Everything was very clean and provided ...only thing was the carpenter bees was crazy ,couldn't enjoy the hot tub because they were so bad otherwise it was great

We simply enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the atmosphere was very peaceful. It was a perfect getaway. We came when weather was starting to warm up so their were some ants and cobwebs in the house. I would add a fan/vent in the bathroom so black mold doesn't get worse.

The cabin we stayed in could not have been cuter! It could use a good dusting/spring cleaning of the blinds and windows, as well as needing an exhaust fan in the bathroom so you don’t have mildew on the ceiling/walls. Other than that, it was perfect! The hot tub along the creek was simply perfect. The stone steps down to the rushing creek was amazing! I loved that it was semi private. The huge field helped with that. The only negative was the trash on the hill up behind the cabin but at least the deck and creek were not facing that mess.

The question says tell you how you did! There is nothing but praise that you DID everything just perfect

Cabin was fine but not very clean ..baseboards covered in dust, something on the bathroom floor in front of washer /dryer. . No broom & dust pan to even sweep up tracked in leaves etc., no extra blankets or linens, Small details make a big difference !

Very friendly staff, especially Jeff, he was extremely helpful! Clean cabin, very well kept up. Just need baking sheets and a phone that worked :).

Our stay was great. Loved the cabin by the creek. Cabin had everything we needed. The staff was awesome. They were so accommodating to everything we needed. . The only reason we gave it a 4 star and not a 5: Bed is very hard, towels need to be bigger and it was clean but room for improvement. With that said, I would recommend staying there. We will definitely be coming back. It was a great experience. Want to say thank you Jeff for giving us a list of great places to eat.

Everything was very clean and beautiful, however the dryer was not functioning. The area, directions to the cabin and landscaping was great.

Everyone @ Parkside Rental office was Very professional & helpful. I wanna Thank Jeff for all the help with making the Reservation on the phone & answering all my questions & to Even meeting him @ check- in. Even check out was great & quick. Thank you! 😊 Just a few things about the cleaning crew. There was alot of dust , cobwebs , dead bugs in the window ledges. Ceiling fan in bedroom was dusty. Floors were dusty & dirty under stands in living room.. No linens were left or even put on pull out bed. Stove had something sticky on top. And toilet wasn't cleaned very well. And there were Ants on kitchen counter crawling & in some in bathroom too. There was a bee problem outside the cabin too. Hot tub could of used a little more water in it. Other than the cleaning crew, My husband & I enjoyed our vacation @ Little Bear Creek Cabin. It was very beautiful & relaxing. 😊👏💜

The overall cabin experience was good with the exception of our water turning brown. Jeffery explained that the area was experiencing a drought and that multiple cabins were experiencing the same problem.

Easy check in/out. Friendly staff with good local recommendations. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We did not cook but appeared to have ample dishes etc to do so. Sufficient amount of towels. Bed was comfortable but a little too soft for our liking. Hot tub was wonderful after a long day of hiking in the park. Loved being by the creek with the relaxing sounds of the flowing water. All around great visit.

Nice 2 person place. Direct TV and WiFi need help. Comfortable bed and the AC definitely works well.

Very cute cabin. The bed was super comfy! I would suggest better bath towels and maybe coffee and filters since there’s no coffee real close by. We loved the property, and ability to have a fire was great! We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing everything was clean, pictures online were exactly what we had. We have already been looking at cabins for our next vacation. Only thing I wish was there was a broucher with pictures of the cabin so we could look at them easier

I had rented from Parkside previously and decided to try them for a Girls Weekend. I rented a small cabin right outside of Gatlinburg in Cosby. The cabin was on a beautiful and secluded piece of property right by the creek. There was a fire pit, hot tub (with its own detached covered deck), small grill and pool table for outside enjoyment. However, there were a few concerns. There were cobwebs and dust bunnies throughout, several broken items in the kitchen, and dishes that had been put away wet (I assume this was the fault of the previous renter), mold in bathroom as there is no exhaust fan and the sleeping portion of the sofa has seen better days. With all of that being said, I contacted Parkside and spoke with Abbey. She listened to my concerns and thanked me for bringing it to her attention. She then promptly comped me for a nights stay. Talk about excellent customer service. Thank you Abbey and Parkside for making things right.

The cabin was beautiful, and with a hot tub, pool table, fire pit, and natural creek, it was very hard to leave!

We had a great stay! We loved the porch and hot tub. The bed was very comfortable. The creek was very calming. We noticed some ants in the living room and kitchen but that is to be expected at a cabin in the woods.. definitely would not deter us from returning

Little Bear Creek was a very relaxing place to stay. We loved that there were no close neighbors, and we loved the creek just outside the front door. We used the firepit 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. We appreciated not having to pay extra for firewood. We would definitely stay at Little Bear Creek again.

Everything was great! Check in was easy. Maintenance came and fixed the tv (showed how to operate) quickly and was friendly and professional.

