Little Pigeon River House

Arrived at the cabin and it looked great, had a great week staying in our favorite cabin that we try to stay in when we go to Tennessee

Loved the cabin and location on the Little Pigeon River.

Excellent accommodation, very clean, well stocked, very comfortable and the response to requests was outstanding.

Only one complaint… there was no water pressure. Other than that the place was great!

We loved the cabin. It was very clean. We had what we needed in the kitchen except potholders lol. We almost burnt our hands. We loved the location and the patio was perfect. We will definitely be back!!

The cabin was excellent! Beds very comfortable after a long day of adventure! Loved the deck over the river! Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone! Thank you!

Booking and check in was very smooth. The location and presentation was fantastic! There was a few things that could use attention but over all it was a good experience.

We loved the house was a secluded location. Creek side access and view were great. Yet it was close to hiking trails.

Beautiful, clean cabin. No complaints other then the pool table is in an odd location. We tried playing pool but the table wasn't leveled and the balls just kept rolling to the other side so we really couldn't play pool. Maybe move the table to a more flat location

We truly enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was easy. We loved the river running behind the cabin. The fireplace outside along with the hot tub was really relaxing. Already booked for next year! Customer service was excellent!!

The cabin was wonderful, however our 16 month old had gotten his feet, knees, and hands black within minutes of being on the floor. I think mopping between guests would be beneficial! Otherwise, everything was wonderful! The renovations to the Little Pigeon River House were very well done. We will definitely stay there again.

Check-in was easy and informative. The Little River Pigeon House was perfect for our 2 couple group. The dead bugs and cob webs were a plenty in the corners of the rooms which was disappointing. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace, hot tub and the sounds of the river. Beds were comfy.

Everything was amazing. We absolutely loved our cabin and will definitely be back❤️

The cabin was beautiful, the landscape was awesome. We really did not want to leave. We are looking for the next time we come to stay again.

I would say you all did a fantastic job for the simple reason that the Little Pigeon River Cabin was nothing less than amazing. The stone setters , masons and carpeenters were all true masters of their crafts. My wife and I and our 8 year old grandson used this cabin as our hub for 5 days and 4 nights . The location was perfect for us to take in all our excursions by day yet anxious to return to the cabin for a night of hot tub and fire in your gorgeous fire place accompanied by the sounds of the river . We look forward to a return visit for sure .

Amazing! We loved our cabin and the beautiful view! Having the water right out the back door was the best!

We couldn’t get the door looked and had to call after hours maintenance and he came out right away and fixed the lock. Other than the lock issue everything was good. We will definitely use y’all again.

Great cabin.., did have some inch worms on the middle bathroom...close to the water I guess. Moth balls on patio were strong smelling, ran us in!!

Cabin was gorgeous. Fishing was a let down in stream n no wildlife. Very clean

Cabin was perfect for what we were looking for on a creek! Location was good distance from town and we enjoyed the ride between.

Check-in is always easy and staff friendly. We did have to call for trash pickup which was easy and scheduled for the next day.

Cabin was so perfect and clean. Loved the freebies they gave us. The parking pass was excellent considering our three day event was right across the road. I will definitely stay with yall again. The only thing I would suggest is extra cover for the beds. It was way colder downstairs. We bought some while there.

Need more kitchen towels—only had one drying towel! It was very clean—which we really appreciated! It rained a lot so we didn’t use the outside fireplace or hot tub! It would have been great if the hot tub had a cover! We had a great time and discussed coming back there next year!

We absolutely loved everything about our cabin, Riverside! The size was perfect for our family. . The outdoor fire pit was great. They kept our firewood restock. The hot tub was amazing. Beautiful place. Needs more attention to detail regarding the cleaning. Cigarette butts in stinky bucket on back porch. Frying pan was not cleaned before put in cabinet. Ceiling fans are very dirty.

The cabin was so clean and plenty of starter items before you could get to the store!

The outside fireplace was not cleaned out. Everything else was fine

Cabin was very clean and nice. I would recommend putting dressers in the bedrooms and the water needs to be looked at. There was a sewer gas type smell that permeated the clothes being washed as well as filled the bottom floor with a very bad smell.

