Hikers Haven

The cabin was nice and had everything we needed. Only concern is that the dead bolt lock on the main door won’t turn. So, I was a little uneasy at night. Glad we had our dog with us.

Great cabin and location, clean cabin and comfortable beds, only complaint was the charcoal grill

Great stay. I do think it would be nice to know upfront that the house is right on a busy road not secluded as the pictures"appear" to show.

House was so nice and clean! It was better than we expected. Definitely plan to book with you again in the future.

Fun for the whole family kids loved it adults loved the hot tub and the outdoors would come back!

Everything was great! We were moved to a new cabin because there was a water issue with the one we rented. Staff called to tell us before we arrived and had placed us in a very nice replacement cabin. It was gorgeous, well maintained and the location was excellent.

You did excellent, my friend and I had plenty of room,2 bedrooms. We stayed at Hiker Haven, and we will stay again with Parkside.

Park side is great to work with, there are no issues at all. Will use again!

Cabin was perfect! We have no complaints! I’ve been staying with Parkside for the past 15 years and refuse to rent cabins anywhere else!

The place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and spacious.

The cabin was easy to find clean very peaceful to stay in PS we even got to see a bear come out of the yard after we were in the vehicle 🤷🤣😊

Hikers Haven was a great house. Our family was in town for a basketball tournament, and this house was super clean, well appointed, and affordable. We have stayed with Parkside several times over the years and we will continue to do so. Check-in is always super easy and if you ever need anything they are very helpful. Highly recommended!

Cabin was as pictured, clean and ready for us at check in. Very spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Hikers Haven was just what we needed for a short stay just outside of Gatlinburg for my family. It is one level and spacious for a family with small children. It was clean and had all the necessities for a short stay. The only critique I would offer is the check in procedure. Driving out of the way all the way to their office to get the code is sort of antiquated when this could be provided by a text or email. We enjoyed our stay!

We got in early and were able to check in early which was a great surprise.

We enjoyed staying at Hikers Haven. Everything was very nice. We had no complaints. The property is well kept. Management was accessible and helpful. It is a bit of a drive to the main park entrance, but it is close to Greenbrier and Cosby campgrounds, and to whitewater rafting in Hartford.

The service was top notch. The cabin was clean and exactly as advertised.

We loved it.. very quiet area. I booked with them last year on the campground and loved it also will be going back in May or June and booking with them again can't wait I give them 5 stars. Very clean

Lovely place. Due to cold some pipes froze but help was prompt. Home had previously been in our family so it was special. Very comfy beds, hot tub was wonderful, cozy decor. Kitchen was missing some things (casserole dish, enough dish towels). Overall a great place to spend Christmas with my family.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful and spacious. Perfect for our size family. And we will be staying again soon.

The house was great and fit our family of ten very well.

It was nice but we had to deal with mice they were in the kitchen area and not afraid we saw 2 mice everyday and my mother is terrified of mice so she wasn't happy

we had a great stay. the cabin was clean and beautiful. The only thing that made us upsets was that an animals got into our trash when we left it outside in the morning and called for it to be picked up, trash was all over the property from an animal getting into it. We had to clean it up ourselves. Other then that we had a great stay!

Everything was as it should be, clean and well kept. I do wish your check in process was different. Driving in to Gatlinburg to check in is a pain when you’re staying in Cosby. Also, maps of cabin location in your property descriptions would be nice. It would make it much easier to decide which cabin is lactated property for the type of trip we’re booking.

Love staying with Parkside. We stay at least once a year with Parkside.

Had a few minor issues with the cabin and called the office to let them know. The issues were resolved very quickly. Great customer service!

Our stay was clean and comfortable. The 2nd bathroom had some mold on the inside of the shower curtain. We recommend cleaning or replacing. All guests should be provided one washcloth per day, per person for bathing. Towels can be hung up and reused but wash clothes should be enough for a fresh one each day. On our last evening, the power went out in only parts of the house (so not an electric company issue). We called the emergency numbers listed and both went to voicemail. One voicemail box was full and we were not able to leave a message - not helpful. The other number we left a message. We finally got a call back about 45 min later and then the nice gentleman came about another 45 min after that to check and fix the circuit breaker box. The Wi-Fi network and password were incorrect on the paperwork given at checkin. Paperwork only lists a password (which was incorrect). We recommend putting the network name on paperwork as well so the next guest doesn’t have to call for a correct password and then try to use that on each network available in the area. We didn’t mind the drive/distance to the house. Overall, we would stay again and recommend to others. One day we met a local person (owns Barbara’s Song with Aunt Bugs) who had positive things to say about Parkside Rentals; so it’s always nice to hear good things from the locals about where we are staying.
