Service was excellent. Our cabin was beautiful. The only problem we had was that we noticed a DVD player and went out and bought a movie to watch. When we got ready to watch it that evening we found the player was not connected to the TV and no outlet available to plug it into. We didn't want to try to move things around to get it all connected. Also a note to the owner, we noticed evidence of possible carpenter bees on the front deck.

The cabin is in a nice location, close to Gatlinburg and just a short drive to Pigeon Forge. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable. The fridge was not working properly on our first night, I called the staff and they sent someone out asap to look at it. Cabin was a little dirty but overall great experience.

The rental process was very easy from booking to checking in and checking out. The cabin was well appointed with everything we needed for the weekend. The parking pass was very useful. The only complaint was the upstairs porch with the pool table was filthy and the pool table cover was disintegrating and left debris all over the table.

Not only was it great cabin, but the view was perfect! You guys covered our parking for the strip which made it 10x better, the cabin was also only 5min from the strip!! Overal great people and the staff gave us some great recommendations

Cabin was as expected with supplies, etc as described. One problem was lots of bugs in the main kitchen light and burnt-out bulb over fireplace. Cleaning crew should turn on all lights to check for these types of things. A big recommendation I’d have for any cabin rental - stop using the horrible, dim, white light bulbs. I can almost guarantee that it gives people a lower opinion of the quality of the cabin and they may not even realize why. So cold and not homey or well lit. People want bright, happy, golden light to cook by and read by. But we enjoyed the cabin overall and the location was very convenient to everything.

One of your Employees = Jeff went above and beyond taking care of us. We were staying at Mountain Memories and when we arrived back at the cabin on Tuesday evening about 8:30. We discovered that lightning struck a tree right by the cabin and it ended up knocking out 2 windows and some other damage to the cabin. I called the office and got Jeff and told him the situation. He immediately found us another cabin about 5 minutes away. He said the office closes at 9pm but he would stay there till we arrived at new cabin to make sure it was good and we arrived at new cabin everything was in place. I called Jeff and let him know and thanked him for staying on till we were good. Will definitely be using your rentals again. Thank you Jeff Very Much!

Beautiful place to stay. Beautiful cabin and scenery. Clean and very accommodating. Internet was lagging a lot and the kids didn't like that. Wasn't a big deal to me. Friendly staff. Very helpful and kind. Got free parking passes for the strip in Gatlinburg. Love this place. Will definitely go back!!

Everything went well. The cabin was clean. I do have one Big problem with that cabin- the upper windows in the bedrooms need black out curtains or blinds. The security lights kept turning on in the neighbors cabin flooding the bedroom with light, waking us up. If those upper windows were blacked out, I would stay at Laurel haven again. I didn’t get any sleep while there. I would not stay at that cabin unless the problem was fixed

Overall good and would stay again. Would recommend speaking with the cleaning service. Cobwebs on the windows and some of the furniture. Floors need some maintenance by the base boards.

I would rate 5 stars if we could have just went straight to the cabin instead of checking into your office first. It would have been a lot more convenient. No reason you can’t email/text the address and door code. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again. Thank you!

All of the staff were great. The cabin was amazing. However, in the pictures online it appears to be much more secluded than it is. The beautiful porch with the hot tub actually faces the cul de sac and 3 other cabins. All the amazing glass windows in the living room area have no blinds, so at night with the lights on you are very visible to the neighbors. If privacy isn’t an issue, this place is great. We were there on our honeymoon, so privacy was a little concerning.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was great and clean. It would have been nice to have a few pots and pans, but we made do with buying some aluminum foil. When the garbage was full, it was picked up in a timely manner! PS, it appeared as though previous renters left garbage in the outdoor bear container instead of calling, so you may want to check that out. :)

Everything was perfect. Hiking advice was on point, caring was spotless and everyone was super friendly. Only improvements I could suggest are a mop and broom in house for spills ect. And a method to tip outside of cash. Everyone in my party was using cash ap and no one was carrying cash. Please extend my apology to the house keeping team it was certainly not a reflection on thier work. We left all we had but it was no where near enough.

