It was a great stay, very home like. 10/10 would recommend

Well, for the 1st time staying at Smoky Cove... the cabin was very nice, but it was short on towels and wash cloths. Along with toilet paper. It was said they put enough of those for how many people can stay in it.that was not done. There was also no blanket on the bed. We had to go pick those things up ourselves, from the office. Other than that. Everything else was OK. OK yeah... the toaster doesn't work either.

Great location either an easy check in and out process. Would recommend tonothers!

Love Parkside! This was our 20th time renting (per Jeff at the front desk, awesome guy!). If we did t like you we wouldn’t come back. The parking passes for downtown Gatlinburg are a huge perk! Here are my suggestions for Smoky Cove: Needs a dish drain for the kitchen sink Bathroom sink needs a stopper (this seems to be a recurring issue in your cabins) The shower needs some kind of shelf The screen in the screen door needs replacing

Wasn’t on a busy road, but the pictures of the cabin conveniently don’t show they you’re right next to a road. Other than that everything was great

The box springs are squeaky. People expect a king bed to be a little more quiet.

There is a leak in the kitchen, probably in the roof. This was during the monsoon last Tuesday night. We mopped up water on the floor between the refrigerator and stove three times..

Customer service is great. I would prefer a better cleaning with floors, outside porches and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Would be nice to have air freshners too.

Great customer service over the phone for reservations & check-in in the office. Smoky Cove was clean and perfect for my husband & I and our dog. Our 2nd time at Smoky Cove & we have it reserved for December 2024 & May 2025 and will continue to stay there.

We love smoky cove each night we use the hot tub and build a fire watch tv out side on the porch the only thing I can say it does need more time cleaning their was dog hair still around lamp and under the furniture and the mirrors need more attention very streaky but we looked over all that because we are dog lovers and we understand even though we didn’t have our dog with us and we would stay there again thanks for a lovely week

Whenever we come to Gatlinburg we always stay with Parkside.

The cabin very nice and we had a pleasant stay. My only recommendations would be to clean the screen porch a bit (cobwebs and the pool table felt could use a vacuum). I would also recommend adding a sink stopper in the bathroom.

Offered free parking coupons , staff was polite . Good location

Always have an excellent experience with Parkside Cabin Rentals. Have stayed with them for many years and have never had any issues that they weren’t able to resolve very quickly. Will definitely continue to stay with them for all of our Smoky Mountain experiences.

Fast check in, cabin was cleaner than before. Bed a little hard.

It was great as normal , however just one trash bag & limited soap but we ran out and got it

The parking garage passes were a great touch and the cabin was perfect for the two of us and our dog

Need a latch on outside screen door. Door Jamb needs repair on main door. Other than that, we had a great time and look forward to coming back sometime.

The trash wasn't taken out from the prior guest and the floors were filthy. If you are going to have a pet friendly cabin, use a swiffer and mop. Otherwise it was great.

We loved staying at the smoky cove cabin. Could have been a little cleaner. The floor needed cleaned and the cobwebs in the corners and on tje ceilings needed wiped down. Overall was great.

Such a cute little cabin. Had all the essentials and loved the fence in yard for the dogs. Will definitely be staying here in the future.

Our stay at Smokey Cove cabin was nothing less than perfect. We used the hot tub, played pool, drank coffee on the front porch, used the jacuzzi tub, slept great, and just enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The cabin was spotless and our dachshunds loved the big fenced in yard. Short trip to everything.

Comfortable cabin close enough to Gatlinburg for easy access yet far enough away to have some nice and quiet at night.

My 4th stay, great staff & clean cabins. Smoky Cove was perfect for us & our 2 small dogs. We'll be back there in December.

Everything was perfect, our boy's loved everything about it. This is the second cabin we have stayed with you all and we will never stay anywhere else besides Parkside cabin rentals. We vacation in Pigeon forge every year and we will never have to search and search again for a cabin to stay in. Booking was very easy! House definitely could have been cleaner. Toddler son splashed water on bathroom floor and when we wiped it up with one of the white towels, it was black, we had only been at the house 2hrs! And it was the bathroom so no foot traffic! Should not have been that dirty! Paying double the price for staying a holiday I expected a clean house. Hot tub was great. We did call ahead and request that it be turned on as we had a long travel and knew we would want to relax that evening! Jacuzzi tub in bathroom runs out of hot water very fast, making it not able to fill a full tub.

The cabin is very comfortable for a couple and our small fur baby. Furniture was comfortable. A couple of items need attention; there is no shelf in the shower for shampoo, soap, razor, etc. There were some small holes in the grout in one corner that would suggest there had been one at one time. The other thing is the stopper for the bathtub. It was there but had been pulled completely out of the drain. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

Great nice friendly staff hot tub was too cold our first night but I assume they just turned it on our second night it was up to temperature but clean and easy check in and check out will stay with again

It would have been 5 stars except the walls were very dirty. Everything else was clean but the walls had large spots where liquid was on it and looked like it had run down. I don’t see how the cleaning crew missed it because they were right by the door on both sides.

