Loved the cabin , ( we stayed in hidden view ) loved the hot tub , but the beds were very stiff . Wish we had coffee pods to wake up to in the morning . The porch needs updated , the space upstairs with the beautiful sink and mirros could absolutley be utilized for something other than just empty space . Love how quiet it was, and cozy . The location to gatlinburg was so close, and we so appreciated that . The alibino deer was such a nice touch . Thanks for everything !

Check in was super easy. I especially appreciated the repeat customer discount we were given. We were a bit disappointed in the trash scattered on the property (empty water bottles and a beer can and a monster drink can). Not big enough to call anyone about...but worth mentioning here.

Really enjoyed our stay here! My husband and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary! The cabin looks better in person. The pictures don’t do the cabin justice! It was clean, spacious and so peaceful and quiet. We even met the neighbors on our last day. Perfect place to stay and affordable as well. It was about 5 minutes from downtown Gaitlinburg and we also got the chance to see a bear as well. We see them in our home state but it was nice seeing one there.

I had emailed a few times and hasn’t heard back . But at your office all welcoming and very helpful . The cabin was a bit dusty in areas . And some basics like coffee / tea / milk / salt etc would be useful . Also some bigger towels .. also the upstairs bedroom was too bright in mornings with no blinds for higher windows . This was the biggest factor that effected us . Otherwise loved it and will stay again. It maybe a cabin more remote so can see some wildlife and possibly bears

The only complaint is with the cabin. The kitchen is not very well stocked for cooking. Only 2 forks (for a 2 bedroom chalet) and 1 spoon. Plenty on knives though. No baking dish, baking pan, or saucepan. Otherwise, it’s a great chalet. Very clean and quiet. Parkside Rentals were great to work with and answering questions.

Stay was great! The bedroom on the first floor has a leak in the ceiling. It rained and leaked while we were there. Thankfully, nothing was damaged but you may want to have that repaired.

Jeff at checkin was amazing and went the extra mile to recommend places to eat while we were in town. Trash pickup was quick after being called. The cabin was the perfect home away from home for the week. Will be booking for next year as well! Thanks for a peaceful, cozy stay!

Each time we stay, everything is perfect! We couldn’t thank you all enough for giving us parking passes while we are there. Only thing that we had a problem with this time was our hot tub was empty the second day, but we had no problem getting that fixed! The shower curtains were not long enough and water came out on the floor while showering but that was only a slight issue. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Second time booking through Parkside and second 5 star review! I appreciate their cancelation policy, but grateful we didn't have to use it! Check-in was easy and the cabin was perfect for what we paid for it! I will do a full review of Hidden View, but it was a great place!

I wish the was a round knob on the outside door vs the lever knob and/or a deadbolt. There was a bear on our deck (Friday night) and although we made sure the door was always locked; the lever knob is too easy for a bear to use. I think I may have hear a bear messing around with the knob the night before (Thursday night).

Absolutely loved the cabin and location was good. Not too far from downtown Gatlinburg (about 5 min drive) and not too close which made it feel more mountain country. Only major complaint is T-mobile gets zero service and we had to drive down the mountain to make a phone call, but that isn’t their fault. Fireplace didn’t work when arrived, but service came out pretty quickly and fixed it. Also, have to call office for daily trash pickup, which for T-Mobile users will have to drive down the mountain to call. Overall, Excellent Christmas family vacation, thank you!

Pros Nice cabin. Very clean. Really liked the hot tub and comfortable bed. Kitchen supplies were a nice touch. We enjoyed our stay very much! Cons Think about adding oven mitts, salt/pepper shakers, longer shower curtains so the floor doesn't flood, and a water hose to fill hot tub after water loss.

Very comfortable stay for our family of 5. Place was clean and tidy. Great views and easy to get around , close to downtown Gaitlinburg. Only suggestion would be to have a kettle and hair dryer in the cabin.

The cabin was great and had everything we needed. The only bad thing I have to say about the cabin is the bed was horrible. It was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. It made the trip stressful because we were unable to get a good nights sleep the entire time we were there.

The check in was very easy and quick, directions and perks were great. There were things about the cabin we did not like (down stairs bedroom) did not have a closet or dresser to put your closes in. Allot of wasted space upstairs could have used a foose ball table or pin ball machine. Did not not have any extra blankets or linens, but over all was a good cabin just needs a little updating and good cleaning. The air return vent in the living room looked like it was way past a good cleaning and the deck really needs a good going over (nails sticking up, deck under hot tub is rotted).

Excellent stay at your cabin. Hidden View, (although the fireplace wouldn’t come on even after the work guy looked at it) but he did have someone bring two outdoor rocking chairs for us to sit on the porch deck,. And we saw bears!

I think the cabin was great, but overall it needed to be cleaned way better than it was like the vents had a lot of dust in them, there were dead bugs in the windows, there were screens falling out of the windows, outside cleaning, and the care of cabin was very poor. But overall the stay was great.

The entire staff was awesome! The check-in/check-out process was very quick!. During our stay the pilot light went out on the water heater After reporting the problem to the office staff one of the maintenance guys was at our cabin in less than an hour to fix the problem. Without a doubt we will be using Parkside Cabin Rentals again!

Amazing place everything was good. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was on the tv some of the channels were locked and needed a pin to unlock it and we didn't know what it was for it. And we tried to call the office with the phone in the cabin, but it said we have to pay before making any calls and we didn't have any service on our cell phones to call up there. I would come back again overall everything was prefect. Had an great vacation

The people were very helpful and polite. We need exptra towels and they sent them up immediately

The cabin was perfect for our family of five. Check in and check out was simple and we really appreciated the ticket to the A uarium (our letter missing is broken on our key board but I hope you know what I mean), you saved us a lot of money. We have already recommended you to several friends and are sharing your brochure and website with them.

We booked the cabin at the last minute, but had no problems at all. The cabin was beautiful and the prices were reasonable. We totally enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg.