We loved our cabin! The ice machine didn’t work correctly and the one lightbulb was out in the frig. Our kids staying in the loft would have liked a blind at the back door of the loft for privacy. And the blinds are too narrow at the doors going to porch from the downstairs bedrooms, so you can see in easily from the outside. But the cabin was wonderful otherwise and really nice. The location was perfect for us! The table and chairs and bar stools were very nice.

Many clean Kitchen supllies, clean beds, ice maker broken, fun w/pool table, hot tub clean it was wonderful 104 degrees, driveway is steep.hard on bad knees. Overall a Comfortable cabin, Not to far from Gatlinburg. Would I use this cabin again ? No because of driveway being too steep for me. But, I would try another one of your cabins.

Chalet was beautiful. Some of the smaller details kind of make ones opinion fall to one side of the fence or the other. Over range lights didnt work. Fridge interior light and exterior light didn’t work. Ice chute of in-door ice dispenser broken so didn’t seal off . Was afraid of breaking ice maker due to warm air causing ice buildup and keeping freezer door from opening and closing. Again, small details.....but those things are sometimes what sway my decisions on where to stay. All things considered, family loved the accommodations.

Loved the cabin we stayed in it was very clean and comfortable. The gift bag at check in had great deals especially the free parking in downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was stocked with plenty of essentials for a weeks long stay. Overall very pleased with our stay.

The cabin was great! Very clean and had pretty much everything we would have needed had we stayed longer. The only small issue was that GPS doesn't take you to the cabin. It takes you to the next street up. I know that's nothing the company has control over, but just a suggestion to maybe make a note for future guests.

This is our second time renting a cabin with you. The cabin we stayed in this time was very nice and close to everything but still in a quiet spot. It was easy to check-in and good directions to the cabin. We appreciated the tourist information and coupons, especially the free parking at the garage in Gatlinburg. The only thing that would have been nice in this particular cabin would be some blinds on the lower windows in the sitting area for privacy. The blinds on the doors in the bedrooms that led out to porch were cut too short and didn't completely cover the window which took away from privacy in the bedrooms as well. We will definitely rent from you again. It would be nice if you offered a discount to repeat renters :)

Couldn't ask fro friendlier service. Check in was fast and easy which is welcomed after a 9 hour drive. Laurel Haven has a nail sticking up out of one of the bottom steps to the loft. Luckily kids kept missing it but I caught it a couple times. Shower curtains are about a foot too long so it takes up half the shower floor. Everything was clean, plenty of towels to last the week. Perfect location. Overall just right for our family.

Could have used more than one dish cloth and one dish towel, all the dishes were wet when we took them out of the cabinets, some cob webs in places but overall a nice place to stay.

The cabin was nice, but it could use a few more spoons and less cobwebs. The cabin is supposed to sleep 8, but the were only enough spoons for 4. The couch and chair were very uncomfortable to sit in. We pulled the deck chairs inside to use them.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful! Everything was exactly as depicted on the website. We loved the layout of Laurel Haven. It was perfect for allowing social times as well as space for private and quiet times. It was great to have a full kitchen and luxurious bathrooms!

This was our fourth year at this cabin and hope to be able to come back next Christmas break. Feels like home, Love it!!! However, there were two minor issues, first at check in there was some confusion whether cabin clean already or not and it was already 5:00 the second issue was outside light by stairs was out which made it difficult to see the steps.

Everything at Laurel Haven was great! Just like in the pictures! We didn't use the trolley but it's right at the community center. It was wonderful to be away from the hustle & bustle of the Parkway.

We had a overall good experience. We had a ant problem in the kitchen, and I suggest a motion light on the driveway, it was very difficult to see at night. Overall it was a good experience.

Once again, our relationship with Parkside has been a very positive one! The cabin (Laurel Haven) was perfect for our family needs. We arrived a little early and were accommodated quickly for check in so that we could drop off personal possessions and go shop for a birthday cake before the arrival of the rest of our party. I really appreciate the cooperation for that request! I called back and had to get instructions for locking the door (key pad is an awesome feature but I didn't know the operation of locking it). We were instructed and professionally and cordially treated. Good experience with this cabin, the staff and support staff.

Love the cabin! Past visits there were motion lights out front but not this visit. Hard to see front steps. Ironing board broken & not enough kitchen cooking & eating utensils. Overall we still love the cabin.