Everything was clean and the amenities are top notch. No hassell check in and check out. Locations close to city and far depending on your tastes. Park side is great!

Smoky Cove is always clean and tidy. This was our third visit to the same cabin and we love it!

Overall cabin was good. Enjoyed most of the amenities.Hot tub did not seem to have chemicals though. Lot of cobwebs in corners and ceiling that need to be cleaned.

The cabin was very nice we enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing was I could not use the 10% off coupon I found because it needed to be printed out.

Very friendly and helpful. I did however leave 2 pair of pants behind and would love to get those back. Would gladly pay shipping!!

Great stay…..perfect cabin for the two of us and our dog. The fenced in yard is a plus for sure. Coming back in the fall and hope to use fireplace and hot tub.

The cabin/house was immaculate and very comfortable. It is very well located with extremely easy access to Gatlingburg.

Stayed about a month back and had a negative experience, gave it another try and was totally surprised how much better my stay was the second time around.

My husband and I stayed at Smoky Cove. It was perfect everything we wanted! Great location, and very private just what we were looking for!

I could not have ask for a better place to stay. It was perfect. It was close enough to places but yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. When we get to reschedule for next year we will be back and hopefully can stay in the same cabin. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful with all and any questions we had.

We love to visit Gatlinburg and stay at Smoky Cove cabin. Great location. Always clean and tidy.

Great! The check in and out process is very easy and hassle free. Staff is always professional and willing to help anyway they can and the cabin was clean and just as described. I wouldn't think of using another rental agency.

The check-in experience was great and straight-forward. The major complaint I have was that the hot water heater in the cabin (Smokey Cove) was seemingly not large enough to fill the Jacuzzi with hot water. It ran out when the tub was about halfway full, and started putting lukewarm water in there. This made it so that the Jacuzzi was basically not usable and was very disappointing considering that was one of the primary accommodations we booked the cabin for. Another maintenance issue I noticed was that the light under the microwave was not working. Otherwise the cabin was great and we had a great time.

Love the cabin and love staying with Parkside Cabin Rentals. We’ve stayed with Parkside five times over the past four years and have already booked out fall and spring trip for next year with Parkside.

Loved the cabin. We will definitely be back again. Only wish was that the area with the pool table in it was better protected from the cold.

From check in to check out, we had a great time. The staff was very friendly, and even brought us a brand new coffee maker when we discovered the one in our cabin was not working. Great cabin, we will be back!

My husband and I have started making it an anniversary get away. We picked s different cabin this time. I loved the bigger shower as I am almost 6ft. No ducking in this cabin. Found it to be clean and well kept. One huge thing is... the bed needs to be replaced. We are both very sore.

We were pleased with the cabin and the check in and out process was great. The floors were the only thing that wasn’t clean. They were dirty enough that we bought a mop and cleaned them ourselves. I would like an option to leave keys in the cabin instead of going back to the office since it is out of the way, but that is a small issue. Our stay was quite pleasant and we will use you again.

My wife and I love park side cabins! We stay with them every year and are always happy with our stay.

When we arrived at the cabin we immediately noticed a warm and inviting atmosphere. Easy to get to and not too far away from the strip in Gatlinburg. Overall we had a really good time.

Everything was clean and well supplied with towels and paper products. Our unit was available for check in early, which is never expected but really appreciated. The office staff was very friendly and helpful . We have stayed at Smoky Cove several times and really enjoy the property. We did notice that the bed is really in need of replacement....when getting in or out it makes an awful creaking noise and isn't as comfortable as in the past. You might want to pass that info to the owners so they can make appropriate remedies.

We came for our 10th wedding anniversary we were married at cupids chapel of love in 2008 we stayed at the wildflower haven then and this time we stayed at smoky cove which happened to be on the same road both times we have stayed the cabins were beautiful, clean and easy to find

Smokey Cove was the perfect cabin for my family family of four. It is much larger than the other one bedroom units that we have booked in the past. The jacuzzi tub and the large shower were great and we absolutely loved the screened in patio. I would suggest a bigger hot water heater as the current one only has enough to fill the bathtub about 1/4 full. My four year old cried the whole way because she didn’t want to leave the cabin. We plan on making it our cabin of choice for several years to come.

We loved it, the layout of the cabin and amenities in the cabin. Location was close to everything we needed; food, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely be back to smokey cove!

