Only 2 things kept it from being 5: - the master bedroom: the streetlight shines DIRECTLY on the pillow / your face at night. The bed should be moved or a curtain used to block the light. - whatever was used to clean the floor is too slick. We were unable to walk around without shoes and even with shoes we almost fell multiple times. This didn’t affect the rating, but it would’ve been nice if the hot tub got a little hotter.

I like Parkside. I wish the cabin would have had curtains where there used to be, the downstairs bedroom no curtains upstairs also in the Master I light came straight to our face couldn't do anything about it. It's the second time in the ogle lodge so I had a benchmark. Overall everything was Great we thanks you all

Our stay at Ogle Lodge was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful. Well made and well maintained. We love renting thru Parkside. I called and requested a few things and someone from staff was right on it! We’ve loved all the cabins we’ve stayed in but this one might just be our favorite. Thank you, Parkside, for helping make our family vacation so memorable.

This cabin was beautiful 😍, check in and check out were seamless. So much tranquility and peace here. Everything was close enough, downtown Gatlinburg, trails,smokey mountains. Cabin itself was very clean and extremely spacious. Definitely coming back!

For the most part everything was perfect but on the bottom floor in the mud room there were so many dead flies on the window sills and floors. The couch cushions also had a lot of dirt and debris in them

The cabin was an absolute eye pleaser; so beautiful! We loved listening and watching the river from the many different areas! The cabin was stocked with so many amenities. The hot tub overlooking the river was our absolute favorite! With this caliber of rental, we expected attention to detail. The kitchen cabinets needed a good scrubbing, the stainless steel refrigerator had hand prints, the taxidermy in the living room had spider webs, the lights above the breakfast bar were visibly dusty and there was not a Kleenex to be found in the place. We do not understand why hair dryers were not provided. Unfortunately the first floor heater was not working but someone came promptly to fix it. However, the next 2 days it went out again and we had to reset the circuit board twice.

Great service when needed. More blankets and towels from the start would be good. The pullout sofas when opened were gross, full of food debris, crumbs and garbage. The sofa mattress was very, very thin, can’t be used by an adult. The place could be dusted better. Overall a beautiful place and kitchen had everything needed, great trip.

The staff was extremely helpful and courteous at check in. The cabin & location were wonderful. Add a few more towels, extra bed sheets & blankets and have maintenance check over some things in the kitchen (dishwasher) and master bath (towel holder, bathtub, shower head) Because, we plan on visiting again very soon !!! The cabin was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

The experience overall was amazing from quick and easy check in, to super smooth check out! The ONLY complaint I can think of was the driveway, super steep and was slick one morning and we almost didn’t get one car out! Other than that, it’s an amazing cabin (Ogle Lodge) and super great company to work with!

The overall experience was excellent. Everyone loved the surroundings and the cabin. We did not have any Wi-Fi very low signal. Everything else was excellent, and we really enjoyed it. We are planning on making another trip next year around June. Looking forward to staying with y’all again.

Outstanding service and phone booking. Property was incredible, was an honour to have the opportunity to stay there. Minor issues, so you are aware dishwasher leaks at the seal a small amount, easily sorted with towel, and functioned well. Unable to get gas to flow on bbq could not figure out the valve, cooked in stove instead, did not call as these were not emergency issues and we just worked around them. Will be back to rent from you again, incredible area, saw bald eagles, many deer, river was beautiful. Wonderful area. Wonderful company to work with, everything was very clean, thanks for everything.

The cabin and location were pretty perfect. We only had two issues. The septic might have issues because we would smell it throughout the cabin. The main issue was with the wi-if and cable. We couldn’t get wi-if on any of our devices because it kept saying connected but no internet and the cable kept saying taking longer than expected to play programs but we are working on it.

Cabin was perfect, beautiful. Amazing location. Plenty of room, sleeping and space to socialize. I would recommend a replacement microwave. It seemed to be on its last leg, lol. Very Loud and took extremely long to heat food. Also add a few more mixing bowls and possibly a couple more big pots and frying pans. And electric griddle would also be nice.