Great clean cabin. Had all the little things we could have needed. Only issue was we had 3 towels to last two people 4 days. We tried to use the washer and dryer but would fall asleep before they were done and stayed pretty busy the entire stay. Otherwise great stay and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Cabin was clean. Nice secluded setting. Would have been nice if we had somewhere to put garbage instead of someone having to come to cabin. Poor choice of tv channels. Poor sound quality from tv.

The cabin was beautiful. The view was magnificent. The kitchen was equipped nicely which allowed us to prepare some meals at "home". The bathroom was clean and had the essentials needed for personal care. The shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. The bed was firm and comfortable. If I could, I'd buy this place for my retirement home.

First time staying at a cabin from Parkside. The location was about 30 mins from downtown which was a little bit of a drawback but the cabin was perfect. The cabin was clean and full of utensils to get us through the weekend. It made for a perfect engagement vacation.

The whole experience was nice for me and my wife's anniversary. Everything was up to standard. Will definitely come back again

We have stayed in many different cabins of yours for over 10 years, and they never disappoint! We have a few favorite cabins, but we enjoy experiencing different cabins in different areas. We enjoy staying around the Cosby area, so we are happy to find cabins in that general area away from the city. We woke up to our smoke detector beeping this past Saturday. We made a call to the office an it was taken care of before our return later that afternoon. Thank you for your prompt attention!

Everything was nice. The cabin was great and the creek was beautiful! The cabin was missing a few things, but they were brought to us the same day we called. I think a big trash can outside would be nice to put trash bags in. I didn't like leaving the bags inside on the wood floors when we left. Thank you for a nice and relaxing stay!

Beautiful location. Homey, cozy cabin. Peaceful and quiet. Soaps, laundry soaps, utensils- everything you would need is provided. The hot tub by the creek is a great place to relax. Directions to the cabin were clear and easy to follow.

The cabin is beautiful. It was in a nice remote location which is nice for a getaway from the crowded city. The cleaning crew however, does not pay attention to detail. The light fixtures and ceiling fans throughout needed to be cleaned as they were very dusty and greasy. The toilet had a dark brown ring in the bowl, and behind the t.v. In the living area was covered in cobwebs. The cabin had a couch that lets out in to a bed and there was not enough linen for it. The hot tub was dirty and did not look like the water had been emptied out or cleaned for sometime. The hot tub was not a big deal we just did not use it. The staff and check in were very nice and I did not call and report any issues. I am just making you aware of the issues I witnessed. Thank You

Parkside Cabin Rentals went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We stayed at the Little Bear Creek Cabin and it was a perfect fit for us! Small cabin by the creek that makes you honestly feel at home. Loved the property and all of the amenities. Called night of arriving to request firewood for the outdoor fire pit, as we didn't have any upon arrival. They said they would gladly put an order in for us to get a load the next day. Woke up to a stack of firewood outside the next morning. Very polite and courteous staff all around! Can't wait for our next stay with y'all! Honestly BEST cabin rentals we have dealt with in the area.

I called about several issues and I feel they were un addressed. A pile of dead bugs in living room corner, was unable to use hide a bed in living room. No one showed up or called. We did without the bed. There weren't enough batteries in remote control devices. I had to use mine and repeatedly return them to my heart monitor and camera. The toilet was dirty and stained. Cob webs around unit. Otherwise it's a beautiful little cabin. It would have been nice to use extra bed. We felt forced to do without.

Wonderful place to stay, great view, very calm and quiet. We enjoyed ourselves.

Everything was as wonderful as the last time. Small complaints, but nothing that would prevent us from returning. Our Wi-Fi and internet connections didn't work, even after a visit from a nice employee (who fixed the tv). Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to be able to stay in touch with the outside world without having to drive several miles to get a signal. Also, he explained to us how to get the televisions outside to work. It would be helpful to have a guide or something in the cabin to let guests know they have to have the boxes on indoors in order to get channels on the outdoor TVs. This was not that important to us, but may be to others. We were most interested in the creek!! Bed is comfy, kitchen is okay for what we needed (although a complimentary coffee would be fabulous for people like us who forgot to bring coffee and had to leave the cabin first thing in the morning to get some! ) The free parking pass was perfect because we just wanted to go into town for dinner, and paying $8 just to park to eat dinner would have been painful. We love Little Bear Creek, and we will definitely return.

We had a fantastic visit and loved our cozy cabin.

The cabin was very nice, stream in back really was enjoyable. However there are a few things that needs improving: there is only one burner on the stove that works, the light outside for the pool table didn't work and a few of the lights for the hot tub were out as well. Some of the local neighbors were traveling back and forth down the road throughout the night in loud vehicles, (I know there's nothing you can do about that, just wanted you to know). Me and my wife have been using Park Side for the past two years to celebrate our anniversary and we enjoy the cabins and time away. We will see y'all next year.

Relaxing experience. The pipes froze, but maintenance was prompt in unfreezing them.