Cabin was amazing and we loved sitting on the deck listening to the water and watching the squirrels. Check in was super easy and Jeff was very helpful and a delight to talk to. We will definitely use Parkside for our future vacations

We loved everything about this cabin. Beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay overall but there were several things that could be improved upon. There was construction equipment blocking part our view of the river. There was a haphazard pile of construction rocks blocking the stairs leading down to the river. There was a lot of mud and uneven ground around the river deck which made walking around dangerous. There was random construction debris around the deck and house. We’d love to stay at this location again but only after construction and the various debris is cleared away.

Excellent place to stay. Loved the location! Would suggest to provide written details on how to work televisions. Since service is spotty , perhaps provide DVD player and few movies. Beautiful area!

I love parkside cabins and will continue to stay with them! The cabins are always spotless which is most important to me. Also, I love that each cabin has all its details on the website so you can pick exactly what you’re looking for and know what to expect!!

The Little Pigeon River Cabin was beautiful. We loved the location. The only thing we didn’t like was having to go into Gatlinburg to check it. Wish we could of just called and have gotten code but other than that everybody was awesome😀

Everything was amazing!!! The road to the cabin itself was a little tricky, but the view was worth it! We had a blast!!

Check in was easy and staff very friendly. In our rental, it was cold downstairs where the bedrooms were at but the thermostat was upstairs. Wish I would've been told prior that there was construction in the backyard so we couldn't walk down to the waters edge.

Amazing stay! Had some issues with water pressure. And also the parking and road to the cabin aren't the best. But other than that we loved it!

The staff was so nice and very helpful. The Cabin was Beautiful. I will definitely use Parkside Cabin Rentals on my next stay.

Everything was great minus someone left the hoses for the hot tub laying out and we had to sweep all the decks off. Nothing major other than that it was perfect

I really enjoyed my stay. Check in was very easy, and Jeff did an awesome job with directions to the cabin. The cabin was clean overall. Some areas of the cabins needed dusting. The whirlpool in the main bathroom takes along time to fill. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the view. Parking is a bit tight. However we will definitely be staying again in the future.

The whirlpool tub did not work. There is water damage near the light in the hallway downstairs. The cable box in the master bedroom did not work.

The staff was friendly and courteous. The welcome package was a nice bonus and we loved the parking passes for Gatlinburg.

Cabin was clean and well stocked with towels and essentials, close to town but far enough away to provide truly quiet time.

Promptly resolved matter with washer and jacuzzi. Friendly staff at check in and check out.

The cabin was nice, but the housekeeping could have been a little more thorough; lots of cobwebs and dirt in corners. I would recommend some throw blankets of some sort for the living room.

We really enjoyed staying in The Little Pigeon River Cabin while we visited the mountains this Christmas with Jason and myself with my two girls. We have been to the Smokies the last two Years during our Christmas vacation but This was Jason's first time and he loved it. He is visiting me during the Holidays from his home In England. We hope to make many more family vacations to the Great Smoky Mountains!! Thank You Joanna & Jason

Best cabins in the world. Clean, affordable, and relaxing. Paradise has a professional staff that's always willing and available to help.

I have stayed in Parkside Cabins several times over the years we have visited Gatlinburg. We have never had a bad experience. Any minor issues have been resolved in a timely and professional manner. Every employee has always been friendly and helpful. We don’t get to visit as much as we would like, but when we do I always book a cabin with Parkside.

Pleasant. Only thing I would recommend is that road were clear of tree limbs hanging out over road and what size of vehicle has easy access. Larger vehicle not impossible but little aggrevating getting in and out of roads to cabin. Other than that cabin was great

It was a lovely cabin! Only thing I noticed wrong was the towel holders where falling off the wall. And the deck needed to be power washed off. Other then that it was Great!

The staff who checked us in was very polite. We have stayed in this cabin 9 times in past few years. We felt the company could of given us more than the standard stay 6 and get the 7 th free. We have stayed in other Parkside cabins also so we are long standing customers. The cabin stove is dangerous as the back right burner won't turn off unless you take the knob off and manually turn it off.

Check in was easy and quick and we loved the welcome package. Had a great time.

