River Cove

The Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed.

We had absolutely the best vacation staying in River Cove. The cabin, amenities and location were perfect and truly exceeded our expectations. The kids loved tubing and I was so please to see that tubes were available. The cabin was a dream. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and it was incredible. My husband and I joked that we should have just stayed at the cabin rather than doing the more "touristy" things. Park Side Cabin Rentals is an excellent company to rent through. You answered my phone calls, provided great local information and even gave hiking trail recommendations. We will definitely be back to stay again at River Cove.

Fantastic! We love staying with Parkside Cabins. First, Jeff and Corey are great. They are very accommodating & one of them are always there if we need something. Checking in is so easy and the prices are reasonable. And if needed, cancelling is no issue.

Cabin was nice but every morning at 7am a crew would come out to cut down trees so all morning long they ran chainsaws and heavy equipment

This was our second stay with Parkside Cabin Rentals. It has become the first place I call for reservations. No detail was overlooked. The home and it's location on the creek was wonderful. The home was clean and spacious. A pool table and more towels would be the only recommendation.

Our stay at a parkside cabin was excellent. Amenities like firewood and free parking in gatlinburg were much appreciated. We had an issue with the air conditioning and that was resolved very quickly! Loved it all!

Overall good. Cabin was great, though I think there was a problem with the water line to the fridge. The water dispenser came out as a tiny trickle and the ice machine wasn’t really working to make ice. We had lots of ants in a couple of the rooms - not unexpected in a riverside cabin but was not the most fun to have like 5 dozen dead ants in a bedroom. I would have preferred to know the address earlier than three hours before check in. If this information was not planned to be made available until then, it would have been nice to know this in advance as well - I don’t think this was anywhere in the confirmation correspondence and it was not possible to find this information on the website. But the cabin overall was great, nice location, hot tub was good, being right on the river was very fun. Spacious and accommodating cabin.

Been staying in the Smokies for 60 years, and this was the best place I've ever stayed. Everything about it was perfect.

Staff is pleasant, Jeff is the face of customer service in my book. Check in/out was very fast and easy. The cabin we stayed in was absolutely stunning. This is our second time this year booking through Parkside Rentals and it surely won't be the last.

The bathroom of the River Cove cabin was dirty (dirty floor, used soap in the shower). Otherwise, everything was great.
