The cabin was clean and ready for us. When we had trouble with the hot tub, you sent someone out right away.

Something rattling in the vents. Hot tub cover falling to pieces other than that it was a good stay.

The staff was very friendly. The only issue we had was the hot tub not working.

We loved the cabin with a beautiful view. Only complaint is that we only had 2 bath towels for our entire stay, and hot tub wasn't warm enough to use until our second to last day of our visit and it was a big part of why we booked a cabin. Everything else was wonderful. Close to town and still mountain view.

Excellent clean room and exceptional customer service. Will be booking again for next year. Only thing was our hot tub was definitely older and the jets were not working properly. Probably needs to be replaced. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in spite of the hot tub not working properly.

Nice view, there were three bear cubs that tried to come onto the porch. Over all it was a very nice location.

The cabin was very comfortable and perfect for a small family. The view was amazing. When I saw it was similar to the viewing tower at Anakeesta from seeing it across from the porch. I wondered why I even went to Anakeesta!

Only thing negative I see with this beautiful Cabin is I wish the porch could be blocked off at nights because the bears tried to get in a time or two in the morning. Also wish the checkout was a bit later but overall love the experience

It was a nice clean cabin! It was very peaceful for my wife and I. We chose you for our honeymoon. The only downside was the hot tub cover. It didn’t have latches and it almost blew off a couple of times. It was very loud when it blew and hit the back door in the middle of the night it frightened us.

The man working the office was very professional and good at his job. However, the Honey Bear cabin looked like it was finished by someone with no experience or someone who had no effort. My wife and I are low maintenance and don’t really care about things like that but it may be worth looking at for other customers in the future.

The cabin was very nice and clean, the view from the deck was great. The location was very convenient to downtown. It was a great stay. Had a little problem with the living room TV because it couldn’t find the input connection. But that was not a big deal for us.

Loved the cabin and the view. In the bathroom it would have been nice to have a hook on the door or wall to hang your robe or clothes on. We saw bears everyday that we were there.

It's a very nice cabin just needs a deep cleaning and a good dusting.

Always love staying your cabins , we did have a Moma Bear and 3 cubs repeatedly around and the first couple days she was pretty aggressive, if I had to guess the people that stayed the week before had to have been feeding her. Hot tub was nice but way to over chlorinated actually took our breath away sitting in it , but overall a great week and looking forward to a return again next year!!

Cabin was great. People at check-in were so friendly. I would recommend monitoring the cleaning crew's work as the tub and shower was caked in blue soap residue.

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfect! The weather was perfect, cabin was great and we will definitely be back!

Overall it was a great experience. Loved the restaurant recommendations. Cabin was nice and the view was amazing. The only complaint I would have, and it is very small, is the cabin appeared to need a deep cleaning. Dust in corners and along walls and what appeared to be some crumbs in the kitchen area. Not a deal breaker, just an observation.

Check in was very smooth and easy. Glad my husband and daughter stayed at the cabin prior though because I didn’t expect the road to the cabin to be so steep but after a few times doing it was easy to deal with! My only complaint is that there were some mice in the cabin (to be expected being in the woods and all) but maybe some traps when people aren’t staying to catch them prior to people arriving would be nice!

We loved the Honey Bear cabin. It was in a beautiful, very quiet location. The cabin was well supplied, and comfortable. A few issues though… Cabin seemed kind of dusty & could have stood some deep (Spring) cleaning. The seals on the exterior doors also need to be replaced. You could see daylight under/around the doors. This has led to some mice taking up residence in the cabin. They seem to be coming in & out of the fire place. We didn’t see this, until until our last night there… or I would have given you a call. We really did enjoy the cabin, but wanted to let you know about these issues.

This was a very cozy cabin. We truly enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and view. Only recommendation would be adding a few extra towels, we seemed to run out quickly with two kids.

We enjoyed our cabin. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. You were stingy with the towels though and the water pressure wasn't too good. The view from our cabin's deck was beautiful. We were in the trees and the autumn colors were at their peak. We even saw several bears. We will be back.

Outstanding work during these strange times. I was able to choose the cabin I wanted based on the multiple pictures on the website, and then was able to book and get access to the cabin over the phone and without any face to face interaction. Our cabin was clean, and prepared prior to our arrival with the a/c and hot tub already ready to go when we arrived.

The cabin's location (Honey Bear) is absolutely amazing. The views are breathtaking! The cabin was perfect for our romantic getaway. Kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, everything was clean -- we can't wait to come back.

Aside from the bed being really high off the floor (my wife and I are both in our sixties and I'm handicapped) and the toilet being really low to the floor, we had a great time. The view was great and the ease of getting in the cabin was very accommodating (again, I'm handicapped). We booked again for next year.

The ladies at the front desk when we checked in were very pleasant. The view from our deck and hot tub were breathtaking. We had a few minor problems but were taken care of immediately.

Everything was excellent. The reservation process was easy and check in equally as pleasant. The cabin was absolutely wonderful with view as promised (only complaint is needing some light over the sink and I forgot to tell you at check out that the light in the hood over the stove is apparently burned out) with easy parking and entry with no steps involved. Furniture was great with very comfortable bed. All the amenities were there that were needed.

The cabin was perfect for our anniversary trip. It is only a couple of minutes from downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away to relax and enjoy the scenery.

We stayed in the honey bear cabin and it was absolutely perfect. The cabin was clean and looked just like the pictures. The dual sided fireplace is awesome and kept us nice and toasty. I would definitely stay here anytime I come to Gatlinburg. Check in and out was simple and fast. Minor issue: the bathroom door doesn't close all the way so you can't close and lock the door.