My wife, dog, and I stayed at the Smoky Cove cabin this spring, and the first thing we did when we got back home was book the cabin for our fall vacation. This cabin is about 10 mins from downtown Gatlinburg so you're close enough where you can easily get to town, but far enough out where it's quiet and not a lot of traffic. It's on a large lot so there's a lot of room for your dog to roam when it needs to go outside. It's also about 1,000 feet from the Little Pigeon River and after it's rained, you can hear the river from the front porch. Parkside staff were very friendly and accommodating as they have always been. We're looking forward to our fall vacation in this cabin!

Everything was clean and well supplied. We really enjoyed the new televisions. Did see a few ants in the kitchen, might be warm e tough for the exterminator.

Smokey cove was a nice cabin very clean. I really enjoy my stay there. I will be back again soon.

Smoky Cove is a great cabin to two people. There is plenty of room and it is easy to get to without driving on mountain roads that could be icy in the winter.

A big thank you to Christy who took my reservation. She assured me that the concerns I had would be addressed and they were.. Everything was clean and worked well. We really enjoyed the screened patio with the fireplace, hot tub and pool table. No complaints about the bed or appliances. It would be nice if there were a small dining table on the patio for dinner by the fire.

This was our 6th time renting with Park Side and I have to say that everybody I have ever dealt with at is wonderful. There was some confusion with the check in office on whether we received our keys and a very nice man drove all the way out to our cabin to make sure we had them (we did). One morning I was sitting on the front porch and a Park Side truck went by, saw me on the porch and waved. Now my comments on the cabin, Smoky Cove. We loved the cabin and its location. This is what needs to be addressed: 1) We could not go off the front porch because it was all mud at the base of the stairs. Based on the website pictures it looks like some trees were removed. Not sure if any of this was related to the high winds a while back. I assume come spring time, grass will be planted and possibly some shrubs added for more curb appeal. 2) The television sets need updating! These TV's are dinosaurs! So small and outdated that you cannot even read the guide! 3) Housekeeping needs to pay extra attention to the shower! This is a beautiful all tile shower (not fiberglass like some other cabins) and the mold/mildew around the bottom 6" or so was disgusting! A shower like that needs to be scrubbed with bleach between each rental. We would love to rent this cabin again and hope that this all gets addressed

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cabin was perfect. Only suggestion we have is to put some sort of blinds around porch for a little more privacy. Other then that it is perfect.

Need to fix tub drain everything else nice would recommend

The cabin was perfect! The coupons and info they give you at check in helped a lot! I'd suggest a hair dryer, but that was literally the only possibility that was lacking.

We were able to check in early, which is was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Only concern I have is I am still waiting on last day to be refunded to me. I originally was booked Thursday to Sunday, and paid half off for Monday. I called Sunday and talked to gentlemen who told me if I checked out Monday morning before 11, Monday would be refunded back to me. I am still waiting on the refund.

My spouse commented she would like to come back again.

We loved everything about our cabin. We can't pick a favorite part: hot tub, pool table, 2-person whirlpool tub, huge beautiful shower, quiet location, fireplace, etc. It was amazing, can't wait to come and stay again.

cabin was awesome. Except the bed needs memory foam or new mattress. But other than that. We totally enjoyed the cabin. Nicely decorated. Off the beaten path but not to far from the fun and shops. Would definitely use Parkside Cabins and highly recommend.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabin was nice and we would stay there again. If that was my cabin I would have had a welcome basket with a few things that I think my guest might need Like a little tube of toothpaste and toothbrush and mouthwash a few things for coffee and creamer. A few things that I think someone might forget when going on vacation. It would be nice to have a few more big and little spoons. Over all its a wonderful cabin just a little far out for me but the longer I stay I could get use to it. This was our first time with parkside and we will be back to stay with y'all again.

We really enjoyed our stay and plan to stay there again. The only things that were disappointing were that we had to provide our own toilet paper/paper towels and that the bed in the room squeaked every time you rolled over in it.

Parkside always makes renting a cabin a great experience. We've stated with them more times than I can count. Good prices, nice cabins, and a great staff.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights for our anniversary. It was the perfect cabin for us. We are clean freaks and were VERY impressed how clean the room was. The bed was comfy. The fire place was really nice. I also loved the rocking chairs on the screened in porch and the big tile shower. The only thing that disappointed me was that there wasn't a hair dryer.I never bring one with me because everywhere I have stayed always has one. So it was a bit frustrating to have to let me hair air dry or put it up. Other than that our stay was amazing :-)

The cabin was great. The cabin was well prepared. We even saw turkeys a few mornings. Only downfall was the firewood was wet.

The screen in area needs to be more secure. Although it was warm outside the fireplace should be inside the cabin.

The cabin was very nice. It would have been nice to have 2 regular poolsticks, not one and three break sticks. And we had a BAD ant infestation which was taken care of woth Raid but we had to breathe alot of Raid in. But other than that, cabin was good but the bathroom was the best part :).
