Tucked along a small stream, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin offers a quiet, relaxing setting while still being within easy reach of Gatlinburg.
The main level features an open living and dining area with a gas fireplace and access to a spacious deck overlooking the water. The hot tub is located on the deck, making it easy to unwind while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Also on this level are two king bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and walk-in shower, along with a washer and dryer for added convenience.
Upstairs, you’ll find a third bedroom with two queen beds, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a multi-game table for additional entertainment.
Outdoor spaces add to the experience, with stairs leading down to a private fire pit by the stream, as well as access to a nearby community game area featuring another fire pit, pool table, and additional games.
Located approximately 8.5 miles from the Gatlinburg city limits, this cabin offers a balance of privacy and convenience. Pet-friendly for dogs under 50 lbs (non-refundable $65 pet fee).

Jeff was awesome. Cabin was in a good location. Kitchen could have been stocked with more cutlery (there was only 1 steak knife and 1 utility knife).

We stayed at Teages Mill cabin and we have stayed there in the past. It was clean and everyone at Parkside is always so nice and accommodating. We had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed cabin with sound of water just opening the door. The man who picked up garbage was prompt and friendly. Cabin was cleaned. This is not negative but you probably want someone to check dryer due to not drying well took several cycle to dry clothes and hand rail to fire pit needs repair. Love the hot tub and over all it was great place to stay.

You did very well. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend checking dryer and oven door and maybe warning about ants. The dryer gets hot, but doesn’t dry. The oven door front comes off if you aren’t careful. Both issues were just minor as we only used each once. The cabin was fun and we had plenty of room. We loved the video game.

Overall a wonderful place. Just a few suggestions, though. These sinks in the downstairs bathrooms are running extremely slow. They need to be plunged. Also, it would be helpful to have some type of doormat at both entrances to the cabin. You are constantly tracking in small leaks from outside. Also, we only stayed for 2 days, but if you were staying for several days the inability to put your bagged garbage anywhere would be significant. But overall we really love the place.

We had a wonderful time. The staff were very nice and helpful. The only things I could recommend is possibly fixing the blinds that will not shut and the furniture was a little worn. The hot tun also had debris in it so we didn't use it. Love the sound and view of the waterfall on the porch. The outdoor rocking chairs were really nice.

Check in and out was a breeze! Cabin was clean and very cute. Lots of dishes, which we loved. We did have a problem with the fireplace, pilot light kept going out. That was our only issue which to us was nothing!

There were a few issues with the cabin we initially rented but the front desk representative was so nice and accommodating in setting us with another cabin at the same price. The cabin was beautiful and close to town. Will definitely stay with Parkside again.

We loved our sweet cabin in the woods. The fire pit was so lovely by the stream with the waterfall right their. The inside of the cabin was cozy and spacious. The deck was great for sipping our morning beverages and spending time relaxing in the rocking chairs. We would deffinatly come back.

Friendly staff.. 4pm check in is too late IMO. Cabin was as described/advertised other than having really close neighbors. I thought it would have been more remote and secluded…But we had no issues with neighbors or location. Hot Tub was nice, but it took until about midnight (after 4pm check-in) before it warmed up to recommended temperature I’d go back for sure..

The bed is WAY too high off the floor (I had trouble laying down on it and nearly fell onto the floor several times. There was no trash can there, so we had to leave full trash bags in the kitchen area.

staff assisting with check-in were friendly and informative the property was as advertised and ideally situated steps away from a stream supplies were adequate for the week enjoyed use of the hot tub, fire pit and tv apps pet fee was reasonable only problem - finding dead bees inside the cabin from the swarm that was constantly around the property

A few minor things, this cabin was the only cabin that was clearly labeled with the white L Parkside Cabin sign that displays the name and address, and as a result, it was a bit difficult to find. Also, the microwave didn't work; it was operable, but didn't heat.