Enjoyed the little pigeon cabin, they provided plenty of linens, and the river provided a pleasant back drop for relaxing. The cabin could have been cleaner, it was very dusty, we also bought some air fresheners to help with the fire place smell. The dvd / vhs player was extremely outdated and had no remote. Staff was very friendly and we were able to extend our stay a day...I hope to return soon!

everything was great with the exception the of the non working phone and not any warning of how steep the driveway really was and would love to stay again but with a discounted price on cabin rental fee. oh and several cob webs and wasp nest around the cabin needed cleaned up , but enjoyed the stay and thanks for the keurig.

all was very good, we had very good time, had spoke with person when made reservations whether neighbors were close by..and was told no however very close by...but we love the area and the people in area and will be back..just not to that cabin will try to find another one prob with this company as this was our 2nd time with parkside rentals

This is the second year in a row that we stayed at The Little Pigeon River House. We love it and will be back new year. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time!! Definitely coming back again, I wish we could've stayed longer!! Our children are 4 and 1 when my 4 year old found out that we were going home he wasn't very happy he said the cabin was his new home. The only thing I'd say to another family that's planning on staying there that they bring a baby gate if they have a toddler, it was a life saver!!

We had a wonderful experience. Other than an issue with our jacuzzi and a nasty trash can everything was nice. Was pleased that our issues were addressed at a timely fashion. I would however recommend that someone look over the cabin prior to someone checking in to be sure the cleanliness is acceptable for someone's stay.

Very friendly staff. Really appreciate maintenance going beyond the call of duty when our car battery died and left us stranded.Cabin was great, The view was awesome. Clean and welcoming.

Cabin was great but there were a few problems. Sign for cabin was on the ground so drove right pass entenace. Facing out on the top floor, sliding door on the left hand side; screen came off track and there was a metal piece kept falling off door. 2nd bedroom; had no Direct TV control and unable to turn off light to use fan. The chain for the light was missing.

Good value and location but not as clean as we would have liked and somewhat under supplied with glassware and other kitchen supplies.

We really enjoyed or stay at the little pigeon house cabin. I enjoyed the perks of free parking passes for gatlinburg. There were plenty of towels for our stay. However there are a few things I would change: 1. Our first night we got there without a lighter or way to start a fire in the fireplace 2. Although there was plenty of it, the firewood was too green. It was very difficult to start a fire with the firewood that was provided. 3. I believe the cabin could use a good deep cleaning. There was quite a lot of dust on things, and the floors/rugs weren't very clean. 4. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. It looks old, tattered and dirty. 5. The shower head should be cleaned or replaced. It sprays in all directions. The cabin was somewhat difficult to find our first night. There should be a sign at the beginning of the road that shows the range of cabins that are at the bottom of the hill. I.e. 3508-3510. The beginning of the road only showed two addresses. This was misleading. The bed linens and pillows were awesome but the comfort level of the mattress was not comfortable after the first night. The mattress should be replaced. It was very squeaky and uncomfortable. We really loved that there were wood burning fireplaces but just wish the wood burned better. This was a really romantic cabin and I would stay again. I just wish it was cleaned a little better and a few things updated or replaced.

We have stayed in this cabin seven times. We extended our stay and the staff brought out towels at our request.

Cabin was excellent the view was good. It was very clean. And the desk clerks where very nice and yes I'll be back soon. Thanks for the good hospitality

very pleased with our stay....I do feel the Busy Bee Cleaning Company needs to do a little better job. We had to wash the extra blankets in both BR closets because they were soiled and had a musky smell. Dust was in every corner and bad on TV stand.

Fast and easy check in and out. Cabin was very clean and peaceful. AC did not work very well but still enjoyed our stay.

I appreciated the ease of booking the cabin on line, knowing the address in advance so I could scout out the neighborhood, liked the treat bag I got at check in, The cabin was clean and nice, we did not build a fire but it had plenty of cut wood if we wanted to nice touch. Our only problem was we did not stay long enough. Next year we will be back and stay longer.

We loved it! The house was beautiful and clean. We loved being on the river.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Cute cabin - not fancy but clean. Plenty of firewood, towels and dishes for a family of four. We spent most of our time down by the river bank fishing and letting the kids run and play. There's an easy little trail to get down tom the "beachy" area.

nice quiet cabin, missed the smokey Mt. Channel/advertisements on tv, and local news too! Was told the cabin is "dated" which was true (probably could use some new curtains/blinds), but not a big deal. Didn't love the entrance/exit of the cabin (especially in the dark), enjoyed the creek side view, the beds were great! Check in,out also excellent:)

Cabin was nice and roomy...hot tub was small for 4 adults. Overall good experience. Check in very efficient ...customer service really good.
