Was fun clean but lost power couple times and had great experience

Nice cabin but no blankets, extra towels or extra toilet paper.

Really enjoyed cabin. Anticipating next trip. Would have liked to stay longer

We really enjoyed staying at Owl’s nest. It was a beautiful, quiet property. Much roomier and better than what we had expected. Check in and check out was easy. The employees were very attentive to our needs. The only thing that would have been helpful would have been a secure place to put trash in outside. We had a baby with us and we couldn’t put the trash out because of the bears, but it didn’t take away from our experience. We will definitely use Parkside again in the future.

Owl’s Nest is an amazing cabin! It definitely exceeded our expectations. My family was very excited to have their own rooms with a king bed. Very relaxing and peaceful and we definitely enjoyed the fire pit. This cabin is beautifully maintained and we definitely will be back to this one! We’ve been coming to Parkside Cabins since 2016 and started off with smaller cabins so it was great to upgrade to a bigger cabin this time. The staff, as usual, are always great and helpful and they made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks for making this a wonderful vacation and experience once again.

We have stayed in your cabins for many years. We always find them comfortable and welcoming. We used the remote check in and found that to be helpful.

Battery out in kitchen sink faucet so it would not work. Called to report sink not working and treated like a fool and told how to work sink. Tried to explain I knew how to work sink. Personnel was dispatched to check out sink. Batteries replaced.

Check in was easy and the house was beautiful!! We will definitely be booking with your company again.

Everything was nice only changes would be better quality towels, filters for coffee maker and sticks to roast marshmallows at the fire pit. It was great over all! Two thumbs up

I absolutely love this company. They are responsive when visitors have needs and always so kind. The cabin that we stayed in has had the deck replaced in the two years since we were there prior, but it was disappointing to see that inside of the cabin had not received necessary work. Owls nest is in dire need of patching and painting to the walls. The restrooms (tile and tubs) also need attention.

I absolutely love Parkside Cabin Rentals and mostly because Jeff always makes each stay amazing. He is the best at customer service and always makes you feel truly welcome. We did have a couple of minor issues at our cabin but was addressed immediately when we called. The cabin is extremely nice however I feel like the cleaning crew leaves alot to be desired. Walking from the shower to the bedroom if you didn't put on shoes your feet would be black just in that short distance. The kitchen felt sticky as you walked it sounded as if your shoes were literally sticking to the floor. There was alot of "dusty" places so to speak. And the outside landscape could really use some attention. The flower beds are over grown and weeds and grass growing outside of flower beds that were pretty high and the path to the firepit is overgrown. The cabin is spectacular we saw alot of bear and turkey while we were there and it is very convenient as far as location to everything. Overall our experience was amazing but like I said I think the cleaning crews could do alot better. And Jeff is a huge asset to your company. He is the very reason I have used Parkside for so many years.

It was our 1st time not using a hotel . We really enjoyed our family of 5 being all together. Our Next visit we’ll plan ahead and plan dinners there.

When we arrived I realized I book us for 1 less day than intended . . . Jeff was very helpful in 'fixing' my mistake and made sure our accommodations were awesome. Thank you very much Jeff. Also, we had to call the technical team for TV/cable support . . both gentlemen arrived and 'fixed' our issues in minutes . . I did not get either of their names but thank you to both of them too. We will definitely recommend your accommodations and stay with you again some day.

Our stay was great as usual. Cabin is nice and secluded yet close to everything. When we needed some extra things, customer service delivered immediately. You guys are great! Love the parking passes. We hiked Mount Leconte, and really enjoyed the hot tub afterwards. Definitely will be staying again.

The staff upon arrival was so helpful with suggestions on great places to eat and visit! Our cabin was absolutely beautiful and better than we expected. When we needed sheets for the sofa bed, they brought them right to us! There were no hidden fees in their pricing either. We will definitely recommend you to our friends and plan on staying with you again! Thank you

Check in and check out process easy. Written directions to rental helpful. My only recommendation would be remind renters to remove all food and/or trash from vehicles and lock vehicles. A small bear opened our car door and helped himself to some snack items. Thankfully there was no damage. Also, a hair dryer would be an appreciated item. Overall, great experience though!

The cabin was very nice but had a few minor things that need to be fixed. The front door handle was loose on the inside and the in-door dispensers on the freezer door did not work at all. Neither of these issues impacted our stay. It was odd there were no dresser and a lot of closet space but no hangers. Thankfully we had brought some with us. Aside from those things the cabin was perfect and in a great location!

Garbage was picked up every time we called. Pleasant staff.

I loved staying with Parkside Cabin. The property was very clean and well kept. It wasn't too far from the attractions but was far enough to get the mountain feel.