We absolutely love Parkside and the cabin. From excellent customer service and resolution of a minor internet issue was fixed very quickly at 11pm at night! For the teague's mill cabin I would suggest just 2 small changes. The upstairs bedroom plug by the bed is covered by the post of the bed and bed can't move. Also no oven mitts. Two things that did not impact my vacation at all but just helpful tips. Thank you thank you thank you for your wonderful customer service and the experience overall! ❤️❤️❤️

The blinds in one of the bedrooms didn't work, and the walnuts all over the ground were kind of a slipping/tripping hazard, which wasn't too bad for my party but would have been had I brought my aunt with us, so if/when we return to Teagues Mill cabin, we'll have to go when the walnuts aren't dropping! :-)

This was our 4th year booking with Parkside Cabin Rentals. Overall experience definitely 5 stars! This year we stayed in the Teague’s Mill Cabin. The Cabin was very rustic. The kids loved the game room and the creek next to cabin was so relaxing! We didn’t want to leave!! See y’all next July!

The cabin was nice and spacious for 6 adults. The dryer had a lot of lent buildup and clothes wouldn't dry. We really enjoyed the location, porch, and fireplace. We've reserved it for next year.

Customer service gets a 10 + we encountered 2 minor issues at the cabin during our stay and both were handled on same day reported to office. Been a Customer for about 6 years now and actually just booked the same cabin for 2022 again ! A few issues with the cabin when we arrived; missing light bulb, missing shade over another ceiling fan light, door knob loose, missing door part to another door, fireplace not working (wanted to use one night), outside pathways should have debris removed, some pathway lights not working, game room missing items (only 1 cue stick and fuze ball cracked).

My husband and I enjoyed our cabin .We stayed at the Teagues Mill Cabin . Everything was wonderful. Miner thing ,if you need to cook in the oven, bring your own pans or stop and get some aluminum pans . Enjoy your stay, it is definitely worth it .

It was a nice clean cabin. Worth the money. It also wasn’t extremely high in the mountains which was great. There are a few stores within 10 miles for necessities, or last minute items. Making it all the way back to town was about 25-30 min ride. It doesn’t feel like forever tho. But was was a nice cabin, exactly as pictured!

Everything was exceptional. The cabin was clean and roomy. We only had one problem during our stay (hot tub stopped working) but they immediately came out and fixed it. Staff was super nice and helpful. The creek beside the cabin was our absolute favorite part of the whole stay. It sounded beautiful sitting outside on the deck, we also left our bedroom window cracked so we could hear it really good at night. The fire pit was really nice and had plenty of chairs around it so my whole family could sit around and roast marshmallows. Our kids loved catching crawdads in the creek and loved watching the tadpoles swim around. We hated to leave and our 4 year old said he wanted to live there! Like I said, everything was great and I can't think of one single complaint. We will definitely stay with this company again.

Cabin was beautiful and clean.. amenities lacking (ice maker didn’t work). The website description seems misleading - we were under the impression it was 8.5 miles from gatlinburg. Maybe it was within city limits, but for those who are out of town, you don’t think of 8.5 miles being a 25 minute drive. Also, the staff lied to me in saying that both downstairs bedrooms had bathrooms in them. We would have preferred online checkin as well.... there are no keys, stopping in there shouldn’t have been necessary.

This cabin was perfect for our Retreat. We spent most of our time sitting on the porch and listening to the water fall as we visited and then sat around the fire pit at night. We loved every minute and hated to leave.

When we had a problem with our car, I called and asked if our cabin was still available and I was told no. But never was offered any help on a different cabin.

The cabin was clean maybe add some salt and pepper to supplies for renters. No problems with the cabin and we will stay with you again.

Check in was easy, communication was good with no problem reaching the office staff. Loved the keyless entry and not needing to return a key at checkout. Information on the sheet we were given was not all accurate, ie had wrong wifi password. Plenty of towels were provided. Loved having a washer and dryer. Loved the video game in cabin and multiple TVs. Dining room table needs leveling. Free parking passes were terrific. Overall we were very pleased with accommodations and would stay here again.
