Would like to see instructions on Roku tvs with slave boxes on how to switch them from Roku to regular cable.

Everything was great! The cabin was in a great location and everything you need to make your stay a great experience!

Cabin was very nice, there were quite a few webs in places and there were issues with biting bugs in the bedroom above the game room.

The cabin was great! everything worked out well. They only thing I did not like was not getting the location till the day of check in. We live about an hour away. People driving 8 hours want an address! You said check in was 4 pm. then we get an e-mail the day of at 1:30 with address, says you can check in anytime. Well I would have left earlier to beat the traffic. All the places I have rented give you the address 24 hrs. before check in. The garbage can on the porch needs a lid

Good staff were great , cabin was nice , the tv outside with the hot tub was great, only recommendations is to spray the extra apartment with bug stuff a few different bugs in it , but I know it happens. We really enjoyed our stay, and always enjoy renting cabins from y’all , the staff is great, we had a very relaxing vacation.

Not realizing the property layout was so vast. We were under the impression our cabin was close to others who rented for a wedding event. We were 1/2 hr away and missed things because of the drive. A heads up on the leaf blowing would have been nice. On the positive, we enjoyed the hot tub and the peace and quiet when we were there. The cabin was cozy and for the most part clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with there. The Keurig was a pleasant surprise! Someone even left a reusable pod. The laundry room was clean and usable. Thank you for the laundry soap! The game room was nice. We didn’t use it like we had hoped because we were driving more than we thought we would be. The guest shower and the king sized beds were very nice. On the detached building, the light sensor was short. I found myself in the dark before I reached another light area. All in all we had a good experience.

Had an overall good time. Ice maker in fridge wasn't working and office was really responsive and it was fixed within a couple hours. Have stayed several times and will be back.l

Everything was clean, I had no issues at all. From checking in to getting to the cabin and checking out it was very easy and I had no issues throughout my stay. Will definitely be back.

The cabin was great, and clean. Perfect for our dogs. The maintenance crew fixed our heating problem very quickly. Thanks for having wood to burn. The stocked kitchen was a plus. The jetts in the bath tub didn’t work. The hot tub was nice though. Only thing I think would have been nice is some Christmas decorations. We did buy a little tree and set it on the table. I did recommend to a couple of friends and a family member.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and comfortable. Already recommended Parkside to a co-worker.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with our cabin but it was handled very professionally and they took care of us right away. They made sure the rest of our stay was accommodating. I will rent from you all again in the near future.

Had grandkids and the drop off was really close to the cabin

Staff was very informative and friendly . Trash pick up was prompt. Kitchen was stocked with essential equipment. Cabin was wonderful.

Check in was easy but it would be nice if you could gain access to your cabin without having to go by the office first, especially if you have already paid in full.

The cabin was amazing. Only issue we had was the jacuzzi didn’t work. Highly recommended this cabin

Loved everything about the cabin. Only small note was the pool table, cues, TV and that particular room in general needs updated. Lots of splinters! Staff was great and very attentive. Definitely will see you again soon

Upstairs apartment was not available even with the code given to us. It was still access denied Main door top lock didn’t lock Other than that the customer service skills was excellent and the stay was pleasant

Awesome hospitality from staff first time to the area so much to do. The cabin was perfect for the short stay we will be definitely coming back soon.The rest of my family was interested in how was our trip I highly recommend your establishment to them this was one of the best short vacations I have had

Cabin had a few problems but was fixed quickly once we notified the office.