This was a very Perfect place for vacation or anytime. I can’t say how beautiful and relaxing the property. It successfully won us over. We loved it and will go back soon we’re hoping if still affordable.The decor was awesome too with paintings such. We hated to leave. We really did. There were a few things maintenance could fix and the housekeepers could do better, ... but this lodge is the Best! This was our Best vacation home and areas surrounding. It was worth every penny. But like I said we do Want to go back but the prices looked higher...were gonna definitely try to go to this particular lodge again. We miss it!!

Simple check in/out policies. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed sitting on the decks watching the guys fly fish. Some nibbles but no catch. After reading some previous reviews about the stains in the toilet and odor, I knew it was from the sulfer (my parents had the same problem when they moved to the country)in the water and brought some cleaner. Was able to get a good bit but not all. The toilets and showers were clean, just stained.

The cabin could have been cleaner. There were spider webs inside and outside. The outside of the cabin needed a power wash. The toilets were stained. There were smudges on the windows. The blinds were missing from the downstairs bedroom. The wood plank on the main floor balcony was loose, someone almost hurt themselves. They never picked up the trash. It was trash left outside and upstairs when we arrived. One of the pool sticks was missing the head. We had to clean the fire pit and surrounding area. The lining was missing from the two pull out couches. We called about it and was told someone would be out. They never came. It would have been nice to know the linen was in the ottoman. We found it the day of check out. Overall it was spacious plenty of dishes& pots and pans & amenities. Dish soap, dishwashing pods and 1 laundry detergent pack. Plenty of seating areas to be close to and hang out with the family. I loved the sound of the river early morning. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub.

My family enjoyed staying at Ogle Lodge. The house was very well furnished, clean and met our every need. A mommy racoon visited the back porch each evening around dinnertime. This might concern some. However we have had raccoons on our porches at home eating left over cat food for years. Don't approach her for your safety. She usually runs away if she sees a person on the porch. We had plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable and the video games were a hit with my grandsons. They now love the retro games. The river was very peaceful tousten to. I would recommend this cabin to anyone. The driveway is steep. The road to the cabin is narrow, gravel and an adventure in itself. Yes this is the right way. Lol

Great place for our first family reunion. Lots of space inside so everyone had a way to get together and get away. River was nice had some somores at the fire one evening. Driveway could use some work but it was best that could be done with the space provided. All in all was great. Only downer was the power outage with a power generator that did not work. Would have been complete if that little problem would not have occurred. Overall was nice might be back sometime in the future.

Very good spot to be with family and/or friends. Nature scenes were outstanding. The cabin is very well kept and roomy. The only downside of the cabin would be that there were no cleaning supplies. Other than that, great time spent here!

Excellent service. When we first arrived there was a water leak coming from the ceiling. We called the office and they had someone there right away. Problem was solved quickly by a very nice man. This has been the third Parkside cabin we have stayed in over the years and we have never been disappointed. Some of our best times and memories have been at a Parkside cabin.

Our experience with the Ogle Lodge cabin was amazing. The pictures really do not do the cabin justice. The space is huge with seemingly endless rooms and gorgeous views. The only downfalls to our trip: 1) the driveway is very steep making it difficult to arrive/leave to/from the cabin, 2) we would've liked for the cabin to be cleaned a little better, especially outside, 3) not a downfall per se but it would be nice to have stairs that connected the 3 balconies. If you're on the fence with this cabin, book it--you will not regret the decision.

The location of the Ogle Lodge was beautiful with the creek and cliff in the background. Everyone had a great time lounging on the patio by the fire at night, listening to the water. A bald eagle even made an appearance on our first day.

