours for it to heat up the first night but the temperature never changed so we were unable to use it which I'm sure is user error. After someone came out the next day it worked the rest of our stay. We are already planning our next vacation and will rent through Park Side Cabins. I have already highly recommended this rental to my family.

The cabin and location are beautiful. The sound of the water constantly in the background made our trip a peaceful one. We were able to check in about an hour early (thank you so much!). Everything went off without a hitch.

Efficient online reservation service. Office staff was helpful & welcoming. Indian Creek Cabin was AWESOME! We're planning on renting it again in the future. The only issue we had was in the directions, the campground name has changed so the DG & little Amish camp store/restaurant was what we used as a landmark.

We made a pretty simple service call during our stay - clean out the hot tub, bring extra towels, and pickup the trash. The guy that came impresses me with his professionalism - he explained his diagnostic steps for the dirty hot tub to me, then changed the filters and cleaned it out - then came back an hour or so later to make sure the problem was resolved. He also took the trash and provided the requested towels. That type of service call is just perfect - and very rare. Thank you for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time at the Indian Creek cabin. It was even more beautiful than I had expected. So much fun and relaxing at the cabin that we really didn't want to leave to go do anything. Can't wait to go back.

We enjoy staying at Indian Creek. The weather was crappy but there's nothing you can do about that. I was also double charged for my deposit for next year but hopefully that has been taken care of.

Beautiful cabin but need additional heat source. The heat pump only heated cabin to 65 degrees & @ night not above 59 degrees. Too cold.

had problems getting there, ended up calling and got Randy Jenkins, he immediately met us and showed us the way. He also helped us with another problem. He is a real treasure ! The cabin was perfect in every way.

Excellent cabin! Very clean, well decorated and peaceful! Two suggestions: 1) Have a fireplace lighter onsite to light the fires. There was plenty of wood available but no lighter. We left one for the next guest, in the kitchen. 2) Two coffepots provided but no complimentary coffee or K-cups. This would be a nice touch. Other than that, it was the best cabin we have stayed in!

Everything was amazing! The cabin was beautiful the scenery was perfect and my family had a wonderful time. We had everything we needed there. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace in the evenings. This was a much needed trip for us and we picked the perfect place to stay. We will be back for our next vacation!

The locale and cabin were great. Just to nitpick only: As animals do get into the garbage, it would be good to have a dumpster of some sort. Also, I'd suggest identifying the cabin as 2 1/2 baths on your website. It makes a difference at least to us.

Loved the cabin, but didn't use hot tub, needed cleaning

We loved everything about our stay at the Indian Creek cabin. The cabin was in perfect condition and the view was absolutely amazing. We loved sitting on the porch in front of the fireplace each night, listening to the creek. We had the best time!!!

As always we had a great stay at one of Park Side's cabins. The cabin was clean, well appointed, and beautiful.

We loved Indian Creek cabin, the deck especially was wonderful. We had everything we needed. Only complaint was the short sheets on the beds, a common problem in most hotels etc. that use that sheet/duvet style.

Loved staying in the Indian Creek Cabin. Only suggestion...remove the pool table and put in something else like maybe a foosball table. Just not enough room to play pool.

We loved the cabin. The porch with the view of the river was wonderful. We couldn't find a few items such as extra. trash bags and kitchen towels, but we were able to manage without them so we didn't contact the office. We would love to be able to stay at this cabin again in the future.

We love the cabins that Parkside has to offer. Indian Creek was amazing, pictures didn't do it justice at all. Our only hickup was a short power outage that must have blew a fuse on the hot tub, couldn't locate the breaker panel and no one came to fix it before our checkout. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have one last soak over the creek our last day. Overall, we had a great experience and will continue to use Parkside every time we come to the Smokies.

There were a few maintenence issues with the cabin. Constant leaking faucet in bathroom. Broken bar stool in kitchen and two burners on the stove not working. My biggest concern was the alarm system not working. The alarm was a big reason I booked this cabin. We had someone burning out their tires at 3:20 AM. As secluded as the cabin was, there was no reason for other people to be on that driveway. At check in we were told the code to the alarm. The gentleman paused and said "the alarm won't be on". Now I realize it was because he knew it was broken. The 3 AM "visitor" was enough for my nerves. We have a son with special needs. I couldn't see us staying after that. We checked out a day early. A very disappointing end to our vacation.

Amazing just like last year. Rented the same cabin for the 2nd time and it felt like we where home again! We may try a different cabin next year but will still use Parkside Cabin Rentals again. The location was amazing. We felt incredibly safe with the alarm system and motion sensor light outside. Staff was helpful and friendly. The cabin was extremely clean. No way would I risk renting from another company.

The cabins were beautiful and loved the scenic woods and creek. There were some attention items, such as trash left by previous guest and the hot tub needed more disinfectant. But when I called the front office, they had a worker promptly get on the matter and take care of it.

Office staff was excellent. The cabin was great. We will definitely be back. Only suggestions are updating the kitchen and bathrooms and a thorough cleaning.

Excellent! Accommodating! Friendly! Indian Creek Cabin was awesome and we'll be back again!

It was amazing!!! The cabin was simply perfect!! Not too far from town and when we left it was an easy ride to the interstate (didn't have to fight traffic down town.. We will be back next year !!!!

The staff at check in was wonderful. The cabin was beautiful and clean. Well equipped. We stay in different cabins every year when we come to Gatlinburg and will definitely reserve your cabins again next year.

We loved the little extras like dish, laundry, and bath soaps. The customer service was friendly and helpful. We will look into staying in a Parkside cabin again.

It was a fantastic, no pressure getaway. Everything went smoothly. From check in to check out. We could not have asked for more.

Awesome cabin. Very clean. Very remote and secluded, just what we wanted. Only small this were the light bulbs out on back porch and hot tub, pillows were uncomfortable. Easy check in...overall amazing experience. We will be back.