Tub in master bedroom did not drain well and dirt came up through drain so you were not really able to take a bath only showers

Staff was very polite and responded promptly to our requests for missing sheets for the hide-a-bed and trash pickup. Cabin beds were very comfortable with clean sheets, although one of our family members found a strip of fake eyelashed in her bed sheets. Bathrooms were well equipped with fresh towels. Overall, the cabin floors were fairly clean, but some cobwebs & dog hair in corners. We were disappointed in only having a small round kitchen table with 5 chairs for 6 people in a cabin that sleeps 10, not the most well stocked kitchen— could have used potholders, more cups, large bowls, blender had no pitcher. Fire pit lawn chairs were broken. Hot tub felt a little slimy on the inside walls. We have stayed in Parkside Cabins several times over the past several years with just 2 of us, and always had good experiences. I don't think I would choose Wildflower Haven again for a group of 6. Not enough space for meals. Overall, the cabins are all nice. The staff is great.

Cabin was wonderful. Could use a swiffer for guests to mop when needed. Other than that it was great!

Location was great. The kitchen was full stock. Kid friendly and everything was great.

I loved everything about my cabin. Clean, relaxing and serene.

Everything was as expected and advertised. The cabin is starting to show some age but everything was clean and in good working order. We would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Wild Flower Haven. It was a perfect place to celebrate Mama’s 76 birthday. The only complaint I have is with the washer it wouldn’t complete a wash cycle every time we had to restart it several times.

For the most part it was good. Few things needs to be addressed. Cabin was clean. No issues with that. We like the white crisp sheets and pillow cases on the bed. It smelled clean and was clean. No big, heavy comforter or bedspread that hasn’t been washed in months on bed to cover any uncleaned or stained sheets. Just clean, crisp white sheets. We appreciate that. Bathrooms were clean. No hair or mildew were noticed. Housekeeping may want to clean the wall area around of the bathroom sink, many white dried toothpaste splatters on wall. The last night we were there we decided to grill steaks on the grill. We ended up having to cook them on the stove because the grill was broken. There was a hole on the bottom. I did call the office and notify them. He asked if it was usable. Which is wasn’t. Big hole on the bottom from rust. He said if he had known sooner he would have had it fixed. Wasn’t very friendly in my opinion. Cookware needs to be updated, more specifically the frying pans. We had to cook the steaks inside using frying pans. The fire pit we enjoyed a lot while there. There were a few of the fire pit chairs that needs replacing, broken legs and straps in chair was missing. We had several senior citizens with us and made it somewhat precarious for them to sit on those chairs. So we brought down couple of the porch chairs for them. Pool table was not in great shape. We didn’t use the hot tub so cannot give any honest opinions on that. Cabin was clean. Loved the rockers and hanging porch swing on deck. One thing I’d like to mention is that there were many cigarette butts in the yard both the front and side of cabin. Kind of made it unappealing appearance wise. Maybe housekeeping could pick up the butts.

Staff was very patient with our situation. We had a potential COVID-19 situation before we could arrive and staff was flexible with us and provided excellent customer service.

Customer Service is amazing. Ended up having to move cabins late at night due to a power problem in our cabin. Maintenance person and office manager were very friendly and accommodating.

Really enjoyed our stay from the check-in to check out. The Wildflower Haven, while an older cabin, was a great get-a-way for us. Loved the fire pit area, hot tub and remodeled bathrooms. The separate third bedroom and bath was ideal for us as our sister and her husband joined us for the weekend.

Cabin was nice and clean. The online description of the property didn't communicate the 3rd bedroom was separate from the main house. Electric issues in the 3rd bedroom/bathroom were fixed on Saturday.

Awesome place to stay, have been staying with Parkside Cabin rentals throughout the years.

Everything was excellent, except there wasn't any seasoning like salt, pepper, and sugar.

Overall a very good experience. When we first arrived we were not very impressed. The couches were dirty and smelled like urine. The pull out bed was broken down and dirty. The hot tub was dirty and there were cobwebs on the walls. However, one phone call to the office and we had new furniture and a clean hot tub. (Someone had removed the filters without their knowledge) They were all very kind and accommodating.

We stayed at Wildflower Haven cabin. It was a very convenient location with all the amenities a family could need for an awesome vacation. Not too far from all the attractions, but far enough to enjoy the scenery and peacefulness of the nature that surrounds. We look forward to coming back again one day!

