We always have a wonderful time on our vacations in the Smokey’s. Have never had any problems with Parkside Rentals. That’s why we always choose your rentals. See you in April!

The cabin was excellent. Wonderful location. Only downfall was very firm beds and had to buy pillows. Other than that will be back.

There were not any bowls to mix anything in, no utensils or scrub brush for the grill, no baking pans other than a pizza pan, and what pans there were, need to be replaced..not good to cook in for anything. No hairdryers in either bathroom. The cabin itself was great with easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It was an overall nice stay, but needs a few fixes. We would rent again!

Door lock needs explained better. We thought we were locked out one evening.

We love staying with Parkside Cabins! Rocky Creek was our third and favorite cabin. The cabins are always so clean.

The cabin was clean and had all the necessities. The only issue we had was some large carpenter ants but given the location it was to be expected.

Parkside is always so kind to us. Check in is effortless and the employees are always a pleasure to speak to. The cabin was in a perfect location and very clean. The only thing that needs attention are the shower curtain liners. They need to be replaced. Other than that, it was wonderful!

This was my 4th time to rent from Parkside Cabin Rentals. I have always been very pleased with their service. The cabin was very nice and clean. The parking passes for the garage in Gatlinburg are a great bonus! Chose a cabin closer to town this time and now I think that will always be my choice.

Check-in went very smoothly. Cabin was very nice. Loved the location! Even had a bear just outside the cabin on day one, nice surprise!

Cabin was comfortable, excellent location and scenery. A couple suggestions for cleanliness, excess dust/debris on air duct grates (stairway), monitor the mold on upstairs shower curtain (was quickly corrected), wash windows and remove spider webs,

Everyone we ran across was very nice. The cabin was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was we couldn't figure out the tv and when we called the person wasn't very helpful. We finally figured out it was a remote issue.

Everything was excellent except need more than 1 dishtowel in the kitchen and more than 3 coffee cups. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom needs to be addressed. Every time we slid the curtain back to enter or exit shower the hooks came off.

The cabin was amazing. It still had the new smell. The cabin is perfectly located close to the strip, but far enough away to sit peacefully on the deck. The only issue we had was with the hot tub. It wasnt working and the staff tried to fix it, but was unsuccessful. We will definitely be returning to this cabin in the future! We have rented several different cabins over the years.from Parkside Cabins and have always had an amazing stay.

The cabin was very nice and clean. The parking passes were a huge plus! There could have been a few more towels in the kitchen and hangers in the closets, but otherwise it was wonderful!

Fantastic cabin. Loved the privacy, clean linens, kitchen was very well stocked, the man who checked us in was very helpful with restaurant recommendations, love the location and the free parking passes. Over all it was a great stay and we will stay there again. Our only issue wasn't a big deal, the shower curtain in the downstairs bedroom was gross and should be replaced.

We had a wonderful stay with Parkside. From the time of booking our cabin and help offered picking our cabin until checking into our cabin your friendly staff was kind and helpful. Our cabin was clean and very nice. We loved our stay in Rocky Creek cabin. The cabin was lovely, in a perfect location, decorated so cute, and well appointed. Our suggestions to make the cabin a perfect stay, would be to add king size pillows and get more comfortable beds. ( mattress was extremely hard uncomfortable.) Also, we personally would prefer a comfortable porch swing and seating on back porch rather than a hot tub taking up all the space on the deck. They pose a danger to kids as well as taking room and smells like chlorine. We would of enjoyed a porch swing and comfortable seating on the beautiful river view. We absolutely had a great stay and loved our cabin! Thank you for making our stay wonderful and for you kind hospitality. Parkside Cabins will be our #1 recommendation to all our family and friends.

Your team from start to finish insured the wife and I were well taken care of. The cabin I had booked was not what we were in need of. I returned to the office and was offered another cabin which was exactly what we needed to get ready for our wedding day.

You had all of the necessary kitchen items and we loved having outdoor seating, hot tub and grill available to us. The cottage was comfortable and beautiful!!

Great service from check in to check out! Cabin Rocky creek #18 was perfect very clean modern amenities but still cabin feel. Close to town trolly stop a few minutes away. Cabin had everything you need plenty of towels wifi W&D soaps paper towels. Staff in the office were friendly and quick to assist. We will definitely rent from Parkside again!

Perfect welcoming cabin for 2 of us! Would have been nice to have extra hand towels in kitchen & bathrooms. Also maybe have scrubber for dishes especially pots and pans since they have lost the no stick coating. No blow dryer so glad brought one.

WONDERFUL cabin and a very convenient location. Staff was awesome. Will definitely be coming back! We had everything we needed. If I had one negative it would be that for the most part the cabin was clean but with covid we are a bit more cautious and the shower had hair in it. The window sills and blinds were very dusty and the ceiling fans had dust build. (things as notice as an ex restaurant manager) Nothing that made us want to complain or not come back. I would recommend that you advertise it as centered between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg that was a plus for us. We thought by the ad that it was more centered in Gatlinburg. But we liked the location. Just a helpful suggestion. Thank you for a great vacay spot!! See you soon we hope!

Everything was great. The cabin was in a perfect location.

The overall experience was wonderful. Office staff was very helpful. However, I would strongly suggest that cleaning staff looks over the pans before a new guest arrives. As one of our pans was completely charred across the bottom and I couldn't use it until I went to the store and purchased a scrubber. Pans do not come clean in a dish washer.

Everything was great. The cabin was beautiful and clean, the weather was amazing, the cabin was conveniently located close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge.

The cabin was such a home away from home! Super clean and feel homey and comfortable. Spacious and our kids loved having space to play in the down time unlike in a hotel type room. Loved the full kitchen, hot tub and grill amenities. Will definitely be renting again!

The cabin was perfect! Great customer service. We had all of the necessities we needed in the cabin for the dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty cookware, plates, silverware and glasses! Lots of towels and washcloths too. Hot tub was awesome! Loved it. We will be back for sure, but our last name is Book, not Brook 😁

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed , just like our home away from home. Pictures on website did not show a hot tub, so we were really surprised to see one. Felt good after a day of shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rocky Creek. It was a beautiful cabin with a great view and the staff at the office was super sweet. The only minor things is we only had 2 wash clothes for 5 people and there wasn’t any oven mits or anything to lay a hot plate on after cooking. These things were incredibly minor and didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay. The cabin was conveniently located. We walked from cabin to downtown Gatlinburg and was about 10 minutes driving to Pigeon Forge.

We had a great time overall. We had a brand new cabin which was excellent