We stayed at the Honey Bear. It was very clean and exactly as pictured in the website. Check in was simple as was checkout. When we called for trash pick up, [our one and only call necessary] they came within an hour. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Our stay was very uneventful and that is a good thing. No problems and all was smooth.

It would have been nice if you had told us that all the cabins around Honey Bear were burned during the fires.

The overall experience was pretty good. I do have a few suggestions I'd love to share. The first thing my wife and I noticed when we walked in was a clear trash bag filled with towels and linens sitting on the couch. I wasn't sure if it was clean or dirty or if the cleaning crew accidentally left it there? I suggest leaving clean linens out nicely folded on the sink counter top, end of the bed, or maybe next to the jacuzzi? Just not in a trash bag. The next thing we noticed was that the light fixture above the TV in the living room had a loud "buzzing" noise when turned on. We just left it off for that reason. Speaking of the lights- and this may sound silly, but half the light bulbs in the cabin were a bright white fluorescent while the others were a soft yellow. That might sound like a small critique but lighting plays a huge part in making a space. The bright white fluorescent LED does not go well with the natural warm wood throughout the cabin. I believe the technical name for the light color I think would be best is called "soft white" (it has a more natural yellow hue). Another small critique, there were only 2 wine glasses in the cabinets and they were mismatched. Consistency helps to make it feel more genuine or "fancy." Next, the hot tub water was freezing the first day we were there (we only stayed 2 nights). I called the front desk to ask them about it 20 min after we checked in. The guy told me it'd take only a couple hours to heat up, but it wasn't near ready until the next morning. And just a disclaimer, I did tell the lady at the front desk about this at checkout, and she did give me a break on the cleaning fee, which was more than commendable. The reason I bring it up here is so the staff can know that when those cabins are booked in advance, everything ought to be ready to go by check in time, including the hot tub. Okay, the last thing I can think of, and possibly the biggest, is the area around the cabin (Honey Bear Cabin). It was the only cabin left on the mountain after the fire. Lots of rubble on all sides of the cabin. I know nothing really can be done about that anytime soon, and the fire was so devasting. Perhaps that should have been expected before I booked it, but a disclaimer or warning of what to expect might have been nice before booking- it looked like a war zone (and I don't mean that with disrespect, just an observation). I think that's all I can think of for now. I always appreciate when I receive critiques or suggestions from my consumers in my occupation so I can better myself and the experience for others. That's why I take the time to give you guys feedback. Hope this helps. Thank you!!

Everything was as expected. We had one pleasant surprise when we received a repeat discount. We have stayed at this cabin for four years in a row and this was the first we had heard of it. Much appreciated! Regretfully, I noticed at least one thing from a previous visit had not changed. There is something stuck in the vent system in honey bear. When the heat or air kicks on, something (it sounds like a pebble) starts rattling around. Not exactly what you want waking you up in the middle of the night! Hopefully it can be rectified by our next visit! Of course, everyone has suggestions. The bathroom could use an update (but it is certainly serviceable as is). The sofa is a bit uncomfortable because the end seats put you on top of the. Meta bed frame, which is a tad uncomfortable. Of course, that helps add occupancy. These are relatively minor quibbles. We always like staying at This cabin (obviously, since we have stayed multiple times). In many ways, it feels like our cabin because it is so familiar.

this was I believe our 4th cabin we have rented with your company. As always we Enjoyed our stay. This trip was for our wedding anniversary. We loved the location and the set up of this cabin. Only complaints are............the Floor was not clean, my wife swept and mopped it, the dvd did not have a cable to the tv, and there were ants everywhere in the kitchen. we sprayed every night in the sink and garbage before we went to bed. All in All the stay was very good. I always recommend your company to anyone going there.

Excellent service at check in. Cabin was perfect! It was very clean. The grill outside was clean and very adequate. The Hot Tub was in excellent working condition. We were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. The fireplace was very romantic. The mattress in the king sized bed slept very comfortably and the kitchen was equipped with modern appliances, as well as utensils. The Keurig Coffee maker was awesome! The view from our deck was beautiful. It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay for us! We will be back!

Awesome cabin. Was very clean and well kept. View of the mountains was amazing and the location is perfect for getting to the parkway in Gatlinburg in just a few minutes. My wife and I stayed there for our honeymoon and we loved it. We will definitely consider staying in this cabin in the future. Staff was very accommodating with our late checkin and was very friendly.

I thought things were great. I cabin is very nice. The only thing I would suggest is to change the shower liner, its pretty much done. I would add in advertising, unless I missed it, that there is a Koreg type coffee maker. It would also be nice to just lock keys in cabin and not have to return to office. The door in the living room that leads to the back porch you can see outside and bugs were coming in. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and bedroom. The cabin wasn't stocked with enough toliet paper for the amount of time we were staying . There is a bee problem right outside where you park, we called and maintenance came but didn't kill the bees we told them a second time about it and the girl kind of acted nonchalant about it.

The room was very well cleaned and very cozy! The view was EXCEPTIONAL, and checking in was a smooth experience.

The cabin looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies along with a small amount of soap/paper towels/etc so we did not have to purchase any. The hot tub/ porch area was very private in the middle of summer with all the foliage, although in the winter or fall it would not be. Just a few minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg. It was a great get away!

Our first cabin, the pipes were frozen. When we called the office about it, we were told we could have our money back or wait for who knows how long for it to be fixed. But when maintenance showed up, he called and got us upgraded. Why wasn't this offered from the beginning? We didn't even really wanna move. We liked the smaller cabin and more secluded. The upgrade did have a whirlpool tub and was much closer to town but harder to find and drive to.