The cabin was just beautiful, it was everything that we could've asked for. It was so homey and had so much character. We had such a great time and made so many memories. The driveway was a bit of a challenge, but once my guys got down there they had no problem getting out. Would advise coming in from the East side, it was a lot easier to get down the driveway. The river topped it all, listening to it's sounds everyday just made a relaxing stay for us. Had everything we needed to make our meals(except for a can opener and grill brush)each day, had a great vacation and would highly recommend it to others. Check-in and out was easy and pleasant. We asked for an early check-in and the cabin was ready when we arrived. The cabin's location, size, and amenities were all as described in the information given on the rental agency. The road to get to the cabin is gravel. The driveway is steep. The cabin is in need of a deep cleaning and routine maintenance. The location, right on the river, is wonderful. The outside wood burning fireplace was a highlight of our stay.

The house was awesome! I'm only giving it four stars because the carpet and floors in the house looked like they haven't been cleaned or vaccumed in a while. Also the toilet bowls didn't look clean. Other then that the house was great.

Loved the cabin. Gorgeous view and nice location off the beaten path. Was disappointed with the level of cleanliness--oven dirty, sofa really bad between cushions, some of the utensils were not clean with dried on debris but in the drawer, gas grill ignighter didn't work, microwave dirty, and no cleaning supplies available (409, windex, etc), jacuzzi tub had a whole bunch of black dirt/residue coming out of the jets that we couldn't get rid of--looked like dirt circulating around in the water (so weird!) and only one kitchen dish drying towel. However--still loved our stay! Loved that the lights were on and it was so inviting when we arrived. Office staff awesome! Loved the parking garage passes and coupons in the welcome packet. Truly excellent stay in a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, spacious cabin. So happy with our time there. Definitely want to come back again!

Everyone was so very nice, even after they had just experienced that horrible fire! We had to change cabins since the one we booked had sustained damage, but there was no problem with changing and we got to keep our same dates. Will stay here again!! #smokiesstrong

We didn't have hot water one day and you sent someone out immediately to check on it...we really appreciated that because it was so cold and then to come back to hot water was great! Thank you again

Cabin interior was nice and clean. Outdoor spaces required us to clean before we could use (e.g. all porches, fireplace etc were COVERED in spider webs, leaves, and trash from prior guests). The unit needed some light bulbs (3 in kitchen and 6 overall) but maintenance was quick to come and change them out.

First of all we stayed in the Og;le 4 bedroom cabin. The cabin was beautiful and my family had a wonderful time. Here is what you really need to know. The cabin had some issues. There is mold growing on the upstairs bathroom ceiling and all over the front entrance way. This is a problem. There is a musty smell upstairs. The cabin was not clean, my family dusted and cleaned during our stay. THese things need to be addressed! Again, the cabin is beautiful!

The customer service was excellent. The entire process from booking to check out was easy. The cabin was wonderful, and had everything we needed. There was only one issue, the upstairs bedroom and bathroom had visible mold in the ceiling. Other than that, this was a perfect experience for our family. We will only use this company when vacationing in the area.

nice place, cabin cleaning process needs work. overall stay was great, general maintenance needs attention shower doors were broke, We didn't have any firewood as stated in the agreement. However stay was great and would stay with your company again.

This cabin is BEAUTIFUL! Perfect place to get away and relax. Lots of fun for children being on the water! It's 10 miles out of Gatlinburg but worth the drive. It's so pretty going to the cabin. When we checked in, everyone was so nice! We had to call the office one day bc we couldn't find the iron, they had one to us in 30 minutes!!!

Beautiful place! Nice and spacious for plenty. I did notice some soap scum build up on the tubs, that could cleaned up. Wish there hadve been some cards with the poker chips. Overall lovely and will definitely stay again.

The cabin was excellent, many extras! Very clean and well kept. The location by the river was exactly what we wanted. For renters looking for proximity to Gatlinburg, the cabin was about 10-15 minutes outside of Gatlinburg; it is private and secluded. Check-in was a breeze and the staff were very friendly. For a small family or a large group this cabin is perfect! Highly recommended and will definitely stay with Parkside Cabin Rentals again!