We were told twice in a call that hair dryers were provided. We could not find one and maintenance advised you did not provide. I did not bring one based on what I was told. Hot tub on the covered porch outside master bedroom made the room and house very humid. We loved the house.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The free parking pass for downtown Gatlinburg was awesome too.

Prompt response when we thought the ice maker didn’t work. We really appreciated the parking passes and went downtown almost everyday. Liked the restaurant list you had available and we enjoyed the ones we visited. Office staff was very welcoming when we arrived, which made a great start to our stay.

You were thorough in explaining how to plan and your expectations of us. Kept your word was kind and friendly. We saw a big bear out the front door our first morning and he entertained us was neat bonus!

Everything was exceptional only had a few small complaints hot tub was not hot I should have turned it on and up as soon as I arrived,pool stick did not have tips on them and no chalk will bring my own next time , cornhole game was missing bags and a few were half empty didn’t have time to play it anyway but next time will bring my own. Maintenance was needed but very quick & friendly. Minor deferred maintenance but the place worked great. Maybe an inventory on kitchen items would be helpful. Lacked eating utensils & a can opener. Hot pads would be helpful.

The service at check-in was amazing. The staff was super friendly. This is by far one of our most favorite homes we’ve stayed in. The location was close to town but just far enough out to get the true Gatlinburg experience. Only thing I would add or change at the house is another entrance to the hot tub. Overall it was superb and we will definitely book Owl’s Nest in the future.

It felt very homey and cozy. Plenty of room for everyone. It was a perfect little cabin for our family.

The cabin was nice but needs to be painted on the inside. The walls were really dirty. The floor in the kitchen was slso dirty. The gas fireplace did not work.

Better than expected! Speedy check in, cabin had everything we needed. Cabin had a funny, musty smell and if you didn't wear shoes your socks and feet would turn black from the dirty floors. It didn't ruin our experience and we will be back!

Attention to details when cleaning and blinds needed in bedrooms.

The cabinets was nice the walls need painting the floors need cleaning the balcony and the jacuzzi area needs to be cleaned needs more kitchen equipment

Overall, we loved the cabin and amenities. It was very spacious and well equipped. It maybe wasn't as clean as I had hoped, but it was okay. We hope to stay again in the future.

We loved the location of the Owls Nest. However, the cabin was dirty on arrival. Good pieces left on counter, grease on cooktop, stuff floating in toilet, dirty silverware in the drawers. There were not enough linens for the cabin sleeping 10, there were 8 of us (we read that in the reviews and brought our own). There were no pot holders in the kitchen which made it hard to take a pan out of the oven at 400!!!!! Also not many dishes/silverware either for cabin size. Also, rocking chair on back deck broke while my husband was sitting in it (200#s).

The only thing I would recommend is leave a few extra towels and kitchen towels. Otherwise the cabin was roomy and had very comfy beds. It was a very enjoyable stay. Will return again someday and will recommend to family and friends

We really enjoyed our stay in the Nest cabin. It was very peaceful and quiet and a great location. Could use a little more Towels and linens Kitchen better silverware and pots and tupperware. Other than that it was fantastic stay and we would love to come back

They were excellent with helping you during registering and seeking the best cabin. Their customer service once I arrived to check in was awesome. They have ample information at check in to make sure you have an excellent time in Gatlinburg. We had a great experience except the drive to the cabin. The hill up to the cabin is really dangerous and unfriendly it is extremely dark narrow road with big deep ditches on each both sides so if you turn to sharp or miss your turn you will end up in one needing help from a tow car to get out and hopefully without injuries or worst.

We really enjoyed the cabin, it had very great accommodations. The only issue we had was that the wifi was very crappy and we couldn’t even send messages or access some sites. We only got 4 toilet paper rolls which I know it’s a starter supply, but for a cabin that sleeps 10 is way too little. The last thing was that the trash wasn’t always picked up when we called.

Owls Nest was a perfect cabin for us. This is our 4th year renting from Parkside, great cabins, easy check in and out, very clean, everything you need and more.

The cabin we rented was not clean and had a lot wrong with it. However when we let them know they moved us and we enjoyed our stay with Owls Nest we will definitely rent this home again. Thank you to the staff that made our stay amazing

Everything was relatively easy for check in/out the property was nice. It needs some deep cleaning (there was stuff in a couple of floor vents) would be nice to have better lighting outside for easier visibility to find at night.

We have stayed with several companies over the past few vacations, and this is our second stay with Parkside. We will likely choose Parkside for all of our future stays here.

The Cabin “Owls Nest” Was Great. Though, the lack of blinds for windows, more should be installed throughout the cabin. We Also Discovered Many windows in the cabin (that did have blinds) was there to cover MOLD! Location to the Hot Tub Could Use A Better Entrance or easier access without going through master suit. We loved the Owl's Nest looked like the pictures. We will return to this cabin again soon.
