Loved the place, even with traffic noise. Games were fun to play. Fire pit is there, along with wood, but no way to light (lighter, matches, paper, starter) for people that have to travel, maybe fly, to get there. Thank you for the wonderful visit!

The door to the house was wide open when we arrived and every TV in the house was powered on, including the one in the carport. There was a mouse in the house and droppings in the closet in the hallway. In addition. the refrigerator was not working when we arrived, so we waited for about an hour before someone came to help. Lastly, we went to get in the hot tub and it was almost empty. When I asked for someone to come out, they didn't come until I called a second time. The TVs were especially difficult to use and connect to watch anything and we are pretty tech-savvy. Throughout the week, anytime we used the freezer, there was water dripping onto our feet and the floor. You may want to check it out for the next guests. The house was in an AMAZING location and accommodated all of our people quite nicely. We thought the stay overall was excellent with only those minor mishaps along the way. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, and the furniture was comfy. We will book here again because Parkside has been a good experience when we have stayed many times before.

We have stayed here numerous times. We love the location and accommodations. Only 1 complaint, maybe look into getting a few new windows. Otherwise, we love to stay here!

You guys we love renting thru parkside but we did have issues with this house this time and the guy came out on the day we got there but he wasn’t able to fix the sink in the first bathroom so we didn’t get to use that sink at all the dishwasher we went to open it and it stunk so bad that you couldn’t stand the smell so we hand to hand wash dishes the whole time we were there and there was a few other issues but like I said we love renting from parkside and the man told us someone would be out and no one came

The 6 of us enjoyed our time. The hot tub was perfect. Also the pool table and ping pong tables were really fun. The inside of the house was beautiful and stayed cool the whole time we were there. The internet didn’t work all weekend except off and on.

It was a great experience from the moment we called to say we are on our way and had a few questions. I was nice upon arrival when we met Jeff and he told us all about how to get there and what to do if bears show up. The cabin was very nice! When we had to have trash picked up the maintenance guy was wonderful as well.

Would have been 5 stars if there hadn’t been black flying bugs. Could use new windows because I think that is how they are getting in. The room all the way to the back on the right side is where they were at the most. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again

Loved the location except that there was a lot of traffic back and forth (busy weekend). The hpuse was nice with plenty of room. The shower in one bathroom had very little water pressure. But, the others worked well. Loved the games. None of the doors had licks that worked.

The house was as described. It was spacious and comfortable. Some cabin rentals are full of clutter and this was thankfully clutter free. I emailed a question after booking, but never received a response. Grateful that they let us check in without driving all the way to office. Traffic was a nightmare due to construction and congestion. The house is in need of some maintenance- Kitchen window would not completely shut, very drafty. Master shower water pressure was so low we couldn’t use it. Sliding door so difficult to open that we just used the back door the entire time. Bedroom blinds are bent and broken, need replacing. Suggest adding curtains.

The checkin process could be a little more convenient. For example, online or a remote office in Pigeon Forge. The house was okay but needs several updates.

Everything was smooth. Booking, speaking with Parkside before and during our stay, check-out, etc. We stayed in Sitting on the Strip and it was perfect for our large group with dogs. We also appreciated the quick hot tub service when the water level went down.

We love the house Sitting on the Strip. There are a few things that need to be fixed. The bathroom that has the king bed. The shower does not work. It needs to be redone . The walls in the house need to be repainted . If those improvements were made it would be great.

The house was very clean and in a convenient location. However, the blinds especially in the bedrooms need to be replaced. They are broken and people can see in. The noise and lights from the traffic was a bit annoying when it’s bedtime. Ovarall, we had a great time.

Lovely house. Very clean and no bugs!!!!! We liked the location, the size of the house, etc. We appreciated the ping pong table and pool table. We also used the kitchen and the equipment that was provided. We were happy enough to reserve it for next year.

My mom said please tell you the Knife Set was great ;) The Directions from your office states Traffic light 1 Henderson Springs Rd..it's actually Henderson Chapel Rd... The Cabin needs a Broom.... And Dishwasher like gel wash instead of powder...Those are minimal compared to the time we had...Thank you

House was great. All amenities good . only thing hot tub never got hot but it was a cool day /night., also. The area was quiet although the cemetery was a unexpected surprise. Overall had a great time. Minus the mountains also but enjoyed my stay.

The house was great. The location is great. It was perfect for our family. The only suggestion I would make for this house is possibly some new blinds or curtains. The side of the house with bedroom windows faces several electric signs and the current blinds do not do much to block that light.

Our rental was clean and in close proximity to so many activities for the kids. The home also features a hot tub and fire pit on the back patio along with a pool table and tv on covered side porch. There was plenty of room for everyone and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep.