Everything was wonderful. We made use of all amenities. The only issue I found was the lack of measuring cups and spoons.

The cabin was in a perfect location and was overall the perfect vacation spot. We will definitely be returning to Wildflower Haven again in the future.

I have no complaints. Our cabin was quaint and secluded, just like we wanted. All we needed were extra towels which were brought to us within an hour of calling.

The cabin was very nice and I love the fact that we got a free night with my stay which was better than the 10% I would have received with my AARP card.

We rented the Wild Flower Haven cabin as we have stayed there previously. The cabin is perfect for a family with a separate cabin in back which the kids like to use. The cabin is close to downtown, but seems quite isolated as well and provides a perfect relaxing environment. We will stay here again, I'm sure.

We had a nice time, very enjoyable experience. Few Suggestions for wildflower haven cabin. 1. Pool Table- Nice to have, but this one is very tilted from one end to the other and it was missing a ball, so the balls would not stay due to the lean. 2. Appearance upon arrival was not as pleasing due to the roof being covered nearly completely with leaves/sticks, etc., so the look was not great. 3. Shower drain in the apartment bathroom is very very slow and water builds up like a bath when taking a shower. 4. Needs to be more silverware/cups/plates/ etc. to accommodate the max occupancy. 5. Kitchen Table could be a little bigger and maybe add a table/chairs on the porch on the other side of the hottub to enjoy outdoor dining. We will be back, but did want to pass on those few comments just from the experience.

The only thing that was needed was more towels. We had a party of 10 and only received 6 towels

The cabin was excellent..a level pool table is needed and the Wi-Fi is very spotty and poor but that is due to location I would guess.

Great! Only issue was we'd like to have had a warmer blanket on the beds, but everything was nice and clean and the staff was really nice and helpful!

Beautiful view, secluded but very easy to get to. Cabin was nice and furnished with all we needed for a great visit. Everyone I talked with was super nice. Everything was in good working order.

We saw several roaches in the kitchen. That was our only issue we encountered.

The kitchen utility supplies were set up well, however, we were a party of seven and our cabin only had two coffee cups. Plenty of towels - thanks. I felt that the front porch was a little crowded with all the rocking chairs. We did have a small child - so next time I will be looking for more safer grassy area - we did enjoy are stay - thank you

We had a very extremely minor issue with a light and we called for maintenance just before we were leaving the cabin. We passed maintenance in the driveway. Everyone was super nice and the cabin was amazing!

Cabin was Awesome. But Kitchen pots and pans were horrible. Worn out. Utensils were old, can opener did not work. For the cabin to have been so nice, very disappointed in kitchen.

We loved having the cabin feel for our stay in Gatlinburg; this is the my fourth time to stay in one of your properties with friends or family. We were able to use the kitchen to cook all of our breakfasts and dinners. The pool table, hot tub, and fire pit provided much entertainment (these are so important for you to offer!), and we also appreciated the cable so we could watch the hockey playoffs. Thanks for all of the nice bathrooms as well. We ran into just a couple of small issues: we had some ants in the kitchen sink, and also the can opener didn't work (we were in Wildflower Haven).

We enjoyed our stay- the description was exactly as stated. The location was great because it wasn't too far from the busy strip but far enough away to feel like we were secluded and very quiet. The cabin provided more amenities than we anticipated which was great. The only thing we recommend to the cleaning crew is to give the ceiling fans and a/c vents a good dusting. Lots of dust on fireplace mantel and in ceiling corners.overall the bathrooms, beds, and kitchen were very clean.

Nice location not far from the Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge areas, cabin was in great shape with new finishes but still had a classic feel with comfortable sleeping. Would stay there again

The wildflower haven was an awesome canin to stay in. For us we enjoy the quietness and privacy and this cabin did that. Everything we needed was right there.
